There have been ongoing social discussions on revision of the abortion law since the Constitutional Court ruled it nonconformity to the constitution on April 11, 2019. Thus, Korean Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Korean Society of Maternal Fetal Medicine, Korean College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and Korean Association of Obstetricians and Gynecologists organized 'special committee for abortion law' to support social discussion on the revision of the abortion law, and they prepared official opinions of obstetrics for medical issues including doctors' right to refuse abortion. In the future, the committee will continue to adapt to changes of medical environment especially after the revision of the abortion law by collecting its members' feedbacks.

광대역 CDMA 방식을 이용한 개인휴대통신 시스템 설계

This paper descries design concepts, structure and charracteristics of personal communications system based on wideband CDMA under developing for general low-tier mobile telecommunications services as the first step of the next generation mobile telecommunications systems that provide timely exchange of various types of information with anyone, from anywhere, at anytime. Also, wedesign a reverse linktransmitter/receiver structure for personal communications system based on wideband CDMA and validata the performance of the designed structure and establish the each parameter via computer simulation. Simulaation results on the effects of reverse link synchronous transmission and the effects of power control and control and channel coding in pedestrian environment for low-tier services are presented.

재택∙순회교육을 받는 장애 고등학생의 학부모와 재택∙순회교육을 담당하는 특수교사의 경험과 인식에 관한 질적 연구

연구목적: 본 연구는 재택∙순회교육을 받는 장애 고등학생의 학부모와 재택∙순회교육을 담당하는 특수교사의 경험과 인식을 고찰하고자 수행되었다. 연구방법: 연구의 참여자는 서울시에 거주하면서 재택∙순회교육을 받는 장애 고등학생의 학부모 6명과 서울시에서 재택∙순회교육을 담당한 경험이 있는 특수교사 5명이다. 연구 참여자는 목적표집과 눈덩이표집을 사용하여 선정하였고, 반구조화된 면담 질문을 개발하여 개별 심층면담을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 특정 집단의 현상 및 경험의 본질을 탐구하는 것에 초점을 둔 해석 현상학적 접근으로 분석하였다. 연구결과: 자료 분석 결과 6개의 대주제와 17개의 하위주제가 도출되었다. 도출된 대주제는 재택∙순회교육의 시작, 재택∙순회교육의 배경 변인, 재택∙순회교육 수업, 학부모와 교사의 관계, 재택∙순회교육에 대한 만족과 한계, 재택∙순회교육의 문제점 개선을 위한 요구이다. 결론: 본 연구는 재택∙순회교육을 받고 있는 동시에 성인기 전환을 앞둔 장애 고등학생과 관련된 이슈를 고찰하고 이들을 위한 교육의 핵심 관련자인 학부모와 교사의 시각을 종합하여 재택∙순회교육을 심도 있게 다루었다는 의의를 갖는다. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the experiences and perceptions of parents and special educators of high school students with disabilities who receive home-based itinerant education (HIE). Method: Participants were 6 parents of high school students with disabilities receiving HIE in Seoul, and 5 special educators who had experience of HIE. Purposive and snowball sampling was used to select the participants. In-depth individual interviews were conducted using semi-structured interview questions developed by the authors. The collected data were analyzed by an interpretative phenomenological analysis focusing on exploring the nature of the particular group phenomena and experiences. Results: Six themes and 17 sub-themes emerged from data analysis. The themes were the beginning of HIE, the background factors of HIE, HIE classes, the relationship between parents and teachers, satisfaction and limitation of HIE, and the solutions for the issues in HIE. Conclusion: The significance of this study is that it examined the issues related to high school students receiving HIE who were preparing for adulthood and highlighted the HIE in detail by integrating the viewpoints of parents and special educators.

교안(a teaching program[plan];a lesson schedule )이란 교수가 강의를 준비하는 단계로 서 수업 활동 중에서 가장 기본이 되며 교사의 능동적이고 주체적이며 독자적인 활동이 이루 어지는 단계라고 볼 수 있다. 주어진 시간 안에 알찬 내용을 학생들에게 전달하기위해 교안 연구는 수업에 있어서 필수적인 과정이며 준비된 교안은 알찬 수업을 이끈다는 것은 당연하 다. 그러므로 준비된 교안이 있다는 것 자체가 교사에게는 마음 든든한 조력자이며 교안을 만 들어 가는 과정을 통하여 훌륭한 강의를 만들기 위한 훈련과정을 축적해 간다고 볼 수 있다. 교안 안에는 교사의 정확한 학습목표와 그에 따른 분명한 지도내용이 제시되어야하며 그 교 안에 근거하여 교사는 교실 안에서 학생들을 지도하여야한다. 특히 모국어의 독서지도가 아닌 외국어 특히 독서로서의 영어지도교안연구는 다양한 접근교수법을 통하여 문화적 이해와 텍스 트가 함축하는 저자의 의도까지도 정확히 파악하여 교안에 접목함으로서 최대한의 학습목표를 거두기 위해 교안을 준비하여야 한다.
