근대계몽기 「성산명경」을 통해 본 최병헌 목사의 역할

근대계몽기는 동양적 질서 속에 안주하고 있던 전통사회가 국제적 격동 속에 휘말리기 시작한 시기다. 이 시기 최병헌목사는 ‘사상가’, ‘교육가’, ‘계몽운동가’, ‘사회운동가’, ‘개신교 목사’, ‘애국가 작사가’ 등의 역할을 담당하였다. 그는 전통을 인정하는 바탕에서 서양의 문물을 수용하자는 입장을 고수하였다. 최병헌목사의 소설《성산명경》은 기독교를 비롯한 서구 문물의 수용이 민족의 위기를 극복하고, 민족의 미래 지향적인 방향이라는 그의 생각을 표출한 작품이다. 그는 시대 의지를 효과적으로 표현하기 위해서 ‘몽유록’을 선택하였으며, ‘대화와 논쟁’의 형식을 이용하여 민족이 나아가야 할 방향을 직접적으로 제시하였다. 최병헌목사 선양사업에 있어서 항상 걸림돌이 되는 것은 ‘선유사’ 활동이다. 그러나 그의 선유활동을 반(反)민족적 행위로만 해석할 수 없다. 그는 민족운동 자체를 부정한 것이 아니다. 무장투쟁보다는 교육을 통한 민족의식 계몽이 보다 효과적이라는 판단에서 민족 계몽 쪽에 비중을 두었다. 곧 그의 선유활동은 한말 근대계몽기에 전개되었던 ‘민족계몽운동’에 뿌리를 두고 있으며, 의병과는 또 다른 방법론을 모색하고 있다는 측면에서 의병활동과 함께 한말 근대계몽기를 이해하는 데 중요한 역할을 한다. The era of modern enlightenment is the age in which the traditional society got involved into the international rapid change of which was loitering in the oriental system. In this period, the priest Choi Byeong-heon took the charge of the rolls as ‘thinker’, ’educator’, ‘enlightenment movement leader’, ‘social movement leader’, ’priest of Christian church’ and ’lyric writer of the national song’. He stuck to the position to get the culture of the West grounded on admission of the tradition. The novel 《Seong San Myeong Gyeong》of the priest Choi Byeong-heon is the work expressing his thought that the admission of the West culture including the Christianity is the national future-oriented direction. He selected the ‘description of the experience in dream’ to express the will of era effectively and suggested direction to which the nation go directly using the form of ‘dialogue and argument’. To the enhancement project of the priest Choi Byeong-heon what is always an obstacle is his acting as an ‘agent charge of the command of the sovereign in delegate’. However, his act of the agent in charge of the command of the sovereign in delegate could not be understood as just contra-national act. He didn’t deny the national movement itself. He thought the enlightenment of the nation is more important in conclusion that the enlightenment of the consciousness of the nation is more effective rather than armed struggle. That is, his act of the agent in charge of the command of the sovereign in delegate is rooted in the ‘movement of enlightenment of nation’ and does the important role in understanding the modern enlightenment era of the late Joseon together with the patriotic soldier activity in the aspect that it seeks another methodology different with the patriotic soldier.

원주시 대표 여성인물의 현대적 계승 방안 -조선시대 유학자 임윤지당을 중심으로

역사인물을 대상으로 선양사업을 진행하기 위해서는 선양사업 필요성에 대한 공감대 확산이 중요하다. 동시에 해당 역사인물과 관련한 역사적 기록물 수집 및 분석이 이루어져야 하며, 선양사업을 추진하는 인물이 누구이며, 왜 그 인물을 선양해야 하는지, 그 역사적 당위성과 현대적 의미를 찾으려 노력해야 한다. 원주시의 경우, 이를 위해서 장기적인 사업 계획을 세울 필요가 있다. 여성인물 선양사업을 이해하고 참여하는 기회를 마련할 계기도 요구된다. 특정인만이 아닌 원주시민이 참여할 수 있는 다양한 프로그램의 개발이 이루어져야 한다. 또한 원주시 여성인물에 대한 연구와 선양사업은 역사 · 문화에 대한 전문적인 지식이 요구되기 때문에 효율적인 추진을 위해서는 전문 인력의 확보가 중요하다. 그 외에도 선양사업 관련 지방 조례 제정 콘텐츠 개발 및 예산 배정 등에 대한 구체적인 계획이 세워진 이후에 추진하려는 노력, 원주시 여성인물 관련 자료의 수집과 관리에도 일정한 예산이 요구된다. In order to carry out the promotion project for historical figures, it is important to spread consensus on the necessity of the promotion project. At the same time, historical records related to the historical figure should be collected and analyzed, and it should be tried to find out who is promoting the promotion project, why the figure should be promoted, and its historical justification and modern meaning. In the case of Wonju-City, it is necessary to make a long-term project plan for this. It is also necessary to provide opportunities to understand and participate in the female figure promotion project. Development of various programs for Wonju citizens, not just specific people, should be implemented. In addition, it is important to secure professional manpower for efficient promotion because research on female figures in Wonju and promotion project require professional knowledge of history and culture. In addition, a certain amount of budget is required for efforts to implement after detailed planning for the enactment of local ordinances related to the promotion project, content development and budget allocation, and the collection and management of data on women characters in Wonju.

The purpose of this study is to propose the planning methods for pollution prevention in the initial design stage by identifying the pollution phenomena on the exterior of the building. It is important to catch the problem early on because exterior troubles begin with an initial design defect and causes rapid aging. The scope of this study is seoul public borough offices that should be sustainable for long as landmark located at the center of the district. Field survey was conducted three times in six months. Twenty-six borough offices were diagnosed with three levels of contamination through visual inspection and the contaminated locations, types, materials, and characteristics were checked. Fourteen common contaminated locations were identified in the first and intensively rechecked in the second. Five locations vulnerable to contamination were designated and the contamination and cleanliness situations were checked by location in the third. As a result, main polluted types and locations are sloping wall, upper wall, protruded wall, canopy, and wall under window. The key to avoiding these pollution problems is to minimize the horizontal plane on which dust can be deposited. In other words, it can be considered variously by shape and location, such as the slope of the horizontal plane, the floating of the surface, the installation of the roof surface, and the vertical louvers. And throating plans and material plans suitable for each location are presented. Various methods of the shape and location, material are expected to use as useful basic data for preventing pollutions during the initial design stage.

건축물의 플라스틱 외관과 오염방지에 관한 실험적 연구

The purpose of this study is to identify the staining factors through experiments with plastics vulnerable to pollution and to propose grounds of the staining prevention for application in the design stage. A total of 30 prototypes were built for plastic experiments, with eight thermoplastics and various sloped walls and azimuth angles. The results of the experimental survey by type, angle, azimuth in six phases over a year are as follows. The staining rate of plastic is proportional to the static amount and surface roughness, and the higher the staining rate, the more efficient the antistatic agent is. And the staining degree was high from the angle below the critical angle. In order to reduce the staining rate at critical angles, the results of the application of various antistatic agents showed that conductive inorganic materials were the most efficient. In addition, the staining rate for each azimuth was proportional to the wind speed, and the higher the staining rate, the higher the wind speed, the more efficient the antistatic agent was found. These results provide convincing evidence in choosing antistatic agents, and it is expected that the experimental data collected and the staining factors according to material, angle, and azimuth will be used as useful grounds to staining prevention in the initial design stage.

충의(忠義) 관련 지역 역사인물 선양 사례와 제언

1990년대에 들어오면서부터 시작된 지방자치제도는 해당 지방자치단체로 하여금 지역의 정체성을 내‧외부로 알리는 데 많은 노력을 기울이게 하였다. 그 일환으로 해당 지역의 역사적 인물을 선양하는 사업이나 행사가 그 규모와 내용을 한동안 지속적으로 확장시켜 왔다. 춘천시에서는 한백록 선양 사업을 2015년부터 진행해 왔다. 제의 행사와 관련 유적지 답사, 대중적 공감대 확산 사업, 학술 세미나 등 3년이라는 기간 동안 다양한 분야에 대해서 지속적으로 선양 사업을 유지하고 있다. 특히 추모 제례나 학술대회에만 국한하지 않고 지역민들과 대중적 공감대를 형성하기 위해 노력하고 있는 모습은 주목된다. 한백록 선양사업이 효율적으로 진행하기 위해서는 선양 사업 필요성에 대한 공감대 확산이 가장 중요하다. 동시에 해당 역사인물과 관련한 역사적 기록물 수집 및 분석이 이루어져야 하며, 선양 사업을 추진하는 인물이 누구이며, 왜 그 인물을 선양해야 하는지, 그 역사적 당위성과 현대적 의미를 찾으려 노력해야 한다. 한백록의 현재적 가치와 의미를 찾아야 하고, 중장기적인 관점에서 선양사업이 추진되어야 한다. 춘천시민들의 관심과 참여도를 높여야 하며, 춘천시가 지니고 있는 지역특성을 살릴 전략 수립이 요구된다. 한백록도 역사인물자원이기에 춘천시가 지니고 있는 다양한 문화자원들과 연계할 필요가 있다. The local autonomy system, which started in the 1990s, made a lot of efforts for the local governments to inform the inside and outside of the local identity. As part of that effort, the activities and events of enhancing historical person in the area have been continuously expanding in size and content over time. In Chuncheon city, Gangwon province, the "Hanbaekrock[韓百祿] enhancing Project" started in 2015. It has been continuously maintaining various fields for 3 years including researching related sites, spreading popular consensus, and academic seminars. Through these projects, we are making efforts to build public consensus with local people. Communicating with the public is the most important step to proceed with the "Hanbaekrock [韓百祿] enhancing Project". In addition, records related to historical person should be collected and analyzed."Who is Hanbaekrock [韓百祿] and should find the present value and meaning.And the "enhancing Project" should be pursued from a long-term perspective. It is necessary to raise the interest and participation of the citizens, and to establish a strategy to take advantage of the local characteristics of Chuncheon City.

광학식 마커기반 모션캡쳐는 측정된 모션데이터의 정확도가 우수하여 운동 분석학, 산업분야, 엔터테인먼트 등 다양한 분야에서 활용되고 있다. 하지만 실제 실험을 수행하기 위해서는 다음과 같은 제약조건이 따른다. 마커는 인체의 해부학적으로 정해진 위치에 정확히 부착되어야 하며, 마커의 정확한 추적을 위하서는 Calibration과정과 Noise제거 작업이 필요하다. 그리고 고가의 실험 장비인 적외선 카메라가 필요하며, 카메라의 이동성이 한계가 있어 정해진 실험 공간에서 실험이 가능하다. 이에 따라 마커를 부착하지 않고 카메라로부터 관측된 모델의 이미지를 기반으로 하는 비 마커기반 모션 캡쳐에 관한 많은 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 키넥트를 이용하여 비 마커 기반의 인체 동작분석 데이터 수집하고 3차원 파라메트릭 인체 분절 모델을 통하여 인체 동작 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 관측 대상자로부터 키, 몸무게, 허리둘레의 인체치수를 입력 받아 타원체 형상의 인체모델을 생성하고, 키넥트로부터 획득한 관절의 위치와 생성한 인체모델의 좌표 관계를 매핑하였다. 이를 통하여 실시간으로 작업 공간의 측정 및 평가가 가능한 시스템을 구축하였다. 또한 실제 광학식 마커기반 모션캡처와 키넥트를 이용한 비 마커기반의 모션캡처를 통하여 보행분석을 동시에 수행하고 기구학적 해석 결과를 비교 분석하였다.

강원도 홍천군 인물설화의 지역적 특징 연구 -강촌(江村)지역 전승의 이괄설화를 중심으로-

강(江)의 흐름은 시간과 공간을 초월하며, 강과 강 주변에 다양한 문화현상들을 형성한다. 강원도 홍천군 남쪽에는 ‘홍천강’이 흐르며, 그 유역에는 그곳에 살던 또는 사는 사람들에 의해 형성된 다양한 문화가 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 홍천강 인근지역에 전승하는 ‘이괄설화’를 대상으로 하였다. ‘이괄설화’를 분석하고 설화 속에 담긴 홍천강의 역할과 의미를 살펴보았다. 이괄은 조선 중기 인조반정(仁祖反正)의 주역이며, 흔히 ‘이괄의 난’이라고 하는 반란을 일으킨 역사적 인물이다. 이괄설화는 강원도 원주시, 충청북도 보은군, 경기도 평택시, 양평군 등에서도 전승하지만, 홍천군을 중심으로 분포한다. 특히 이괄설화의 분포는 홍천강과 지류인 ‘덕치천’ 주변에 집중한다. 이괄과 관련된 역사적 사실과 설화 등을 살펴볼 때, ‘이괄의 난’이 진압되고 일어난 ‘홍천변란’에 영향을 받아, 홍천군 주민들이 이괄설화를 전승했을 가능성이 높다. 한편, 설화 속에서 이괄 성격에 대해 그가 유년시절부터 ‘반’의 입장에 있음을 강조한다. 이는 성격으로 인해 반정을 하게 되었다는 암시를 설화 전승자들 스스로 하는 것이다. 또한, ‘이괄설화’는 홍천강을 대상으로 보이는 이괄의 비범함을 오히려 무모한 행동에 가깝게 만들고 있다. The current of river is eternal and transcendental against time and space. Around river and riverside areas, a variety of cultural phenomenon has been created and formed. ``Hongcheon River`` flows in the southern part of Hongcheon-gun, Gangwon-do. A different cultures exist which has been created by the people in the area. This study targeted to the roles and meanings of Hogncheon River imbedded in the falk stories by analyzing ``Egwal falk stories``. Egwal was a subject for Incho rebellion in the middle of Choseon. He is a historical figure who broke out ``Egwal`s rebellion``. Egwal folk story has been passed down in different areas such as Wonju-si, Gangwon-do, Boeun-gun, Chungbuk, Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi, Yangpyeong-gun, etc. However, it has been intensely pervaded in Hongcheon-gun. Particularly, Egwal falk stories have been focused on the peripheral areas around ``Deokchi stream``, the bypath and Hongcheon River. Reviewing historical facts, falk stories related to Egwal, it is more possible for residents in Hongcheon-gun to succeed Egwal falk stories, affected by Hongcheon Rebellion which had occurred after ``Egwal Rebellion``. On the other hand, in the falk story, it is pressed that he had been in the opposing position since young. The folk story suggests that Egwal happened to occur rebellion due to his characteristics. In addition, the unique characteristics of Egwal was made rather imprudent behavior.

역사인물담 전승과 문화권역 설정을 위한 시도 - 강원도를 중심으로

문화권(文化圈)은 공통의 특징을 가진 복합체로서 하나의 문화가 지리적으로 분포하는 범위를 의미한다. 문화가 지니는 속성으로 인해 문화권은 고정되어 있는 것이 아니라, 항상 유동적이기 때문에 그러한 문화권을 설정하는 것은 쉬운 일이 아니다. 강원도는 태백산맥이 남과 북으로 가르고 있어서 같은 도(道)이면서도 태백산맥 분수령을 기점으로 한 동(東)과 서(西)는 기후나 지세도 다를 뿐만 아니라, 문화도 상이한 것으로 여겨져 왔다. 강원도 사람들이 지니고 있는 잠재의식 속에는 영동(嶺東)과 영서(嶺西)가 문화적인 차이를 지니고 있다고 여긴다. 이 글에서는 강원도지역에서 전승하고 있는 설화 가운데 역사인물담(歷史人物談)을 대상으로 문화권역을 설정해 보았다. 여기서 제시하고자 하는 권역은 모든 설화나 또는 역사인물담 모두를 대상으로 획일적으로 적용할 수 있는 문화권역이 아니라, 역사적 인물과 관련한 설화 전승권역을 말하는 것이다. 이와 같은 시도는 전국을 단위로 한 역사인물담 문화권역 설정을 위한 시험적인 시도이기도 하다. 강원도내 역사인물담 문화권역을 설정하는데 있어서 근본적인 문제점이 있는데, 첫째는 역사인물담 문화권 설정에 있어서 그 대상이라고 할 수 있는 역사인물담 자료가 충분하지 않다는 점이고, 둘째는 채록 정리된 역사인물담 자료라 하더라도 채록지역이 명확하지 않은 자료가 많다는 점이다. 따라서 역사인물담은 물론 설화문화권을 설정하기 위해서는 설화에 대한 조사 · 정리가 필요하고, 조사에 있어서 첨단의 입체적 조사 정리 작업을 수행할 필요가 있다. Cultures have common characteristics. It refers to the geographical distribution of culture. Cultural zones are not fixed but are moving. Setting up a cultural area is not an easy task. In Gangwon-do, Taebaek Mountain is divided into North and South. In the same area, the climate and topography are different from the Taebaek Mountains. Also, culture is different. Gangwon-do people consider the Yeongdong region and Yeongseo region culturally different. In this article, I set up a cultural zone with historical stories. It is not a cultural area that can be uniformly applied to all tales or historical stories. It refers to the cultural domain related to historical figures. It is an attempt to establish a narrative area around the country. There is a fundamental problem with establishing a cultural domain. First there is not enough data. Second, the area collected is not clear. Therefore, research and organization are necessary to establish the story culture domain.
