        우편물 중간 보관소의 효율적 운영 방안 연구

        The revitalization of e-business via Internet brings big changes to the postal business, and leads to a tremendous increase of heavy and large sized postal mails with continuing growth of home delivery business. Thus, even though the number of intermediate storages for mail delivery that mailmen use for picking up mails in the middle of mail delivery has been being increased, it has still many problems such as insufficient number and size of the storages as well as avoidance of mail keeping of trust agents. It is necessary that safety of mail keeping, seamless mail delivery, and individual parcel pick-up process reestablishment should be made through an improved counter plan for the problems described previously. This study presents the efficient and right operational plan for the intermediate storage for mail delivery with providing the number and size of intermediate storages per mail delivery sequence according to four different types of post offices.

        미래 전장환경에 적합한 전차 전력 편성 및 발전 방안 연구

        4차산업혁명시대 신기술의 부상은 주변 강국과의 잠재적 분쟁 대비를 위한 우리의 군사력 확충과 독자 영역 확보를 위한 투자가 요구되고 한미 군사동맹을 주축으로 한 기술협력 분야의 면밀한 협조가 요구된다. 현대전의 주요 특징을 살펴볼 때 NCW 구현을 위한 ISR, 정보처리, 표적식별 역량이 과거와 비교할 수 없을 만큼 획기적으로 향상되어 전력의 통합운용과 합동작전 능력이 대폭 향상되었다. 이에 지상군이 감축된다고 하여도 북진시 또는 통일 대비 북한지역 안정화 작전을 고려한 일정 규모의 군이 유지되어야 할 것이다. 또한 초전의 적 공격을 물리치고 공격이 최선의 방어임을 고려하여 즉응반격이 가능하도록 적 공격 태세 와해를 초래할 수 있는 기동군단의 규모를 전략예비와 작전예비로 고려하여 소요를 재판단할 것이 요구된다. 시대가 변하여도 전쟁의 종결은 지상군이 결정하므로 결전의 여건을 조성하는 항공력에만 의존해서는 심각한 문제가 초래될 수 있고 육군 항공의 제한과 문제점도 고려해야 할 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 미래 작전환경을 주도할 우리 군의 전차 전력 편성 및 발전방안을 다음과 같이 도출하였다. 미래 전쟁 패러다임의 변화에 따른 기동전 수행방안과 한국군 군사전략을 수행하기 위한 전차의 전력 편성 및 발전방안을 제시하였다. With the advent of new technologies in the era of the 4th industrial revolution, investments are required to expand South Korean military capabilities and secure individual areas in preparation for potential conflicts with neighboring powers, and close cooperation in the field of technical cooperation centered on the ROK-U.S. military alliance is required. When looking at the main characteristics of modern warfare, it can be seen that ISR, information processing, and target identification capabilities for NCW implementation have been dramatically improved incomparably with the past, and the capabilities for integrated operation of military strength and joint operations have been greatly improved. Therefore, even if the ground forces are reduced, a certain size of the army should be maintained in consideration of operations for the stabilization of the North Korean region in preparation for advance to the North or unification. In addition, in order to defeat the enemy at the beginning of a war and considering that attacks are the best defense, it is required to re-evaluate the necessary size of the maneuver corps that can cause the collapse of the enemy"s offensive posture considering the strategic reserve and operational reserve so that immediate counterattacks are possible. Since the end of the war is decided by the ground forces even if the times change, relying only on air power that creates the conditions for a decisive battle can cause serious problems, and the limitations and problems of army aviation must also be considered. Therefore, in this study, the tank military strength organization and development plans for the ROK military that will lead the future operational environment were derived as follows. The tank military strength organization and development plans for carrying out maneuver warfare and the South Korean military strategies according to changes in the future war paradigm were presented.

        TLCSM 개선을 위한 IT기술의 적용방안

        현대의 무기체계는 새로운 전쟁양상의 변화와 첨단 과학기술의 급격한 발달로 인하여 체계가 복잡 및 다양해지고 있으며, 무기체계의 운영 및 관리를 위한 군수비용의 급격한 증가의 양상을 보이고 있다. 또한 정부의 창조경제 수행방안으로 군의 군수비용을 최소화하기 위한 방안에 대한 적극적인 검토가 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 군수비용 절감을 위하여 첫째, 군수품의 분류기준, 관련 규정 및 제도, 장비정비정보체계에 대해서 분석 등을 통한 군수품 관리의 문제점을 도출하였다. 둘째, 도출한 군수품 관리 문제점에 대한 개선방안으로 실명제 및 책임제 군수관리의 필요성과 운영방안, 정비지시서 상태분류 기준 세분화 적용방안을 제시하였으며, 적용에 따른 기대효과를 분석하였다. 마지막으로 IT기술 중 CBM를 활용한 품목별 제원관리 및 기록체계를 구축 할 수 있도록 총수명주기체계관리(TLCSM)를 현 군에서 운용 중인 장비정비정보체계와의 연동할 수 있는 시스템 구축 방안을 제시하였다. 이와 같이 제시한 방안을 적용하게 된다면 군수행정의 오류방지, 단순화 및 신속화, 군수품 관리에 대한 신뢰성 향상 및 예산절감 등의 효과가 기대된다. The cost of preparing munitions in weapon system operation and management has been rapidly increasing and current weapon systems have become complicated and diverse due to new warfare pattern changes and the rapid growth of advanced scientific technology. Moreover, as a part of the execution plans of creative economics, the Korean government is actively reviewing how to minimize the costs of preparing munitions. Accordingly, this study derived the issues of munitions management for decreasing munitions preparing costs. First, the issues of munitions management were introduced through review and analysis with respect to the munitions classification criteria, regulations and systems, and equipment maintenance information systems. Second, we proposed the application and necessity for the real-name system which is responsible for munitions management and the fragmentation of the maintenance instructions status classification criteria.. Also, we were analyzed that the effects depending on the application. Finally, we proposed that the linkage system which is currently military active with equipment maintenance information systems as well as the total life-cycle management system (TLCSM) improvements to the itemized data and records management system by utilizing IT technology CMB that must be done in order to improve the issues.

        120㎿급 열병합 복합발전시스템의 열역학적 효율 특성

        본 논문은 열병합 복합발전이란 하나의 프로세스에서 전기 또는 기계 동력과 열에너지의 두 형태를 생산하는 것이다. 가스터빈 열병합 발전 시스템의 각 구성부의 성능을 변수로 전체 시스템의 연료 소모와 각 구성부의 열과 전기의 성능을 표현하여야 한다. 전체시스템은 상부 시스템인 가스터빈 2대와 하부시스템인 열회수 증기발생기(HRSG) 2대, 증기터빈 1대, 지역난방열교환기 2대로 구성되어 있다. 가스터빈 열병합 복합발전시스템에서 가동시간 기준 10,000시간 후 성능시험을 각종 시험장치 설치 및 ASME PTC 46에 준한 성능시험으로 실시하였고, 발전소 전체의 종합출력과 효율에 대한 성능을 분석하였다. 이러한 성능시험 실시자료를 기초로 시험성능을 비교하여 성능변화 값을 확인하였다. 이 논문에서 가스터빈, 열회수 증기발생기, 증기터빈의 열역학적 시스템 해석을 통하여 이론적 결과 값을 산출하였다. 비교 대상은 전체 시스템의 생산열량과 대기로 배출되는 열량을 이론값과 실험값을 비교하였고, 전기출력 및 열 출력에 대한 효율을 이론값과 실제 값을 비교하였다. 가스터빈 열병합 복합발전소 성능 특성에 대한 시험결과를 열역학적 효율 특성과 비교하였으며, 0.3%의 오차를 보였다. In this study, acombined cogeneration power plant produced two types of thermal energy and electric or mechanical power in a singleprocess. The performance of each component of the gas turbine-combined cogeneration system was expressed as a function of the fuel consumption of the entire system, and the heat and electricity performance of each component. The entire system consistedof two gas turbines in the upper system, and two heat recovery steam generators (HRSG), a steam turbine, and two district heat exchangers in the lower system. In the gas turbine combined cogeneration system, the performance test after 10,000 hours of operation time, which is subject to an ASME PTC 46 performance test, was carried out by the installation of various experimental facilities. The performance of the overall output and power plant efficiency was also analyzed. Based on the performance test data, the test results were compared to confirm the change in performance. This study performed thermodynamic system analysis of gas turbines, heat recovery steam generators, and steam turbines to obtain the theoretical results. A comparison was made between the theoretical and actual values of the total heat generation value of the entiresystem and the heat released to the atmosphere, as well as the theoretical and actual efficiencies of the electrical output and thermal output. The test results for the performance characteristics of the gas turbine combined cogeneration power plant were compared with the thermodynamic efficiency characteristics and an error of 0.3% was found.

        국내 단기추진제 탄약의 저장수명 예측에 관한 연구

        Domestic 105㎜ HE (High Explosive) shell is composed of three parts that are Fuze, Projectile and Propellants. Among three parts, propelling charge of propellants part consists of single base propellants. It has been known that the lifespan of single base propellants is affected by a storage period. These are because Nitrocellulose (NC) which is the main component of propelling gunpowder can be naturally decomposed to unstable substances similar with other nitric acid ester. Even though it cannot be prevented fundamentally from being disassembled, a decomposition product (NO2, NO3, and HNO3) and tranquillizer DPA (Diphenylamine) having high reactivity are added into a propellant to restrain induction of automatic catalysis by a decomposition product. The decay rate of the tranquillizer is also affected by a production rate of the decomposition product of NC. Therefore, an accurate prediction of the Self-Life is required to ensure against risks such as explosion. Hereupon, this paper presents a new methodology to estimate the shelf-life of single base propellants using data of ASRP (Ammunition Stockpile Reliability Program) to domestic 105mm HE (propelling charge of propellants part). We selected four attributes that are inferred to have influence on distribution of the DPA amount in a propellant from the ASRP dataset through data mining processes. Then the selected attributes were used as independent variables in a regression analysis in order to estimate the shelf-life of single base propellants.

        공동물류 환경의 혼합추천시스템 기반 차주-화주 중개서비스 구현

        Compound logistics is a service aimed to enhance logistics efficiency by supporting that shippers and consigners jointly use logistics facilities. Many of these services have taken place both domestically and internationally, but the joint logistics services for e-commerce have not been spread yet, since the number of the parcels that the consigners transact business is usually small. As one of meaningful ways to improve utilization of compound logistics, we propose a brokerage service for shipper and consigners based on the hybrid recommendation system using very well-known classification and clustering methods. The existing recommendation system has drawn a relatively low satisfaction as it brought about one-to-one matches between consignors and logistics vendors in that such matching constrains choice range of the users to one-to-one matching each other. However, the implemented hybrid recommendation system based brokerage agent service system can provide multiple choice options to mutual users with descending ranks, which is a result of the recommendation considering transaction preferences of the users. In addition, we applied feature selection methods in order to avoid inducing a meaningless large size recommendation model and reduce a simple model. Finally, we implemented the hybrid recommendation system based brokerage agent service system that shippers and consigners can join, which is the system having capability previously described functions such as feature selection and recommendation. As a result, it turns out that the proposed hybrid recommendation based brokerage service system showed the enhanced efficiency with respect to logistics management, compared to the existing one by reporting two round simulation results.

        Excessive vibration caused by thought surface of the rod or a protrusion is called harshness. initially the tire receives the impact that is magnified by the axis if the car or suspension system. and transfers the impact to the driver. When the tires of a car clashes into a sleeping police with full speed. There comes an intense shock that gives and strain of a car. With matlab program, we model and analyze stress and strain of a lower arm, and measure maximum elongation and maximum tensile stress that are delivered to the car by its running speed. It is proven exposure the repeated load changes the form of the lower arm of a car and shortens its durability.
