입자 군집 최적화 알고리즘을 이용한 디지털 IIR 필터의 최적 설계에 관한 연구

Digital filtering has been an important research area for a number of years and has found ever-increasing applications. In this paper, a novel PSO (particle swarm optimization) algorithm with the distributed swarm structure and quantum infusion mechanism is employed in the designing of digital IIR filters. For this purpose, the PSO with cyclic-network topology is first developed. Such a neighborhood topology can ensure a good trade-off between exploration and exploitation ability of the swarm, which results in a significant reduction of the probability of particles premature convergence to local optima. Second, this optimization method is incorporated with a quantum infusion mechanism, which further improves the diversity of population. Third, a concrete optimal IIR filter design problem based on the developed PSO scheme is formulated. From the results of the illustrative examples, the effectiveness of the presented easy-to-use design methodology of digital filters is demonstrated.
MOMDPSO를 이용한 혼합 H2/ H∞ 동적 출력 피드백 제어기

This paper is focused on the new design method of mixed H2/ H∞ dynamic output feedback controller to reduce simultaneously H2-norm and H∞-norm. In order to achieve this aim, we propose MOMDPSO algorithm which can simultaneously find the order of controller and parameters of controller. Based on H2-norm and H∞-norm, objective functions are suggested. Finally, it is shown the performance of the proposed control method using numerical simulations.
