The system of deliver over parent`s property is that the divorcing couple give their property ratio of cost for bringing up children to their sons and daughters at that time when they divorce. It means risking in order to enforce the parent`s duties of their child support payment before change their condition. This institution is important for supporting the child or children`s mimimum support. Nowadays divorce rate in Korea is increasing rapidly, at the same time a lot of minors suffer from economic difficulties after their parent`s divorce. Economic difficulties lead a miserable existence, we cannot relate these results with any particular cause, but juvenile delinquent show a tendency to increase. At that rate, they need on relief will contribute toward over coming the difficulties. Thereafter the national relief undertaking without the fee entaied great expense upon the government. The nation minimum relief for contributing the expenses to the foster is increasing more then ever. Every parents moreover divorced parents are obligated to supper their children. The children`s standard of living should be the same even though their parents have divorced. It is difficult to accomplish so a decision of a standard condition which goes over a minimum standard of living in needed. The parent`s money should be taken by force in order to enforce the parents duties, if the child support is not paid. The strong measures by government should be make provision for the future. The provision of duty to their voluntary child should amended from deciding their way to live in order to promote voluntary child support payment. Deciding the divorce, parents have to be forced in register documents who will bring up their victim`s children and pay for their living and delivering their property.
XScale 프로세서 기반의 임베디드 소프트웨어를 위한 최악실행시간 분석도구의 구현

신뢰성 있는 내장 실시간 시스템을 구축하기 위해서는 프로그램의 스케줄링 가능성 여부를 검증해야 한다 스케줄링 가능성 분석을 위해서 는 프로그램의 최악실행시간 정보가 필수적인 요소이다. 최악실행시간 분석은 두 단계로 나된다. 첫 번째 단계에서는 프로그램 언어 구문상의 흐름을 분석하고, 두 번째 단계에서는 수행되는 흐름 경로상의 하드웨어적인 요소를 고려하여 수행시간을 분석한다. 본 논문에서는 XScale 프로세서를 대상으로 하는 최악실행시간 통합 분석 도구인 WATER(WCET Analysis Tool for Embedded Real-time system)를 설계하고 구현한다. 상위 수준의 흐름 분석기와 하위 수준의 실행시간 분석기로 이루어진 WATER의 구조를 소개하고 소프트웨어의 실제 측정과 WATER의 분석 결과를 비교한다. Schedulability analysis is necessary to build reliable embedded real-time systems. For schedulability analysis, worst-case execution time(WCET) analysis that computes upper bounds of the execution times of tasks, is required indispensably. WCET analysis is done in two phases. The first phase is high-level analysis that analyzes control flow and finds longest paths of the program. The second phase is low-level analysis that computes execution cycles of basic blocks taking into account the hardware architecture. In this thesis, we design and implement integrated WCET analysis tools. We develop the WCET analysis tools for XScale-based system called WATER(WCET Analysis Tool for Embedded Real-time system). WATER consist of high-level flow analyzer and low-level execution time analyzer. Also, We compare real measurement for execution of program with analysis result calculated by WATER.

박벽보의 응력해석을 위한 단면상수 값들을 자동적으로 산정하는 알고리즘을 개발한다. 사용자의 편의를 위해서 최소한의 단면정보만으로 복잡한 폐단면 및 개단면에 대하여 단면상수를 자동적으로 산정할 뿐만 아니라 보이론에 의하여 계산된 단면력에 대하여 대응하는 수직응력 또는 전단응력분포의 자동계산이 가능하다. 본 이론 및 프로그램의 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 기존의 논문결과와 비교하여 타당성을 입증한다. An efficient algorithm automatically determining cross sectional properties of thin-walled beams is developed using the minimum information about geometry of the cross section. This scheme is applied to automatic calculation of normal and shear stress distribution corresponding to stress resultants as well as sectional constants for complex open and closed thin-walled sections. Numerical examples evaluating section constants and stress distributions is presented and compared with the available reference's results.

First, from exploratory factor analysis of the final instrument for testing physical education students’ career barriers, 9 factors were extracted and their construct validity was supported. Reliability was .917 for ‘Lack of information’ and .649 for ‘Economic difficulty.’ In the results of correlation analysis, positive correlation was observed among the factors except ‘Lack of professional knowledge,’ which consisted of reverse grading questions, showing a consistent direction in the relations among the variables. Second, when career barriers were tested using the final instrument, significant difference was observed in factors ‘Social perception problem,’ ‘Economic difficulty,’ and ‘Lack of interest and aptitude’ between male and female students, between national university students and private university ones, and between teachers’ college students and other students. Third, career barriers were tested according to school year, factor ‘Multiple role conflict’ was higher in freshmen and juniors than in seniors, and ‘Lack of professional knowledge’ was higher in freshmen than in sophomores, juniors and seniors. According to the results of this study, if professors and career counselors at the Department of Physical Education in universities divide career barriers into psychological factors, socio cultural factors and environmental factors and provide solutions to overcome such career barriers for each career barrier factor, they may make a great contribution to physical education students’ career decision
