As they do repeated work like carrying weighty material, it causes musculoskeletal disorder. In particular, in agricultural work, what is going to be repeated, is as digging hole, throwing soil that causes them to bend a physical burden. To solve such problems, we aims at attaching extra handle on agricultural instruments such as shovel, hook, sickle so that they can prevent injury and help efficacious job. To invent extra handle, we have selected the shovel as typical agricultural instrument and investigated which parts of body they use most in farming and what causes discomfort based on survey by twenty farmers. We produced primary prototypes based on those assessment and measured %MVC and cognitive uncomfortable degree (Five scores scale) by shovel work using general shovel people have been using and prototype we have invented. The representative subjects for %MVC were six in total: Left/right biceps, deltoid, and elector spinae and we measured subjective rate of discomfort in five parts of body: Neck, shoulder, arm, waist, and hand. In result of measurement, it demonstrated statistically highest %MVC in every part when they worked, with generally-used shovel more than when they used the shovel with extra handle. Especially, it showed twice of difference in elector spinae (With general shovel: 48.3; with newly invented shovel: 25.3). According to result of subjective uncomfortable degree, people have felt much more discomfort in every part except for hands when working with shovel. Particularly, it showed much highest in waist(With general shovel:4.5; with newly invented shovel: 3). By inventing extra handle for agricultural instrument, we expect that it is going to solve those problems, preventing musculoskeletal disorder and make agricultural job more efficacious.

델파이 기법을 활용한 농업 노동환경 실태 조사항목 개발

본 연구는 델파이 기법을 활용하여 농업노동환경 실태 파악을 위한 조사항목 개발을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해국내외 관련 조사 및 선행연구 고찰을 통해 일반적 사항, 업무환경 특성, 안전에 관한 인식 및 관리수준, 건강영향지표, 근로환경 만족도 등의 5개 대영역과 21개의 소영역으로 구분하고, 총 128개의 예비조사항목을 도출하였다. 도출된 예비조사항목을 이용하여 구조화된 조사표를 작성하여, 총 2회의 전문가 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 전문가 패널은 농업안전보건 분야의 연구 및 사업 수행 경험을 통해 관련 전문지식과 통찰력을 보유한 연구자와 교수 25명으로 구성하였다. 2회의 델파이 응답결과에 대하여 조사항목별 평균, 표준편차, 내용타당도를 산출하였다. 최종 조사항목 선정을 위한 타당도 검증기준(Mean≧4.0, CVR≧0.44(1차), CVR≧0.5(2차), SD<1.0)을 적용하고, 제시된 전문가 의견을 수렴하여15개 소영역의 85개 항목이 선정되었다. 농업노동환경 조사의 구성요소로 최종 선정된 조사영역과 조사항목의 수는 다음과 같다. 일반적 특성(6항목), 작업장의 규모(1항목), 작업시간(5항목), 유해/위험환경 노출(20항목), 안전보건정보(2항목), 안전에 대한 인식(6항목), 잠재적 위험이 일어날 가능성에 대한 인식(15항목), 위해요인별 관리수준(8항목), 안전보험(2항목), 주관적 건강상태(4항목), 건강문제 및 업무관련 여부(8항목), 결근(3항목), 흡연/음주(2항목), 작업장 복지시설(1항목), 근로환경 만족도(2항목)이다. 향후, 질문내용과 응답범위 설정을 통한 체계적인 조사표 설계 연구가 필요하다. 농업노동환경조사를 통해 생산된 자료는 농업분야의 노동실태 파악과 근로환경 개선을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대한다.
