소의 난포액과 호르몬이 난포란의 체외수정 및 체외발달에 미치는 영향

This study was carried out to determine the effect of bovine follicular fluid(bFF), hormones, and fetal bovine serum(FBS) supplemented in the medium on the in vitro fertilization and development of bovine embryos. The ovaries were obtained from a local abattoir and placed in physiological saline kept at 30~32ºC and brought to the laboratory within 3~4 hours. The oocytes and follicular fluid were collected by aspiration from visible follicles, and the oocytes of grades I on the basis of the morphology of cumulus cells attached and the homogeneity of cytoplasmic granules were selected and used for maturation. The basal media used for oocyte maturation, fertilization and embryo development in vitro were Ham' F-10, TALP and TCM-199, respectively. The hormones supplemented in maturation medium were consisted of 35 pg /ml FSH, 10 pg /ml LH and 1 pg/mi estradiol-l7. The bFF collected from 5~9 mm follicles was centrifuged, filtered and inactivated by heat-treatment at 56ºC for 30 min. FBS also was inactivated with the same method and kept at -20ºC until use. The embryos were co-cultured with the monolayer of bovine oviductal epithelial cells at 39ºC under 5% in air for 9 days. The results obtained were summarized as follows: The fertilization rate of oocytes was found 87.4% from 10% FBS and hormones treatment for IVM, and 37.1% of these TVF embryos were developed to blastocyst stage in 10% FBS groups. Compared with this control system, the fertilization rate was decreased significantly(P<0.05) in the maturation without either FBS or hormones. These IVF embryos were developed to morula stage at the similar rate, but to blastocyst at significantly(P<0.05) lower rate in the embryo culture with or without FBS supplementation. The fertilization rate(82.9%) in hormones and 10% inactivated bFF was similar with 10% FBS and hormone groups(87.4%), but decreased significantly(P<0.05) in 20 or 30% bFF (61.0 or 66.0%), respectively. In vitro developmental competence to blastocyst stage in 10% FBS and 20% inactivated bFF(37.1% and 31.4%) was higher than in 10 or 30% inactivated bFF(20.0 or 19.2%) or 10, 20 and 30% fresh bFF(19.1, 21.0 and 17.5%) The results indicated that the in vitro fertillzation and development rate of the embryos should be improved in 10% FBS or 20% inactivated culture system and 20% inactivated bFF might be available economically for bovine oocyte maturation and embryo culture instead of fetal bovine serum.

This paper attempts to clarify the meaning and value of the "Four Position Bases" in the Theory of the Original Image of Unification Thought. The viewpoints of "Parmenides" in Plato's Dialogues and the idea of the Four Position Bases were compared with each other. During the course of his attempt to resolve problems found in his middle period, Plato became aware of being brought to light the diverse forms of existence in the various meanings of the relationship between the One and the Other. However, as he was only able to logically point out the possibilities of diverse forms of existence but could not know their contents, everything was ambiguous. As a result of examining the eight hypotheses of "Parmenides" from the viewpoint of Unification Thought, the following conclusions were reached. Hypotheses 1, 2, 3, 4 of "Parmenides" explain the Four Position Bases in the Theory of the Original Image. Hypothesis 1 signifies the Inner Identity-Maintaining Four Position Base, Hypothesis 2 signifies the Outer Identity-Maintaining Four Position Base, Hypothesis 3 points to the Inner Developing Four Position Base, while Hypothesis 4 signifies the Outer Developing Four Position Base respectively. Hypotheses 5,6,7,8 explain the Four Position Bases of all created things. Hypothesis 5 signifies the Outer Identity-Maintaining Four Position Base, Hypothesis 6 signifies the Inner Identity-Maintaining Four Position Base, while Hypothesis 7 points to the Inner Developing Four Position Base and Hypothesis 8 signifies the Outer Developing Four Position Base. Furthermore, Hypothesis 2-A can be viewed as signifying the Two-Stage Structure of the Theory of the Original Image in Unification Thought. In the context of such a study, we realize that the view of God of Unification Thought is not something that suddenly appeared out of the blue sky; we can appreciate that it was completed on the basis of truth discovered by humankind in the course of God's providence of restoration. Furthermore, we realize that the incomplete and obscure aspects of traditional views of God are supplemented and clarified through the Unification view of God.

인간의 문제는 소크라테스 이후 항상 철학의 중요한 문제가 되어왔다. 그러나, 오늘날 인간에 대한 지식은 놀라울 정도로 증가했지만 본래적인 인간의 모습과 자기확신의 문제는 혼돈에 빠져있다. 이 논문은 이러한 혼돈을 직시하면서 야스퍼스의 자기확신의 문제를 다루었다. 야스퍼스에 있어서 인간은 철학의 근본문제 중의 하나이다. 야스퍼스가 마주친 단 하나의 놀라운 본래적 존재자는 자기 자신인 인간이었다. 그러므로 그에 있어 인간의 문제는 피해 갈 수 없다. 야스퍼스는 인간의 본질을 새로운 내면의 자기각성에서 찾았다.
