THREE-LEVEL 하이브리드 몽고메리 감산을 통한 ARM CORTEX-M7에서의 CSIDH-512 최적화

As an efficient key recovery attack on SIDH/SIKE was proposed, CSIDH is drawing attention again. CSIDH is an isogeny-based key exchange algorithm that is safe against known attacks to date, and provide efficient NIKE by modernizing CRS scheme. In this paper, we firstly present the optimized implementation of CSIDH-512 on ARM Cortex-M7. We use three-level hybrid Montgomery reduction and present the results of our implementation. This is a CSIDH implementation in 32-bit embedded devices that has not been previously presented, and it is expected that the results of this paper will be available to implement CSIDH and derived cryptographic algorithms in various embedded environments in the future. NIST PQC 표준화 작업 Round 4에 올라 있던 유일한 아이소제니 기반 KEM 알고리즘인 SIKE에 대한 효율적인 키 복구 공격이 발표됨에 따라, 이를 대체할 수 있는 키 교환 알고리즘인 CSIDH가 다시 주목받고 있다. CSIDH는 현재까지 알려 진 공격에 안전한 아이소제니 기반 키 교환 알고리즘으로, CRS 스킴을 현대화하여 효율적인 NIKE를 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 CSIDH-512를 ARM Cortex-M7에서 구현하고 three-level 하이브리드 몽고메리 감산을 적용하여 최적화한 성능을 측정한 뒤 그 결과를 서술한다. 이는 기존에 제시되지 않았던 32-bit 임베디드 기기에서의 CSIDH 구현으로, 향후 다양한 임베디드 환경에서 CSIDH 및 파생 암호 알고리즘을 구현하는데 본 논문의 결과를 이용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
구성적 promoter인 P_(JH) promoter 하류에 연결된 Bacillus sp. 유래의 endoxylanase를 B. subtilis에서 과발현 하였다. 제작된 plasmid, pJHKJ4는 자체 promoter (P_(B))와 Bacillus의 강력한 promoter(P_(JH))가 연결되어 위치하여 전사되었다. B, subtilis DB431에 형질전환된 균주를 glucose가 함유된 LB 배지에서 배양한 결과 168 U/ml 으로 높은 효율로 발현되었다. 생산된 효소의 분포는 총 효소의 98%가 배양상등액으로 분비되어 재조합균인 B. subtilis DB431/pJHKJ4가 endoxylanase를 생산하는데 매우 유효한 균주임을 확인할 수 있었다. 배양상등액은 uafiation (MW cut-off 10 kDa and 30 3kDa)과 염석법으로 농축하였다. 효소의 농축에서 ultrafiltration이 70% ammonium sulfate 침전보다 효과적이었고 ultrafiltration으로 농축한 결과 specific activity가 219.8 U/mg으로 3.6배 정제도와 55.6%의 회수율을 보였다. 10 kDa과 30 kDa로 두 종류의 membrane으로 ultrafiltration으로 농축, 정제하는 것으로 거의 단일 band endoxylanase를 얻을 수 있었다. 50℃에서 농축된 효소액의 안정화는 NaCl(2%, 5%, 10%), CaCl_(2)(2 mM, 5 mM, 10 mUt), Glycerol(2%, 5%, 10%), Sorbitol(2 mM, 5 mM, 10 mM), Tween-80(2%, 5%, 10%), Polyethylene glycol 20,000(5%, 10%, 20%)등의 첨가제로 검토하였으며 가장 효과적인 안정제는 10% NaCl이였다. A strong constitutive P_(JH) promoter from Bacillus sp. was applied to overexpress the endoxylanase gene(639 bp) in Bacillus subtilis. The expression plasmid, pJHKJ4, was designed to contain the P_(JH) promoter and open reading frame of endoxylanase including its own promoter. The plasmid was introduced into B. subtilis DB431 and the resulting transformant was grown on LB glucose medium. At the end of cultivation, the endoxylanase activity in the culture supernatant reached about 168 unit/ml. The enzyme in the supernatant was efficiently concentrated by ultrafiltration(MW cut-off 10 kDa and 30 kDa). For the concentration of enzyme, ultrafiltration was more efficient than 70% ammonium sulfate precipitation. The stabilization of concentrated enzyme solution at storage temperatures 50℃ was examined with various stabilizers such as NaCl(2%, 5%, 10%), CaCl_(2)(2 mM, 5 mM, 10 mM), Glycerol(2%, 5%, 10%), Sorbitol(2 mM, 5 mM, 10 mM), Tween-80(2%, 5%, 10%), Polyethylene glycol 20,000(5%, 10%, 20%). The most effective stabilizer was found to be 10% NaCl.
If human beings get three basic needs, for example, <'food', 'clothing' and ' shelter'> indispensable for our every day life, they begin to have gradually more different, greater, and more unique needs. A rising number of desires lead to a substantial change. Here, we can ask that in the contemporary era when sharply-changing Knowledge & Information become useful resources, what does today's life mean? In a word, life can be defined as one snowed under the plethora of indefinitely accelerating competitions and stained with distortive humanity and needs by means of capitalism affecting badly human beings. Given the stern reality, it is unavoidable that we should struggle to live amid a lot of confrontation, distrust and conflicts faced in our society. These things cause 'severance', 'alienation', 'fear' and 'frustration', and end up in destroying pure natures and spirits that human beings have, to a great degree, and bring about what's called 'humanity loss'- dominated era. At this juncture, what does 'poetry' function? It is difficult to conclude in a word about it. But, 'poetry' can play an important and positive role to comfort and cure souls of heartbroken human beings in fear and despair. Although human beings live the highest-quality and affluent life, they feel a sense of severance, alienation, and loss due to indifference people showed. Thus, it might become significant to look into and embrace the inner world of contemporary human beings. Human beings have, by nature, '‘Circular Regression' Desire' so, they're eager to return to their hometown where they can mentally and spiritually depend on. Also, human beings aspire for the desire and ideal world. Judging from these facts, it is no surprising that 'literature' plays an important part. As one of literary genres, 'poetry' inspires human beings to recover their good-hearted nature and heighten human beings' dignity and respect, under violence and material civilization and commercialism-dominated circumstances. In this bitter reality that people are not considerate of someone else, 'poetry' needs to provide courage for ailing and alienated people. Through poetry, human beings can form a symbiotic community and interaction as well regain their inherent humanity and life. The source of most poems that this researcher has written can be associated with 'humanism', which put the accent on overcoming separation and alienation from everyday life. This researcher suppose that a good poetic work can be born in despair. Thus, the main goal this research wants to pursue through poems is to write poems based on real experiences of despair, solitude and sufferings, and live life. To do it, I sought to share sufferings, grief, loneliness and fatigue that other people feel, embracing and looking seriously back on my life. In this regard, this researcher started to make an analysis of my poetic works purporting to mirror myself and live my life becoming not hypocritic or pretentious. These poetic works depict poetically and metaphorically what we have perceived or felt in the contemporary era when ' discontinuous' and 'incorrect' factors become the mainstream. Such works have one thing in common that they were meant to comfort ailing souls of alienated groups. In this context, this researcher interpreted and analyzed, in a poetic and metaphorical style, these poetic subjects and themes on alienation, inequality, sufferings and separation from everyday life that human beings must inevitably experience in this contemporary era. Also, this researcher attempted to portray a bit a sense of 'grief', 'alienation' and 'loss' that are often felt in old age. Unfortunately, such sense was not reflected as much as this researcher wanted. Most poets tend to put the focus on yesterday and today in combination with the past and present memory elements, instead of being biased toward yesterday. A strong sense, image and expression must be dotted with excellent and intrinsic depth and serenity, so that the poetic world of this researcher can attract greater attention. It goes without saying that self-reflection should be made on sufferings that other people, including yourself, experience. Such 'self-reflection' is essential for completing a more mature poetic work. But, to be shameful to say, this researcher is too concentrated in revealing inner sufferings in my heart. This is evidenced plainly in that most works by this researcher have a 'self-pity'-biased tendency. Therefore, it needs to perceive not just 'dark' and 'negative' factors but also 'bright' and 'positive' ones should be mirrored in all poetic works. Actually, we have both good and bad experiences in our lives. Hence, this researcher wants to discover and pursue two indefinite extreme aspects, for example, <'bright event' in dark shadow'>. It is good to reflect these aspects into poetic works, to a more serious and profound level. But, this researcher has, so far, not forced or advised someone to make these kinds of works. Through these extreme components, too rhetoric and dry poetic materials used by this researcher might be transformed in an abundant and flexible style. It is long and hard to become a true poet. In the end, this researcher realizes that I should take strong responsibility for <' drawing wonderful poetic words or phrases out of nowhere unknown and rich darkness'.> To do it, this researcher has to go through a rough road for a true poet, overcoming much loneliness and adversity with a great sense of perseverance. Thus, it poses a great task to provide this dry world with abundant and sweet scent-tinted nourishments and nurture soils for infertile tree root.
상대 변위량을 배제한 KUH 전기체 정하중시험 변위 데이터 분석 방법 연구

The purpose of full-scale airframe static test, which is carried out essentially in aircraft development program, is to prove the static strength requirements and verify the finite element model of structure. For the test, sensors such as strain gage and displacement transducer are attached on test article, and measured data is recorded and compared to predicted data. The displacement transducer is used to measure structural stiffness, and is used to monitor the displacement of the test article so as to keep the location of the test article from loading equipment. The real displacement data measured in the test is a little different from the predicted displacement data, because of the rigid body motion of the test article. The test article is supported by the restraint system. Since the restraint system adopts spring link type, the rigid body motion is occurred, and it affects the displacement data. In this thesis, the analysis method of displacement data resulting from KUH full-scale airframe static test is studied. As the method of obtaining more accurate displacement data, it is studied to remove influence of rigid body motion of each part of the test article, and theory of the relative displacement is used. First, the relative coordinate system transforming the displacement value of the location of the restraint system to zero is set. Then the relative displacement is figured out, compared to predicted data, and verified the validity. It might be utilized as an important data in KUH development program. The displacement analysis method obtaining accurate displacement data by removing influence of rigid body motion will be widely utilized as a structural test data not only on KUH full-scale airframe static test but in most of structural tests.
서론 : 본 연구는 간 조직 검사에서 보고된 지방 변성과 MRI 화학적 변위영상(MRC)을 이용하여 측정한 간의 지방 비율의 상관 관계 및 간의 분절 및 절편의 지방 비율 사이의 상호 연관성을 조사하고자 하였다. 방법 : 2011년 6월에서 2012년 2월까지의 생체 간 기증자 중에서 조직검사와 MRC 영상이 있는 81명을 대상으로 하였다. MRC을 이용하여 간의 각 8분절의 심부와 각 4절편의 지방 비율을 측정하였다. 분절 4,5,6,7,8에서는 말초 부위의 지방 비율을 따로 측정했다. 이들 각각의 지방분율의 상관 관계 및 조직검사와의 연관성, 간의 불균등한 지방 분포를 통계적 방법을 사용하여 조사하였다. 결과 : MRC를 이용하여 측정한 간 5번 분절의 말초부위 지방 분율은 실제 간 조직의 거대수포성 지방 변화 비율과 연관성이 있었다(r=.816, p=.000). 또한, 이 부위의 지방 비율은 간의 다른 부위의 지방 비율과도 유의한 연관성이 있었다(p=.000). 한편, 간 분절 4번, 6번, 7번, 8번에서는 말초 부위와 심부 부위의 지방비율 간에 유의한 차이가 있었고 (p=000, .004, .000 and .006), 심부의 지방 비율은 각 8분절 간에 유의한 차이가 있었다 (F(4.003, 58.032)=8.684, p=.000). 하지만, 간 분절 4번, 5번, 6번, 7번, 8번의 말초 부위의 지방 비율 간에는 유의한 차이가 없었다(F (2.9, 5.3) = 1.3, p = .272). 그리고, 환자별 간 8분절의 최대 지방 비율 값과 최소 지방 비율 값의 차이인, 지방의 편차는 간의 지방 변화가 심할수록 커지는 경향을 가졌다. 결론 : 지방 간이 심할수록 간의 일부의 조직 검사 결과나 특정 부위에서 MRC을 사용한 측정한 지방 비율은 전체 간의 지방 비율을 나타내지 못하므로 간의 여러 부위나 분절 및 전체 간에서의 지방 비율의 측정이 필요하다. (Background) This study was aimed to evaluate the correlation between the real fatty change on liver biopsy and the estimated fat fraction using MR triple-echo chemical shifting gradient echo imaging (MRC) as well as the difference in fat fraction for each segment, section, hemi-liver under the estimated fat fraction on MRC. (Patients and Methods) Between June 2011 and February 2012, 81 liver donors who had both the pathologic report for the liver biopsy and MRC images were selected in living donor liver transplantation. Fat fraction was estimated in the deep portion of eight segments, in four sections and two hemi-livers. Fatty change of the peripheral portion of segment 4,5,6,7 and 8 were measured separately on the MRC. Then correlations among each fat faction were analyzed and the uneven distribution of fat in the liver was investigated statistically. (Results) The estimated fat fraction on peripheral part of S5 from MRC had a strong correlation with pathologic macro-vesicular fatty change of the liver wedge biopsy(r=.816, p=.000). And this peripheral S5 fat fraction had positive correlations with all peripheral and deep portion of each segment (p=0.000). But, there were differences of fat fraction between peripheral and deep part of S4, S6, S7 and S8 (p=000, .004, .000 and .006). And there were significant differences in fat fraction among deep parts of eight segments (F(4.003, 58.032)=8.684, p=.000) as compared with no difference among peripheral parts of S4, S5, S6, S7 and S8 (F (2.9, 5.3) = 1.3, p = .272). Although there were no difference of fat fraction among section and hemi-liver, the range of the fat fraction had an increasing tendency according to the fat fraction on MRC (p=0.063) (Conclusion) Although the fat fraction of peripheral S5 reflects the pathologic fatty change for the liver biopsy as well as the other parts of liver, the distribution of fat in the liver is uneven statistically. Therefore, when fatty change getting severe, we should be cautious for predicting fat fraction for the whole liver under liver biopsy or estimated fat fraction using MRI under the specific area in the liver.

The 21st century is the age of a communications revolution, which means the transformation to a full-scale age of multi-media. This phenomenon combines broadcast, magazine-publication, telecommunication, and computers. The growth of the information network, otherwise know as, the Internet has assumed crucial role in the development of multi-media. The Internet, or the called "The Sea of Information", is emerging and other forms of existing media have been on the decline, A new trend has emerged, which represents integration of existing media and the Internet. This has resulted in the integration of texts, voices pictures, and animated images. This has lead to the vague boundary between media such as newspaper, broadcast, magazine-publication, movies and Information Technology. In addition, it has lead an every increasing repertoire of media forms. Some of the representative examples of this are the advent of Internet-newspapers, Internet-magazine and Internet-broadcasts, which are in the limelight as they have added distinctive domain in this area. Of those is web-zine that I am planning on dealing with the webzine in this thesis, which it's traditional form of publication has existed for hundreds of years. It is drawing much attention in academic circles as new form of publication in the "Digital Age". In this thesis I examined the concept of electronic publishing that comparing and contrasting traditional paper magizine to the publication and production of webzines. Further, I examined the specific characteristics of this form of publication. I also illustrated the characteristics of the 'mail-zine' one type of web-zine, and 'blog' which has recently appeared claiming to be "one medium for just one person". I also examined the entering pages of the existing websites, followed by a careful examination of the features of representative web-zines within the Korean market. I introduced PDF service, which is positioned as a new trend owing to development of new technology, iBrowser, and true eBook. In addition, I analyzed the web sites in service, the trails of "Sasangge" (which literally means "Field of Thoughts") and "Ssialeui Sori" (which literally means "the Voice of People"), and their publishers. I considered the fact that their past volumes are not available, furthermore they are composed with obsolete letters, which are not easily accessible to netizens who are accustomed to the visual displays. As well, I reviewed Professor Kang Jun-Man publication the magazine of "InmulgwaSasang"(which literally means "People and Thoughts) in 1998. It's catchpraze is 'the criticism of real name' and 'challenge to the divine and taboo'. I analyzed it's website according to the concept of Webzine. This magazine is evoking controversal debate many by mans intellectuals. It is the purpose of this thesis to provide opportunities to open the eyes of the intelligent beyond the generations servicing the prestigious and auspicious works of such magazines to the younger generation using this new form of technology. Both of "Sasangge" and "SsialeuiSori"are two of the most representative magazines that have made a commitment to establishment of democracy in Korea via supporting freedom of the press. Also "InmulgwaSasang" is beyond the criticism of journal and is establishing the position of current culture magazine.
Synthetic Studies of the Suzuki-Miyaura Coupling and Aldol Condensation Process

항암 활성을 가지는 여러 천연물의 핵심 중간체로 사용이 가능한 dibenzo[a,c]cyclohepten-5-one 유도체들을 Suzuki-Miyaura 결합 반응과 aldol 축합 반응으로 합성하였다. 상업적으로 쉽게 구할 수 있는 2’-bromoacetophenone (9)와 2-formylphenylboronic acid (2)을 출발물질로 Pd(OAc)2 와 CataCXium PIntB L15를 이용한 Suzuki-Miyaura 결합 반응을 통해 높은 수율로 keto-aldehyde 50를 합성할 수 있는 catalytic system을 개발하였다. 나아가 산/염기 촉매를 조절하여 높은 수율로 분자 내 aldol 축합 반응을 통해 dibenzo[a,c]cyclohepten-5-one 11 합성에 성공 하였다. 이 방법은 온화한 조건에서 빠른 시간에 다양한 유도체를 합성할 수 있는 장점을 가지고 있다. A common strategy for the synthesis of a 7-membered-ring system with a Suzuki-Miyaura coupling followed by an acid/base-promoted intramolecular aldol condensation reaction has been developed. The reaction of 2′-bromoacetophenones with 2-formylphenylboronic acids in the presence of Pd(OAc)2 and CataCXium PIntB L15 efficiently provided biaryl compounds, which were transformed to a wide array of dibenzo[ a, c]cyclohepten-5-ones in excellent yields by a sequential treatment with p-TsOH, followed by 10% aq NaOH.
