Objectives : The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of Hyangsayangwi-tang (Xiangshayangwei-tang) intravenous herbal acupuncture (HYT-IVHA) on emesis and gastric hypomotility induced by chemotherapy in rats. Methods : The experimental animals were randomly allocated into six groups (normal, cisplatin, saline, HYT-1, HYT-2, HYT-3), and each group included five rats. The rats in the normal group did not receive any treatment. Those in the cisplatin group had no additional treatment after intraperitoneal injection of cisplatin (7 mg/kg). Those in the saline group were injected with saline $0.4m{\ell}$ via the tail vein after the injection of cisplatin. Those in the HYT-1 group, HYT-2 group, HYT-3 group were injected with $0.4m{\ell}$ of Hyangsayangwi-tang (Xiangshayangwei-tang) intravenous herbal acupuncture solution (HYT-IVHAS) via tail vein after the injection of cisplatin, and the concentrations were 0.199 g/kg, 0.066 g/kg, 0.022 g/kg respectively. Then we measured body weight, food intake and kaolin consumption before and at 12h, 24h and 36h after the injection of cisplatin. The remaining amount of food within the rat's stomach was also measured at 36h after cisplatin injection. Results : Kaolin consumption was significantly increased in the cisplatin group compared to the normal group, while significantly reduced in HYT-1, HYT-2, HYT-3 groups compared to the cisplatin group. The remaining amount of food in stomach was significantly increased in the cisplatin group and HYT-1 group compared to the normal group, but significantly reduced in the HYT-3 group compared to the cisplatin group. Conclusions : HYT-IVHA has an therapeutic effect on chemotherapy-induced emesis and gastric hypomotility.

1920∼30년대 재난소설에 나타난 급진적 이데올로기와 트라우마

일제 강점기에 발표된 재난소설은 디스토피아의 현실 속에서 급진적 이데올로기를 생산했다. 일제 강점이라는 지배질서는 끝까지 사수해야 할 대상이 아니라 조속히 타도되어야 할 디스토피아였다. 1920∼30년대 재난소설은 일제 식민지배의 폭력적 현실과 계급 모순을 폭로하면서 새로운 지배질서의 필요성을 제시했다. 재난소설은 선악형의 이원적 갈등 구조로 사건이 전개된다. 1920년대에 현진건, 나도향, 최서해가 쓴 화재 모티브의 재난소설은 지속적인 폭력의 희생양이었던 사회적 타자에 의해 재난이 발생한다. 이때 방화는 사회적 타자의 계급적 분노, 복수적 응징, 새로운 지배질서에 대한 욕망을 상징한다. 1930년대 재난소설은 홍수 모티프 소설이 많았다. 최서해, 이기영, 박화성, 한설야, 엄흥섭, 박노갑의 재난소설에 등장하는 홍수는 일제와 식민 지배층이 지닌 비윤리적 폭력성, 기존 지배질서의 해체, 계급적 각성, 새로운 세계에 대한 욕망을 나타낸다. 특히 당대 작가들은 지배층인 일제나 조선인 지배층의 폭력성을 홍수라는 재난을 통해 우회적으로 형상화했다. 1920∼30년대의 재난소설에서 사회적 타자인 작중인물들은 정신적 상처인 트라우마의 작동 속에 상황에 따라 재난의 가해자와 피해자가 되었다. 일제 강점기의 재난소설은 파국의 상상력을 통해 기존 지배질서의 해체와 새로운 지배질서를 욕망했다. Disaster novels released in the Japanese colonial era produced radical ideology in the reality of dystopia. Ruling order of Japanese colonial era was not something that must be defended to the last, but the dystopia that has soon to be overthrown. Disaster novels in the 1920s to 1930s exposed the violent realities and class contradiction of the era and suggested the need for new ruling order. Events in disaster novels pan out dualistic conflict structure of good and evil. Disaster novels written by Jin Gun Hyun, Do Hyang Na and Seo Hae Choi in 1920s with the motive of fire express disaster which was broken by social other, victim of continual violence. Arson in this case symbolizes rage of social other, retaliatory punishment and a craving of new ruling order. Flood motive was prevalent in disaster novels in the 1930s; floods appeared in the novels written by Seo Hae Choi, Gi Young Lee, Hwa Sung Park, Sul Ya Han, Hong Sub Um, and No Gap Park represent unethical violence of the era and ruling class, dissolution of existing governing system, wake up of class and desire for new world. Writers in that period indirectly embodied the violence of Japanese and Korean ruling class through disaster, flood. The characters of social other appeared in disaster novels from the 1920s to 1930s suffered from mental trauma. They are depending on the situation was the attacker or the victim of a disaster. Disaster novels released in the Japanese colonial era desired the dissolution of the existing order and new ruling order through the imagination of catastrophe.

김현 문학의 본질 문학주의자의 문학론 : 김현의 평론집 『한국문학의 위상』(1977)론

김현의 대표 평론집 『한국문학의 위상』(1977)은 문학을 중심으로 사고한 김현의 개성적 문학관을 압축적으로 보여준다. 김현은 억압 없는 문학 독서의 자유를 열망했다. 그는 문학만이 억압 없는 세계를 보여줄 수 있다면서 문학을 절대화한 엘리트 문학주의자였다. 이러한 그의 문학론은 이상적인 독서 환경에서만 적용될 수 있는 것이었다. 문학의 자율성을 강조한 김현은 거대담론의 획일화를 비판하면서, 한국 전쟁 이후 우파 문학의 정체성을 대변하는 이론을 완성했다. 김현은 자신의 자유주의 문학론이 현실도피가 아니라 이론적 실천임을 보여주고자 했다. 하지만 그의 문학론은 문학장과 엘리트 지식인에게만 유통되는 한계를 갖고 있었다. 김현의 문학론은 독서와 현실의 결핍을 채우려는 문학 ‘책읽기/글쓰기’를 통해 결핍을 채워 이상적 유토피아에 도달하고자 했다. 『한국문학의 위상』에서 제시된 김현의 비종결성과 다원성의 문학론은 근대만이 아니라 탈근대의 시대에도 유효하다. 또한 집단적 진영 논리에 빠져 이분법적 갈등이 첨예하게 발생할 경우 문제 해결의 수단이 될 수 있다. 이 책은 현재 억압 없는 문학 독서를 원하는 독자와 문학의 자율성을 강조하는 우파 문인들의 필독서이자 정전으로 인식되고 있다. Kim Hyun"s representative essays in criticism 『The Status of Korean Literature』(1977) compressively show his characteristic literary view focusing on literature. Kim Hyun longed for the freedom of literary reading without suppression. Kim Hyun was an elite literarist who absolutized the literature by saying that the literature would be the only one showing the world without suppression. His literary theory like this could be only applied to the ideal reading environment. Kim Hyun who emphasized the autonomy of literature criticized the standardization of metadiscourse, and also completed the theory representing the identity of right-wing literature after the Korean War. Kim Hyun aimed to show that his liberal literary theory was not the escapism, but the theoretical practice. However, his literary theory was limited to be distributed only to the literary field and elite intellectuals. Kim Hyun"s literary theory aimed to reach the ideal utopia by filling up the deficiency through the literary ‘reading/writing’ aiming to fill up the deficiency of reading and reality. Kim Hyun"s literary theory of unfinalizability and pluralism presented in 『The Status of Korean Literature』 is valid not only for modern times, but also post-modern times. Also, in case when the dichotomous conflicts are intensely occurred on the basis of collective camp logics, it could be used as a means for solving the problem. This books is currently recognized as a must-read book and classic for the readers aiming for literary reading without suppression, and the right-wing literary men emphasizing the autonomy of literature.

자유주제 : 1920년대 한일소설에 나타난 조선인의 민족성 비교

일제는 1920년대에 문화통치의 전략에 따라 식민 담론을 통해 조선인의 열등성론을 유포시켰다. 이에 대응해 식민지 조선의 민족 진영은 과거의 찬란했던 역사와 민족 고유의 전통을 강조하면서 민족적 정체성과 민족의 우월성을 확보하려고 했다. 1920년대의 지배적 사상인 문명화 담론, 사회진화론, 개조론이라는 근대성 담론은 조선인의 열등성론을 생산하는 데에 공헌했다. 이 논문에서 다룬 염상섭, 최서해, 나카지마 아쓰시, 나카니시 이노스케는 일제의 일본인 우월 대 조선인 열등이라는 우열성의 담론에 이의를 제기했다. 염상섭은 민족적 정체성의 자각을 통해 일본과의 동일시를 거부했고, 최서해는 불온한 저항적 폭력을 통해 순종성으로 규정된 조선인의 민족성을 무너뜨렸고, 나카지마 아쓰시는 내선일체라는 일제의 식민주의가 지닌 기만적 허상을 폭로했고, 나카니시 이노스케는 날조된 조선인의 열등성론을 해체시켰다. 이들의 글쓰기는 현실 세계에서 조선인의 열등성론을 붕괴시키지는 못했다. 그렇지만 이들의 작업은 일본인 우월성 대 조선인 열등성이라는 이항대립체계를 균열시킬 가능성을 보여주었다는 데에 문학사적 의미를 찾을 수 있다. The Japanese Empire disseminated the inferiority theory of Joseon people through colonial discourses as a part of its cultural governance policy. In response to this attempt, the national camp of Joseon emphasized the splendid history and nation`s cultural tradition to ensure national identity and ethnic superiority. The discourses over modernity as the governing ideologies in 1920s including civilization, social evolution and renovation theories have contributed to the production of the inferiority theory of Joseon people. This study addressed novelists Yeom Sangseop, Choe Seohae, Nakajima Atsushi and Nakanishi Inosuke and raised a question against the discourse of Japanese superiority versus Joseon`s inferiority. Yeom Sangseop rejected identification with Japanese through the awareness of national identity; Choe Seohae demolished the ethnicity of Joseon defined as submissiveness through the rebellious resistant violence; Nakashima Atsushi disclosed the deceptive illusion of the campaign ``Japan and Joseon are one body``; Nakanishi Inosuke dissolved the fabricated inferiority theory of Joseon people. Although their writings could not break down the inferiority theory of Joseon people reality. their implication in literature history can be found in that they demonstrated the possibility to break the binomial antagonistic system of Japanese superiority versus Joseon`s inferiority.

1.5세대(世代) 한국계(韓國系) 미국(美國) 작가(作家)의 소설(小說)에 나타난 모국(母國)과 미국(美國)의 이미지

1.5세대 한국계 미국 작가인 이창래·패티 킴·헬렌 킴·이혜리·차학경·노라 옥자 켈러 등이 형상화하는 異國 趣向的 모국의 풍경은 대부분 受難史이거나 追憶談의 형태로 등장한다. 이때 母國은 대개 긍정적 이미지보다 上命下服의 가부장적 유교 질서, 非合理性, 前近代性, 窮乏, 戰爭이라는 부정적인 풍경으로 등장한다. 반면에 美國은 人種差別主義, 排他的 秩序 등의 부정적 요소가 존재하지만 전체적으로 보면 합리성을 지닌 긍정적 文明 世界로 형상화된다. 한국적 정체성과 미국적 정체성을 공유하는 한국계 미국 작가들은 混種的 정체성을 통해 兩 文化가 지닌 矛盾과 限界를 뛰어넘을 수 있는 代案을 제시할 수 있다. 이것의 出發은 소수 민족, 소수 인종의 정체성을 기반으로 母國과 美國을 균형적으로 바라보려는 노력에서 시작될 수 있다. This paper attempts to compare and analyze the novels of Chang Rae Lee, Patti Kim, Nora Okja Keller, Hellen Kim, He Lie Lee, Theresa Hak Kyung Cha focusing on the image of Mother Country and America in their works. I intend to explore 1.5 Generation Korean- American writers' viewpoints on Mother Country and America by using their texts. In their novels, the Mother Country are represented as a place filled with suffering history and memories combined with patriarchal confucianism, irrationality, premodernity, poverty and wars. On one hand, representing the Mother Country plays an important role in constructing national identity through collective memory. On the other hand, 1.5 Generation Korean-American writers represent America as a civilized country with many problems such as racism, but also as a world full of hope. The hybrid identity of Korean-American writers can play an essential role in overcoming various contradiction and limitation of those two culture.

Objective : The purpose of this study is to investigate the inflammatory-control effects of Cheonghyeol-antidote complex(Lonicera japonica Thunberg, Forsythia viridissima Lindley, and Taraxacum platycarpum H. Dahlstedt complex, CHA) in LPS-induced RAW264.7 cell and mouse inflammation models. Method : For in vitro and in vivo experiment, Indicators such as cell viability, mRNA expression level(iNOS, IL-6, IL-1β, COX-2, TNF-a), Inflammatory factor production(NO, IL-6, IL-1β, TNF-a), and protein phosphorylation level(ERK, JNK, p38) were analyzed. For in vivo experiment, Indicators such as mRNA expression level(iNOS, IL-6, IL-1β, COX-2, TNF-a), Inflammatory factor production(IL-6, IL-1β, TNF-a), protein phosphorylation level(ERK, JNK, p38) and immune cell(white blood cell, lymphocyte) were analyzed. Results : 1. In vitro experiment In cell viability of CHA, CHA showed cell viability below 90% at concentrations of 400 μg / ml or more. In mRNA expression level, IL-6 and IL-1β showed a significant decrease at all concentrations except 25 μg / ml concentration, and iNOS, COX-2, and TNF-a showed a significant decrease at all concentrations of CHA compared to the control group. In inflammatory factor production, NO and TNF-a showed a significant decrease at all concentrations except 25 μg / ml concentration of CHA, and IL-1β showed a significant decrease at 100, 200 μg / ml concentration of CHA compared to the control group. IL-6 showed a significant decrease at all concentration of CHA compared to the control group. In protein phosphorylation level, ERK and p38 showed a significant decrease at all concentrations except 25 μg / ml concentration of CHA and JNK showed a significant decrease at all concentrations of CHA compared to control group. 2. In vivo experiment In mRNA expression level, iNOS, COX-2 and TNF-a showed a significant decrease in all administration groups of CHA compared to the control group. In Inflammatory factor production, IL-6, IL-1β and TNF-a showed a significant decrease in all the administration groups of CHA. In protein phosphorylation level, ERK, JNK, and p38 showed a significant decrease in all the administration groups of CHA. In the immune cells, leukocytes and lymphocytes showed a significant decrease in all the administration groups of CHA. Conclusions : This study shows that CHA has antioxidant and inflammatory-control effects on LPS-induced RAW264.7 cells. It is hoped that further research will be conducted on the individual mechanisms of Lonicera japonica Thunberg, Forsythia viridissima Lindley, and Taraxacum platycarpum H. Dahlstedt.

수소충전소 신뢰성 향상을 위한 운전데이터 분석 시스템 연구

수소충전소는 고압의 가스로 운전되는 시스템으로 구성 설비의 안전과 고 신뢰성이 요구된다. 그러므로 설계단계에서부터 실증 단계까지 품질과 신뢰성을 고려하여 개발되고 있다. 수소충전소는 일반적으로 압력용기, 압축기, 디스펜서, P-Panel, 칠러로 구성된다. 수소 충전소 개발에서의 신뢰성 검증은 크게 1) 시스템의 구성 및 운전조건에서의 설계 취약 부 검출 및 개선, 2) 구성 설비의 시험평가 및 검증, 3) 실 운전 데이터 분석을 통한 설계 정합성 검증, 4) 시스템 제작 및 실증으로 진행하고자 하였다. 본연구에서는 1), 2) 검증에서의 개선 결과를 공유하고 3)번 운전 데이터 분석을 위한 모니터링 시스템 구축에 대하여 설명하고자 한다. The hydrogen charging station is a system operated by high-pressure gas, and safety and high reliability of the components are required. Therefore, it is being developed in consideration of quality and reliability from the design stage to the demonstration stage. Hydrogen charging stations typically consist of pressure vessels, compressors, dispensers, P-Panels, and chillers. The reliability verification in the development of hydrogen charging stations was mainly 1) detection and improvement of design vulnerabilities in the composition and operation conditions of the system, 2) testing and verification of configuration facilities, 3) design consistency verification through actual operation data analysis, 4) system production and verification. In this study we will share the result of improvement in 1) and 2) verification and explain the establishment of a monitoring system for 3) operation data analysis.
