      • ADAMS를 이용한 다기능 복합가공기 이송시스템의 동특성 해석

        다기능 복합가공기에서, 가공공정의 정밀도를 높이기 위해 틸팅터릿 이송시스템의 설계는 매우 중요하다. 틸팅터릿 유니트는 3축 이송시스템으로 이송되어지므로 매우 주의를 기울여 설계하여야 할 부분이다. 본 논문에서는 틸팅터릿이 장착되어 있는 3축 이송시스템을 모델링하였고 효율적인 설계를 가능하게하는 가상시제품 개발의 첫 단계로서 ADAMS를 이용하여 시뮬레이션하였다. 또한, 3축 이송시스템의 동적거동을 그래프와 동영상을 통하여 가시화하였다. In multi-purpose lathe, the design of tilting turret slide system has an important and critical role to enhance accuracy of the machining process. Tilting turret unit is traveled by 3-axis slide systems. There is a need to design this part very carefully. In this paper, the 3-axis slide system with tilting turret unit is modeled and simulated using ADAMS software. The dynamic behavior of this system is visualized by data graphs and dynamic animations. The first step of virtual prototype which makes it possible to design economically and effectively is developed.

      • 포화 시스템의 비선형 제어에 대한 안정성 연구

        물리적인 제한에 의한 액츄에이터의 비선형적인 포화상태의 특성을 연구는 실제 제어시스템의 설계는 매우 필요하다. 액츄에이터의 비선형적인 포화상태는 제어기 성능의 저하뿐만 아니라 작동 초기와 말기동안 큰 오버슈트를 일으킬 수도 있고 오버슈트가 증가함에 따라 시스템은 진동을 일으키면서 불안정해질 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 포화상태에서 좋은 성능을 갖고 리셋 와인드업을 예방하는 슈퍼바이저 제어 기법을 제안하였다. 또한, 동적제어기를 가진 슈퍼바이저 제어기를 사용하는 포화된 시스템의 안정성을 연속시간계와 이산시간계에서 각각 연구하였다. 이산시간 동적제어기에 의해 제어되는 전형적인 포화상태를 갖는 생산 분배 시스템에 대한 슈퍼바이저 제어의 효율성을 설명하기 위하여 수치적인 예가 제시되었고 시뮬레이션에 의하여 기본적인 결과를 확인하였다. In realistic control systems, the nonlinear saturation attributes of the control actuator due to physical limitations should be taken into account. This nonlinear saturation of actuators may cause not only a deterioration of the control performance but also a large overshoot during start-up and shut-down. As the overshoot increases, the system may become oscillatory unstable. In this paper, the supervisor implementation which guarantees good performance for saturation operation and prevents reset wind up is presented. Moreover, the sufficient conditions of the stability for saturated system using supervisory control with a dynamic controller are provided in the continuous-time and in the discrete-time domain. Numerical examples are presented to depict the efficiency of supervisory control for a typical saturated production-distribution system controlled by a discrete-time dynamic controller and to validate basic results by simulation.

      • 초경합금 소재 LCU_CL 코어의 초정밀 연삭 특성에 관한 연구

        As the various manufacturing technology of optical glass is developed, the aspherical lenses are applied to many fields. However, It is still very difficult to manufacture glass lens because of the high cost and the short life of core. In recent years, the demands of the aspherical glass lenses increase since it is difficult to obtain the desirable performance in the plastic lens. In the glass mold lens, it has merits of high productivity and reproductivity since lens is manufactured by the only forming with high precision mold. The fabricating conditions for glass mold lens are glass surface that does not cause fusion, viscosity of 108-1013 poise for the 0.2㎛ accuracy, and viscoelasticity for the roughness less than 100 angstrom. In this thesis, ultra-precision grinding characteristics of tungsten carbide for forming the aspherical glass lens core were studied and the result of it is applied to manufacture the tungsten carbide-base core of the glass lens used to the laser scanning unit and the camera phone.

      • 건전지 자동화 조립라인의 라벨링부의 Virtual Prototype 개발

        Most of battery industries are growing explosively as a core strategy industry for the development of the semi-conductor, the LCD, and the mobile communication device. In this thesis, dynamic characteristics of the steel can labeling machine on the automatic cell assembly line are studied. Dynamic characteristic analysis consists of dynamic behavior analysis and finite element analysis and is necessary for effective design of machines. In the dynamic behavior analysis, the displacement, velocity, applied force and angular velocity of each components are simulated according to each part. In the FEA, stress analysis, mode analysis, and frequency analysis are performed for each part. The results of these simulations are used for the design specification investigation and compensation for optimal design of cell manufacturing line. Therefore, Virtual Engineering of the steel can labeling machine on the automatic cell assembly line systems are modeled and simulated. 3D motion behavior is visualized under real-operating condition on the computer window. Virtual Prototype make it possible to save time by identifying design problems early in development, cut cost by reducing making hardware prototype, and improve quality by quickly optimizing full-system performance. As the first step of CAE which integrates design, dynamic modeling using ADAMS and FEM analysis using NASTRAN are developed.

        MRI 영상 유도 수술 로봇을 위한 개선된 군집 분석 방법을 이용한 뇌종양 영역 검출 개발

        Brain tumor surgery may be difficult, but it is also incredibly important. The technological improvements for traditional brain tumor surgeries have always been a focus to improve the precision of surgery and release the potential of the technology in this important area of the body. The need for precision during brain tumor surgery has led to an increase in Robotic-assisted surgeries (RAS). One of the challenges to the widespread acceptance of RAS in the neurosurgery is to recognize invisible tumor accurately. Therefore, it is important to detect brain tumor size and location because surgeon tries to remove as much tumor as possible. In this paper, we proposed brain tumor detection procedures for MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) system. A method of automatic brain tumor detection is needed to accurately target the location of the lesion during brain tumor surgery and to report the location and size of the lesion. In the qualitative assessment, the proposed method showed better results than those obtained with other brain tumor detection methods. Comparisons among all assessment criteria indicated that the proposed method was significantly superior to the threshold method with respect to all assessment criteria. The proposed method was effective for detecting brain tumor.

      • 극초정밀 다축 스테이지의 광소자 정렬에 관한 연구

        In recent years, as the demands of VBNS and VDSL increase, the development of kernel parts of optical communication such as PLC(Planar Light Circuit), Coupler, and WDM elements increases. The alignment and the attachment technology are very important in the fabrication of optical elements. In this paper, the optical alignment characteristics of multi-axis ultra precision stage were studied. The alignment algorithms were studied for applying to the ultra precision multi-axis stage. The alignment algorithm is comprised of field search and peak search algorithms. The contour of optical power signals can be obtained by field search and the precise coordinate can be found out by peak search. Two kinds of alignments, such as 1ch. input vs. 1ch. output optical stack, and 1ch. input vs. 8ch. output PLC stacks were performed for investigating the alignment characteristics.

        In recent years, as the demands of VBNS(Very high speed Backbone Network Service) and VDSL(Very high-data rate Digital Subscriber Line) increase, the development of kernel parts of optical communication such as PLC(Planar Light Circuit), Coupler, WDM elements increase. The alignment and the attachment technology are very important to fabricate the optical elements for communication. In this paper, the mechanism of rotational stage, the contact sensing unit, and integrated control circuit for the optical alignment system are studied.

      • 압전 액츄에이터를 이용한 초정밀 다축 위치조정장치의 개발

        최근 반도체 리소그래피, 초정밀 가공 및 초정밀 구조 같은 분야에서 초정밀 위치제어장치의 필요성 증대되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 압전액츄에이터, 탄성힌지와 정전용량형센서로 이루어진 초정밀 다축 위치제어장치를 설계하고 개발하였다. 또한 초정밀 위치제어 장치의 3축 운동과 분해능을 검증하였다. In recent years, precision positioning stage is demanded for some industrial fields such as semi-conductor lithography, ultra precision machining, and fabricating of nano structure, In this research, precision multi-axis positioning stage, which consists of pzt actuator, flexure, and capacitance gauge, is designed and developed. The performance of 3-axis positioning, characteristics of motion and resolution are verified.
