The Accuracy of registration between positron emission tomography (PET) and computed tomography (CT) images is one of the important factors for reliable diagnosis in PET/CT examinations. Although quality control (QC) for checking alignment of PET and CT images should be performed periodically, the procedures have not been fully established. The aim of this study is to determine optimal quality control (QC) procedures that can be performed at the user level to ensure the accuracy of PET/CT registration. Two phantoms were used to carry out this study: the American college of Radiology (ACR)-approved PET phantom and National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) body phantom, containing fillable spheres. All PET/CT images were acquired on a Biograph TruePoint 40 PET/CT scanner using routine protocols. To measure registration error, the spatial coordinates of the estimated centers of the target slice (spheres) was calculated independently for the PET and the CT images in two ways. We compared the images from the ACR-approved PET phantom to that from the NEMA IEC body phantom. Also, we measured the total time required from phantom preparation to image analysis. The first analysis method showed a total difference of 0.636 ± 0.11 mm for the largest hot sphere and 0.198 ± 0.09 mm for the largest cold sphere in the case of the ACR-approved PET phantom. In the NEMA IEC body phantom, the total difference was 3.720 ± 0.97 mm for the largest hot sphere and 4.800 ± 0.85 mm for the largest cold sphere. The second analysis method showed that the differences in the x location at the line profile of the lesion on PET and CT were (1.33 , 1.33) mm for a bone lesion, (−1.26, −1.33) mm for an air lesion and (−1.67, −1.60) mm for a hot sphere lesion for the ACR-approved PET phantom. For the NEMA IEC body phantom, the differences in the x location at the line profile of the lesion on PET and CT were (−1.33, 4.00) mm for the air lesion and (1.33, −1.29) mm for a hot sphere lesion. These registration errors from this study were reasonable compared to the errors reported in previous studies. Meanwhile, the total time required from phantom preparation was 67.72 ± 4.50 min for the ACR-approved PET phantom and 96.78 ± 8.50 min for the NEMA IEC body phantom. When the registration errors and the lead times are considered, the method using the ACR-approved PET phantom was more practical and useful than the method using the NEMA IEC body phantom.
『주역』 리괘(履卦)를 통해 본 예(禮)의 실천과 화(和)의 구현

This study is to examine Ye(禮) contained in Li-Hexagram(履卦) and Hwa(和)'s plan in Zhouyi, focusing on the spirit of practice. It aims to contribute to leading a happy life by suggesting a way of harmony and harmony in an era of loss of humanity and social conflict and division through this. The word ‘Hwa(和)’ is mentioned total of 13 times in Zhouyi. Among them, the 7th chapter of Gyesahajeon(繫辭下傳) states, “The Li harmonizes and is filial[履和而至], and The Li harmonizes actions[履以和行]”, and is explained in relation to Li-Hexagram and Hwa. Based on this, the discussion was conducted focusing on the Li-Hexagram suggested as a way to realize ‘Hwa’ in this paper. As a result, Li(履) means courtesy and practice, and could be confirmed that the spirit of courtesy and its practice were emphasized through the Kwe-sa(卦辭) and Hyo-sa (爻辭), Dan-jeon(彖傳)」 and Sang-jeon(象傳)」 of Li-Hexagram. It is believed that it is possible to resolve the loss of humanity and social polarization that our society is currently experiencing, and complete one's character, realization of the public interest, and a politics of harmony according to Jung-do(中道) through the spirit of courtesy and practice contained in Li-Hexagram. We can establish a foundation for Virtue and Will rise up to the top state of Harmony, when we achieve Jung-jeol(中節) by practicing the etiquette spirit of courtesy such as ‘Distinction(分)’ and ‘Righteousness(義)’, ‘Respect and Caution(敬愼)’. This is the realization of Hwa through the practice of Courtesy.
$^{18}F$-FDG PET 검사를 위한 당뇨 환자의 혈당 조절에 관한 연구

Purpose: $^{18}F$-FDG PET is to evaluate the tumor using glucose metabolism. Blood Glucose Level (BGL) is important factor that affects on a result of examination. But it often appears the distort result on diabetic patient due to a failure of BGL control. The aim of this study is to make a effective guideline for diabetic patient prescribed $^{18}F$-FDG PET and improve accuracy and reliability of examination. Materials and methods: A subject of study is 69 diabetic patients and divided them into 3 groups; 1) BGL is less than 120 mg/dl & performed PET, 2) BGL is over than 120 mg/dl & performed PET, 3) BGL is over than 120 mg/dl & not performed PET. And we investigated the type of diabetic medications and the time of dosage, whether they have meal or not. And we analyzed SUV of liver and mediastinum to recognize the effect of BGL on PET images. Results: As a methods to diabetic control, Amalyl showed high percentage of 27.5% in oral medication and Humulin R showed 14.5% in insulin. Their peak time was 2-3 hrs, 2-4 hrs and duration time was 24 hrs, 5-7 hrs. The number of that had a breakfast was 16, 7 mens (43.8%) couldn't perform PET as over 120 mg/dl and 5 mens (31.3%) performed PET as less than 120 mg/dl after they took a medication. When we set the SUV of normal for 1.5-2.0, 1.0-1.5 on liver and mediastinum, the percentage out of the range was 31.8%, 52.9%, 62.5% in 120-139 mg/dl, 140-159 mg/dl, 160-200 mg/dl respectively. Conclusions: We completed standardized guideline for diabetic patients. As a result of this study, improved customer satisfaction and increased economic benefits. It is expect to be a effective model in other PET centers.

The standard and modified Proctor compaction tests have been widely used for evaluation of design properties and compaction characteristics of subgrade soils. However, different types of compaction roller equipment, each producing a different level of soil compaction, are used in the field for compaction of subgrade soils. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the compaction characteristics of domestic subgrade soil using the gyratory compactor made by Servopac to simulate field compaction conditions. Field compaction data and couple of properties were collected from road construction site. Disturbed soils was used for laboratory compaction and gyratory compaction. For the comparison, block sampling was conducted on the subgrade after finishing the final compaction.
온라인 미디어 시대의 관객개발을 위한 문화자본, 정보자본, 사회자본의 활용 전략 연구 - 앙상블 디토 관객 분석을 중심으로 -

본 연구는 클래식 음악 공연 선택에 있어 문화자본의 중요성에 대해 고찰하고, 문화자본 증진을 위한 정보자본과 사회자본의 역할을 분석함으로써 이를 활용한 공연예술 관객개발전략을 위한 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위해 ‘앙상블 디토’ 공연의 관객을 분석하여 이들의 공연관람에 영향을 미친 문화자본, 사회자본, 정보자본 간의 관계를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 앙상블 디토 관객은 80% 이상의 관객이 앙상블 디토를 브랜드 경험으로서 소비하였고 삶의 질을 높이는 하나의 수단으로서 클래식을 감상하였다. 이들은 클래식 음악에 대한 충분한 정보자본과 문화자본을 보유하지는 않지만, 온라인 미디어를 통한 사회자본을 통해 이들의 정보자본과 문화자본을 확대해 나가고 있었다. 앙상블 디토 공연만 관람하는 그룹들은 클래식음악에 대한 문화자본이 매우 낮으며 정보자본도 낮아 일회성 관객에 그치고 있었다. 앙상블 디토 관객의 연구 결과, 이들은 온라인 네트워크를 정보자본과 문화자본을 높이는 도구로서 활발히 이용하고 있었는데, 특히 온라인 네트워크의 확장된 사회자본은 이들의 정보자본 상승과 문화자본 축적에 매우 긍정적으로 기여하고 있었다.
