제도적 메커니즘이 플랫폼 비즈니스의 성과에 미치는 연구

최근 공유자원의 가치 창출과 공조, 에너지절약 및 감축 등의 가치관이 널리 보급돼 공유경제에 참여하는 소비자가 늘고 있다. 교통·운송 서비스 분야에서는 승차공유 차량의 사용이 사람들의 일상에 새로운 방식이 되었다. 하지만 신흥 업종의 성장과 더불어 개인정보 및 안전에 관련된 여러 문제가 발생하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 승차 공유 차량을 이용하는 소비자가 플랫폼을 신뢰하고 지속적인 사용을 가능하게 하는 요인에 살펴보았다. 중국의 대표적인 승차공유 서비스 플랫폼 디디추싱 사용자를 대상으로 설문조사하여 총 307건에 대해 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 피드백, 가격결정, 지급안전, 운전자 인증 등의 플랫폼을 보장하는 제도적 메커니즘과 사회적 요인들이 플랫폼에 대한 신뢰 형성에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳐 소비자로 하여금 지속적인 사용의도를 갖게 한다는 것이 밝혀졌다. 본 논문은 효과적인 제도적 메커니즘과 신뢰의 영향관계를 실증함으로써 공유 플랫폼의 지속가능한 성장과 안전한 온라인 거래 환경의 기반을 확인했다는 점에서 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다. Recently, a growing number of consumers are participating in the shared economy as values such as creation of shared resources, cooperation, energy conservation and reduction have been widely distributed. In the area of transportation services, using shared vehicles has become a new way of life for people. However, with the growth of emerging industries, a number of privacy and safety concerns are arising. This study looked at factors that make it possible for consumers who use ride-sharing vehicles to trust the platform and continue to use it. A total of 307 cases were analyzed by surveying users of China’s representative ride-sharing service platform Didi Chuxing. This study shows that institutional mechanisms such as result, feedback, pricing, payment safety, and driver authentication, which guarantee safe usage of platforms and social factors have a positive impact on the formation of trust in the platform, making consumers use it continuously. This study is meaningful in that it identifies the base of a secure online trading environment and the sustainable growth of shared platforms by demonstrating effective institutional mechanisms and cause-effect relationships.

최고 경영자의 정보보안 의식과 교육이 조직의 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

최근 정보보안의 문제는 경제적, 사회적으로 심각한 문제를 일으키고 있으며, 정보보안 사고는 조직의 경제적인 손실, 조직의 명성 및 신용도 등의 저하를 가져오는 등 기업 경영의 안정성을 저하시키고 있다. 특히 경영의 관점에서 정보보안의 중요성이 대두되고 있으나, 경영자의 관심이 정보보안에 영향이 있음을 시사하는 연구는 매우 부족하다. 본 연구는 기업 경영자의 정보보안 의식이 프로세스 향상과 조직의 경쟁우위에 미치는 영향을 고찰한다. 본 논문은 33개의 기업 경영자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 조사하였으며, 그 결과 경영자의 내/외부 위협 인식, 정보보안의 전략적/통제 역할 수행이 조직의 비즈니스 프로세스와 조직의 경쟁 우위 확보에 유의미한 영향을 주는 것이 발견되었다. 본 논문의 결과는 경영자의 정보보안 인식을 실증 연구 조사하여 중요한 의미를 가지며, 특히 기업의 전략과 정보보안 연구 분야에 시사점을 제공한다. Recently, information security causes the economic and social losses. The accidents of information security, therefore, debases the stability of enterprise such as reputation, economic achievements, and reputations. Especially, the role of top management has increasingly to be considered important in information security, the effects of top manager`s perceptions on information security could not been studied due to the difficulty of accessing top managers. This study tries to find the effects of top manager`s information security awareness on the performances of organization and business competitive advantages. The authors surveyed 33 top managers from enterprises, and then analyzed the perceptions of top manager`s information security on the performances of their organizations and business competitiveness. The results show that the perceptions of top managers effect the competitive advantage through the business process. Based on the results of the study, the top managers are able to draw the implications on the strategy and information security area.

정보통신분야의 발전으로 인해 익명성의 사이버 사회가 도달하였고 해킹과 같은 역기능이 많이 발생함에 따라 정보보호를 위해 암호모듈에 대한 수요가 급증하고 있다. 하지만 국내에서는 암호모듈에 대한 평가 기준 정립이 미흡하여 수요자가 모듈 선택 시 어려움이 있고, 모듈 및 제품 상호간의 운용 및 호환성 확보에 어려움이 있다. 본 논문은 정보보호 제품에 대한 안전성을 평가해 제품의 신뢰성을 높이고, 기술의 향상을 유도하는 국외의 정보보호 제품에 대한 평가 프로그램인 CMVP의 현황을 살펴본다. 이를 통해 다가오는 국제 표준에 대비하여, 국내 정보보호 제품 보호와 기술보호를 위해 선진외국의 제도, 기술, 현황분석 및 국제 암호제도 공조체계 구축을 위한 기반을 제공코자 한다.

워크플로우 관리시스템이 폭넓게 사용됨에 따라 조직간의 협업이 증가하고 있다. 워크플로우 시스템의 협업이 증가함에 따라 보안의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 사용자 인증·워크플로우 시스템간의 안전한 통신 기능 등의 보안 기능은 인터넷상에서 워크플로우 관리시스템의 운영에 영향을 미치고 있지만, 워크플로우 시스템은 협업을 기반으로 보안 프로토콜이 제공되지 않은 실정이나 따라서 본 논문은 워크플로우 관리시스템의 협업기반 보안 프로토콜을 제안한다. 협업 가반 보안 프로토콜의 제안을 위해서 본 논문은 워크플로우 관리시스템의 보안요구사항을 분석하고, 보안요구사항을 바탕으로 보안 아키텍쳐와 보안 프롤토콜을 제시한다. As the collaboration of WFMS(workflow management systems) in enterprises increases, security protocols could be considered a critical factor affecting secure operation of WMFS. The security protocol of WFMS could not reflect the nature of collaboration in WFMS, resulting to collaboration of WFMS on Internet causing the operation problems of WFMS. This study suggests collaboration based security protocols based on the collaboration of WFMS on Internet. To reflect the nature of collaboration in WFMS, this study analyzes security requirements for WFMS. Based on security requirements, this study suggests a security architecture and security protocoIs for WFMS using security agents.

국가기관 및 공공기관, 민관기관에서 정보보안의 중요성이 나날이 커지고 있다. 정보시스템이 중단되면 대규모의 혼란이 발생할 가능성이 다분하기에, 정보보안관리체계의 확립이 필요하며, 고도화된 새로운 평가방법이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 정보보안의 3요소인 기밀성, 무결성, 가용성을 기반으로 새로운 평가 지표인 업무영향도 평가를 도입하였고, 실제 사례를 통해 업무영향도 중요도를 등급별로 분류하여 새로운 정보보안 관리실태 평가가 정보보안 거버넌스의 핵심적인 역할을 수행할 수 있다. The importance of information security is increasing in the public and private organizations. The interruption of the information system might cause massive disorder. To protect information systems effectively, information systems would be categorized and managed in terms of degree of importance. In this study, we suggest a new evaluation method that categorizes information systems based on the three nature of security, confidentiality, integrity and availability. For validation of the method, we use a case study in a public sector. Through the validation of method, the availability of applying the method for categorization information systems to other domains could be suggested.

본 연구는 온라인 음악 청취를 통해 발생하는 쾌락적 반응이 온라인 음악의 다차원적 가치인식에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보았다. 또한 온라인 음악에 대한 가치 인식이 음악 재 경험 의도에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보고 이것과 구매 의도까지의 연결성을 확인하였다. 기존에 실행되었던 Ching-Wen Chu와 Hsi-Peng Lu(2007)의 온라인 음악 구매에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구에서 더 나아가 온라인 음악을 통한 쾌락적 반응을 확인하기 위해 Lacher(1994)의 연구에서 제시된 감정적, 감각적, 상상적, 분석적 4가지 쾌락적 반응들 본 연구에 적용하였으며 Sweeney와 Soutar(2001)가 제시한 기능적, 감정적, 사회적 차원의 가치인식을 적용해 선행 연구의 가치 인식 차원을 세부적으로 확장하였다.
