Analyzing the Brand Values of Online Shopping Website in China - Focused on Taobao and Jingdong -

This paper aimed to research the brand personality, brand equity, and brand value of Taobao and Jindong (JD) as well as the difference between the two brands. Chinese consumers receive the questionnaire survey in groups. A total of 321 questionnaires were distributed, of which, 162 for Taobao and 159 for JD. The findings, first, determine the brand personalities of Taobao(sincerity, sophistication, competence and excitement) and JD(competence, sophistication, and excitement). Second, find the influential relationship between brand personality and brand equity. For Taobao, the sincerity of personality has a positive impact on brand loyalty, image and perceived quality. The competence impact on brand loyalty, awareness, and image. The sophistication impact on brand image and perceived quality. Competence and sophistication of the JD personality impact on the brand equity. Excitement of JD impact on the perceived quality. Third, the brand loyalty and perceived quality of Taobao have a positive influence on the brand value; and brand loyalty, image, and perceived quality of JD have a positive influence on the brand value. In the future research, the findings of the research provide a theory basis for the brand management, and can take more consideration into the relations among other variables in the context of online shopping environment.

Outer-selective thin film composite (TFC) hollow fiber membranes have the advantages of fiber blockagewith less pressure drop and high surface area module. This work highlights novel strategies to designcontinuous interfacial polymerization that can allow mass production, performance controllability, andsmall margin of error in performance. Processing parameters were symmetrically optimized to maximizehigh water flux and salt rejection using poly(piperazine-amide) TFC membranes. For further improvingthe membrane performance, polyvinyl alcohol was incorporated for an interlayer, thereby having thewater flux of 48 LMH/bar and the salt rejection (Na2SO4) of 99.6%. The system can be used in a varietyof applications such as reverse osmosis, forward osmosis, or gas separations by simply replacing themonomers.

본격적인 정보화시대를 살아갈 학습자들에게 자신이 습득해야할 지식을 인터넷의 정보와 연계하여 문제해결, 현상파악, 의사결정을 할 수 있는 능력, 의식, 태도를 구비하도록 도와주는 교육이 시급히 요구되고 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 기존의 교육에서 견지된 산업화시대 일변도의 교육방법에서 탈피하여 정보화시대의 교육에 적용 가능한 새로운 구성주의적 교수학습모형인 인터넷활용 문제중심학습 방법을 교육현장에서 실제로 적용할 수 있도록 수업의 설계, 개발, 실행, 평가의 전 단계를 1)문제 작성, 2)학습목표 수립, 3)효과적인 학습활동을 위한 비구성주의적 교수학습활동 설계, 4)가상수업공간 개발, 5)도입, 6)학습자에게 문제 제시, 7)학습자가 문제파악 및 정보수집 계획 수립, 8)학습자가 문제해결에 필요한 정보를 수집하고 공유, 9)학습결과에 대한 전체적인 발표, 10)총괄평가 등으로 세분화하여 구체적으로 설명하고 있다.
국내 IT Shared Service 도입 저해 요인 연구 - IT아웃소싱 중심으로

본 연구는 IT아웃소싱 분야에서 IT Shared Service의 도입을 저해하는 요인에 대하여 분석하였다. 선행 연구를 통하여 IT Shared Service 도입을 주저하게 만드는 저해 요인들을 추출한 후 혁신저항 모델을 기반으로 설문 문항을 작성하였으며, IT 서비스 도입에 대한 의사결정을 할 수 있거나 지원할 수 있는 인력을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 총 104명의설문결과를 토대로 PLS 회귀분석을 수행하였으며, 분석 결과 상대적 이점, 기존 서비스에대한 만족감, 사회적 영향 등이 IT Shared Service 도입을 저해하는 주요 요인으로 나타났으며, 특히 수용자 저항이 높을수록 Shared Service의 도입의도가 낮게 나타났다. This study investigates the impeding factors of domestic IT Shared service adoption focused on IT Outsourcing. After drawing deduction the factors of resistance which make consumers hesitate to adopt IT Shared service from analysis of previous studies, the survey based on a model of innovation resistance was issued to experts who can make or assist decision on adopting IT service. From a total of 104 survey respondents, the results of the study revealed that relative advantages, satisfaction to previous services and social influences were the significant factors of resistance and higher innovation resistance of a consumer was shown to result in lower intention of use.
