      • 향사양위탕 혈맥약침이 항암요법으로 인한 구토반응 및 위운동 장애에 미치는 영향

        Objectives : The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of Hyangsayangwi-tang (Xiangshayangwei-tang) intravenous herbal acupuncture (HYT-IVHA) on emesis and gastric hypomotility induced by chemotherapy in rats. Methods : The experimental animals were randomly allocated into six groups (normal, cisplatin, saline, HYT-1, HYT-2, HYT-3), and each group included five rats. The rats in the normal group did not receive any treatment. Those in the cisplatin group had no additional treatment after intraperitoneal injection of cisplatin (7 mg/kg). Those in the saline group were injected with saline $0.4m{\ell}$ via the tail vein after the injection of cisplatin. Those in the HYT-1 group, HYT-2 group, HYT-3 group were injected with $0.4m{\ell}$ of Hyangsayangwi-tang (Xiangshayangwei-tang) intravenous herbal acupuncture solution (HYT-IVHAS) via tail vein after the injection of cisplatin, and the concentrations were 0.199 g/kg, 0.066 g/kg, 0.022 g/kg respectively. Then we measured body weight, food intake and kaolin consumption before and at 12h, 24h and 36h after the injection of cisplatin. The remaining amount of food within the rat's stomach was also measured at 36h after cisplatin injection. Results : Kaolin consumption was significantly increased in the cisplatin group compared to the normal group, while significantly reduced in HYT-1, HYT-2, HYT-3 groups compared to the cisplatin group. The remaining amount of food in stomach was significantly increased in the cisplatin group and HYT-1 group compared to the normal group, but significantly reduced in the HYT-3 group compared to the cisplatin group. Conclusions : HYT-IVHA has an therapeutic effect on chemotherapy-induced emesis and gastric hypomotility.

        요산 김정한 소설에 나타난 타자성

        조국과 민족을 중시하는 김정한의 계몽적 거대서사는 문제적 개인을 통해 당대 현실 모순을 형상화해 좀더 나은 세계를 꿈꾼다. 이러한 그의 문학은 민중적 리얼리즘, 민족문학으로 요약된다. 김정한은 소설에서 거대 권력과 자본이라는 주체에서 소외된 민중적 타자인 농민, 도시 빈민, 병자, 여성 등을 서사의 중심에 둔다. 특히 그의 문학은 체제의 금기에 의해 발설하지 못하는 민중적 타자들의 은폐된 진실을 전달하는 데에 탁월한 성과를 발휘한다. 역사와 현실을 강조하는 김정한은 당대의 소외된 타자들을 대변하는 비판적 문제제기로 시대적 금기를 깨뜨렸다. 일제식민지 시대에 창작된 김정한의 소설인 「그물」「사하촌」「옥심이」등이 비교적 리얼리즘의 형상화가 구체적으로 이루어졌다면, 1966년 이후 창작된 다수의 작품들에서 문학적 형상화는 약화되고 비판적 문제제기가 강하게 등장한다. 민족주의와 높은 윤리성에 기반해 당대의 구조적 현실 모순을 비판하고 민중적 타자를 옹호한 김정한의 저항문학은 높게 평가해야 한다. Enlightening great narration of Kim, Jung-Han, who treasures motherland and a nation, dreams for a little better world by modeling contradiction of reality of that time through individuals with problems. His such literature is summarized as the public realism and national literature. Kim, Jung-Han places farmer, poor people in cities, sick people, and women, who are all public other people and alienated from the subject of huge power and capital, in the center of his narration. In particular, his literature demonstrates excellent achievements in delivering concealed truth of public others who cannot disclose by prohibition of political system. Kim, Jung-Han, who emphasizes history and reality, had broken a major taboo of the period by raising critical issues speaking on behalf of alienated other people of that period. If novels of Kim, Jung-Han created during Japanese colonialism period such as 「Net」, 「Saha Village」, 「Oksimi」had realized modeling of realism, then in his numerous novels created after 1966, literary modeling had become weakened and raising critical issues had appeared strongly. The resistance literatures of Kim, Jung-Han, who had protected public others by criticizing structural contradiction of the reality based on nationalism and high level of ethics, shall be evaluated highly.

        공감의 비평, 그 내적 모순

        김현은 억압하는 모든 것들과 싸우고자 했던 자유주의자였고, 주체 의식이 강한 비평가였다. 이러한 김현의 세계관을 형성시킨 것은 기독교적 세계관과 4ㆍ19세대 의식에서 비롯한다. 이것들은 김현에게 이원론적 인식을 형성시키면서 강력한 자아를 만들어낸다. 김현의 비평은 특히 시인의 의식과 무의식을 추적해 그것을 작품의 실제비평과 연관시켰다. 이것은 공감의 비평이라고 호명되었다. 공감의 비평이란 호명은 〈문지〉 에콜의 전략적 개입과 후대의 연구자들이 무비판적 수용이 상호 결합되어 나타난 현상으로 보여진다. 김현의 비평은 대부분 자기 확신 속에 비평 대상인 타자에 대한 고려보다 주체 과잉의 의식 속에 자신이 말하고자 하는 욕망이 앞선 주관주의적 직관의 비평이었다. 김현의 비평에서 중요시된 ‘나’는 자신을 보편성의 실체로 상정한 상태에서 자유로운 상상력을 억압하는 모든 것을 철저하게 부정하는 자기동일성의 미학을 구축한다. 이러한 김현의 이원론은 타자의 타자성으로 규정된 것들을 악이나 낡은 것으로 규정해 추방했던 것이다. 공감의 비평이 타자를 이해하고 존중하려는 것임을 상기한다면 김현의 비평을 공감의 비평이라고 말하기는 어렵다. 김현이 보여준 공감의 비평은 시 비평 중 극히 일부에 한해 나타났을 뿐이다. Gim, Hyeon was a liberalist who had fought with all the things that suppressed, and he was a critic who had a strong a sense of sovereignty. Christian world views and the consciousness of 4.19 generation formed his outlook on the world. These formed his shape of dualistic recognitions, and of strong self. The criticisms of Gim especially traced the poet’s consciousness and unconsciousness and related with the criticisms of writer’s works. At that time, the critical subject exposes the inner esthetics of the text sympathizing with each other. Therefore Gim’s way of criticizing called empathic criticism. But this definition for Gim’s criticism was the result of unquestionable admissions from his following schools and from future scholars. Most of his works were the subjective criticism, which preceded the self-desire for criticizing from the self-overconsciousness, rather than the consideration for the other, the object of criticism. His ‘I’ assumed himself as a substance of the universality, and built the esthetics of self-identity, drastically denying the whole things which suppressed the free imagination. His dualism expelled the things that defined the otherness of the other as an evil or an old thing. If we considered the empathic criticism as an understanding and a respect for the other, it is difficult to judge for Gim’s criticism an empathic criticism, except for some of his criticism for the poetry.

        1920∼30년대 재난소설에 나타난 급진적 이데올로기와 트라우마

        일제 강점기에 발표된 재난소설은 디스토피아의 현실 속에서 급진적 이데올로기를 생산했다. 일제 강점이라는 지배질서는 끝까지 사수해야 할 대상이 아니라 조속히 타도되어야 할 디스토피아였다. 1920∼30년대 재난소설은 일제 식민지배의 폭력적 현실과 계급 모순을 폭로하면서 새로운 지배질서의 필요성을 제시했다. 재난소설은 선악형의 이원적 갈등 구조로 사건이 전개된다. 1920년대에 현진건, 나도향, 최서해가 쓴 화재 모티브의 재난소설은 지속적인 폭력의 희생양이었던 사회적 타자에 의해 재난이 발생한다. 이때 방화는 사회적 타자의 계급적 분노, 복수적 응징, 새로운 지배질서에 대한 욕망을 상징한다. 1930년대 재난소설은 홍수 모티프 소설이 많았다. 최서해, 이기영, 박화성, 한설야, 엄흥섭, 박노갑의 재난소설에 등장하는 홍수는 일제와 식민 지배층이 지닌 비윤리적 폭력성, 기존 지배질서의 해체, 계급적 각성, 새로운 세계에 대한 욕망을 나타낸다. 특히 당대 작가들은 지배층인 일제나 조선인 지배층의 폭력성을 홍수라는 재난을 통해 우회적으로 형상화했다. 1920∼30년대의 재난소설에서 사회적 타자인 작중인물들은 정신적 상처인 트라우마의 작동 속에 상황에 따라 재난의 가해자와 피해자가 되었다. 일제 강점기의 재난소설은 파국의 상상력을 통해 기존 지배질서의 해체와 새로운 지배질서를 욕망했다. Disaster novels released in the Japanese colonial era produced radical ideology in the reality of dystopia. Ruling order of Japanese colonial era was not something that must be defended to the last, but the dystopia that has soon to be overthrown. Disaster novels in the 1920s to 1930s exposed the violent realities and class contradiction of the era and suggested the need for new ruling order. Events in disaster novels pan out dualistic conflict structure of good and evil. Disaster novels written by Jin Gun Hyun, Do Hyang Na and Seo Hae Choi in 1920s with the motive of fire express disaster which was broken by social other, victim of continual violence. Arson in this case symbolizes rage of social other, retaliatory punishment and a craving of new ruling order. Flood motive was prevalent in disaster novels in the 1930s; floods appeared in the novels written by Seo Hae Choi, Gi Young Lee, Hwa Sung Park, Sul Ya Han, Hong Sub Um, and No Gap Park represent unethical violence of the era and ruling class, dissolution of existing governing system, wake up of class and desire for new world. Writers in that period indirectly embodied the violence of Japanese and Korean ruling class through disaster, flood. The characters of social other appeared in disaster novels from the 1920s to 1930s suffered from mental trauma. They are depending on the situation was the attacker or the victim of a disaster. Disaster novels released in the Japanese colonial era desired the dissolution of the existing order and new ruling order through the imagination of catastrophe.

      • 금은화, 연교, 포공영 혼합물의 항염증 작용에 관한 연구

        Objective : The purpose of this study is to investigate the inflammatory-control effects of Cheonghyeol-antidote complex(Lonicera japonica Thunberg, Forsythia viridissima Lindley, and Taraxacum platycarpum H. Dahlstedt complex, CHA) in LPS-induced RAW264.7 cell and mouse inflammation models. Method : For in vitro and in vivo experiment, Indicators such as cell viability, mRNA expression level(iNOS, IL-6, IL-1β, COX-2, TNF-a), Inflammatory factor production(NO, IL-6, IL-1β, TNF-a), and protein phosphorylation level(ERK, JNK, p38) were analyzed. For in vivo experiment, Indicators such as mRNA expression level(iNOS, IL-6, IL-1β, COX-2, TNF-a), Inflammatory factor production(IL-6, IL-1β, TNF-a), protein phosphorylation level(ERK, JNK, p38) and immune cell(white blood cell, lymphocyte) were analyzed. Results : 1. In vitro experiment In cell viability of CHA, CHA showed cell viability below 90% at concentrations of 400 μg / ml or more. In mRNA expression level, IL-6 and IL-1β showed a significant decrease at all concentrations except 25 μg / ml concentration, and iNOS, COX-2, and TNF-a showed a significant decrease at all concentrations of CHA compared to the control group. In inflammatory factor production, NO and TNF-a showed a significant decrease at all concentrations except 25 μg / ml concentration of CHA, and IL-1β showed a significant decrease at 100, 200 μg / ml concentration of CHA compared to the control group. IL-6 showed a significant decrease at all concentration of CHA compared to the control group. In protein phosphorylation level, ERK and p38 showed a significant decrease at all concentrations except 25 μg / ml concentration of CHA and JNK showed a significant decrease at all concentrations of CHA compared to control group. 2. In vivo experiment In mRNA expression level, iNOS, COX-2 and TNF-a showed a significant decrease in all administration groups of CHA compared to the control group. In Inflammatory factor production, IL-6, IL-1β and TNF-a showed a significant decrease in all the administration groups of CHA. In protein phosphorylation level, ERK, JNK, and p38 showed a significant decrease in all the administration groups of CHA. In the immune cells, leukocytes and lymphocytes showed a significant decrease in all the administration groups of CHA. Conclusions : This study shows that CHA has antioxidant and inflammatory-control effects on LPS-induced RAW264.7 cells. It is hoped that further research will be conducted on the individual mechanisms of Lonicera japonica Thunberg, Forsythia viridissima Lindley, and Taraxacum platycarpum H. Dahlstedt.

        단일민족의 신화와 혼혈인

        A racial mixture man was the scapegoat for myth of unity nation in Korea. The myth of unity nation produced coercive consubstantiality, was energy for modernization of the fatherland. But the myth of unity nation is not effective more this age. The myth of unity nation that is except a racial mixture man mist abolish or change for new contents. Korean writers drew a few a racial mixture man when speak a foreigners' whore. They not drew A racial mixture man for insider's sight. Therefore A racial mixture man is still for the silent other. Writers must speak that the myth of unity nation is deceptive discourse. But writers not acted that. So they were in a limit. a racial mixture man skimed the surface of a work. ‘Anticommunism=pro- Aericanism’ obstructed deep approach for A racial mixture man. 1950 Ages, A racial mixture man was a landscape when a foreigners' whore or a military campside town enter in work. 1960 Ages, A racial mixture man was rising a media insolence of a superpower America or distress of a minor power's Korea. 1970 Ages, The problem of a racial mixture man began speaking as subject of narrative through JoJeongrae's novels. But a racial mixture man is still a border in the most works.

        조국 근대화와 스펙터클이 지배한 1960년대의 서울 풍경

        Seoul is the ideology of the 1960s, the country's modernization, realizing the hallway of the season in earnest. Modernization is the modernization of the country outside of the inferiority, falling behind, such as a bad image to be luxuriously discourse operates as a constant discrimination and exclusion. This is the panjachon space to be an unauthorized demolition of houses and buildings meant konkeuri update. Seoul's space will be reorganized under the name of the modern upper, steric, extended that stove. It is spectacular images of the body were to be implemented in the exhibition. Park Chung-hee's military regime is their numbers and economic achievements of modern space-qualified through a spectacular propaganda, but it has enormous sacrifice and harsh reality was hiding. Writers ideology in the 1960s to modernize the country hidden in the darkness of the Seoul tipped a lot of effort to try to materialize. Street, overpass, underground passage, coffee shop, apartment, theater, unlicensed shack, modern house and other cultural space, utilizing in Seoul revealed the nature of space you wish to implement. Seoul's overall space than in the '50s higher stories, commercialization, occidentalization.

        1.5세대(世代) 한국계(韓國系) 미국(美國) 작가(作家)의 소설(小說)에 나타난 모국(母國)과 미국(美國)의 이미지

        1.5세대 한국계 미국 작가인 이창래·패티 킴·헬렌 킴·이혜리·차학경·노라 옥자 켈러 등이 형상화하는 異國 趣向的 모국의 풍경은 대부분 受難史이거나 追憶談의 형태로 등장한다. 이때 母國은 대개 긍정적 이미지보다 上命下服의 가부장적 유교 질서, 非合理性, 前近代性, 窮乏, 戰爭이라는 부정적인 풍경으로 등장한다. 반면에 美國은 人種差別主義, 排他的 秩序 등의 부정적 요소가 존재하지만 전체적으로 보면 합리성을 지닌 긍정적 文明 世界로 형상화된다. 한국적 정체성과 미국적 정체성을 공유하는 한국계 미국 작가들은 混種的 정체성을 통해 兩 文化가 지닌 矛盾과 限界를 뛰어넘을 수 있는 代案을 제시할 수 있다. 이것의 出發은 소수 민족, 소수 인종의 정체성을 기반으로 母國과 美國을 균형적으로 바라보려는 노력에서 시작될 수 있다. This paper attempts to compare and analyze the novels of Chang Rae Lee, Patti Kim, Nora Okja Keller, Hellen Kim, He Lie Lee, Theresa Hak Kyung Cha focusing on the image of Mother Country and America in their works. I intend to explore 1.5 Generation Korean- American writers' viewpoints on Mother Country and America by using their texts. In their novels, the Mother Country are represented as a place filled with suffering history and memories combined with patriarchal confucianism, irrationality, premodernity, poverty and wars. On one hand, representing the Mother Country plays an important role in constructing national identity through collective memory. On the other hand, 1.5 Generation Korean-American writers represent America as a civilized country with many problems such as racism, but also as a world full of hope. The hybrid identity of Korean-American writers can play an essential role in overcoming various contradiction and limitation of those two culture.
