        면 내 하중을 받는 다중 연결된 직사각 박판보 시스템의 일차원 고차 보 해석

        차체와 같은 폐단면 박판보 시스템의 효과적인 초기 설계를 위해, 해석이 빠르며 모델링 변경이 용이한 일차원 보 해석 기법이 요구된다. 하지만 고전 보 이론의 가정과 달리 박판보 시스템은 조인트에서 단면변형들이 급격히 발생되며, 그로 인해 고전 보 해석이 예측할 수 없는 복잡하고 유연한 조인트 거동들을 보인다. 본 연구는 면 내 하중을 받는 다중 연결된 직사각 박판보 시스템의 조인트 유연성을 포함한 복잡한 거동들을 예측할 수 있는 일차원 보 해석 기법을 처음으로 제안한다. 이를 위해, 조인트 유연성을 유발하는 단면변형들의 영향을 이론적으로 다룰 수 있는 고차 보 이론을 확립했다. 또한 단면변형들을 포함한 다수의 자유도들 사이의 조인트 연결 조건들을 이론적으로 규명했다. 예제들을 통해, 제안하는 해석 기법이 조인트 유연성을 쉘 해석 대비 평균 오차 약 10%로 예측 가능함을 확인했다.

        구아바 잎 열수추출물의 당류분해효소 저해 효과 및 OGTT에 미치는 효과

        Guava (Psidium guajava) contain a great deal of polyphenol compound and work on the treatment of Diabetes mellitus effectively. In this study, the bioactivities of aqueous extract (GLEx) of guava leaf were investigated. Total phenolic contents of GLEx was 266.9 mg tan/g. The effects of GLEx on digestive enzymes, α-amylase, maltase and sucrase were investigated. IC50 values of GLEx against α-amylase, maltase and sucrase were 0.65 mg/ml, 2.0 mg/ml and 3.5 mg/ml respectively. The effect of GLEx on oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) was performed in normal ICR mouse, control (dstilled water) and GLEx (aqueous extract of Guava leaf) were co-administered orally with glucose, showed reducing effect on the blood glucose level. The guava is likely to useful for prevention or improvement of hyperglycemia by lowering the blood glucose level and inhibiting glycoside hydrolase activity.

        Changes in particulate matter concentration and meteorological variablesafter changing forest structure in oak-dominated forests nearbyhighway tollgate

        Oak species are the major dominant tree species of deciduous forests, but the little studywas conducted to understand the change of particulate matter concentration after changingthe forest structure. This study analyzed the effects of changing forest structure (CFS) on thechanges in meteorological factors and air particulate matter (PM) concentration after leafemergence in oak-dominated forests nearby highway pollutants’sources. In June 2019, 33%of the total trees were removed from the CFS of oak forests in the vicinity of the tollgate ofMisiryeong in Goseong-gun, Gangwon-do, Korea. To understand the changes in leaf emer-gence between the treatment site (TRS is the site changing forest structure) and control site(CS), we investigated the foliage height profile (FHP, %) at each class of tree height inDecember 2019 and June 2020. The results showed that FHP (%) was lower in TRS than inCS in both months, and the FHP of the middle canopy class increased after TRS while thatof the upper canopy class decreased. The correlation was significant with temperature inMarch (p<0.01) and with wind speed in June (p<0.01), indicating that CFS improved theairflow. There was no significant difference in the PM concentration between CS (PM10:37.7mg/m3,PM2.5: 21.1mg/m3) and TRS (PM10: 37.5mg/m3,PM2.5: 20.8mg/m3) in March; how-ever, the PM concentration in TRS (PM10: 65.0mg/m3,PM2.5: 26.2mg/m3) was lower than thatin CS (PM10: 73.9mg/m3,PM2.5: 29.1mg/m3) in June. The rate of PM reduction (%) in TRS washigher in June (PM10: 11.3%, PM2.5: 10.0%) than in March (PM10: 2.3%, PM2.5: 4.0%). The lowvalue of PM concentration in June could be related to the leaf emergence. Overall, theresults indicated that meteorological factors and PM concentrations had changed in theinner part of the forest after leaf emergence and that the temperature and wind speed werestrongly correlated with the PM concentration. These results suggest that CFS can changethe forest structure and the airflow in oak-dominated forests, which PM can flow and settledown into the inner forest’s nearby pollutants sources of a tollgate. The results provide basicinformation for understanding the reduction effect of PM by CFS in oak-dominated decidu-ous forests nearby highway pollutants source.

        고지방 식이로 유도된 비만 생쥐에서 박하 Hydrosol의 항비만 효과

        Objectives We investigated anti-obesity effects of Menthae Herba hydrosol in obese mice. Methods Animals were divided into four groups, and treatments were performed for 7 weeks. After the treatment, serum lipid profiles, weight and pathological morphology in liver, kidney, adipose tissue were measured. Also, hepatic protein and gene expression levels of lipid metabolism-related factors were analyzed. Results Body weight was decreased in P3% group. In P1% (group fed high-fat diet and 1% Menthae Herba hydrosol) and P3% (group fed high-fat diet and 3% Menthae Herba hydrosol) group, weight of white adipose tissue, serum levels of triglyceride and blood urea nitrogen were decreased, and weight of muscle was increased. Also, liver, kidney and epididymal adipocyte size were reduced in P1% and P3% group. Adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase was increased and sterol regulatory element binding protein-1c (SREBP-1c) was decreased in P3% group. mPeroxisome proliferator-activator receptor-γ, mMonocyte chemotactic protein-1 were decreased in P1% and P3% group. In P3% group, mSREBP-1c was decreased and mCarnitine palmitoyl transferase-1 was increased. And mUncoupling protein 1 in brown adipose tissue was increased. Conclusions These results suggest that Menthae Herba hydrosol has a worthy effect on anti-obesity.

        고해상도 QPE 자료의 도시유출해석 적용성 평가

        본 연구의 목적은 고해상도 정량적강수추정치(QPE)를 이용하여 도시유출해석을 수행하고 소배수분구별 강우와 유출량의 공간 변동성을 분석하여 적용성을 평가하는 것이다. 대상유역은 강남역을 중심으로 하는5개 배수분구(서초3, 4, 5, 역삼, 논현)을 선정하였으며, 유역면적은 $7.4km^2$이다. QPE 생산을 위해 KMA AWS (34소), SKP AWS (156소), 광덕산 레이더 자료를 통해 서울지역의 강우자료를 구축하였으며 크리깅 기법과 조건부합성 방법을 적용하여 4가지 QPE(QPE1: KMA AWS, QPE2: KMA+SKP AWS, QPE3: 광덕산 레이더, QPE4: QPE2+QPE3)를 생산하였다. 시공간 해상도는 10분, 250 m이며, 2013년 7월에 발생한 6개 호우를 대상으로 하였다. 복잡한 실제 관망을 도시유출해석모형에 입력하기 위해 773개 맨홀과 772개 소배수분구, 1,059개 하수관거로 재구성하여 분석을 수행하였다. QPE2와 QPE4는 QPE1에 비해 소배수구역별 면적강우량의 변동폭이 최대 1.9배까지 차이가 나타나 작은 유역에서도 강우공간변동성이 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 소배수 구역별 첨두유량 분석결과에서도 강남과 서초 AWS에 비해 QPE2와 QPE4의 변동폭이 최대 6배 큰 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 본 연구의 대상지역과 같이 수 km2 이하의 도시유역에서도 강우와 첨두유량의 공간변동성이 발생함을 알 수 있었으며, 정확한 도시유출해석을 위해서는 고해상도 강우자료를 활용하는 것이 바람직한 것으로 판단된다. In this study, urban runoff analyses were performed using high resolution Quantitative Precipitation Estimation (QPE), and variation of rainfall and runoff were analyzed to evaluate QPE data for urban runoff analysis. The five drainage districts (Seocho3, 4, 5, Yeoksam and Nonhyun) around Gangnam station were chosen as study area, the area is $7.4km^2$. Rainfall data from KMA AWS (34 stations), SKP AWS (156 stations) and Gwanduk radar were used for QPEs in Seoul area. Four types of QPE(QPE1: KMA AWS, QPE2: KMA+ SKP AWS, QPE3: Gwangduk radar, QPE4: QPE2+QPE3) of 6 events in July 2013 were generated by using Krigging and conditional merging. The temporal and spatial resolution of QPEs are 10 minutes and 250 m, respectively. The complex pipe network were treated as 773 manholes, 772 sub-drainage districts and 1,059 pipelines for urban runoff analysis as input data. QPE2 and QPE4 show spatial variation of rainfall by sub-drainage districts as 1.9 times bigger than QPE1. The peak runoff of QPE2 and QPE4 also show spatial variation as 6 times bigger than Gangnam and Seocho AWS. Thus, the spatial variation of rainfall and runoff could exist in small area such as this study area, and using high-resolution rainfall data is desirable for accurate urban runoff analysis.
