This study constructed menu quality, restaurant environment, convenience and service quality as a concept of physical environment of Chinese food franchise restaurant. The relationship between empirical value and emotional response and behavioral intention was analyzed by mediation factor. Based on the results of the analysis, we proposed efficient management of Chinese restaurant franchise restaurant. From march 1 to march 30, 2018, the data was collected. Total 400 copies of questionnaires were distributed, 356 copies of them were collected, and 340 copies excluding 16 which were faithlessly responded were used to analyze as effective samples. The results of hypothesis verification are as follows. First, menu quality, restaurant environment, convenience were found to have significant influence on experience value. However, service quality did not significantly affect the value of experience. Second, menu quality, convenience, and service quality have a significant effect on emotional response. However, the restaurant environment did not affect the emotional response significantly. Third, menu quality, convenience, and service quality have a significant effect on behavioral intention, but restaurant environment does not have significant effect on behavioral intention. Finally, the emotional response has a significant effect on the behavioral intention. However, experiential value did not significantly affect the behavioral intention. Therefore, based on analysis results, it suggested useful implication to Chinese restaurant franchise restaurant.

Multinucleated cells resulted from mitosis defect have been noted in pathophysiological statesof the cells such as inflammation, senescence and cancer. Since oxidative stress has been known to correlate with these pathophysiological conditions, we tested the effect of H2O2 on the cell cycle progression and formation of multinucleated cells. H2O2 induced a significant delay in cell cycle progression in Chang liver cells. Interestingly, H2O2 actively induced hyper-amplification of centrosomes (n ≥ 3) and multipolar spindle formationduring mitosis and subsequently increased the generation ofmultinucleated cells. A significant increase of the phospho-ERK level was observed upon H2O2 treatment but PD98059, an MEK1/2 inhibitor, didnt reduce the frequency of cels with hyperamplified centrosomes. On the 2O2 or adriamycin increased intracellular ROS levels and multinu-cleated cels, which were significantly supres-sed by antioxidants, N-acetylcysteine and PDTC. Thus, our results suggest that oxidative stress can triger centrosome hyperamplification and multinucleated cell formation, which may pro-mote pathophysiological progresion.
외식기업의 지속가능경영활동이 기업신뢰 및 고객충성도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between trust and customer loyalty, which is classified as ability, benevolence, integrity, which is characteristics of trustee, which is perceived by consumers about economic, social and environmental responsibility activities of sustainable management. For this purpose, 530 valid samples collected from family restaurants and fast - food restaurants were used for final analysis, and empirical analysis was conducted using SPSS 18.0 program and AMOS 19.0 program. As a result, the sustainable management activities of the food service industry have a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty and corporate trust, and the trust of restaurant service has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. The result of this study is to find out directions for establishing a practical marketing strategy for the sustainable management activities in the food service industry and to realize the systematic and desirable activities of sustainable management. This suggests practical direction for establishing marketing strategy of service food industry.
