Patent information analysis has been carried out for technological capability analysis of competitors relating to next generation mobile communication. Various analysis methods, such as applicant analysis, technology classification analysis, indicator analysis and the like have been utilized as a method of analyzing patent information. As a first step for the technological capability analysis of competitors, applicants having high patent activity(PA) were selected, and as a second step therefor, technology classifications showing high technological independence (TI) were selected. Furthermore, portfolios for technology classifications showing high technological independence in the patents of main applicants having high patent activity by matching results the first and second steps together were prepared. Through such a process, portfolios for important technologies which have been concentrically researched by competitors could be analyzed. Accordingly, the present analysis results will help to carry out strategic R&D management, such as the establishment of company R&D plans and patent strategies. 차세대 이동통신 관련 경쟁기업의 기술적 역량분석을 위해 특허정보 분석을 실시하였다. 특허정보의 분석방법으로는 출원인 분석, 기술분류 분석, 지표분석 등 여러 분석방법을 활용하였다. 경쟁기업의 기술적 역량분석 1단계로 특허활동도(Patent Activity:PA)가 높은 출원인을 선별하였고, 2단계로 기술자립도(Technological Independence:TI)가 높은 기술분류를 선별하였다. 그리고 1단계와 2단계 결과를 매칭하여 특허활동도가 높은 주요 출원인 중에서 기술자립도가 높은 기술분류에 대한 포트폴리오를 작성하였다. 이와 같은 과정을 통해 경쟁기업간에 집중적으로 연구되고 있는 중요 기술 포트폴리오를 분석할 수 있다. 이 분석 결과는 기업의 R&D계획, 특허전략 수립 등 전략적 R&D 관리 수행을 돕는 역할을 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate and compare the of habital exercise on arteriosclerosis factor(blood pressure and arterial stiffness) in milddle-age. The research subjects included 30 men aged 42 to 50 years old.The experimental group was measured %body-fat, BMI, RbaPWV, LbaPWV, SBP, DBP, RABI, LABI. This data were analyzed by independent t-test and multiple regression.
운동과 활성 산소 및 항산화 효소의 상관관계에 관한 고찰

Regular exercise is known as an important factor for reducing danger of heart disease, cancer, osteoporosis, diabetes and many other diseases as well as promoting metabolic functions, immune systems, antioxidant defense system. Otherwise, acute bout of strenuous exercise induced injuries, chronic fatigue and many diseases, and it shows that main cause is theory of free radical. In General, increasing antioxidant enzyme by regular exercise could reduce oxidative stress in human body, but if free radical production overwhelms antioxidant defence system in acute bout of strenuous exercise, it induces negative effects. Also, it shows that is controled by the intensityduemethod of exercise and the fitness level of the subject, age, gender. As a result, we suggest that increases intensity of exercise gradually and selects other factors well for improving health by regular exercise. Also, if players who is professional need to attend in acute training long time, they can protect oxidative stress by antioxidant supplementation such as VitC., VitE. and Selenium.
점증적 최대운동부하시 심폐기능과 세포막손상지표 및 비만지표의 상관성연구

The purpose of this study was to examines correlation Cardiorespiratory Function and LDH, Obesity Indices during incremental maximal exercise. The subjects of this study were 112 normal healthy males and all subjects were involved in each test. The Cardiorespiratory function were VO2max and AT, O2pulse, RQ. The Cardiorespiratory function were measured on the test breathed though breathing values using Modify Bruce protocol of MetaMax 3B(MetasoftⅡ, U.S.A). The LDH was measured through DT60Ⅱ(Kodak U.S.A) by 3,000rpm. Plasm was sampled from an antecubital vein using hypodermic syringe at rest and post-exercise(all-out), recover 10min, recover 30min. The Obesity Indices were %fat and BMI, WHR. The results were as follows : 1. The Cardiorespiratory function(VO2max, AT) was negatively correlated with LDH.2. The Cardiorespiratory function(VO2max, AT, O2pulse) was negatively correlated with Obesity Indices(%fat and BMI, WHR), but RQ was positively correlation with Obesity Indices. In conclusion, the results of this study demonstrated that the Cardiorespiratory function has significant relationship with the LDH and Obesity Indices. Furthermore, the increase of the Cardiorespiratory function may decrease Cell Membrane Damage and Obesity factor.

Wolfram-like disorder is one of the WFS1-related disorders that are caused by mutation of the WFS1 genes. WFS1-related disorders are classified as Wolfram syndrome, Wolfram like disorder and nonsyndromic low-frequency sensorineural hearing loss (DFNA6/14/38). Wolfram syndrome is known to DIDMOAD (diabetes insipidus, diabetes mellitus, optic atrophy and deafness), and it is an autosomal-recessive disorder that predisposes a patient to developing type 1 diabetes in association with progressive optic atrophy,and the disease shows various phenotypes. Wolfram like disorder is an autosomal-dominant disorder that predisposes a patient to develop type 2 diabetes in association with optic atrophy and hearing impairment. We experienced a case of Wolfram like disorder with diabetes, optic atrophy and sensorineural hearing loss in a 28-year-old woman who was admitted to our hospital. Our case demonstrated the E737K missense mutation on the WFS1 gene, which has been previously reported in the medical literature. The diagnosis of WFS1-related disorder was confirmed by the clinical features and molecular genetic testing of the WFS1 gene.
