        프로젝트 기반 지역사회치위생학 현장실습 수업적용 사례

        본 연구는 G시 S대학교 치위생학과 학생을 대상으로 ’지역사회치위생학 현장실습‘ 교과목의 수업방법으로 프로젝트기반학습의 적용가능성을 알아보기위해 시행되었다. 연구대상은 2018년 4학년 30명이었다. 자료수집기간은 3월12일부터 6월27일까지이며, SPSS 20.0 program을 이용하여 평균과 표준편차를 비교하였다. 분석결과 조장의 팀 수행능력이 높은팀이 점수 결과도 높게 나타났으며(3.91±0.82), 학생들은 실습은 꼭 필요하다(4.10±0.88)하였고, 전공담당교수의 피드백(3.73±0.86)이 가장 만족도가 높았다. ‘지역사회치위생학 현장실습’ 교과목에서의 프로젝트기반 학습 수업적용에 의의가 있으며 수업에 적합하다고 판단되었다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the applicability of project - based learning as a teaching method for 'Dental Hygiene Practice' in the community dental hygiene department at G city S university. The subjects were 30 students in the fourth grade in 2018. Data collection period was from March 12 to June 27, and mean and standard deviation were compared using SPSS 20.0 program. The results of the analysis showed that the score of the team with high team performance was high (3.91 ± 0.82), the students were required to practice (4.10 ± 0.88), and the feedback from the professor (3.73 ± 0.86) Satisfaction was high. It was determined that the application of project – based learning classes in the 'Community Dental Hygienic Field Practice' course was appropriate for the class.

        Educational Needs for Clinical Dental Hygienists’ Dental Hygiene Core Competencies

        Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the clinical skill proficiency in the core dental hygiene competency of dental hygienists. Methods: One hundred dental hygienists living in Gwangju and Jeollanam-do participated in the study. Data were analyzed with IBM SPSS Statistics for ver. 20.0 (IBM Co., Armonk, NY, USA) for general characteristics, execution of core dental hygiene competency, frequency analysis of the questionnaire, and correlations of one-way ANOVA and Pearson were analyzed. Results: The ranking of the core dental hygiene competency skill requirement was temporary filling and removal (3.43±1.40), toothbrushing education (3.38±1.36), and dental radiography (3.36±1.37). In relation to core competencies for dental hygiene by experience, temporary crown making, temporary filling and removal, removal and installation of temporary attachments, and infection control in 5 years or more were found to exist (p<0.05). In the correlation between dental hygiene core competency skill requirement, age and radiography showed a significant positive correlation, and experience and temporary filling and removal showed a significant negative correlation (p<0.05). Conclusion: There were significant differences in the general characteristics of dental hygienists and educational requirements by age and experience.         Analysis of Reflection Diaries after Dental Hygiene Students' Practice Experience at Public Health Center (Phenomenological Study)

        Objective: The purpose of this study was to provide basic data for the development of strategies to improve the learning effect by analyzing a reflective paper after the public health center practice of dental hygiene education. Methods: From May 13 to June 7, 2019, 4th-year dental hygiene department students at B university in A city were asked to write a reflective diary on the practice after practice at the public health center, and the data were analyzed. The reflection logs submitted after the practice were analyzed using Colaizzi’s phenomenological data analysis method. Results: As a result of phenomenological data analysis, the categories of change in perception of public health centers, rediscovery of the role of dental hygienists in the community, emotional experience, professional experience, practical system, and communication were derived. Conclusion: Through the analysis of the reflection diary, it was possible to identify the psychological and internal changes of the students, and through this, the prejudice against health center practice was eliminated and the image of health center practice and health center staff was positively changed. It was also an important process to reflect on the role of a dental hygienist, feeling rewarded for the re-recognition of the work part and the tense practice time. Through this practice analysis, it is expected that the learning effect can be improved by fully understanding the role of dental hygienists in public health centers.

        의사소통 인식과 의사소통능력 및 자기효능감에 대한 융합연구 - S대학 융복합 수강생을 중심으로 -

        본 연구의 목적은 융복합 수강생의 의사소통 인식과 의사소통능력, 의사소통 자기효능감의 관계를 확인하기 위한 융합연구이다. 2017년 3월13일부터 24일까지 S대학 융복합 수강생을 대상으로 자발적으로 동의한 학생에게 연 구목적과 방법을 설명하고 128부의 설문지를 수집하였다. 분석은 IBM SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, T-test, ANOVA, Spearman correlation coefficient를 이용하였고 도구는 Likert 5점 척도이다. 연구결과 연구대상자 의 의사소통 인식 5점 만점 평균 3.50±.41, 의사소통 능력 3.32±.38, 의사소통 자기효능감 3.00±.40으로 나타났다. 연구 대상자의 의사소통 인식과 의사소통 능력(r=.633, p<0.01), 의사소통 인식도와 자기효능감(r=.336, p<0.01), 의사소통 능력과 자기효능감(r=.480, p<0.01) 모두 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 따라서 융복합수강생의 자기효능감 수준 을 향상시키는 프로그램이 적용된다면 의사소통 능력을 더 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. The purpose of the convergence study is to confirm the relevance between communication awareness and communication ability and communication self-efficacy. The subjects were 128 college students studying convergence education. They answered to a self-report questionnaire during March 13 to 24, 2017. The instrument for Awareness toward communication, Communication ability, Communication self-efficacy was done by Likert 5 point scale. Data was analyzed by technical statistics, t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient and post-hoc Scheffe test using SPSS/Win 21.0 program. As a result, awareness toward communication level 3.50±.41 point, communication ability 3.32±.38 point and communication self-efficacy 3.00±.40 among. Communication Awareness was positively correlated with communication ability level and communication self-efficacy. If there is an intervention program that improve the level of communication self-efficacy, it is expected to enhance the communication ability.

        창작연희 개념 구성을 위한 시론 - 형성배경과 현황을 중심으로 -

        The objective of this research is to highlight the necessity of conceptualizing and establishing the concept of ‘Creative Yeonhui(연희)’ as an initial step in the study of creative Yeonhui. Therefore, it can be seen as a study with an exploratory and experimental discussion character for the full-scale study of creative Yeonhui. Recognizing the problems and limitations that the ambiguity and breadth of the existing traditional Yeonhui concept are difficult to explain the creative Yeonhui, the creative Yeonhui can understand the formation background relatively clearly compared to the traditional Yeonhui, and reviewed the background and current status of the creative Yeonhui. Accordingly, the background and current status of creative Yeonhui have been examined. By considering the background of formation, it is used as the scope of the current situation, and as a representative review of the creative activities of groups from the Yeonhui Department of Korea National University of Arts and the percussion Yeonhui Department of Chung-Ang University, the traditional Yeonhui mainly used by these groups are as follows. Pungmul(풍물), Kukdoogaksi Noleum(꼭두각시놀음. puppet play), shaman music, Namsadang play(남사당놀이), and Talchum(탈춤. mask dance). Also, depending on the educational background, the creations appeared to be of a different nature. Through this, it has been observed that depending on how the factors influencing the formation of creative Yeonhui are interpreted, there can be variations in the conceptualization and categorization of creative Yeonhui in comparison to the existing framework of Yeonhui research. An example of a creative Yeonhui concept that can be presented through this study is to consider Samulnori(사물놀이), which has become an important opportunity for Yeonhui history, and the establishment of Yeonhui in the university. this is how to set up categories and identify components. Starting with this study, I hope that follow-up research from various perspectives for the composition of the concept of creative Yeonhui will continue, and I hope that the discourse will be formed and there will be a place for discussion and consensus for the establishment of the concept of creative Yeonhui 본 연구의 목적은 창작연희 연구의 초기 단계로써 창작연희의 개념 구성의 필요성을 제기하고, 창작연희 개념을 어떻게 구성하고 정립해 나갈 것인가에 대한 논의를 시도하려는 데 있다. 따라서 창작연희의 본격적인 연구를 위한 탐색적이고 시론적 성격을 지닌 연구로 볼 수 있다. 기존의 전통적 연희개념의 모호성과 광범위함은 창작연희를 설명하기 어렵다는 문제점과 한계를 인식하고, 창작연희는 전통연희에 비해 그 형성배경을 비교적 명확히 파악할 수 있다는 점에 착안하여, 창작연희의 형성배경과 현황을 검토하였다. 형성배경을 고려하여 현황의 범위로 삼고, 대표적으로 한국예술종합학교의 연희과와 중앙대학교의 타악연희과 출신 단체의 창작활동을 검토한 결과, 이들 단체가 주로 활용하는 전통연희 종목은 풍물, 꼭두각시놀음, 무속음악, 남사당놀이, 탈춤 등으로 볼 수 있으며, 교육적 배경에 따라 창작물이 다른 성격으로 나타나는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이를 통해 기존 연희연구의 틀로 바라보는 창작연희와 형성배경을 고려했을 때의 창작연희는 범주와 특징에 있어서 차이를 보이며, 창작연희의 형성에 영향을 준 요인을 무엇으로 보느냐에 따라 개념과 범주가 달라질 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 제시할 수 있는 창작연희 개념 구성 방안의 예는, 연희사적으로 중요한 계기가 된 사물놀이와 대학교 내 연희과 설립 등을 고려하여 범주를 설정하고 구성요소를 파악하는 방법이다. 즉 사물놀이와 관련된 창작활동과 전통연희 종목과 관련된 창작활동 전반을 말한다. 이러한 범주 설정은 기존 개념의 모호함과 광범위함을 해소하고 통합하는 기능을 할 수 있다. 그러나 보다 합리적인 창작연희 개념 정립을 위해 다양한 관점의 연구와 논의가 필요하며 이를 위한 향후 과제로 네 가지를 제시하였다. 본 연구를 시작으로 창작연희의 개념 구성을 위한 다양한 관점의 후속연구가 이어지길 바라며 담론이 형성되고 창작연희 개념 정립을 위한 논의와 합의의 자리가 마련되기를 기대한다.

        치위생 전공 수업에서의 플립러닝 융합 사례 연구: 학습자의 인식과 학업성취도를 중심으로

        본 연구의 목적은 플립러닝 교수-학습법을 적용하고 대학생들의 인식과 학업성취 평가를 알아보기 위해 시도되었다. 단일군 치위생학과 재학생 27명을 대상으로 치과방사선학의 이론 수업에 4주 동안 적용하였다. 자료수집은 1학기 수업이 끝나고 이루어졌으며 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0을 이용하여 빈도와 평균 그리고 내용분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 수업전반에 대한 인식은 긍정적 반응이었으며 학업성취평가는 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 플립러닝–교수학습방법에 대한 학생들의 인식은 높은 긍정으로 나타났다. 효과적인 교육 프로그램임이 확인되었다. 그러나 학업성취평가 통계적으로 유의하지 않았고 학습방법에 따른 평가시스템이 달라야 할 필요가 있다고 사료된다. This study attempted to apply flip-learning and to evaluate college students' awareness and academic achievements. Twenty-seven students in single-group dental hygiene were applied to the dental radiology class for four weeks. Data collection was done after the flipped-learning and collected data were analyzed using frequency, average and content analysis using SPSS 18.0. As a result, awareness of overall class was a positive response, and academic achievement evaluation was not statistically significant. It was found to be an effective educational program. However, the academic achievement evaluation was not statistically significant and it was considered that the evaluation system needs to be different according to the learning method.

        지역사회치위생학 교육의 프로젝트기반학습을 적용한 의사소통능력과 문제해결능력의 향상 융합연구

        The purpose of this study was to examine the difference between communicative competence and problem solving ability by applying project - based instruction in the community dental hygienic subject. For this purpose, we measured 30 students' communication ability and problem solving ability using the same questionnaire before and after experiencing project learning. The data were Collected from 30 undergraduate students and analyzed by paired t-test with SPSS. The result demonstrated that project-based learning method has an significant effect on improvement of communication skill and problem solving ability of undergraduate students. Based on the results of this study, in order to improve the practical ability, it is necessary to activate the self-directed active learning method such as Project-based learning for community dental hygiene major study. 본 연구의 목적은 지역사회치위생학 교과목의 현장실습과 연계한 프로젝트기반 수업을 적용하여 의사소통능력과 문제해결능력의 차이를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 수강생 30명을 대상으로 프로젝트학습을 경험하기 전과 후에 대한 동일한 검사지를 이용하여 학생의 의사소통능력과 문제해결능력에 대해 측정하였다. 그리고 사전검사와 사후검사결과의 유의성을 확인하기 위해 SPSS를 이용하여 대응표본 T-검정법으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 프로젝트 학습법이 지역사회치위생학 수업에서 의사소통능력과 문제해결능력의 향상에 효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구결과를 근거로 의사소통능력과 문제해결능력을 향상시키기위해 지역사회치위생학 교과목뿐만 아니라 다른 전공교과목에도 자기주도적이며 능동적인 학습법을 활성화하여 융합역량을 개발할 필요가 있겠다.

        대형할인매장에서의 냉장·냉동식품 판매대의 설정온도와 판매식품 표면온도 비교 및 온도분포 분석

        This study surveyed and compared the temperatures established in display stands and food surfaces for cold and frozen foods in large discount stores in Korea. The temperatures established in display stands for cold food ranged with 3.5 ± 1.8 ℃ as mean, minimum and maximum were 0 ℃ and 7 ℃ . However, the surface temperatures of cold food on sale ranged with 10.7 ± 2.9 ℃ as a mean, minimum 4.6 ℃ and maximum 18.4 ℃ . Totally, the surface temperature of cold food on sale was 7.2 ℃ , as a mean, higher than established in display stands for cold food in large discount stores in Korea. 53% of the surveyed cold foods were more than 10 ℃ in surface temperature and only 47% was less than 10 ℃ . The differences between temperatures were lowest in fruits, salads and vegetables, but highest in milk products. On the other hand, the temperatures established in display stands for frozen food showed a range with −20.7 ± 1 ℃ as a mean. However, the surface temperatures of frozen food on sale showed a range with −15.4 ±5 ℃ as a mean, minimum −28 ℃ and maximum −4.6 ℃ (included defrosting). The surface temperatures of frozen food,frozen meats, frozen processed foods and ice creams were −13.8 ℃ , −15.9 ℃ , and −16.8 ℃ , respectively. Only 32.3%of surveyed frozen foods showed less than −18 ℃ in surface temperature. In conclusion, the temperatures established on cold and frozen food display stands were less than those of cold and frozen food surfaces on sale. There was also much variation in food surface temperatures during cold and frozen food storage and sales. Therefore, a temperature management system technology use at the distribution level for cold and frozen foods will be developed.

        융복합시대 광주광역시 일부 환경미화원의 구강보건행태에 관한 조사연구

        연구는 환경미화원의 구강건강행태를 파악하여 산업구강건강 증진을 위한 정책 방향의 기초를 마련하고자 한다. 광주광역시 일부 지역 환경미화원을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문 79부를 분석하였다. 연구결과 스케일링 경험 80%에 비해 구강보건교육 경험은 약 25%로 나타났다. 구강위생관리는 학력, 고용형태, 근무년수와 관계가 있었다. 치주상태는 고졸이상 에서 ‘시린이’와 ‘잇몸부음’ 증상이 높게 나타났고, 소득과 학력이 높을수록 치주상태가 ‘보통’이거나 “나쁨‘으로 인식하였다. 따라서 다양한 노동자 중 환경미화원을 대상으로 분석한 것에 대하여 의의가 있으며, 환경미화원의 환경을 잘 고려하여 구 강보건교육의 기회를 넓히고 적극적이고 융복합적인 프로그램을 개발하여 산업구강건강증진을 위한 다양한 노력과 대책이 필요하다. The purpose of this study is to identify the oral health behaviors of the Sanitation Workers and to lay the basis for the policy direction for promoting industrial oral health. A total of 79 self - filling questionnaires were analyzed for Sanitation Workers in Gwangju Metropolitan City. As a result, oral health education experience was about 25% compared to 80% of scaling experience. Oral hygiene is related to academic background, type of employment, and number of years of work. Periodontal status was higher in 'high sensitivity' and 'gum edema' than high school education or higher. The higher the income and education, the more perceived periodontal status was 'normal' or 'worse'. Therefore, it is meaningful that we analyzed sanitation worker and it is necessary to take various efforts and countermeasures to improve the oral health of the industry by expanding the opportunities for oral health education by taking into consideration the Sanitation Workers and developing active and complex programs.
