자동차 개발과정에서 적용될 수 있는 Virtual Engineering 기술

Virtual engineering is simulations of engineering activity performed in virtual environment to assist engineering decisions and controls. Virtual engineering can help bringing the detailed design to the early stage of product development. Thus, virtual engineering can be a critical tool for shortening product development schedule. Currently some advanced automobile companies such as chrysler have been actively employ virtual engineering in their product development, and reported a drastic improvement in product development time. In order to complete in the world market, Korean automaobile companies also need to employ virtual engineering. There are several obstacles for Korean automobile to overcome in the Processes of reaching to virtual engineering .The most important one is that they need to employ a master CAD model that can be used for geometric design, CAE analysis, and simulations.<br/>

The purpose of this study is that the optimal bead structure is apply for cowl cross member have steel material to increase the stiffness performance through the optimization analysis. Firstly, to determine the bead shape, modal and structural analysis of many bead shape types were carried out and the optimal bead shape was selected. Secondly, in order to analyze the influence of the design factors about selected bead shape, bead optimization analysis was carried out considering main effect of each design factors such as bead height and width. In addition, the bead shape has optimal design factors was applied in the stiffness weak areas of the conventional type. Finally, to check reliability about increase the stiffness performance, modal and structural analysis of cowl cross members were carried out and it was possible to check increase the stiffness performance and the same level of weight as the conventional type.

물은 모든 생명체를 이루는 근간이며, ‘물은 생명이다’라고 할 정도로 물의 기능과 역할은 중대하다. 다양한 생명체를 이루는 물의 어떤 특성이 이러한 기능을 유지하고 발휘되는 것인가 하는 관점에서 연구를 수행하였다. 특히 물속에 존재하는 다양한 종류의 미네랄과 온도 등과 같은 환경 조건에 따라 다양한 형태로 변화하는 기능을 오랜 얼음결정에 대한 연구의 결과가 일정한 경향을 나타나는 것에서 확인할 수 있었다. 하지만 얼음결정의 다양성에 대한 이해를 제고하기 위하여 얼음결정의 전체적인 경향성과 다양한 결정의 기전을 이해하는 차원에서 접근을 시도하였다. 즉 다양성이 크다는 것은 변화의 용이성을 상징하기에 생명체에 있어서도 그 다양함이 발현에는 물의 기능이 그 역할을 수행하고, 본 연구에서는 얼음결정이 주변 환경이나 미세한 조건에 따라 결정형태가 달라지는 것을 통해 물이 지닌 다양한 변이성을 일관성 있게 관찰하였다. 이런 다양한 변화 작용은 생명체와 자연의 다양함과 직결되어 나타난다. Water is the basis of all creatures. ‘Water is life’ also known that the role and function of water is very important. Point of view of our experiment is about what properties of water make work? Through the ice crystal experiments, the result show consistent tendency. In each environment like different temperatures, the identical minerals work different ways, so it makes water to be different forms. To improve the understanding of the variety of the ice crystal, we have approached the tendency and mechanism. I.e. wide variety means water changes easily, water performs the variety of revelation. Consistently, we have researched the variability of water in the circumstances which the environmental factors and fine condition changes. These various transactions are directly connected to the variety of creatures and nature.
