This paper analyzed a root cause of abnormality in the temperature and vibration at generator-side bearing of motor generator set (MG Set), which is a power supply system to control element drive mechanism (CEDM) of nuclear power plants (NPPs), and modified the design of roller-type and sealing method to improve the abnormalities. From the inspection of MG Set and analysis of temperature variation during service, it was found that the abnormal temperature transition was basically associated with original design of generator-side bearing, whose roller was axially restrained by inner race, and that the abnormal vibration level was caused by inserting small chips of cage and V-ring, which were generated due to the abnormal temperature transition at roller bearing. Type of bearing and sealing method were modified based on these analyses. The temperature and vibration level measured at roller bearing showed that the modifications clearly improved the operational stability of MG Set.

닭으로부터 Staphylococcus hyicus subsp hyicus의 분리(分離) 및 그 특성(特性)

Isolation of Staphylococcus hyicus subsp. hyicus from the skin of healthy chickens was performed and biochemical characteristics of the isolates were examined. Staphylococcus hyicus subsp hyicus was isolated from 129(14.8%) of 874 healthy chickens. The rate of isolation of this organism from chickens was found to vary depending upon the poultry farms at the isolation rate of 0% to 38.7% and this organism was isolated more frequently from adult chickens of over 1 year old than young chickens. All of the isolates were negative for haemolysis on rabbit, sheep, pig and chicken blood agars, protein A and ${\beta}$-glucuronidase, but positive for coagulase using pig plasma, heat-stable DNase, phosphatase and Tween 80 hydrolysis. Hyaluronidase was positive in 97.7% of isolates, but their reaction was weaker than that of swine strains of Staphylococcus hyicus subsp hyicus. The isolates were biotyped on the basis of the reactions for protease, urease, nitrate, galactose, trehalose and lactose, and 11 biotypes were found among the 129 isolates of Staphylococcus hyicus subsp hyicus.

As development of information technologies, customer retention has been an important issue in the competing environment. A lot of researches focus on prediction of the churning customers and seeking their characteristics. However, relationships among customers or products have not been considered in existing researches. In this study, product networks are proposed and analyzed to investigate the differences of network characteristics of products purchased by potential churning customers and those of loyal customers. The product networks are constructed from real product purchase data collected from a Korean department store. We investigated the characteristic differences, such as the degree centrality, degree centralization, and density, of two product networks constructed by potential churning customers and the loyal customers. The results indicate that degree centrality, density and degree centralization of the product network of the loyal customers are higher than those of the potential churning customers. And the promotional products of the department store are resulted to be effective in attracting the loyal customers.

다양한 아미노산 속성을 이용한 단백질 상호작용 예측

이 논문에서는, 단백질의 상호작용을 다양한 아미노산의 속성과 Support Vector Machine(SVM)을 사용하여 예측하였다. SVM을 사용한 단백질 상호작용의 예측 시스템에 단백질 상호작용에 중요한 작용을 하는 아미노산의 속성을 사용하고 있다. 이번 실험은 9가지의 아미노산의 속성의 조합 즉, 511(29-1)가지의 아미노산 속성을 SVM 학습데이터로 사용하여 예측시스템의 결과를 비교한다. 실험에는 Database of Interacting Proteins(DIP)를 사용하였다. 실험을 위하여 DIP의 H.pylori를 학습용데이터로 사용하고, E.coli를 예측데이터(검증데이터)로 사용하였다. 실험에 따르면 H.pylori의 학습데이터와 E.coli를 예측데이터의 가공에 '소수성'을 사용한 방법보다 '방향성'을 사용한 방법이 더 높은 수치를 나타냈다.

恕菴 申靖夏의 蘇軾 애호 양상 및 문학적 영향 관계

본 논문은 恕菴 申靖夏(1681~1716)가 蘇軾(1037~1101)을 얼마나 어떻게 애호하였는지 확인하고, 그러한 소식 애호 및 동일화 양상이 신정하의 산문에 어떻게 스며들었으며 또 어떻게 반영되었는지 究明하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 신정하는 스스로 소식을 매우 좋아한다고 밝혔고, 주변 인물들 역시 신정하의 소식애호를 잘 알고 있었다. 신정하의 문집에 남아 있는 詩文에 대한 비평은 소식을 대상으로 한 것이 제일 많았고 비평의 내용 또한 호평일색이었다. 신정하의 다른 작 품에서는 소식과 자신을 동일시하는 경향을 엿볼 수 있었으며, 신정하의 주변 인물들도 신정하의 글을 보고는 소식을 떠올리기도 하였다. 본론에서는 신정하가 소식을 닮고 싶어 하였고 또 비슷한 글을 지었다는 것에 기반하여, 신정하의 산문을 대상으로 이른바 ‘소식스러움’을 확인하고자 하였다. 신정하는 소식의 단편 산문에서 보이는 서정적인 느낌과 골계적인 수사를 소식의 特長으 로 주목하였고, 이 특장을 본받아서 글을 써야 한다고 주장하였다. 신정하의 언급을 토대로 尺牘類와 題跋類 등의 단편 산문에서 ‘詩的 抒情性’과 ‘滑稽美’를 확인할 수 있었는데, 이러한 점이 바로 주변 인물들로 하여금 신정하의 글을 읽고 소식을 떠 올리게 하는 요인이었을 것이다. 물론 신정하 이외의 다른 문인들의 산문에도 서정성 및 골계미 등을 찾을 수 있다. 하지만 신정하는 소식을 애호하다 못해 동일화 경향을 보였고, 소식 산문의 여러 장점 중에서도 서정성 및 골계미 등을 주목한 인물이다. 그렇기 때문에 신정 하 산문에서 보이는 이러한 ‘소식스러움’으로 그 문학적 영향 관계를 이해할 수 있을 것이다. This paper aims to confirm how much Shin Jeong-ha liked Sūshì and to study the literary influence of each other. Shin Jeong-ha himself said he liked Sūshì very much, and people around him knew that Shin liked Sūshì very much. Shin Jeong-ha s literary criticism was the most about Sūshì, and the content of the criticism was all good. Shin Jeong-ha s literature shows a tendency to regard himself as the same as Sūshì, and Shin Jung-ha s acquaintances felt that his literature was similar to that of Sūshì. Based on the fact that Shin Jeong-ha wanted to resemble Sūshì and wrote similar prose, I wanted to confirm the Sūshì-esque of Shin Jung-ha s prose. Shin Jeong-ha noted the lyrical feelings and humorous expressions in Sūshì s short prose as his strong points, and insisted that he should learn from them and write. Based on Shin Jung-ha s comments, I was able to find Lyricism and Humor in short prose such as Shin Jung-ha s letters and some sort of memo. This may have been the reason why people read Shin Jung-ha s writing and felt it was similar to Sūshì s. Of course, you can find Lyricism and Humor in the prose of other writers besides Shin Jeong-ha. But Shin Jeong-ha liked Sūshì so much that he tended to equate him with Sūshì, and he was a man who rated Lyricism and Humor high than Sūshì s other merits. Therefore, the Sūshì-esque seen in Shin Jeong-ha’s prose will help us understand the literary influence of each other.

멘토링은 멘토링은 개인의 발전을 위해 멘토가 수행하는 지원과 피드백 활동으로 교육, 비즈니스 등 다양한 분야에서 중요한 교육 훈련 수단으로 인식되며 이에 대한 관심과 연구가 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 2000년 이후의 멘토링 관련 논문을 수집하여 키워드 네트워크를 구성하고 분석을 수행하여 멘토링 분야의 연구 동향을 파악하고 미래 연구 방향에 대한 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 분석 결과 멘토링 관련 연구가 감소세를 보이고는 있지만 적용 분야가 확장되고 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 2010년을 기준으로 이전과 이후의 주요 키워드 변화 패턴을 발견하여 연구 동향 파악에 도움을 주고자 하였다. 그리고 구성된 네트워크에 대한 중심성 분석을 수행하여 주요 키워드의 패턴을 탐색하여 현재의 연구 동향과 함께 향후 멘토링 관련 다학제 융합 연구의 가이드라인을 제시하였다. Mentoring is an important way to teach and train people in many areas, like education and business. It’s about mentors helping and giving feedback for personal growth of mentee. This study looks at researches on mentoring since 2000. We use a keyword network to find out trends in mentoring research and to suggest future study directions. The study noticed that while there’s less research on mentoring now, it’s being used in more areas. It also looks at the main keywords used before and after 2010. The study helps understand current trends in mentoring and offers ideas for future research that combines different subjects.

The Korean Society for Dance Studies has contributed to the development of dance studies. However the society is under fierce competitive circumstance because there are filled with lots of journals which are published by 13 societies and 4 university research institutes in the dance field. So it is important to facilitate collaboration community for the sustainable growth of the Korean Society for Dance Studies. In this paper, we analyzed collaboration community of the Korean Journal of Dance Studies in the aspect of co-authorship network, the results were as follows; First, the ration of single author paper is about 80%. Second, there are not collaboration among researchers. Third, the relative degree centralization and the relative betweenness centralization are low. Fourth, the average of the relative degree centralities has increase as time passes, but the average of the relative betweenness centralities is close to 0% regardless of research period. Finally, the standard deviations of the relative degree centralities range from .954 to 4.252, but the standard deviations of the relative betweenness centralities close to 0% regardless of research period. From the results, we found the implication for the sustainable growth of the Korean Journal of Dance Studies as follows. The Korean Society for Dance Studies needs to make it easy to communicate with researchers by facilitating an academic conference and monthly special lecture, it is necessary to build research field database of researchers for sharing idea or methodology among researchers. We expect the results will contribute to facilitate collaboration community in the Korean Society for Dance Studies.
