자연 방임수분 상태에서 한국잔디류의 개화기간, 유전특성 및 타가수분율

This study was carried out to provide basic information for the breeding of zoysiagrass synthetic varieties. For estimation of flowering periods, genetic characteristics, and cross-pollination rate, 5 combinations of zoysiagrass breeding lines were compared. Days to stigma emergence and anther exertion were observed in the field to calculate overlapping dates for cross-fertilization. Harvested seed from cross breeding combinations were planted to compare genetic characteristics using morphological traits of progenies. These data were used for determination of 7 phenotypic inheritance types with 8 morphological traits. Cross-pollination rates in 3 combinations of zoysiagrasses were estimated by using lower part color of grass shoots. Cross-pollination rates of zoysiagrass ranged from 11.3$\sim$48.9%, which indicated that zoysiagrass is an allogamous plant. When zoysiagrass breeding lines are properly combined, they may result in valuable synthetic cultivars.

정보보호담당자의 역할이 조직의 정보보호수준에 미치는 영향

조직 내의 정보보호에 대한 이슈는 최근에 와서야 조직의 리스크로 인지되기 시작하였다. 정보보호 사고로 인하여 정보보호책임자 뿐만 아니라 대표, 임원 및 개인정보책임자까지 사임하거나, 기업에 커다란 금전적 피해와 회복하기 어려운 대고객 신뢰 등에 막대한 악영향을 초래하였다. 특히 개인정보 유출사고가 조직내 미치는 영향이 기업의 생존 문제로까지 인식되고 있는 이때에, 조직의 정보보호 수준을 향상시킬 수 있는 여러 가지 방안 중 정보보호 담당자의 역할과 업무수행이 어느 때보다 크게 부각되고 있으며, 이들 정보보호 담당자가 조직의 정보보호 수준에 얼마나 영향을 끼치는지 본 연구를 통하여 파악코자 한다. 본 연구에서는 기업내 정보보호 담당자들을 대상으로 조직 내 정보보호 담당자의 보안전담 업무수행 비중과 조직의 정보보호 수준 등 현상을 파악하고 이들 간의 상관관계를 분석하여 영향도를 분석하고자 한다. 이를 통해 기업내 정보보호 담당자의 보안업무비중을 전담 또는 크게 비중을 높임으로써 조직의 정보보호 수준을 향상시키고자 한다. The issue of information security within an organization began to be recognized as risk of the organization. Because of this, not only ISO(Information Security Officer) but an executive or CEO were forced to resign. In addition, it brought about heavy financial damage to the company and made the company difficult to restore trust to customers. At a time when inadvertent disclosure of personal information has become accepted as a matter of survival because of having a bad effect within an organization, how the information security specialist causes influence on information protection level of the organization. For these reasons, targeting the information security specialists of various industry sectors, we"ll analyse how task performance rate of the information security specialist within an organization cause influence to the information security level. The goal of this study is for the company to raise the task proportion of information security specialist and to improve the information protection level of the organization.

Biotechnology has reached the level of giving birth to new forms of life and with this is a growing controversy in the conflict between science and ethics. Especially, GMOs are closely linked to the food products we consume and thus, the majority of the public shows a very sensitive reaction to the safety of GMO food products. Many perspectives arose surrounding the issues of safety on the human body and the ecology. This outlines diverse structural mechanisms to be set up to ensure safety such as risk assessment, risk management etc. Despite the precautionary principle guaranteed in many ways, the problem arises whether and how this principle can be taken in the safety assessment. GMOs due to its uniqueness do not end with just the possession of the technology involved but must also be considered with the prerequisite that they could be cultured again. Therefore the reinforcement of safety assessment system is necessary. That is, the reinforcement of risk assessment including field tests, the consideration of socio-economic effects, the coordinated system of relevant authorities, the development of technology for safety assessment.
