        공동주택 가격요인의 특성에 관한 연구

        Under the premise that the housing market is not fixed, but changes organically according to social and systematic environment, it has important meaning as the object of this study to identify the recent housing market's movement by deducing the changed characteristics of the factors to compose the recent new houses. By using the following methodology, this study analyzed the characteristics and mutual relations of the economical and house-composing factors, categorized the investigation object into sub-markets, and executed comparative analysis. First, based on the leading studies analyzing the factors of house price determination and the assessment indicators of 'Green Building Certification Program', the composing factors are deduced. Second, the factors are categorized as economic, housing complex planning and geographical condition. Third, to identify the influence of housing environmental factors on economic factors, the correlation between the former and the latter, and the difference between economic factors are analyzed. Fourth, by segmenting and categorizing the housing market into time and location subgroups, the chronicle trend and the geographical characteristics are analyzed.

        간호대학생을 위한 가상 시뮬레이션 기반 협동학습 프로그램 운영

        Background: Online platform-based nursing practicum education has increased since the Coronavirus disease-19 (COVID-19) out- break. Virtual simulation-based learning helps enable students’ self-directed and repetitive learning. However, most virtual simulation-based learning focuses on clinical practicum, despite the need to apply biological nursing education. The aim of this study was to examine the effects of a clinical pharmacology course applying virtual simulation-based learning needs, learning competency, clinical reasoning ability, and self-regulated learning ability among nursing students. Methods: A one-group pre-and post-test design was used in this study. Data collection was conducted from April to May 2021, and 35 nursing students participated in this study. A collaborative learning program based on a cooperative integrated reading and composition (CIRC) model using virtual simulation-based learning was applied to a clinical pharmacology course. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and paired t-tests with SPSS 25.0. Results: The findings indicated that virtual simulation-based learning needs (t=-4.40, p<.001), learning competency (t=-5.21, p<.001), clinical reasoning ability (t=-6.15, p<.001), and self-regulated learning ability (t=-2.79, p=.008) significantly increased after participating in the program. Conclusion: It was found that applying virtual simulation-based learning in a clinical pharmacology course affects students’ learning needs, learning competency, clinical reasoning ability, and self-regulated learning ability. Therefore, it is suggested that more virtual simulation-based learning (programs) be conducted in nursing education.

        공동주택 주거환경 계획요소 및 친환경 계획요소의 특성 및 경향 분석에 관한 연구

        Analyzing the component factors of house can be considered as evaluating the current values of house's immanent factors. As a part of marketing to reflect the demand for housing, analyzing the component of housing planning can be regarded as the direct analysis of the suppliers and the indirect analysis of the consumers. Therefore, this study is proceeded as follows to analyze the current characteristics and trends of the planning factors.First, all the residential environment planning factors are extracted by collecting the data, and part of the extracted factors are selected for analysis under the objective criteria. Second, the selected planning factors are categorized as the housing cluster planning, the unit floor planning and the unit planning by the physical characteristics, then the chronicle change for each category and the planning factor's difference between sub-groups are analyzed. Third, the planning factors of residential environments are classified again as five categories, i.e. Amenity, Health, Digital network, Economy and Convenience, then the chronicle trend for each category and the characteristics of planning factors between sub-groups are investigated. The last, the environment-friendly planning factors in "the Environment-Friendly Housing Certification" are deduced again from the planning factors, and the characteristics and trend of environment-friendly planning factors are analyzed.

        공동주택가격에 영향을 미치는 주거환경 요소의 중요도 평가에 관한 연구

        The structure of today's housing market focuses on how to fulfill not only the physical characteristics of living environment, but also the social and economic desires. As one of the goods provided to consumers in the housing market, the price of house can be the barometer of resident's satisfaction. By evaluating the economic values of factors in housing environment, this paper aims to deduce the factors which are recognized and evaluated as important by consumers, and to capture the importance of each factor. There are four steps involved as analysis method: 1. Analyze the correlation between the factor composing living environments and the housing price. 2. Segment the housing market in Seoul by the price, and compare and analyze the differences between sub-markets. 3. By using Hedonic Price Model, deduce the economic importance of each factor in each sub-market. 4. Capture the recent trend of housing environment factors for the sub-markets segmented by the time of completion. In conclusion, there are critical differences of living environment factors between sub-markets in Seoul housing market, and the factors affecting the price appears differently between groups. The proportion of the environmental factors to the physical factors, composing the comfortable living environment, is increasing in recent housing complexes.

        This study used the quantitative method by Hedonic Price Model and the qualitative method by AHP in analyzing the importance levels of residential environmental factors, and compared the results. This enabled the importance analysis and economical valuation of residential environmental factors more concretely. The quantitative method is the analysis of the residents at the present point, and the qualitative method is the analysis of the residents at the future point. Therefore, the result of these two methods has more practical meanings as it can be flowed back to a housing complex plan.

        멜라니 클라인의 관점에서 바라본 요셉 이야기 속 시기심을 마주하는 공간에 대한 고찰

        This paper examines a healing space for modern Christians suffering from envy. To explore the possibility of a space where envy can be restored, Melanie Klein’s theoretical view of envy as a destructive impulse looks at the story of Joseph. Joseph’s brothers gradually recover from envy through two elements: the urge to face envy and understanding and care in a space that encourages bravery to face envy. Envy has been regulated and criticized because of its aggressiveness and destructiveness, which makes it so easy to get out of our consciousness. However, the unconscious and divided envy leads the subject to live without being aware of it. Therefore, in order to recover envy, this study suggests that there be a space to face the envy, not a space to turn away from it.

        5주간의 복합운동이 비만 장병의 혈중지질 및 건강관련 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

        PURPOSE: This study was to investigate the effects of 5 weeks combined exercise on blood lipid profile and health-related quality of life in obese military recruits. METHODS: Twenty-eight obese recruits were randomly assigned for exercise (n=14) and control (n=14) group. All groups performed a basic military training for 5 weeks. Additionally, exercise group conducted combined exercise consisting of twice a day, in the morning and afternoon, 3 days per week for 5 weeks. RESULTS: The results of this study was following; The body weight and BMI were significantly decreased in all groups, in which rate of change showed higher in exercise group than control group (p<.001). In all groups, total cholesterol, triglycerides and LDL-C were significantly decreased compared to baseline (p<.001) whereas only HDL-C was significantly increased in exercise group (p<.01). In the 7 items of the health-related quality of life, there was no significant difference between groups while all groups showed significant improvements compared to baseline (p<.01). CONCLUSIONS: These results showed that a 5 weeks combined exercise program during basic military training has positive effects on body composition, lipid profile and health-related quality of life in obese recruits.

        유리체절제술 및 인공수정체 경공막섬모체고랑고정술에서 예측구면대응값과 술 후 구면대응값의 차이 분석

        Purpose: To identify the difference between the target spherical equivalent and the postoperative spherical equivalent in trans-scleral ciliary sulcus fixation of intraocular lenses (IOLs). Methods: The medical records of patients who received trans-scleral ciliary sulcus fixation of IOLs were retrospectively analyzed. All surgeries were done by a single surgeon with a single type of IOL. The residuals of the lens material and capsule were removed by vitreous cutter under the scleral indentation, and the vitreous was also sufficiently removed. The difference between the target spherical equivalent (SE) and postoperative SE was defined as the SE difference. Cornea astigmatism and refractive astigmatism were also analyzed. Results: Fifty six eyes from 53 patients were included. The target SE was -0.430 ± 0.809 diopters (D), postoperative SE was -1.268 ± 1.267 D and the difference in SE was -0.842 ± 0.935 D. The postoperative refractive astigmatism was 1.65 ± 1.20 D. The corneal astigmatism increased from 1.01 ± 0.82 D before surgery to 1.68 ± 1.36 D after surgery (p < 0.001). Conclusions: The postoperative SE after trans-scleral ciliary sulcus fixation of IOLs tended to involve myopic shifts as much as 0.842 D compared to the target SE. Postoperative astigmatism mainly originated from corneal astigmatism rather than IOL induced astigmatism. 목적: 유리체절제술 및 인공수정체 경공막섬모체고랑고정술에서 술 후 구면대응값과 예측구면대응값과의 차이를 알아보고자 하였다. 대상과 방법: 인공수정체 경공막섬모체고랑고정을 시행한 환자들의 의무기록을 후향적으로 분석하였다. 동일 술자, 동일한 인공수정체를 사용하여, 수정체낭을 포함한 수정체 잔존물과 유리체가 충분히 제거된 경우만을 포함하였다. 예측구면대응값, 술 후 3개월의 구면대응값을 비교하여 구면대응값 차이를 분석하였다. 술 전후의 각막난시값과 술 후 굴절난시값을 분석하였다. 결과: 53명 56안이 포함되었다. 예측구면대응값은 -0.430 ± 0.809 diopters (D)였고, 술 후 구면대응값은 -1.268 ± 1.267 D로, 두 값의 차이인 차이구면대응값은 -0.842 ± 0.935 D였다(p < 0.001). 술 후 굴절난시는 1.65 ± 1.20 D였다. 각막난시는 술전 1.01 ± 0.82 D에서 술 후 1.68 ± 1.36 D로 증가하였다(p < 0.001). 각막절개를 7-8 mm 시행한 9안에서 각막난시는 술 전 1.22 ± 0.99 D에서 3.78 ± 1.32 D로 증가하였고, 각막절개를 3-4 mm 시행한 47안에서는 술 전 각막난시 0.97 ± 0.78 D에서1.25 ± 0.90 D로 증가하여, 각막절개 크기가 큰 눈에서 술 후 각막난시 증가 폭이 컸다(p < 0.001). 결론: 인공수정체 경공막섬모체고랑고정에서 술 후 구면대응값은 예측구면대응값에 비해 0.842 D 정도 근시화하는 경향을 보였다. 술 후 굴절난시의 주요 원인은 각막난시라고 추정된다.
