수영운동과 DA-9601투여가 흰쥐의 소화기계에서 IL-8, TNF-a와 COX-2유전자 발현에 미치는 영향

최은주, 차광석. 수영운동과 DA-9601투여가 흰쥐의 소화기계에서 IL-8, TNF-a와 COX-2유전자 발현에 미치는 영향. 운동과학, 제21권 제3호. 339-346, 2012. 본 연구는 수영운동과 DA-9601의 투여가 소화기관내 염증성 사이토카인과 케모카인 발현에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 규명하고자 하였다. 이 연구를 위하여 20마리의 BALB/c마우스를 대상으로 각각 5마리씩 4그룹 통제그룹(CON), DA섭취그룹(DA), 운동그룹(EX), DA-9601투여와 운동병행그룹(DA+EX)으로 분류하였다. DA-9601은 수영운동 30분 전에 경구 투여 50 mg/g/day로 실시하였으며, 조직은 마지막 운동 훈련 직후 소화기관인 소장과 대장에서 적출하였다. 그 결과 염증성 사이토카인인 IL-8, TNF-a, COX-2유전자가 운동그룹(EX)에서 증가하였으며, DA-9601투여와 운동병행그룹(DA+EX)에서 유의하게 감소하는 것을 볼 수 있었다. 이상과 같은 연구 결과를 종합해 볼 때 수영운동은 소화기계에 염증성 사이토카인 유전자를 증가시켜 염증상태의 환경을 제시하였다. 따라서 DA-9601의 투여가 운동으로 인한 소화기계의 염증성 케모카인 및 사이토카인을 완화시키는 것을 증명하였다. To perform this experiment, we prepared 20 BALB/c mice and divided into 4 groups (5 rats in each group). These 4 groups were designated as followings:control group(con), DA administration group(DA), exercise group(EX) and exercise group with DA-9601 administration(EX+DA). DA-9601 was steadily administered(50 mg/g/day) during 30 minutes before swimming exercise, and the organization was removed from small intestine and colon after the last exercise training. From above process, we identified that inflammatory cytokines IL-8, TNF-a, COX-2 genes were steadily increased in exercise group (EX), and they were significantly decreased in an exercise group which was DA-9601 ingested (DA+EX). As a result of this experiment, we inferred that high-intensity exercise such as a swimming exercise can cause an inflammatory condition of the environment by increasing inflammation-related genes in digestive system. Therefore, DA-9601 administration which has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effect would be necessary to repress inflammatory cytokines due to exercise. Also, ingestion with antioxidant products is ideally considered and recommended in order to repress the Inflammation in intestines.

교사추천서와 자기소개서 분석을 통한관찰∙추천제의 영재 판별 효과성 탐색

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of observation- recommendation system analyzing teacher recommendation letter and self-introduction essay and compare with the educational results. For this purpose, the frequency and characteristics shown in gifted teacher recommendation letter was analyzed. As a result, it showed that teacher recommendation evaluate more objectively than students’self-introduction essay. However, behavioral characteristics of the 32 최은주∙유미현gifted was more frequently mentioned in students’self-introduction essay. Teacher recommendations also put importance on social and creative characteristics of gifted students, and self-introduction essay emphasizes affective and creative characteristics of gifted students. Secondly, investigating the correlation between the observed results in the actual educational situation and the characteristics shown in teacher recommendations and self-introduction essay. As a result, there were some significant correlations among teacher recommendation letter, self introduction essay and the observed results. However, rank at the time of admission did not show a significant correlation with the rank after educating in Gifted Education Center. It depends on the efforts of students and admission rank could be different with results of education. 본 연구의 목적은 새로운 과학영재 판별 방법인 관찰∙추천제에 사용되는 추천서, 자기소개서를 분석하고영재학생들의 실제 교육상황에서 결과와 비교하여 관찰∙추천제의 효과성을 조사하는 것이다. 이를 위해 첫 번째로 교사추천서에 나타난 영재 행동 특성의 빈도 및 비율을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 교사추천서가 학생들을 보다 객관적으로 평가하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 자기소개서에서 영재 행동 특성에 대한 언급 빈도가 높았다. 또한 교사추천서는 영재 학생의 사회적 특성과 창의적 특성을 중요시하였고, 자기소개서는 정의적과 창의적 특성을중요시하는 것으로 나타났다. 두 번째로 교사추천서와 자기소개서의 특성, 그리고 실제 교육상황에서 관찰결과와의 상관관계를 조사하였다. 그 결과 교사추천서, 자기소개서 및 영재교육원 교육장면 관찰 일부 영역에서 유의미한 상관관계가 나타났다. 그러나 입학 당시의 석차는 영재교육원에서의 교육 후 석차와는 유의미한 상관관계가나타나지 않았다. 이는 영재교육원의 교육결과는 입학석차와는 다르며, 학생의 노력 여하에 따라 달라지는 것을의미한다.

Zirconia ceramic fixed dental prosthesis with all-on-4 concept implants for irradiated maxilla: A case report

The implant-supported fixed dental prosthesis in irradiated maxilla needs meticulous treatment planning due to low bone healing capacity. All-on-4 concept implantation can reduce the number of implants to be placed avoiding bone grafting procedure. Conventionally, prefabricated angled abutments for tilted implants have been used. However, in this case, it was replaced with computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) abutment. This case report described all-on-4 concept implantation and fabrication of CAD/CAM zirconia fixed dental prostheses using CAD/CAM titanium abutments. 방사선치료를 받은 상악에 임플란트 지지 고정성 보철물을 이용하여 수복하는 것은 골치유능력이 낮기 때문에 상세한 치료계획이 필요하다. All-on-4 개념에 의한 임플란트 식립은 골이식을 피하면서 임플란트를 매식할 수 있어 유리하다. 일반적으로 경사된 임플란트에는 기성 경사형 지대주를 사용해왔다. 본 임상증례에서는 computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM)으로 제작된 지대주를 사용하였다. 본 증례는 all-on-4 개념에 의해 임플란트를 매식하고 CAD/CAM titanium 지대주를 제작한 다음 CAD/CAM zirconia 고정성 보철물로 수복하여 좋은 결과를 얻었기에 보고하고자 한다.

칡소의 귀세포를 이용한 핵이식에서 전기융합조건이 융합 및 배발달에 미치는 영향

칡소의 귀세포를 이용한 핵이식 시에 전기 융합조건이 핵이식란의 발생에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 칡소의 귀세포와 한우의 태아섬유아세포를 이용한 핵이식란을 이식하여 수태율을 비교하였다. 전기자극 조건에 따른 핵이식 후 융합율은 51∼68%의 범위로 차이는 없었으나, lysis 율은 1.9kv/cm의 10us, 20us에서 각각 0.0과 38.7%, 2.0kv/cm의 10us, 20us에서 각각 2.9와 37.5%, 2.1kv/cm의 10us, 20us에서 각각 21.2와 51.8%을 보였다. 난할율은 1.9kv/cm의 10us, 20us에서 각각 75.8과 69.8%, 2.0kv/cm의 10us, 20us에서 각각 76.9와 68.8%, 2.1kv/cm의 10us, 20us에서 각각 70.5와 68.5로 큰 차이가 없었다. 그러나 배반포 발생율은 1.9kv/cm의 10us, 20us 각각 19.5와 48.6%, 2.0kv/cm의 10us, 20us에서 각각 20.0과 40.9%, 2.1kv/cm의 10us, 20us에서 각각 44.2와 27.0%로 각 조건에서 시간에 따른 차이를 보였다. 핵이식에서 공여세포와 세포질간의 융합율과 lysis율은 전압과 통전시간에 영향을 받으며 전압을 높이는 것이 통전시간을 길게 하는 경우보다 수핵난자의 세포질에 상해를 줄이고 배반포 발생에 유리 하였다. 한우의 태아섬유아세포의 핵이식후 생산된 배반포를 5마리의 수란우에 이식한 결과 두 마리가 임신되었고(40.0%), 칡소의 귀 세포를 핵이식한 후 생산된 배반포를 19마리에 이식한 결과 3마리가 임신되었다(15.8%). This study was conducted to investigate the effects of embryo development by fusion condition on the nuclear transfer with brindle coated cow′s ear cells. Ear cells were transferred into an enucleated oocyte and fused with cytoplasm in the fusion condition with 1.9kv/cm, 2.0kv/cm, 2.1kv/cm each 10 and 20ug duration Nuclear transfer embryo were activeted with a combination of 5ug/ml and 1.9mM 6-DMAP (4min, 4h). Fusion rate was 51∼68% range among fusion condition (1.9, 2.0, 2.1kv/cm; 10, 20us). But, cytoplasm lysis rate was increased by higher electric condition (0∼51.8% range). Each parameter′s cleavage and blastocyst formation rate were 1.9kv/cm for 10us (75.8 and 19.5%), 20us (69.8 and 48.6%), 2.0kv/cm for 10us (76.9 and 20.0%), 20 us (68.5 and 40.9%), 2.1kv/cm for 10us (70.5 and 44.2%), 20 us (68.5 and 27.0%). We compared the effectiveness of cloning for between brindle coated cow′s ear cells and Hanwoo fetal fibroblast cells. There was no significant differences in the fusion rate and developmental rate to the blastocyst stage. After transfer of blastocysts derived from nuclear transfer embryos, pregnancy rates of the Hanwoo fetal fibroblast cells and brindle coated cow′s ear cells were checked pregnant on day 60 as assessed by ultrasonography, 40% (2/5) and 15.8% (3/19), respectively. This studies conclude that brindle coated cow′s ear cells have the developmental potentiality to term by nuclear transfer. These results demonstrate that the increased the field strength was to be profitable for development of blastocyst or reduce of cytoplasm''''s damage than increasing the pulse duration.

전후일본 미술계의 ‘위안부’ 표상 ー 전중세대의 ‘번민’에 주목하여 ー

본고는 전후일본의 미술계에서 ‘위안부’를 표상한 작품으로 알려진 후루사와 이와미(古沢岩美)의 『위안번민(なぐさめもだえ)』을 중심으로, 작품 속 모순된 신체로 표현되는 전중세대 남성주체의 ‘번민’의 의미에 대해 고찰한 것이다. 작품 『위안번민』의 언밸런스한 신체는 같은 해 출품된 작품 『노래할 수 없는 밤(唄えない夜)』의 남창의 모습과 연계되고, 전 일본군 병사로서 전쟁을 직접 경험한 화가 후루사와는 이처럼 ‘위안부’와 ‘팡팡’을 동일선상에서 인식하면서 도 한편으로 전혀 다른 시선에서 재단하고자 한 다. 『위안번민』속 모순된 신체 에는 당시의 ‘팡팡’과의 연관성 안에서 구 제국 남성주체의 남성성을 위협하는 ‘위안부’에 대한 화가 자신의 ‘번민’이 감지되고 있는 것이다. 후루사와의 ‘번민’ 은 전쟁/성폭력 비판의 관점에서 ‘위안부’를 표상한 도미야마 다에코(富山妙子) 의 『바다의 기억(海の記憶)』이 발표/상연되는 1980년대 일본의 시공간에서 일본 의 전중세대 남성들이 보여주는 ‘번민’과는 질적으로 다른 것이었다. 그러나 여기에는 해결되지 못한 모순으로서 ‘번민’이 가질 수 있는 가능성이 존재한다. 후루사와를 비롯한 일본의 전중세대 남성주체에게 『바다의 기억은 어떤 다른 ‘번민’일 수 있을까? 전장에서의 폭력에서 나아가 전후일본사회가 표상을 통해 행해온 또 다른 폭력에 대한 비판적 시좌 또한 필요할 것이다. 오시마 나기사(大島渚)의 ‘조선인위안부’ 표상 - 전후일본영화 속 ‘위안부’와 영화 『일본춘가고(日本春歌考)』 -

본고에서는 전후일본영화 속 ‘위안부’ 표상의 흐름 속에서 오시마 나기사 감독의 영화 『일본춘가고』에 주목하여, 기존 영화 속에 드러나는 표상의 한계와 더불어 비평의 지평으로서 ‘조선인위안부’ 표상이 가지는 가능성에 대해 살펴보았다. 전후영화 속에서 ‘일본군위안부’는 소설 「춘부전」과 영화 『새벽녘의 탈주』 속 하루미나, 영화 『피와 모래』 속 오하루와 같이 구종주국 남성주체의 시점에서 주로 조선인여성의 신체를 차용하여 에로티시즘화된 ‘맨살의 천사’로 표상되어 왔다. 이러한 표상체계 안에서 리메이크작 『춘부전』의 감독 스즈키 세이준은 전혀 다른 타자인 조선인위안부 쓰유코를 등장시켜 작품 전체에 대한 비판적 시좌를 제시한다. 오시마 나기사의 『일본춘가고』는 비평의 지평으로서 ‘조선인위안부’ 표상을 설정하여 일본제국주의의 여성/식민지에 대한 폭력과 청산되지 못한 전쟁책임 문제, 나아가 이로 인해 야기되는 재일조선인 문제를 드러내며 일본의 현재를 고발하고 있다. 이처럼 영화 속에서 ‘조선인위안부’ 표상은 남성의 여성에 대한 폭력과 제국의 식민지에 대한 폭력을 고발하는 장치이자, 일본사회의 재일조선인 문제, 나아가 공허한 울림으로 소비/전유되는 관념주의적 사상을 비판하는 매체로서 기능한다. 오시마의 ‘조선인위안부’ 표상을 매개로 하는 문제제기로부터 우리는 전후일본의 대중문화의 장에서 ‘조선인위안부’ 표상이 가질 수 있는 의의와 가능성을 확인할 수 있다. In this paper, I examine Nagisa Oshima's film “Nihon syunka-ko” to determine how Korean comfort women are represented in postwar Japanese cinema. Thus, the representation of Korean comfort women enables us to consider various implications and allows us to see the possible significance of the way in which the Korean comfort women are represented in the movie. After the defeat, the presence of a “Korean comfort woman”, Harumi, is found in the novel “Syunpuden” and the movie “Escape at Dawn”, as in the Oharu representation of the movie “Blood and Sand”, in which the male subject of the old colonial powers is eroticism, represented as the “angel of the skin”. Among these representational systems, the director Seijun Suzuki, who offers the possibility of criticism, and who is quite authoritative on Korean comfort women, is to direct another Tuyuko remake album “Syunpuden”. Nagisa Oshima “Nihon shunka-ko” is, to mediate the representation of Korean comfort women as a horizon of criticism, women / colonial war as being responsible for problems that have not been solved and violence against Japanese imperialism, is further caused by the fact that it represents a problem of the Korean people, with the principle idea that the Japanese have been accused of the time that has been spent. Thus, the representation of Korean comfort women, the horrors of colonial violence and the empire of men against women, at the time of the Japanese society, became the problem of Japanese Koreans, even ideally speaking without the problem of “Korean comfort women” have a variety of hidden meanings and potential as a medium to criticize the attitude that the consumer / proprietary owner is representational of. The representation of the “Korean comfort women” of Oshima raised issues that mediate, and that enable us to discover the meaning and possibilities with the representation of the “Korean comfort women” at the high end and low end of society.

輓詞·祭文을 통해 본 玉山堂 林主翊의 삶의 자취와 인맥 기반

This research investigated life traces and personal connections of Oksandang Lim Ju-ik (玉山堂 林柱翊)(1741~1797) through funeral oration. As the scholars of Gangwoo region were blocked from the government office and their academic world was depressed during that time, Lim Ju-ik also couldn’t achieve his dream of government office, instead, strived to teach younger students of Hapcheon by succeeding the family academy(家學) as a scholar out of power. However, it is difficult to know the details of his life and discipline since his writings are not remaining, but his work, 『Oksandang Manjejib』, has been kept by his clan. Mansa and Jemun for the dead are accompanied with ritual ceremony, accordingly, they tended to have practical purpose and become customary and conventional. Also, Mansa and Jemun to commemorate a dead person usually contained a common content in a certain part with a similar structure and expression method on the whole. Such tendency shows that it is not easy to discuss individuality and literary value of Mansa and Jemun. Nevertheless, on the basis of collective creation for the dead, considering the content that they consistently narrated, acknowledged, and empathized could be regarded as a fact that guaranteed objectivity, Mansa and Jemun, remaining in an independent book, can be the only path to approach the reality of the scholars who produced the writings. As a result, Oksandang Lim Ju-ik was born in Eunjin Lim (恩津林氏) family in Hapcheon, and was evaluated as a person who fully succeeded the genealogy of the family academy of the clan, Seokcheon Lim Deuk-beon(石泉 林得番) – Galcheon Lim Hoon(葛川 林薰) and Cheommodang Lim Woon(瞻慕堂 林芸) – Limgok Lim Jin-bu(林谷 林眞怤). He wished to pass the state exam but he didn’t succeed after all, later, he exerted to educate younger students, even more striving for reading and study. And during his latter years, he lived in retirement in the nature as he wished. As Eunjin Lim was renowned for the practice of filial duty and brotherly love(孝友) for generations, Lim Ju-ik also supported his parents with all his heart, and was proud of special brotherly love with his younger brother Maeakdang Lim Ju-seok(梅岳堂 林柱錫). Nevertheless his only son Lim Gyeong(林璟) died young leaving a daughter, he spent painful years, he usually did not reveal his sorrow just if he was philosophical. To see the personal connections of Lim Ju-ik through the persons who wrote Mansa Jemun, the scholars of the region were blocked from the governmental office and their academic world was depressed, accordingly, their academic network was limited to the region and dispersed without any pivotal point. Lim Ju-ik created a close relationship with Andong Gwon(安東權氏)·Byeokjin Lee (碧珍李氏)·Nampyeong Moon(南平文氏)·Miryang Park(密陽朴氏) families, who had resided in Hapcheon-gun Daebyeong-myeon for generations based on Se-ui (世誼), established for generations, and maintained personal connection with them, forming an academic connection with them based on Cheogui(戚誼) relationship. 본고는 만사 제문을 통해 玉山堂 林柱翊(1741~1797)의 삶의 자취와 인맥기반을 살펴 본 것이다. 이 당시 강우지역 학자들이 출사의 길이 막혀 학문적으로 침체했던 만큼, 임주익 역시 출사의 뜻을 이루지 못하고 재야의 지식인으로서 가학을 계승하며 합천 지역에서 후학 양성에 주력했던 인물이었다. 그러나 남아있는 저술이 없어 그의 삶과 학문의 자세한 면모를 알기는 어려우며, 다만 문중에서 보관해 온 『옥산당만제집』이 남아있는 상황이다. 망인을 위한 만사와 제문은 의례에 수반되므로 실용적 목적성이 강하고 관습적이며 상투적인 글쓰기로 흐를 여지가 많다. 또한, 한 명의 망인을 추모하는 만사와 제문들은 내용적 측면에서 전반적으로 유사한 구조와 표현 방식으로 일정 부분 공통된 내용을 담기도 한다. 이러한 경향들은 만사와 제문을 작품으로 두고 개성과 문학성을 말하는 것이 쉽지 않다는 사실을 보여준다. 그러나 망인을 위한 집단 창작이라는 배경 위에서 그들이 일관되게 서술하고 인정하며 공감하는 내용은 그 자체가 객관성을 담보하는 사실로 간주될 수 있다는 점을 염두에 두면, 이렇게 별도의 책으로 남아있는 만사와 제문의 경우 저술이 산실된 학자들의 삶의 실체에 접근해 볼 수 있는 유일한 통로가 되기도 한다. 살펴 본 결과, 옥산당 임주익은 합천의 은진임씨 가문에서 태어나, 석천 임득번 – 갈천 임훈과 첨모당 임운 – 임곡 임진부로 이어지는 선대 가학의 계보를 온전하게 계승한 인물로 평가받았다. 그는 과거에 뜻을 두었으나 끝내 성공하지 못했고, 이후 더욱 독서와 학문에 매진하며 후학 양성에도 힘을 쏟았다. 그리고 말년에는 평소 품었던 뜻대로 자연에 의탁해 은거의 시간을 보냈다. 은진임씨가가 대대로 孝友의 실천에 명성이 있었던 만큼 임주익 또한 부모를 극진히 봉양하였고, 아우 매악당 임주석과도 남다른 우애를 자랑하였다. 외아들 임경이 딸만 두고 요절해서 여러모로 고통의 시간을 보냈으나, 달관한 듯 평소에 그 슬픔을 드러내지 않았다고 한다. 만사 제문을 쓴 사람들을 통해 임주익의 인맥 기반을 들여다보면, 당시 강우지역 학자들이 출사의 길이 막혀 학문적 침체를 겪던 터라 학문적으로 뚜렷한 구심점 없이 분산되어 사생 관계가 지역 단위 정도로 국한되어 나타났던 현실이 그대로 투영되어 있었음을 알 수 있었다. 임주익은 합천군 대병면에 세거해 온 안동권씨·벽진이씨·남평문씨·밀양박씨 가문과 대대로 쌓아왔던 世誼를 바탕으로 친밀한 관계를 형성하였고, 그들과 때로는 戚誼를 맺고 때로는 사생관계를 맺으며 그 인맥 관계를 유지하였다.

대학도서관 홈페이지상의 전자 참고서비스시스템을 위한 액세스 포인트 분석

본 연구는 대부분의 도서관업무가 전자적으로 이루어지고 있는 환경 하에서 국내 대학도서관들의 홈페이지 상에 나타난 전자 참고서비스시스템을 위한 액세스 포인트에 관하여 분석한 내용이다. 전국의 국공립 및 사립대학 도서관을 조사 대상으로 하였으며, 이들의 홈페이지에 제시된 액세스 방법에 따라 3개의 집단으로 분류하고, 세 집단의 액세스 포인트 제시 방법의 장·단점을 통해 이용자가 참고서비스에 접근하는데 필요한 편의성과 명확성에 대하여 논의하였다. 홈페이지 구축상 이용자가 전자 참고서비스에 효율적으로 액세스하기 위한 바람직한 방향을 제안하였다. This study examines the access points for electronic reference service system displayed on the home pages of academic libraries. Library home pages of national/public and private universities were examined, and these were classified into three groups according to the methods of displaying access points on the homepages. The advantages and disadvantages of each group were discussed and some suggestions were made for the user-friendliness and accessibility for the electronic reference service.
