본 연구에서는 단량체로 diphenylacetylene 유도체(DPAmC18)를, 가교제로 2관능성 1,4-bis[phenylethynyl]benzene(PEB)를 사용하여, 신축성을 가지는 형광 공액고분자를 합성하였고 물성을 평가하였다. FTIR 분석을 통해 생성고분자들의 구성비를 확인하였으며, XRD, DSC, 자외가시흡광 및 형광방출 스펙트럼 분석을 통해 열역학적/구조적/광학적 특성을 비교 평가하였다. 고분자 내 PEB 함유량의 증가에 따라 단일중합체인 PDPAmC18의 열역학적, 구조적 특성이 점차적으로 변한 반면, 형광특성의 변화는 거의 없었다. 상온에서 UTM을 이용한 기계적 물성을 측 정한 결과, PEB의 함유량이 10%인 중합체는 70%~100%의 인장변형 범위에서 가장 가역적인 신축성을 보임과 동시에 가역적인 형광 및 편광형광 변화를 나타내었다. 이 결과는 이들 고분자의 형광장력센서로서의 응용가능성을 시사한다. Stretchable fluorescent conjugated polymers were synthesized by copolymerization of diphenylacetylene derivative (DPAmC18) and di-functional 1,4-bis[phenylethynyl]benzene (PEB) using as a monomer and a cross-linker, respectively, in different feed ratios and their properties were investigated. The compositional ratios of the polymers were confirmed by FTIR spectroscopy and their thermodynamic/structural/optical properties were evaluated and compared by XRD, DSC, UV-vis absorption and fluorescence (FL) emission spectroscopic analyses. The thermodynamic/structural feature of the homopolymer, PDPAmC18, varied gradually according to the amount of PEB in the polymers while the FL emission was almost not changed. As a result of UTM measurement at room temperature, the polymer having a 10% feed ratio of PEB showed the most reversible stretchability in a tensile strain range from 70% to 100% and, simultaneously, the FL and polarized FL emission were changed reversibly. These results suggest a potential application of our polymers using as a FL tension sensor.
농촌체험마을 컨설팅지표 개발 및 농촌관광정책 방향 탐색

The purpose of this study is to find out the index for consulting in rural experiential villages. In order to achieve this goals, the Author analyzed current indexes, the case of excellent, index of performance assessment and precedent study on the rural experiential villages. This study consists of three major parts. The first part reviews the concept and theoretical background on rural experiential villages and consulting. The second part examines the actual status on rural experiential village and consulting. The last part proposes indexes to perform the consulting of rural experiential villages. In conclusion, proposes indexes and items to carry on the consulting of rural experiential villages. In proposed index contains about 80 items to carry out consulting on rural experiential villages. Proposed index system consists of higher indexes, sub-indexes and items. In higher index, contains 6 indexes (establishment of operational system, searching experiential resources and development, service management for visitors, PR and marketing, supporting policy and relationship with autonomous community, operational assessment). This indexes can function as a guideline invigorate rural experiential villages by consulting. In addition, researcher suggest policy proposal on the consulting in rural experiential villages.

본 연구는 국내에서 연구된 석·박사 학위논문과 학술지에 게재된 논문 중에서 선정기준에 부합하는 교육용프로그래밍언어(EPL)에 관한 논문 31편을 대상으로 메타분석 방법을 적용하여 학습효과를 분석하였다. 분석대상 자료로부터 45개의 효과크기를 산출하였고, 효과크기의 변인 간 차이에 대해 t 검정 및 F검정을 하였다. 연구결과 첫째, EPL의 전체 평균 효과크기는 1.01, U3 지수는 84.38%로 나타나 EPL 수업은 전통적 프로그래밍 수업에 비해 34.38% 학습효과가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중재변인별로 분석한 결과는 교과별, 간행형식별 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었다. 학령별로는 고등학생보다 초·중학생에게 조금 더 큰 효과크기가 나타났으나 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없었다. 실험설계별로는 단일집단 전후검사설계보다 이질통제집단 전후검사설계에서 통계적으로 큰 효과크기가 나타났다. 셋째, 종속변인별로는 전체 EPL 효과크기가 창의성 1.90, 문제해결력 1.25, 논리적 사고 1.18, 학습동기 0.81, 학업성취도 0.59 순으로 나타났다. 종합적으로 EPL은 전통적인 교수·학습방법보다 학습효과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of educational programming language(EPL) using the meta-analysis method. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, t-test and F-test were performed for the effect size differences between the variables. The results of the study were as follows: First, EPL turned out to be highly effective in improving learning effects. The total mean of effect size was as big as 1.01 and the value of U3 was 84.38%. EPL increased the learning effect by 34.38% compared with the control group. Second, the moderator variables such as subject, publication type, and learner`s school age there was no statistically significant differences. By designing the experiment nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design showed statistically significant effect size compared with single group pretest-posttest design. Third, the mean effect sizes of the dependent variables were as follows: Creativity 1.90, problem solving ability 1.25, logical thinking ability 1.18, learning motivation 0.81, and achievement 0.59. EPL showed positive effect than traditional teaching and learning method comprehensively.

초등학교 정보 교과서는 각 시·도 교육청과 민간 출판사에 의해 인정 교과서로 개발되며, 학교에서 선택하는 교과서에 따라 수업목표가 달라지기 때문에 인정 교과서의 수업목표를 분석하여 논의할 필요가 있다. 따라서 이 연구는 현재 사용되고 있는 다양한 초등학교 정보 교과서들의 수업목표를 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 정보 교과의 수업목표 기준을 개발하는데 목적을 두고 수행되었다. 이를 위해 첫째, 수업목표 분석에 관한 선행 연구를 살펴보고, 분석의 준거를 마련하였다. 둘째, 인정 정보 교과서들의 수업목표를 분석하였다. 셋째, 델파이 방법을 사용하여 초등학교 정보 교과서의 수업목표 기준을 개발하였다. 연구에서 제안된 수업목표 기준은 향후 초등학교 정보 교육과정과 교과서 개발의 지표로 참고될 수 있으며, 양질의 정보 교과서 제작과 정보 교육의 정상화에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Informatics textbooks for elementary school students have been developed by cities, provinces, and private publishers respectively, and instructional objectives differ depending on the textbook selected by each school. Therefore, discussion on the analysis of instructional objectives is highly needed. The purpose of this study is to develop standards of instructional objectives for Informatics textbooks in elementary school based on the analysis of instructional objectives. To do so, first, an analysis frame was made based on preceding studies for instructional objectives. Second, instructional objectives of current Informatics textbooks were analyzed. Finally, standards of instructional objectives were developed applying Delphi method. It is expected that the standards of instructional objectives suggested here will be referred to as a guideline for developing the curricula and textbooks for Informatics subject in elementary school and to contribute to the normalization of production for qualified textbooks and education in Informatics subject in the future.

Antifatigue failure technology take an important the part of current industries. Currently, the shot peening is used for removing the defect from the surface of steel and improving the fatigue strength on surface. Therefore in this paper the effect of compressive residual stress by shot peening on fatigue crack growth characteristics in stress ratio(R=0.05)was investigated with considering fracture mechanics. There is difference between shot peening specimen and unpeening specimen. Fatigue crack growth rate of shot peening specimen was lower than that of unpeening. Fatigue life shows more improvement in the shot peening material than in th unpeening material. And compressive residual stress of surface on the shot peening process operate resistance force of fatigue propagation.

오늘날 생명공학분야 중에서도 인간 배아와 관련된 기술이야말로 법이냐 윤리냐의 팽팽한 긴장과 찬반의 첨예한 대립을 볼 수 있는 기술분야이다. 특허 거절 혹은 등록 결정된 발명의 사례들을 통해 드러난 특허청의 입장을 정리해보면, 배아가 인간 개체임을 소극적으로 인정하고 있으며, 발명의 상세한 설명이나 청구범위에 직접적인 배아파괴에 대한 언급이 없으면 그 문제와 관련하여 윤리적인 판단을 하지 않는 것으로 파악되었다. 그러나 이미 만들어진 배아줄기세포를 제공받아 발명을 했다고 하더라도, 최초의 배아 파괴가 없었더라면 현재의 배아줄기세포도 존재할 수 없다는 점에서 간접적으로는 배아파괴와 관련된다는 것이 명백하고, 이는 배아 파괴를 용인한 것이 된다는 점에서 비윤리적이다. 이에 본 연구에서는, 인간 배아줄기세포를 이용한 발명에 대한 생명윤리적 고찰을 바탕으로, 생명공학분야 발명의 심사에 신중을 기하고 보다 전문적으로 윤리성 판단을 위해서는 학제적(interdisciplinary) 접근의 필요성이 있고 그렇기 때문에 특허청에 가칭 특허청 생명윤리 심사위원회를 설치할 필요성이 있음을 제안한다. The technologies related to human embryo have led to tension and conflict between the law and bioethics. As for the policies of the Korean Intellectual Property Office(KIPO) in reviewing cases, it does not consider any ethical issues related to human embryo destruction unless applicant specifies human embryo destruction in detailed descriptions of the invention or claims. It is unethical if KIPO allows such inventions which claim to simply use human embryonic stem cells, which were produced by someone else, without embryo destruction, because it is clear that an embryo is destroyed in the process of isolation of an embryonic stem cell by someone else. Thus, it is necessary to establish a so-called, Patent Office Bioethics Review Board in KIPO, because an interdisciplinary approach is crucial for good and professional judgement in the examination process for biotechnological inventions.

The purpose of this study is to analysis the process of strategic choice in underdeveloped regions in view of convention infrastructure. And then this paper attempts to suggest the implemental alternatives of convention industry based on the analysis of infrastructure status and the result of strategic choice in underdeveloped regions in view of convention infrastructure. Since the competitive advantages of convention destination is dependent upon the quality of the visitor's experience and satisfaction, it is imperative for convention destination policy makers and managers of agency to develope efficient strategies on implementation of convention industry. Specilally, the development of strategy to elevate competitiveness is imperative in competitive environment on convention market. In this context this study suggests implemental alternatives to elevate competitiveness in nderdeveloped regions in view of convention infrastructure. Main strategies for elevating the competitiveness are as follows; policy makers and managers of agency have 1) basically to develop software and small oriented strategy in view of limitation of Convention Infrastructure ; 2) to establish linkage system of festival and events in the regions to overcome limitation of convention infrastructure adopting various programs ; 3) to find market segments associated with region industry to utilize regional resources.
