迷走神經切斷術 및 胃空腸吻合術이 幽門結紮術後 發生한 白鼠의 胃潰瘍에 미치는 影響에 關한 實驗的 硏究

The immediate effects of various types of vagotomy and gastrojejunostomy on gastric secretion and gastric ulceration after pyloric ligation were studied in albino rats. In the present experiment animals were divided into two groups, namely the control and experimental. Pyloric ligation only in the control group was performed. Experimental group was further divided into four groups according to the operative procedures made in addition to ligation of the pylorus as follows: Group Ⅰ subjected to left truncal vagotomy, group Ⅱ subjected to right truncal vagotomy, group Ⅲ subjected to bilateral truncal vagotomy, and group Ⅳ subjected to gastrojejunostomy. The secretory and ulcerogenic potentials of the experimental groups were compared with those of the control group. The results were summarized as follows: 1. In the control group the mean pH was 2.36, the mean acidity was 43.37 mEq/1, and gastric ulcers were found in all rats. 2. In the group Ⅰ the mean pH was 2.83, the mean acidity was 33.56 mEq/1, and gastric ulcers developed in 76.92 per cent. 3. In the group Ⅱ the mean pH was 2.87, the mean acidity was 29.10 mEq/1, and gastric ulcers developed in 61.54 per cent. 4. In the group Ⅲ the mean pH was 4.45, the mean acidity was 12.77 mEq/1, and no gastric ulcers developed in all rats. 5. In the group Ⅳ the mean pH was 2.93, the mean acidity was 28.86 mEq/1, and gastric ulcers developed in 69.23 percent. 6. In the groups Ⅰ ,Ⅱ and Ⅳ acid secretion was reduced as compared with that of the control group but ulcers developed, whereas in the group Ⅲ acid secretion was markedly reduced and no ulcers developed.

Impacted bone fragment in the anal canal must not be overlooked as an unusual cause of acute anal pain. Eight cases of acute anal pain arising from impaction of ingested bone fragment within the anal canal were treated over a 4-year period. The eight cases were similar in presentation and outcome. There were six males and two females (age 45∼65 years). Seven patients presented within a day of the sudden onset of severe anal pain, and one patient presented with obscure anal pain of three days. In two patients, this pain was aggravated by attempts to defecate. Inspection showed mild to marked spasm of the anal sphincter with no obvious cause for the anal pain. Digital rectal examination revealed spiculated bony fragments impacted in the anal canal at the dentate line in seven cases, and at the anorectal junction in one case. In one case, a fish bone was found penetrating into a hemorrhoid, causing edema and prolapse. In another case, a tiny fish bone was found impacting in a nylon seton applied to a fistulotomy wound. In a third case, a linear fish bone was found penetrating into an anal papilla. Six fish bones and one chicken bone were removed using forceps under proctoscopy. One fish bone was removed at the time of digital rectal examination. Sigmoidoscopy was then performed to assess anorectal injury. Pain relief was immediate, and no sequelae were noted on review at 6 weeks. In all cases, the diagnosis was readily made on simple digital rectal examination, and early removal of the bone fragment resulted in immediate pain relief without complications. Eight cases of acute anal pain due to impaction of ingested bone fragment in the anal canal are reported, and the related literature is reviewed.

삶의 질이 향상됨에 따라 flexible 디스플레이에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 이 연구에서, 폴리스티렌 나노 입자를 에멀젼이 없는 중합법을 사용하여 비닐 알코올과 PEGMA를 함께 공중합하였다. 2종류의 입자를 합성한 후 SEM을 측정하여 입자의 형상과 크기를 확인하였고, FT-IR을 통해 합성이 잘 되었는지의 유무를 판단하였다. 또한 DSC를 측정하여 입자의 열 특성을 확인하였고, 제타 전위를 측정하여 입자 표면의 전기적 특성을 확인하였다. 확인결과, 150 ~ 300 nm 직경을 가지는 입자가 만들어졌으며 IR peak를 통하여 hydroxyl group이 도입되었음을 확인함. 또한 DSC를 통해 유리 전이온도가 약 100°C 부근임을 확인하였으며, 입자의 표면 전위가 음으로 하전되었음을 제타전위 확인을 통해서 알 수 있었다.
A Study on the Effects of Loan-to-Value ratio on the Financial Soundness of Commercial Banks

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of housing finance regulation on the banking management performance by analyzing the changes in the financial soundness of banks and changes in housing finance regulation. For this purpose, the independent variables such as changes in the amount of housing market, mortgage lending rate, housing transaction volume, house price, housing supply, and household nominal income are set. The dependent variables are BIS(Bank for Internationl Settlement) capital adequacy ratio, classified loan ratio, and respectively. The rate of mortgage recognition was selected as a control variable. The results of the study are as follows. The increase in housing transactions has reduced the ratio of equity capital and classified loans. This implies that the increase in lending due to housing transactions has led to a decline in equity compared to loans, and that the loan generated at this time is a stable loan with a stable repayment potential. This means that the increase in loans caused by housing transactions has affected the decline in equity capital compared to loans, and that the loan generated at this time is a stable loan with a stable repayment potential. Furthermore, the bank's own loan review suggests that it has not already made risky loans enough and that excessive government regulations are infringing on the bank's autonomy. In other words, it can be seen that housing financial regulations are adversely affecting the reduction of banks' capital adequacy ratios due to interest rate hikes. This study presents research on real estate market stabilization policies such as housing supply expansion policies other than housing financial regulations that adversely affect the bank's financial health, while proposing ways to mitigate bank management shocks if housing financial regulations are inevitable.
