        N/A Acardia is a very rare congenital anomaly occurring in less than 1 in 35,000 deliveries. Acardiac parabiotic twin has been reported only in multiple, monochronic pregnancies. This anomalous fetus is sustained in utero by parasitic anastomoses to the circulation of its usually normal co-twin and is therefore not compatible with extrauterine survival. A case of an acardiac parabiotic twin is described, and the literature concerning the incidence, classification and etiology of acardiac is reviewed.

      • MOOCs의 고교 교육 적용 방안

        누구에게나 질 높은 강의를 무료로 수강할 기회를 제공하겠다는 MOOCs의 야심이 전통적인 교육방식에 변화를 불러일으키고 있다. 현재 대부분의 MOOCs 강의는 고등교육 수요자를 대상으로 하고 있지만 본 연구에서는 그동안 언급된 MOOCs의 장단점을 분석해서 고등학교에서 효과적으로 MOOCs를 활용할 방안을 탐구하였다. 그 결과, 전공 탐색의 기회와 학생부종합전형 활동자료로 활용하거나, 플립러닝 형태의 수업에서 강의자료로 활용하며 고교학점제의 시행에 따른 학생 선택 과목 확대에 대비하는 방안을 제안한다.

        과도한 치은 노출을 보이는 성인 과개교합 환자에서 교정용 미니 임플랜트를 활용한 상악 절치 압하

        Deep bite is one of the challenging malocclusions to correct, and it appears as a combination of dentoalveolar and skeletal characteristics. In patients with skeletal deep bite, excessive overbite can be reduced through clockwise rotation of the mandible. However, this type of rotation may worsen the sagittal problems and smile esthetics. Therefore, in patients with deep bite and excessive gingival display, detailed analysis and treatment planning is required for aesthetically optimal results. A 20-year-old man with a chief complaint of excessive gingival display when smiling showed deep bite and skeletal Class II relationship. The patient was treated for 5 months with intrusion of maxillary incisors using two orthodontic mini-implants placed on the interdental space between the lateral incisor and canine. After obtaining a proper overbite, comprehensive orthodontic treatment was initiated and was followed by total arch distalization of the maxillary dentition to improve the canine and molar relationship. After 28 months of treatment, good occlusal relationship and satisfactory smile esthetics were achieved.

        북핵문제에 대한 러시아의 대응: 편승, 견제와 균형

        북핵문제에 대한 러시아의 정책을 올바르게 이해하기 위해서는 국제정치의 현실주의 시각과 자유주의 시각 그리고 이를 통하여 과거 초강대국이었으나, 소련의 붕괴와 함께 세력이 약화된 러시아가 북핵문제에 대하여 취하는 정책을 전지구적 차원과 동북아 지역적 차원, 한반도 지역차원으로 나누어서 살펴본다. 북핵문제를 전략적으로 살펴보면, 러시아는 자국의 국가안보, 경제발전, 지전략에서 규정한 국가이익에 따라 강대국과 위협국에 대하여 편승, 균형, 견제정책과 경제적 상호의존과 대화와 다자주의적 협력안보를 추구한다. 국제적 차원에서는 미국과의 함께 불확산체제를 유지하는데 전략적으로 많은 부분에서 동조하는 편승전략을 채택하고 있다. 그 이유는 불확산 체제(NPT)는 핵강대국의 이점을 유지시켜주는 러시아의 중요한 이익이면서 다른 미사일기술 통제체제와 전략무기감축 조약, MD방지 등과 연관되어 있기 때문이다. 다음으로 지역적 차원에서 러시아가 갖고 있는 북핵문제에 대한 기본적인 입장은 동북아의 안보문제를 다룰 다자 안보협의체의 창설과, 중국과 함께 하는 다극체제를 유지하는 세력균형체제이다. 한반도 차원에서는 남-북한에 대하여 적국이나 우방을 구분하지 않는 균형적 관계로 북핵문제의 해결에 있어서 군사적인 제재보다는 안전의 상호보장과 경제적 협력을 통해 관계를 증진시킨다는 실용주의적 전략이다. North Korean nuclear problem is not only just security issue, but also even more international affairs. So Russian policy for correct understand, We need to see a view of realism and liberalism in international politics. And this paper analyses global, North East regional level and the Korean Peninsula level of Russian policy. A sight of strategical factors in North Korean nuclear problem, Russia seeks for bandwagoning, balancing, checks and economic interdependence, cooperation security in national security, economic development and geopolitics of Russia. Russian policy stands bandwagoning in many relations with America in global level. Because Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons is the vertical interest by Russia, and it relates others agreements-MTCR, START. North East regional level of Russian policy over North Korean nuclear problem decline to get balance of power, to keep multilateral system and to make multinational security organization in North East. Russian policy in the Korean Peninsula level over North Korean nuclear problem is practical strategy in order to get more interdependence, security, economic relations between South and North Korea.

      • 고정된 우선순위의 실시간 시스템에서 주기와 비주기 태스크의 동적 전압 조절 기법에 관한 연구

        The Dynamic Voltage Scaling is a technique to reduce the energy consumption as adjusting the frequency clock and supply voltage dynamically. Tasks could be divided to periodic-tasks and aperiodic-tasks. Periodic-tasks apply DVS technique easily because we can know period, execution time and deadline of each task. However, it is hard to use DVS technique in aperiodic tasks because tasks arrive sporadic. In this paper, we propose a new efficient DVS algorithm using the deferrable server for aperiodic-tasks and existing DVS algorithm based on workload. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm obtains energy consumption reduction about 8% more than the existing algorithm in mixed-tasks systems.

        말기(末期) 위암(胃癌)환자 위절제 수술 후 오심, 구토 완화를 위한 사관(四關), 족삼리(足三里) 자침효과와 진토제 Metoclopramide HCl 사용과의 비교를 통한 환자1례 임상고찰

        Gastric Cancer has become major cancers which cause nausea, vomiting. We wanted to compare nausea, vomiting improvement with treatment including Sa-Gwan, Chok-Samli Acupuncture and metoclopramide HCl injection simultaneously or seperately. Under the assumption that acupuncture therapy may be effective for treating nausea, vomiting on Gastric Cancer patient(post status of total gastrectomy), the following points were administered Sa-Gwan (Hap-Kok(LI4), Tae-Chung(Liv3)), Chok-Samli(ST36), also metoclopramide HCl injection was given to treat same symptom like that. This study was carried out on 1 patient with Gastric Cancer. We reviewed medical records, especially intake/output check with vomiting, nausea symptom. After treatment of Sa-Gwan, Chok-Samli Acupunture and metoclopramide HCl injection, a remarkable improvement was made for nausea, vomiting even though a patient was operated in total gastrectomy. We have concluded Sa-Gwan, Chok-Samli acupunture treatment palliated and improved the frequency, intensity of nausea, vomiting in patient who has suffered from terminal stage Gastric Cancer who was even operated in total gastrectomy. Comparing simultaneous acupucture and metocloprimide injection treatment with separate treatment .simultaneous treatment was more effective than separate treatment to palliate nausea, vomiting on Gastric Cancer patient.

        24년생 장생도라지 약침액(藥鍼液)의 폐렴 증상 개선효과에 대한 임상례

        Objective: The purpose of this report is to prove the clinical effect of Platycodon grandiflorum aqueous extract on pneumoniae patients. Methods: We used the aqueous extract of Platycodon grandiflorum to treat two pneumoniae patients. It was injected into five acupuncture points, which was Chondol(天突:CV22) 1 point, Pyesu(肺兪 : BL13) 2 point, and Kworumsu(厥陰兪: BL14) 2 point. Results & conclusions: We have used the aqueous extract of 24-year-old JK for treating the patients suffering from lung diseases, and have experienced the actual effects. Of the treated, two pneumonia-involved patients showed apparent improvement in simple chest X-ray and clinical symptoms. The patients were treated with JK (Jang-saeng platycodon) aqueous extract 25 and 22 times individually. The results were as follows. 1. The symptoms including coughing, phlegm, and fever were improved in two cases. 2. The lung infiltration in simple chest X-ray decreased and the WBC count was kept within normal range in two cases. 3. Side effect such as itching was not found in the process of JK aqueous extract treatment. 4. The criteria for pneumonia are fever, coughing with purulent phlegm, pleural chest pain, the evidence of new infiltration in simple chest X-ray, sign of lung sclerosis in auscultation, increase of WBC count, etc. But they may not be the proper objective diagnostic standards. So we had trouble in statistic process and numerical interpretation. Putting these results together, the JK aqueous extract is considered to be effective in treating patients for pneumonia, and the continuous research and accumulation of data is needed.

        교통류의 통계적 해석으로부터 추정한 교량의 응력이력

        The stress history of a bridge is different depending on the characteristic of traffic flow. Because the flow is varied with vehicle type, weight and headway time etc., statistical analysis in bridges is necessary to estimate the history by traffic flow. By applying the statistical analyses in fracture mechanics, the remaining service life of the structure can be estimated. In this paper, 1)the statistical analysis of vehicle type, weight and headway time etc. to analysis randomness of traffic flow, 2)measuring and analysis of stress history of a real bridge, 3)reappearance of stress history by Monte-Carlo Simulation using constitution ratio of vehicle type, weight and headway time as probabilitic variable, 4)comparision of the calculated and modelled stress history, 5)calculation of reduction factor, 6)comparision of frequency of stress range depending on span length etc. were performed. From the results, the basic modelled stress history which is necessary for the method of estimation of the remaining service life of the structure could be suggested. 교량에 발생하는 응력이력은 교통류(traffic flow)의 성질에 따라 변하며, 교통류는 차종규성율, 차량중량, 차두시간간격(headway time)등에 따라 다르기 때문에 교량과 같은 휨부재에서 교통류에 의한 응력이력을 추정하기 위해서는 통계적 해석이 필요하며, 이것을 파괴역학에 적용함으로서 구조물의 잔존수명을 추정할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 1)교통류의 불규칙성을 해석하기 위하여 차종구성율, 차량중량, 차두시간간격등을 통계적으로 분석 2)실제 교량에서의 응력이력의 측정과 분석 3)차종구성율, 차량중량, 차두시간간격을 확률변수로한 Monte Carlo 시뮬레이션에 의한 응력이력의 재현 4)실측 응력이력과 시뮬레이션한 응력이력의 비교 5)대상교량의 감소계수(reduction factor)의 계산 6)지간길이 변화에 따른 응력범위발생빈도의 비교등을 행하였다. 그 결과 시뮬레이션에 의한 응력이력 추정방법과 구조물의 잔존피로수명 예측에 필요한 기본적인 모형화된 응력이력을 제시하였다.
