In 3D TV driving methods, the shutter glasses method is the way alternating the left and right eye images of each output using a fast switching of the left and right glasses. When we see the television in 3D mode, the brightness is lowered because of shutter glasses. Therefore the viewing condition is changed by the brightness degradation due to the shutter method and the transmittance of the glasses. In this paper, in order to be close to image quality in 2D mode TV, it is proposed that the method which improves a falling-off in image quality because of decreased luminance of TV screen with shutter glass of 3D TV. The method adjusts colorfulness of 3D mode PDP TV to be analogous to colorfulness of 2D mode by calculating colorfulness under 2D mode viewing condition using CIECAM02. Through the experimental results, TV image qualities are improved by colorfulness increasing of 3D TV mode.

Recently, the trend is changing due to continuous urbanization, expansion of the sharing economy market, and rapid development of advanced ICT. Accordingly, paradigm shifts in transportation services are taking place, and personal mobility(PM) is in the spotlight as the center of these changes. For the autonomous driving service, the PM demonstration scenario is a combination of relevant business types and various kinds of information, and a personalized autonomous driving demonstration considering the characteristics of the user, city, culture, infrastructure, and technical maturity is being conducted. In this paper, we analyzed the section definition and road conditions in Daegu Suseong Alpha-City. For the service scenario study, the main facility and zone characteristics were reflected and the demonstration section was defined by dividing into 4 sections. The PM presented various missions such as lane keeping and changing, passenger boarding, pedestrian recognition and avoidance, stop or moving vehicle recognition and avoidance by recognizing speed limit and important traffic information to drive the demonstration section.

The Courier Logistics Industry is expanding rapidly with the growth of e-commerce, and the competition is intensifying due to the existing logistics companies and newly participating non-logistic companies (distribution and E-commerce). Smart mobilities for courier delivery are Drones, Autonomous Vehicles, and Delivery Robots, and a combination of these services is emerging. In addition, core technologies of the 4th Industrial Revolution, such as advanced warehouse management using IoT and AI technologies, and logistics platforms using big data and cloud technologies, are expected to create new services by integrating into the parcelcourier delivery industry. Recently demand for lower prices and labor is growing due to the rapid growth of the parcelcourier delivery industry. This paper will propose the Last Mile Delivery improving method to replace labor and to improve profitability by using the core technology of the 4th Industrial Revolution, and expect the innovation of courier logistics industry through this.
