The education for the gifted children in language, which is highly dominated by imported theories, is facing the limitation. The education`s direction has been aimed at many ways according to the background studies. Basically, it is all about who the gifted one is, what it is, and how it has been influencing the next generations from the history. Despite the facts, the education for the gifted children in language has never identified any of those questions for further education. The systems of education for the gifted children in language has established with composition, dialogue, logic, and metaphor from the 4 types of literature are lyric, essay, narration, and drama which compromises metaphor, logic, plot, and dialogue. The way of story composition is from the myths, when a principle of narration from their speeches, logical description from the essays, and metaphor from the lyrics. Expectation of gifted ones in Korean language will be met when the education for them could be created and implemented with the systems and contents above.

영월군 `아라리`의 전승 현황과 존재 양상

영월군에서 불리는 ‘아라리’는 해당 지역의 노래이기보다는 대표성을 지니고 있는 정선아라리를 선호하는 경향이 강하다. 그럼에도 불구하고 영월군 나름의 영월군 주민들의 내면 속에 지니고 있는 한과 개인의 자위적 만족 또는 정서적 취향 등에 부합하여 전승한다. 영월군에서 일상적인 소리였던 ‘아라리’는 현대사회에 와서 점차 부르는 사람과 듣는 사람이 줄어들고, 전문적인 가창자만의 전유물이라는 인식이 확산되고 있다. ‘아라리’의 일상성이 사라지는 현대사회에서 ‘아라리’의 모습을 유지하기 위해서는 과거 전승의 유지도 중요하지만, 시대에 맞는 새로운 창작형 ‘아라리’도 필요하다. 과거와 현재 ‘아라리’의 이어짐이 미래의 ‘아라리’를 만들어 갈 수 있을 것이다. 이를 위해서는 무엇보다 선결되어야 하는 것이 디지털 기법의 도움을 받은 ‘아라리 아카이브 구축’이다. ‘디지털 아카이브’에는 아라리 사설을 중심으로 한 텍스트, 음원, 영상뿐만 아니라, 아라리에 얽힌 다양한 이야기들, 등장하는 인물들, 공간들 그리고 가창이 이루어지는 현장들, 가창하는 사람들, 가창되는 아라리 악보, 그리고 아라리 공연물과 영상물, 새롭게 창작되는 아라리, 새롭게 창작할 수 있는 공간 등으로 구성해야 한다. 그리고 일회성이 아닌 지속적인 아카이브 관리와 유지도 필요하다. ‘디지털 아카이브’를 통한 아라리의 집적을 통해 작가 및 콘텐츠 기획자들에게 언제나 열려 있고, 강원도민은 물론 일반 대중들도 쉽게 들어가서 공감할 수 있는 열린 공간이 되어야 한다. ‘Arari’ sung at Yeongwol-gun has a strong tendency to prefer Jeongseon Arari assuming the representative nature rather than a song of the relevant district, Nevertheless, ‘Arari’ has been passed down while meeting the deep sorrow seated in the inner side of the Yeongwol-gun residents’ own, personal self-consoling satisfaction, or emotional preference. Looking into the status of ‘Arari’ which used to be everyday ‘Sori’ at Yeongwol-gun, the number of the persons singing and listening to ‘Arari’ has decreased in modern society, and spreading is the awareness that ‘Arari’ is only the specialized singing person’s exclusive property. To maintain the real appearance of ‘Arari’ in modern society where everydayness of ‘Arari’ is disappearing, it’s naturally important to maintain the transmission of the past, but there is also the need for the new creative ‘Arari’ in keeping with the times. The linkage of ‘Arari’ in the past and at present will make it possible to create ‘Arari’ of the future. To this end, what should be decided first of all is the very ‘Arari Archive Construction’ aided by digital technique. ‘Digital Archive’ is required to be composed of not only the text, sound source and images around ‘Arari’ Saseol but also diverse stories involved in ‘Arari’, characters, spaces and sites where singing is done, singing people, Arari sheet music for singing, ‘Arari’ performance products and visual images, newly created ‘Arari’, and the space that can be newly created, etc. In addition, it’s necessary to manage and maintain the Archive continuously other than on a one-off basis. Through the accumulation of ‘Arari’ through ‘Digital Archive’, ‘Digital Archive’ should be open to authors and contents planners at all times, and should be the open space where not only the inhabitants in Gangwon-do but also the general public can easily access and sympathize with ‘Arari.’

담문의 진단 전략

It is clear that the concrete evaluation tools for written text need to be intensively developed as all the flows of writing education have been concentrated only on writing strategies. Moreover, typical errors are to be patternized for being criteria of the evaluation tools. Development of evaluating strategies prevents the texts from untidiness as the development of writing strategies boosts up the effectiveness of writing education. Accuracy of the expression, diversification, harmony of the sentences. and systematic composition are chosen as key factors in order to be criteria for evaluating the texts. The construction of writing is composed of vocabulary, sentence, paragraph and script hierarchically, on the functioning rhetoric and elaboration. Evaluation strategies are built with the criteria such as accuracy of writing, diversification of sentence structure, harmony of paragraphs' organizing, and systematic composition of script.

Prefilming Airblast 방식을 사용하는 인젝터의 형상에 따른 분무 특성

Spray characteristics of the injector geometry using prefilming method were studied quantitatively and qualitatively using water and differential pressure. Researches on lean burners have been actively conducted to reduce NOx in the exhaust gas. Accordingly, Prefimling Airblast method, one of the lean burning methods, has received attention. The prefilming injector forms a liquid film, and the characteristics of the liquid film depend on the geometrical shape parameters of the injector. Therefore, the number and angle of slit inside the injector were changed and the characteristics were observed. Water was used instead of fuel and the spray pressure was fixed and the formation of liquid film was observed.

담문 평가의 원리 -글쓰기 평가 원리 탐구를 중심으로-

이 논문은 글쓰기 평가 원리를 탐구하는 데 목적이 있다. 글쓰기는 글 감을 선택하고, 이를 확장하여, 앞뒤에 맞게 배열하며 주제를 하나로 통일하고 다양한 기법으로 표현을 다듬어야 한다. 그런데 연구자는 이런 선택, 확장, 배열, 통합, 전이 원리를 훈민정음에서 확인하였다. 문자 창제의 동기와 체계, 이를 설명한 해례는 주제가 진실하고, 내용이 충실하며, 표현이 정확하면서 기술 관점이 일관되어 글의 품격을 드높였다. 특히 창제 배경을 해설하고 이를 시로써 마무리한 표현 기법은 정전의 창조성을 증명해 주었다. 이러한 표현 원리가 잘 반영된 훈민정음에서 담문의 평가 원리를 도출해 낼 수 있다면 금상첨화가 아닐 수 없다. 담문 평가의 원리는 당연히 품격을 갖춘 글의 요건이어야 한다. 그런데 훈민정음은 그런 평가의 요건을 잘 갖추고 있어 주목된다. 백성을 위한 창제 동기는 주제의 진실성을 말해 준다. 창제 배경과 글자의 해설은 내용의 충실성을 갖추었다. 일자 일획도 틀림이 없는 표기와 체계의 정확성과 기술의 일관성은 완벽한 담문 평가의 척도로 부족함이 없다. 더욱이 표현의 참신성은 정전의 권위를 잘 드러내 준다. 이러한 평가 원리의 관점에서 한국 문장론을 고찰해 보면 극복해야 할 문제가 많다. 원리 탐구를 소홀히 하여 이론을 확립하지 못하였고, 그에 따라 평가 기준도 마련하지 못한 데 원인이 있다. 외국 문장론 수용의 집필 동기, 허술한 내용 체계, 용어의 혼용과 표기의 오류, 임의적인 관점은 문장론의 제 구실을 다하지 못하고 있다. 그래서 담문 평가의 원리인 진실성, 충실성, 정확성, 일관성, 참신성을 강조하지 않을 수 없다. 이것이 담문 평가의 원리에 입각한 새로운 문장론을 기대하는 까닭이다. The main purpose of this thesis is aimed to research the principle of writing evaluation. Writing is started with the main ideas and has to be widened by logical order. Moreover, the contents should be related to the topic and the expressions are expected to be polished and sophisticated. Surprisingly, the researcher discovered the principle of writing such as selection, expansion, arrangement, synthesis, and transition in Hunmin- jeongeum. Hunminjeongeum brings the reasons of creation and the methods of lettering system. Also it includes explanation of every single sentence and letter. Furthermore, Hunminjeongeum is perceived as a script which enhanced the dignity of writing because it is deeply truthful, well-explained, expressed correctly, and consistent. Especially, the explanation of reasons of creating Hunminjeongeum and the finalizing with the poetic expression prove that it is the best script in the Korean history. Hunminjeongeum reflects the expression principle well, so nothing could be better if the principle of text evaluation can be deduced in it. The principle of text evaluation has to be the requisite of dignified writing. So far, Hunminjeongeum arouses all attentions because of its well-prepared requisites of evaluation. The reasons of creating Hunminjeongeum stand for the veracity. The explanation of every single sentence and letter and the background of creation both show the completeness. Accuracy of spelling a single letter with strokes, the exact system, and the consistency of descriptions are enough to be a perfect standard for the principle of text evaluation. Ideally, the explanation of sentences and letters is shaped by its own rhyme. So it is obvious that Hunminjeongeum is the most valuable cultural legacy. When considering Korean syntax, a point of view from the principle of evaluation, it has a lot of problems to get over. The causes of improper using of Korean syntax could be;the motives of writing the expropriation of foreign syntax, uncompleted contents system, mixture of terminology, wrong transcription writings, inconsistency of view, and the lack of distinctions. Besides, the researches havent been concentrated enough on establishing the theories as well as the preparation of evaluation standard. Therefore the principles of text evaluation such as veracity, completeness, correctness and consistency couldnt be emphasized. These are why the renewed Korean syntax which is built with the principle of text evaluation is expected.

기능이 사고에 미치는 영향 -서체[글씨] 탐구를 중심으로-

이 글은 공주교대 3학년 4개 반 135명을 대상으로 2007년 2학기 7주동안 서체의 구조를 탐구하고 글씨쓰기 기능을 습득하여 글쓰기 능력을 향상시킨 결과를 분석한 보고이다. 학생들은 지난 8월 말부터 10월 첫 주까지 7주 동안 표준 서체 훈련, 눈뜨기와 틀보기 교수-학습으로 공간 지각과 관련이 깊은 글쓰기의 사고 기능을 점진적으로 신장시킬 수 있었다. 서체 탐구의 핵심은 임의체[비표준서체]의 특성을 간추려 유형화하는 작업이다. 서체[글씨]의 구조, 음운[자모]의 결합, 점획[자모]의 크기, 음운[자모]의 각도, 음운[자모]의 대칭, 어절 사이[띄어쓰기]의 공간을 조작하여 표준화하는 기능 훈련은 탐구의 핵심 요소이다. 그런데 이와 같이 서체의 구조를 임의로 쓰는 예비교사의 담문에는 역시 문장 기술에의 문제가 깃들어 있었다. 이런 문제를 공간 지각, 담문 구성, 시간 지각, 갈래특성, 어휘 선택, 표기 규칙으로 유형화할 수 있다. 이러한 임의의 비표준 서체를 탐구하고 훈련하여 기능이 정교화하면 그에 비례하여 글쓰기 기능이 향상되었다. 이 글은 글씨쓰기의 기능에 비례하여 사고를 발달시킬 수 있다는 가설을 입증하는 구체적인 연구 결과이다. 좀더 치밀한 후속 연구로 글쓰기의 전략 개발에 힘쓰고자 한다. This thesis is to report how the writing skill has improved by recognizing right structures of all letters and educating fundamental handwriting techniques with 135 students from 4 junior classes, in 7 weeks during second semester of 2007, from Gongju National University. It is clear that the writing skill of participated students has highly developed during 7 weeks of an intensively educated period with the fundamentals of handwriting and the perceiving of letter`s frame in deep relation to the recognition of letters` right position and the structure from the end of August through the first week of October. The main purpose of handwriting research is to classify the nonstandard types of handwriting. The core values are all about the standardizing the undefined handwriting types by understanding the combination, the size, the angle, and the parallel of vowels and consonants, a syllable structure of handwriting and a blank space of between words. 6 typed problems referred to perception of space, plot of text, perception of time, character of genre, word choice, and the rules of orthography may occur when the Pre-Educators` scripts written. The writing skill has totally improved once the function elaborated by approaching the handwriting standards and repeated technical practice. This text is a concrete research result that proves the hypothesis; thinking skills are developed and sophisticated in proportion to handwriting skills. A delicate following research will be appreciated for the better writing skill development.
