도시와 농촌 거주에 따른 한국노인의 주의식 차이에 관한 조사 연구
최명규 한국농촌건축학회 2004 농촌건축 : 한국농촌건축학회논문집 Vol.6 No.18
Korea will be facing a serious elderly problem in the near future, because the elderly population and households have been increasing radically. To cope with the coming elderly problem, social welfare services and elderly housing need to be carefully prepared. Especially, elderly housing has been recognized to be promising to solve the great portion of the problem. In this point of view, I attempted, in this study, to show the theoretical bases on the residential environment for the elderly households and their residential consciousness. I make a survey of residential consciousness of the elderly on 575 Koreans aged 60 or more, and analyze the difference of residential consciousness of them by regional comparison of urban vs rural elderly. The result of this study will be expected to be a reference to the housing planning for the elderly household in Korea.
Health Related Quality of Life in Functional Gastrointestinal Disorders in Asia
최명규,정혜경 대한소화기 기능성질환∙운동학회 2011 Journal of Neurogastroenterology and Motility (JNM Vol.17 No.3
The importance of health-related quality of life (HRQOL) continues to grow, as clinicians and clinical researchers have recognized the impact of the functional gastrointestinal disorders. Limited information is available on the performance of HRQOL questionnaires in Asia. Furthermore, the effect across different cultural settings of functional gastrointestinal disorders on HRQOL has been little studied in Eastern countries. We summarized recent studies on HRQOL in Korean patients with functional gastrointestinal disorders as well as other Asian literatures. Functional gastrointestinal disorders-related symptoms had a great effect on the HRQOL of Korean patients. These results and their considerable prevalence in Korea indicate that functional gastrointestinal disorders have a substantial social impact in this country.
