근대계몽기 「성산명경」을 통해 본 최병헌 목사의 역할

근대계몽기는 동양적 질서 속에 안주하고 있던 전통사회가 국제적 격동 속에 휘말리기 시작한 시기다. 이 시기 최병헌목사는 ‘사상가’, ‘교육가’, ‘계몽운동가’, ‘사회운동가’, ‘개신교 목사’, ‘애국가 작사가’ 등의 역할을 담당하였다. 그는 전통을 인정하는 바탕에서 서양의 문물을 수용하자는 입장을 고수하였다. 최병헌목사의 소설《성산명경》은 기독교를 비롯한 서구 문물의 수용이 민족의 위기를 극복하고, 민족의 미래 지향적인 방향이라는 그의 생각을 표출한 작품이다. 그는 시대 의지를 효과적으로 표현하기 위해서 ‘몽유록’을 선택하였으며, ‘대화와 논쟁’의 형식을 이용하여 민족이 나아가야 할 방향을 직접적으로 제시하였다. 최병헌목사 선양사업에 있어서 항상 걸림돌이 되는 것은 ‘선유사’ 활동이다. 그러나 그의 선유활동을 반(反)민족적 행위로만 해석할 수 없다. 그는 민족운동 자체를 부정한 것이 아니다. 무장투쟁보다는 교육을 통한 민족의식 계몽이 보다 효과적이라는 판단에서 민족 계몽 쪽에 비중을 두었다. 곧 그의 선유활동은 한말 근대계몽기에 전개되었던 ‘민족계몽운동’에 뿌리를 두고 있으며, 의병과는 또 다른 방법론을 모색하고 있다는 측면에서 의병활동과 함께 한말 근대계몽기를 이해하는 데 중요한 역할을 한다. The era of modern enlightenment is the age in which the traditional society got involved into the international rapid change of which was loitering in the oriental system. In this period, the priest Choi Byeong-heon took the charge of the rolls as ‘thinker’, ’educator’, ‘enlightenment movement leader’, ‘social movement leader’, ’priest of Christian church’ and ’lyric writer of the national song’. He stuck to the position to get the culture of the West grounded on admission of the tradition. The novel 《Seong San Myeong Gyeong》of the priest Choi Byeong-heon is the work expressing his thought that the admission of the West culture including the Christianity is the national future-oriented direction. He selected the ‘description of the experience in dream’ to express the will of era effectively and suggested direction to which the nation go directly using the form of ‘dialogue and argument’. To the enhancement project of the priest Choi Byeong-heon what is always an obstacle is his acting as an ‘agent charge of the command of the sovereign in delegate’. However, his act of the agent in charge of the command of the sovereign in delegate could not be understood as just contra-national act. He didn’t deny the national movement itself. He thought the enlightenment of the nation is more important in conclusion that the enlightenment of the consciousness of the nation is more effective rather than armed struggle. That is, his act of the agent in charge of the command of the sovereign in delegate is rooted in the ‘movement of enlightenment of nation’ and does the important role in understanding the modern enlightenment era of the late Joseon together with the patriotic soldier activity in the aspect that it seeks another methodology different with the patriotic soldier.

Force Sensing Resistor를 이용한 힘/모멘트 센서 개발

A low cost force./moment sensor that can be used in the robot teaching task is presented. Force Sensing Resistor is used as the transducer. The principle of force/moment detection is explained, the architecture of the sensor is shown, and the measurement of the force/moment is presented. The force/moment sensor shown in this work is not meant to be used in a precise force/moment control, but it is intended to be used in the robot teaching where low accuracy can be tolerated.

It is clear that the concrete evaluation tools for written text need to be intensively developed as all the flows of writing education have been concentrated only on writing strategies. Moreover, typical errors are to be patternized for being criteria of the evaluation tools. Development of evaluating strategies prevents the texts from untidiness as the development of writing strategies boosts up the effectiveness of writing education. Accuracy of the expression, diversification, harmony of the sentences. and systematic composition are chosen as key factors in order to be criteria for evaluating the texts. The construction of writing is composed of vocabulary, sentence, paragraph and script hierarchically, on the functioning rhetoric and elaboration. Evaluation strategies are built with the criteria such as accuracy of writing, diversification of sentence structure, harmony of paragraphs' organizing, and systematic composition of script.

강원도 양양군 상복골 드장날 ‘밤가이’ 구조와 의미

강원도 양양군 강현면 상복골에서 행하던 ‘밤가이’를 대상으로 그 구조와 의미들에 대해서 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 강원도내 드장날[入葬日] 이루어지는 담배 받기, 말멕이, 빈상여놀이, 상주(喪主) 흉내 내기 등 장례놀이 현황에 대해서 먼저 제시하였다. 드장날 행해지는 장례놀이는 상주를 비롯한 유족과 마을 공동체 구성원들이 고인(故人)을 보내는 과정에서 행하는 의례의 일부분이다. ‘밤가이’는 강원도 양양군 및 속초시 일대에서 전승하던 민속으로 ‘밤을 지새우다’라는 의미를 지닌다. 그리고 밤을 지새우는 과정에서 이루어지는 모든 장례놀이와 의례 등을 포함한다. ‘밤가이’는 ‘출상 준비하기’, ‘모의재판 형식의 담배받기’, ‘초초 아뢰기’, ‘상주 흉내 내기’ 등으로 구성되며, 유가족과 마을 공동체 입장에서 고인을 떠나보내는 정서를 함축하고 있다. ‘밤가이’는 마을 공동체 구성원이 구성원의 죽음을 대하는 대응 방식이다. 곧 공동체 구성원의 죽음이라는 공동체 위기를 극복하고, 그 충격을 완화하기 위한 행위라고 볼 수 있다. 고인의 가족만이 아니라 친족, 이웃들이 하나의 공동체를 이루어 장례를 준비하고 놀이와 의례를 통해 서로의 유대를 확인한다. 더불어 구성원의 죽음으로부터 비롯된 상실과 슬픔을 극복하는 계기를 만들어 가는 것이 ‘밤가이’인 것이다. This study looked into the structure and meaning of “Bamgai” in Sanbokgol, Yangyang-gun, and Gangwon-do. To this end, this study suggested funeral plays’ status, such as tobacco-receiving, Malmegi, Empty Bier Plays, Chief Mourner Imitating, etc., which take place on the day of a funeral. The funeral plays are part of the process in which the bereaved family, including the chief mourner, and the village’s community members send the deceased off to another world. “Bamgai,” a term used in all of Gangwon-do, Yangyang-gun and Sokcho-si, means “Staying up all night.” In addition, the term includes all funeral plays done in the process of sitting up all night. “bamgai” connotes the emotion of sending the deceased off by the bereaved family and the village’s community members. “Bamgai” is also the village’s community members’ way of responding to the death of a fellow member. In short, “bamga” can be regarded as an act performed to tide over the community crisis of a community member’s death, and to alleviate the community’s grief and shock. Not only the family members but also the relatives as well as the neighbors of the deceased prepare for a funeral while forming a community, and they confirm their ties with each other through rites and plays. Along with this, the purpose of “bamgai” is to create momentum for healing from the loss and grief derived from a community member’s death.

A fatigue capsule is one of the special capsules to investigate the fatigue characteristics of the nuclear materials in a research reactor, HANARO. In this study, the performance test and the preliminary fatigue test results by using a cyclic load device newly developed for a fatigue capsule are described. In order to obtain the characteristics such as a realization and a controllability of the periodic wave shape and the relation between the pressure and the load, a spring and rigid bar specimens are used. The fatigue test for the STS 316L specimen with 1.8㎜ in diameter and 12.5㎜ in gage length is also performed under the same conditions as the temperature(550℃) of the specimen during irradiation tests. As a result of the test, the fracture of the specimen occurs at a total of 127,865 cycles (22 days), and the displacement is 2.63㎜. It is expected that these results will be used for a determination of test conditions and a comparison of the in-pile fatigue test results.

언어 영재교육의 체계와 내용 구성

The education for the gifted children in language, which is highly dominated by imported theories, is facing the limitation. The education`s direction has been aimed at many ways according to the background studies. Basically, it is all about who the gifted one is, what it is, and how it has been influencing the next generations from the history. Despite the facts, the education for the gifted children in language has never identified any of those questions for further education. The systems of education for the gifted children in language has established with composition, dialogue, logic, and metaphor from the 4 types of literature are lyric, essay, narration, and drama which compromises metaphor, logic, plot, and dialogue. The way of story composition is from the myths, when a principle of narration from their speeches, logical description from the essays, and metaphor from the lyrics. Expectation of gifted ones in Korean language will be met when the education for them could be created and implemented with the systems and contents above.
