        SNA분석을 활용한 선사 간 M&A에 관한 연구경향 분석

        Changes in the shipping industry are highly erratic and difficult to grasp. Recently, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) between shipping companies have received much attention due to the long-term recession of the maritime economy. The purpose of this study was to identify trends in studies on M&A between shipping companies using SNA (Social Network Analysis). A total of 69 research papers were collected by utilizing English keywords such as “M&A” and “shipping liner” in Science Direct, Emerald Insight, and Springer. After excluding 29 research papers that had little direct relevance to inter-shipping company M&A, structural analyses of degree centrality, betweenness centrality, and closeness centrality were conducted using UCINET on the 264 keywords that were derived from the remaining 40 research papers. Following this, inter-shipping company M&A research trends both before and after 2010 were identified. From the analyses’ results, we were able to confirm that studies on M&A between shipping companies preceding 2010 focused on cooperation and market sharing, and studies relating to the analysis of the industrial structure as a whole, rather than on specific examinations of M&A activities, were carried out. After 2010, we were able to ascertain that studies were carried out on the M&A method between shipping companies, the uncertain M&A market, and shipping company management. This study presented the changing tendencies of studies on inter-shipping company M&A, which are contingent upon the economy of the entire shipping industry, and has implications in understanding the constantly changing trends of M&A between shipping companies.

        퍼지이론을 활용한 인천 해양관광단지 성공요인의 인식차이 분석에 대한 연구(인천 골든하버를 중심으로)

        전 세계적으로 해양산업이 국가산업으로 인식되며 그 중요성이 커지고 있고, 해양산업 중 가장 각광 받는 분야는 해양레저 산업 이라 할 수 있다. 또한 우리나라는 우수한 문화와 다양한 관광자원으로 많은 외국인 관광객이 방문하고 있다. 그 중 중국인 관광객인 유커 의 경우 2007년 106만명을 시작으로 2015년 598만명까지 지속적으로 늘어나는 추세이다. 이에 인천시는 골든하버라는 이름의 복합리조트 를 조성하기 위해 약 1조원 이상의 예산을 투입했으며, 향후 해양관광단지 개발에 집중할 것이라고 언급했다. 따라서 본 연구는 중국인 관 광객과 인천항만공사의 전문가를 대상으로 해양관광단지의 성공요인에 대해 설문을 실시하여 차이를 비교하였다. 중국인 관광객 대상 퍼 지분석 결과, 서비스 친절도(0.823)가 가장 높은 순위의 중요도를 보였고, 그 다음으로 안전성(0.823)과 편의성(0.773), 다양한 관광상품 (0.755)을 중요하게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 운영사 대상 설문으로 골든하버의 운영사인 인천항만공사 직원 20명을 대상으로 실시하였 고, 중요요인으로 다양한 관광상품(0.852), 접근성(0.850), 출입국심사(0.810), 편의성(0.793) 순으로 중요하게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. The maritime industry is recognized as an important national industry in the world today, and its importance is increasing. One of the most important marine industries is the marine leisure industry. Korea attracts many foreign visitors, and a wide variety of cultural and tourist resources are worth accessing. Among the visitors are Chinese tourists, who are called Youke and who represent a constantly increasing trend since 2007, when 1.06 million people visited, to 2015, when 5.98 million people visited. Accordingly, a budget of about one trillion won has been committed to creating a resort complex called Golden Harbor at Incheon, which will focus on the development of a marine tourism complex. In this study, we conduct a survey on the potential of Chinese tourism and marine tourism professionals only success of the targets of the Incheon Port Authority was analyzed by comparing the difference. A fuzzy analysis of the questionnaire results on Chinese tourists showed the importance of giving the highest priority to services being friendly(0.823), followed by safety (0.823) and convenience (0.773), highlighting the importance of recognize a variety of tourism products (0.755). Targeted surveys were conducted on 20 of Incheon Port Authority’s employees. They showed that various tourism products are the main issue (0.852), following by accessibility (0.850) and immigration (0.810), showed that convenience is important to recognize the order of (0.793).

        논문 : 인천항 정보서비스의 실태분석

        본 연구는 정보화의 진전에도 불구하고, 항만물류 정보서비스와 관련한 연구가 매우 부족하다는 점에 주목하여, 인천항 정보서비스의 실태를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 연구에서는 크게 2가지 측면의 실태 분석을 실시하였다. 우선, 중요도-만족도 분석기법(IPA)을 활용하여, 인천항 정보서비스를 이용하는 사용자를 대상으로 인식조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 통합데이터베이스를 통한 통합정보제공수준, 정보조회서비스의 다양성, One-STOP 정보제공 수준, 오류정보의 신속한 처리 측면에서는 중요도에 비해 낮은 만족도를 보이고 있어, 이 부분에 대한 우선적인 개선방안이 수립되어야 할 것으로 판단된다. 다음으로, 인천항만공사 및 인천항 포털사이트의 웹 기능성 평가를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 웹 접근성 지침에 따른 준수율의 경우, 2가지 모두 60%대로서, 미흡한 수준인 것으로 파악되었다. 또한, 웹 성능 최적화 분석에서는 인천항 포털사이트가 매우 낮은 등급인 F등급을 받아 이 부분에 대한 개선책 마련이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. Advances in information and communication technologies have made the Internet and mobile devices popular media in both the business world and in daily life. These technologies are widely recognized as indispensable tools for all activities. A port is operated on the basis of information about cargos and ships, and hence port operations rely significantly on information and communication technologies. The information services that a port provides are essential services for port users, including shipping and inland transportation companies. Moreover, due to rapid changes in the world trade and shipping environment, today`s ports face ever-increasing competition from adjacent ports. Thus, the provision of good information services for port users has been recognized as an important strategy for maintaining port competitiveness. However, despite its importance, there has been little research on the current status and utilization of the port-logistics information service based on a field survey. The aim of this paper is to analyze the actual status of the port-logistics information service that Incheon port provides. Towards this objective, we conducted Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) and evaluated the port`s website functionality. IPA is an evaluation tool that is used to prioritize attributes for improvement and that can also provide guidance for strategic development. For IPA, 17 evaluation items from previous related studies were adopted and data was collected from port-logistics companies that use information services provided by Incheon port. For the evaluation of website functionality, we used K-WAH(Korean-Web Accessibility Helper) and YSLOW. K-WAH is a representative tool to estimate web accessibility. YSLOW is a tool used to estimate the level of web-optimization, and comprises 35 evaluation items, including usage of a content delivery network, Gzip components, and making Java Scripts and CSS external. The results of the empirical data analysis revealed that there are gaps between overall importance and satisfaction of information service. Especially, it highlighted that Incheon port had several weak points: unification of information through database integration, one-stop information service, variety of information, and prompt dispatch of error information. Based on the evaluation of website functionality, it was found that the homepage and portal of Incheon port had several problems. Both the websites` accessibility compliance rate in accordance with K-WAH was less than 70%, implying low levels of web accessibility. In the web-optimization analysis, Incheon port`s portal obtained a very low, F grade, implying that it has serious problems with processing a variety of user requirements in information service. As the information volume rapidly increases, the loading speed of the website becomes much slower. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to optimize the website.

        A Study on the Operation and Function Improvement for apparel warehouse Using Fuzzy-AHP

        국가 간 다양한 상품 무역에서 파생되는 물류업무를 처리하기 위해 세계 물류시장은 성장하고 있는 추세이다. 특히 의류물류는 매년 처리량이 증가하고 있으며, 세계 산업 중 손꼽히는 매출 기록을 나타내고 있다. 현재 의류품목은 고가의 제품으로 성장하였으며, 정교하고 알맞은 물류서비스가 요청되고 있다. 본 논문은 3PL 서비스를 제공하는 회사들이 앞으로 성장하고 있는 의류시장에 대한 서비스 및 오퍼레이션에 대응할 수 있도록 효과적인 운영방안을 제시하는 것에 연구목적이 있다. Fuzzy AHP방법을 사용하여 의류창고 운영에 대한 중요요인의 가중치를 산출하였다. 분석결과, 1위로는 인력교육(0.17) 2위로는 화재관리(0.169), 3위로 입출고 관리(0.142)로 나타났으며, 4위와 5위는 각각 Warehouse management system 및 바코드 시스템으로 확인되었다. 즉 '의류' 특성을 정확히 이해하고 이를 바탕으로 인력교육, 화재관리 그리고 입출고관리를 수행해야하며, 이를 통하여 의류물류 서비스의 질을 제고할 수 있다. Given the expansion of globalization and international trade, the number of apparel consumers is growing every year, making it difficult to estimate the amount of handling needed from the logistics industry. To determine which management factors are important and which ones require improvement, fuzzy AHP was used. Using this method, the factors were ranked in the final analysis as follows: The first and most important factor was training employees (0.17), while the second was fire hazard management (0.169); the third-highest factor was inbound and outbound goods (0.142), and the fourth was the warehouse management system. Barcode management was ranked fifth. By these results, we were able to analyze the processes of clothing warehouses, noting that although the factors appear independent, they are actually connected while proceeding with full management control. Moreover, because of the special characteristics of garments, employee management is crucial. Due to the vulnerability of these goods to fire hazards, this factor must be well managed.
