          In order to examine a way of utilizing the papers published in the field of oral surgery, the subjects and the from 690 papers in the journal of korean academy of oral and maxillofacial surgery(vol.1 to 16) and in the journal of korean academy of maxillofacial and plastic surgery(vol.1 to 12) have been analyzed. The results were as follows: 1. From the analysis of 18 items selected broadly for oral surgery, the research is mostly concentrated on jaw, benign tumor, malignant tumor and trauma & fracture. 2. By invastigating the main subjects chronologically, jaw, maligant tumor, temporomandibular joint items tend to increase while tooth, extraction, drug items decrease in recent years. 3. The number of institutes that author of the publications belong to is 33, the top 4 institutes out of those presented about 60%. 4. Arthors cite 31.5 references per paper in an average but only 2 domestic paper are cited. 5. Both journals mainly refer to J. of oral & maxillofacial surgery, oral surg., J. of korean oral maxillofacial surgery, J. of Korean maxillofacial & plastic surgery.

          골재생유도술에 의한 골재생시 미세혈관 구축 양상

          골재생유도술에 의한 골재생과정의 생물학적 현상을 보다 구체적으로 이해하고자, 백서의 대퇴골에 인위적인 골결손부를 형성하고 비흡수성 차폐막을 설치한 다음 골재생유도 과정에서의 미세혈관의 구축 양상을 통상적인 광학 현미경적 소견 및 미세혈관주형 표본 관찰법을 중심으로 관찰한바 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 광학 현미경적 소견의 초기 즉 술후 1주 및 2주 소견상 차폐막에 의해 피개된 실험부에서 보다 정연한 골성회복이 이루어졌으며, 이는 차폐막으로 인한 혈관망 형성의 양상에 의해 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 차폐막에 의한 연조직 침입이 차단됨으로 인해 인접 골조직으로부터 수평적으로 들어온 혈관에 의해 규칙적인 혈관 분포를 나타내나, 대조군의 경우 연조직에서 유입된 혈관망에 의해 불규칙한 혈관망을 나타내었다. 시간이 경과되면서 재생된 결손부의 골은 재구성되면서 대조군과 실험군 사이에 골성회복의 양상은 유사하였으나, 인접 실험군의 골조직으로부터 유입된 혈관에 의해 형성된 규칙적인 혈관망이 연조직으로부터 침입한 혈관에 의해 그 규칙적인 배열이 흐트러진 대조군에 비하여 골성회복의 속도가 빨라진다는 사실을 확인하였다. 이상의 결과는 차폐막에 의한 골재생 유도과정에서 혈관의 유래와 혈관망의 정렬상태가 골성회복의 속도와 밀접한 관련이 있음을 보여주는 것이다. To investigate the sequential changes in microvascular architecture and osseous regeneration during the bony healing after an application of the guided tissue regeneration method, we made artificial defects measuring $0.7cm{\times}0.3cm$ in size on femoral bones of rats measuring about 200gm and applied non-absorbable TEFE membrane at experimental sites but not at control sites. Then we observed the sequential changes and correlations between new vacuolation and bony regeneration using microvascular corrosion cast method and routine light microscopic observation at 1, 2 and 3 weeks after operation, respectively. The results showed that there were close relationships between regeneration of microvasculature and bone. In early phase, the invasion of granulation tissue at control sites delayed bony regeneration, however, in later phase, there was no remarkable differences in bony regeneration between control and experimental sites. The placement of barrier also affected in revascularization of regenerating bony defects. This is, the experimental sites showed parallel arranged nutritional vessels along long axis with well developed retiform plexus whereas the control revealed vertical invasion of microvasculature from outside of marrow space through bony defects which was also rearrange with time into parallel pattern with a vertical plexus but lesser organized than that of experimental sites. These findings suggest that the reconstruction of regenerating vasculature within the marrow cavity only may be sufficient and/or more be efficient in regeneration of bony defects.

          현실요법 중심 집단간호가 정신분열병환자의 내적 통제성과 불안에 미치는 효과

          This study was intended to investigate how effective reality therapy-oriented group nursing would be in improving the internal control and reducing anxiety. The subjects of this study were 9 female hospitalized schizophrenic patents in experimental group and 10 patients in the control group that matched the characteristics of the experimental group at the open ward of a mental hospital. The data were collected from February 3 to March 8, 2003. The 80-minutes reality therapy-oriented group sessions were given to the experimental group two times a week, and nine sessions were given in total. The tools used in the study were Rotter`s the internal and external locus of control inventory and spielberger`s the state anxiety inventory. The collected data were computed and processed using the SPSS program. The results of this study were as follows: 1) Those schizophrenic patients that participated in the reality therapy-oriented group nursing program improved in their internal locus of control score from 8.22 to 12.55, while the control group showed little improvements with their internal control scores increasing to 9.10 from 9.0. 2) There was no significant difference between the schizophrenic patients that participated in the reality therapy-oriented group nursing program and the control group in the level of anxiety.

          유기농 고추 추비용 유기자원 선발 및 시용효과

          본 연구는 유기농 시설재배지 고추의 후기양분공급을 위한 유기자원을 선발하고 시용효과를 알아보기 위하여 유기자원의 양분특성과 선발유기자원의 액비화 과정 중 질소용출양상 및 작물에 대한 효과를 조사하였다. 주요 유기자원 중 글루텐을 제외한 대두박, 유채박, 면실박 및 해바라기박 등 박류에서 높은 질소 함량을 나타냈다. 활용성이 높고 구입이 용이한 유기 자원(쌀겨, 유채박, 피마자박, 대두박)을 액비화하기 위하여 당밀액과 요쿠르트(Lactobacillus bifidus)를 혼합하여 총 질소함량을 분석한 결과 유채박과 요쿠르트를 혼합·액비화 하였을 때 약 3,000 mg L<SUP>-1</SUP>로 나타났다. 선발된 액비의 시용효과를 알아보고자 고추 정식 후 30일부터 토양관주 또는 엽면시비를 하였다. 정식 후 150일에 조사한 엽중 총 질소함량은 엽면시비(4.4%)에서 가장 높았으나, 지상부 건물중과 총 생과중은 토양관주에서 가장 높아 화학비료 또는 유기 농가 관행보다 우수하였다. This study was conducted to select some effective organic materials for supplying mineral nutrients at the later red-pepper growing period under organic farming system, and to evaluate the application effect. Nutritional characteristics of organic materials, nitrogen release pattern during liquefying the selected organic materials, and crop growth were examined. Among 18 organic materials, meals such as soybean, rapeseed, cottonseed, and sunflower seed except for gluten had greater nitrogen content. Total nitrogen content liquefied solution of the mixture of organic materials and molasses or yogurt was measured after 7 days of the liquefying, thereafter, the mixture of rapeseed meal and yogurt showed the highest nitrogen, reaching about 3,000 mg L<SUP>-1</SUP>. Selected liquid manure, mixture of rapeseed meal and yogurt, was applied 8 times to red-pepper plants with fertigation or foliar application. Total nitrogen of leaves at 150 days after transplanting was the highest (4.4%) in the treatment of foliar application of the selected liquid manure, whereas shoot dry weight and fresh fruit yield were the greatest in the treatment of fertigation.
