Patent information analysis has been carried out for technological capability analysis of competitors relating to next generation mobile communication. Various analysis methods, such as applicant analysis, technology classification analysis, indicator analysis and the like have been utilized as a method of analyzing patent information. As a first step for the technological capability analysis of competitors, applicants having high patent activity(PA) were selected, and as a second step therefor, technology classifications showing high technological independence (TI) were selected. Furthermore, portfolios for technology classifications showing high technological independence in the patents of main applicants having high patent activity by matching results the first and second steps together were prepared. Through such a process, portfolios for important technologies which have been concentrically researched by competitors could be analyzed. Accordingly, the present analysis results will help to carry out strategic R&D management, such as the establishment of company R&D plans and patent strategies. 차세대 이동통신 관련 경쟁기업의 기술적 역량분석을 위해 특허정보 분석을 실시하였다. 특허정보의 분석방법으로는 출원인 분석, 기술분류 분석, 지표분석 등 여러 분석방법을 활용하였다. 경쟁기업의 기술적 역량분석 1단계로 특허활동도(Patent Activity:PA)가 높은 출원인을 선별하였고, 2단계로 기술자립도(Technological Independence:TI)가 높은 기술분류를 선별하였다. 그리고 1단계와 2단계 결과를 매칭하여 특허활동도가 높은 주요 출원인 중에서 기술자립도가 높은 기술분류에 대한 포트폴리오를 작성하였다. 이와 같은 과정을 통해 경쟁기업간에 집중적으로 연구되고 있는 중요 기술 포트폴리오를 분석할 수 있다. 이 분석 결과는 기업의 R&D계획, 특허전략 수립 등 전략적 R&D 관리 수행을 돕는 역할을 할 것이다.
횡격막 호흡과 마늘 분말 섭취가 중년 남성 흡연자의 신체조성, 심박수, 혈압 및 면역글로불린에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 대상은 40대 남성 중 흡연력이 10년 이상인 피험자 28명으로 횡경막호흡군, 마늘섭취군, 횡격막호흡+마늘섭취군, 대조군으로 나누었다. 횡격막 호흡 훈련은 4주간, 주 4회, 1회 20분 실시하였고, 운동강도는 호흡곤란척도의 2단계에서 5단계 사이로 설정하였다. 마늘 분말은 3 g씩, 아침, 저녁 식후, 하류 2회 섭취시킨 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 체지방률은 마늘섭취군만 실험 실시 후 감소하였고, 집단 간 비교에서 마늘섭취군이 대조군에 비해 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 심박수는 횡경막호흡군만 실험 실시 후 감소하였다. 수축기 혈압은 횡격막호흡+마늘섭취군만 실험 실시 후 감소하였다. IgG는 마늘섭취군과 횡격막호흡+마늘섭취군이 증가하였다. 이상의 결과를 통해 횡격막과 늑간의 효율적으로 사용하는 횡격막 호흡 훈련과 낮은 온도에서 가열하여 거부감을 줄인 마늘 분말 섭취는 흡연자의 신체조성, 심박수, 혈압 및 면역글로불린에 일부 긍정적인 효과가 나타나, 흡연자 뿐만 아니라 비흡연자들의 건강관리에도 적절한 중재 방법이 될 수 있을 것이다. 향후 흡연으로 인한 부작용의 예방과 개선을 위해 보다 종단적인 후속 연구가 요구되어진다. The purpose of this study was to investigate combined effects of diaphragm breathing and garlic powder intake on body composition, heart rate, blood press and immunoglobulin levels in middle-aged male smokers from the age 40-49. Diaphragm breath training was 2-5 grade intensity on dyspnea scale for 20 minutes four times a week for 4 weeks and subjects were given garlic at 3 g of powder after breakfast and dinner two times a day during the 4 weeks. The conclusions of this study are as follows; Garlic intake group decreased in percentage of body fat, in the comparison between groups, garlic intake group had a lower percentage of body fat than control group. Heart rate was decreased in Diaphragm breathing group at rest. SBP was decreased in Diaphragm breathing+garlic intake group. Garlic intake group and diaphragm breathing+garlic intake group increased in IgG.

본 논문은 주행중의 자동차에 장착된 카메라의 입력 영상으로부터 이동창을 활용하여 차선을 인식하고 장애물을 감지하는 기법을 기술한다. 영상 정보로부터 장애물을 감지하기 위해서 차선의 위치를 빠른 시간에 추출하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 이를 위하여 한 프레임의 영상에서 차선의 입력이 예상되는 일부분만을 선정하는 기법이 일반적이다. 본 논문에서는 주행 차량의 영상 정보로부터 장애물을 감지하기 위하여, 도로의 곡률에 따라 차선의 입력 예상 위치를 측정하여 크기가 조절된 이동하는 창을 설정하여 정확한 차선의 위치를 추출하고, 나아가 주행 차선 내에 위치하는 장애물을 점출할 수 있는 기법을 제안한다. 이를 고정창을 이용하는 경우와 레이저 혹은 레이터 센서를 사용하는 경우와 비교하여, 정확도가 높음을 보였다. To detect obstacles and lane-markers for driving vehicles, a new moving window scheme where moving windows are assigned to an image frame captured by a camera is addressed. For the detection of obstacles, it is important to estimate lane-markers precisely and rapidly. For this purpose, selecting some partes of an image frame at the expected lane locations, i.e., selecting window are generally adopted for extracting lane-markers efficiently. In this paper, a new scheme that extracts lane-markers precisely by assigning variable size windows at the expected locations of lane-markers considering the road curvature and finally detects obstacles within a driving lane is proposed. The accuracy improvement using this moving window scheme is showed by comparing to the conventional fixed window method and to using radar to laser sensors.

The results of a discussion among parties involved in the Industrial Educational Cooperation Program are as follows: 1. Ensure that students in the Continuing Education System have certain work experience as a prerequisite for admission. 2. Studies and evaluation methods should be diversified in order to give students better selection of lectures and credits. 3. Re-education system should be established, and a degree conferred through development of human resources and study terms. 4. Educate students by cooperating between the union of industries and that of the colleges. 5. Students are satisfied about the intensive study by $\ulcorner$2+2$\lrcorner$ joint education which connects junior college and university. 6. Put into practice creative technical education for technological development by learning their classroom studying just as actual practice in the industrial field. I offer strategies for settlement of the Industrial Trust Education mentioned above, and urge the Ministry of Education to comply.
최적의 Moving Window를 사용한 실시간 차선 및 장애물 감지

본 논문에서는 주행차량에 장착된 CCD 카메라를 통하여 획득되어진 영상으로부터 moving window를 사용하여 차선을 인식하고 장애물을 감지하는 방법을 제안한다 입력되는 동영상을 실시간에 처리하기 위해서는 하드웨어적으로 상당히 많은 제약을 초래한다. 이러한 문제점을 극복하고 영상을 사용하여 실시간에 차선 인식 및 장애물을 감지하기 위해, 도로조건과 차량상태에 바탕을 둔 최적의 window 크기를 결정하고 그 window 영상만을 처리하여 차선 인식 및 장애물 감지를 실시간에 가능하게 하는 기법을 제안한다 영상의 각 프레임에 대하여 moving window는 칼만필터에 의해 정확성이 향상된 예측방향으로 옮겨진다. 제안된 알고리즘의 효용성을 고속도로 주행영상을 사용한 실험을 통해 보여준다 A moving window technique for detecting a lane and obstacles using the Images captured by a CCD camera attached in an automobile, is proposed in this paper To process the dynamic images in real time, there could be many constraints on the hardware To overcome these hardware constraints and to detect the lane and obstacles in real time, the optimal size of window IS determined based upon road conditions and automobile states. By utilizing the sub-Images inside the windows, detection of the lane and obstacles become possible m real time. For each Image frame, the moving windows are re-determined following the predicted directions based on Kalman filtering theory to Improve detection accuracy, as well as efficiency The feasibility of proposed algorithm IS demonstrated through the simulated experiments of highway driving.

This study was that investigate the effect of participation of core muscle exercise program on motor and vocal tic disorders. The subjects were collected 42 patients with tic disorder, and separated non-exercise group(n=9) and exercise group(n=33). Their parent wrote down Yale Global Tic Severity Scale for evaluation of tic dis order before and after treatments. Also exercise group participated core exercise program when they visited B oriental medicine clinic. Data were analyzed by two way repeated ANOVA. First, the number, frequency of motor tic had no significance, but the level of severity, complexity, disturbance and total of motor tics were significantly decreased in both groups. Second, the number, frequency, level of severity, complexity, disturbance and total of vocal tics were significantly declined after treatment. Last, disability and total score were also decreased in both groups. These finding suggests that the core muscle exercise has no effect on tic dis order.
sarcopenic obesity 여대생의 운동형태가 동맥경직도 및 hs-CRP에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to effects of exercise type of female University students with of sarcopenic obesity on their arterial stiffness and hs-CRP which are indicators of cardiovascular disease. In doing so, the students exercise types(aerobic, resistance and combined exercises) have been investigated for 12 weeks. 1. The level of arterial stiffness and hs-CRP have decreased in all of AE, RE an CE groups after exercising but there have not been significant differences between each group. Fat free mass has increased in group RE (p>.05). Further, body fat percentage has decreased in AE, RE and CE groups after exercising (p>.05). 2. Arterial stiffness (RㆍL-baPWV) has decreased in group AE, RE and CE after exercising. The largest decrease has been found from group AE 3. hs-CRP has increased in group AE but decreased in RE, CE groups after exercising. In conclusion, regular aerobic and combined exercise decreases pluse wave velocity of female University students with of sarcopenic obesity therefore prevent cardiovascular disease.
