원환 설치에 의한 원형교각 주위의 수리특성변화

본 연구에서는 수리모형실험을 통하여 원환 설치 전 후 교각 주위의 수리특성을 분석하였다. 하천 흐름에서 교각 전 후의 수위 변화를 분석한 결과, 교각 전면부에서 원환 설치 전 후의 수위차는 약 0.2cm, 교각 후면부에서 원환 설치 전 후의 수위차는 약 0.1cm로 거의 변화가 없었다. 따라서, 원환이 하천 흐름에 장애가 되지 않는 것으로 판단되었다. 또한, 교각 전 후의 유속 변화를 분석한 결과, 교각 전 후면부에서 원환 설치 전 후의 흐름방향 유속(u)과 횡방향 유속(v)은 변화를 보이지 않았으며, 교각 전면부에서 연직방향 유속(w)은 수심비(y/D)가 0.33인 지점에서 약 16.72% 최대감소효과를 나타냈으며, 교각 후면부에서 연직방향 유속(w)은 수심비(y/D)가 0.67인 지점에서 약 15.83% 최대감소효과를 나타내었다. 원환을 설치했을 경우 교각 주위에서 세굴을 일으키는 하강류의 발생을 억제함으로써 국부세굴심을 감소시킬 수 있을 것으로 판단되었다. In this study, hydraulic characteristics around bridge piers were analyzed with and without collar through a hydraulic model experiment. The analysis of stage variation in front and back side of pier showed that collar installation did not function as obstacle to the stream flow. Little variation of water level between front and back sides of pier was observed before and after collar installation(0.2cm in front side and 0.1cm in back side of pier). Also, result that analyze velocity variation in front and back side of pier, lateral velocity(u) and transverse(v) before and after collar installation exhibited no alteration in the front and back side of pier. About 16.72% and 15.83% of vertical velocities(w) were reduced for the condition of y/d=0.33 in the front side of pier and y/d=0.67 in the back side of pier, respectively. This experimental results suggest that the collar installation around pier can minimize the local scouring depth by preventing the downflow that cause the pier scour.

Asymmetric Impact Country Image and Materialism on the Purchase Quality Evaluation

본 연구는 미국, 중국, 프랑스, 베트남에 거주하는 소비자를 대상으로 한국의 국가이미지와 소비자의 물질주의가 한국 화장품의 지각된 품질에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 국가이미지를 국가의 전반적인 차원인 거시적 국가이미지와 특정 국가의 제품 차원인 미시적 국가이미지로 분류하였고 연령, 성별, 한국방문경험, 한국 화장품 구매경험을 통제변수로 하여 그 영향력을 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 만 20세 이상의 남․녀 소비자를 대상으로 성별, 연령별로 할당표집하여 온라인설문조사를 실시하였으며, 총 900부가 최종분석에 활용되었다. 분석방법은 SPSS 20.0을 활용하여 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 거시적 국가이미지, 미시적 국가이미지 그리고 물질주의 모두 지각된 품질에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 드러났다. 그 가운데 거시적 국가이미지의 영향력이 가장 큰 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 독립변수의 영향력을 국가별로 살펴보기 위해 국가별로 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 미국과 프랑스 소비자의 경우 거시적 국가이미지와 미시적 국가이미지가 지각된 품질에 영향을 미쳤으며, 거시적 국가이미지의 영향력이 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 중국 소비자의 경우 미시적 국가이미지만 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌으며 베트남 소비자의 경우, 미시적 국가이미지와 물질주의가 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 한국 화장품 수출을 증가시키기 위해 제품이미지뿐만 아니라 한국의 국가이미지 향상에 노력을 기울일 필요가 있다. 또한 국가의 경제발전수준과 소비자의 특성을 고려하여 마케팅 전략을 수립할 필요가 있다. Focusing on cue theory, the purpose of this study is to examine the impact of overall country image (i.e., macro country image), product-specific country image (i.e., micro country image) and materialism on perceived quality of Korean cosmetics. Data were collected through online survey in four countries, representing two leading developed countries (U.S. and France) and two important emerging countries (China and Vietnam). Multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the data. Overall, the results revealed that the positive effects of country image and materialism on product evaluation. Among their effects, the impact of micro country image was the greatest and robust across all four countries. However, the transfer of macro country image on quality evaluation was significant only in U.S. and France, not in China and Vietnam. Further, the findings found that the transfer of materialism among consumers to product quality was significant only in Vietnam, which implies that strong impact of materialistic consumers in emerging markets may attach products from more developed markets. Theoretical explanations and practical implications for apparel companies and governments are provided.

정부의 해외마케팅지원이 국제마케팅역량과 수출성과에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 소비재중소기업의 해외마케팅투자와 정부해외마케팅지원 프로그램 활용도 가 해외마케팅역량, 해외유통업자 활용역량, 금전적성과 및 전략적성과에 미치는 영향에 대 해 살펴보았다. 대한상공회의소의 수출중소기업 데이터로부터 표본을 추출해 251개의 소비 재수출 중소기업으로부터 설문지를 수집했다. 경로분석결과 정부해외마케팅지원 프로그램 활용도는 해외마케팅 역량, 해외유통업자 활용역량 및 전략적성과에 정의 영향을 미쳤으며, 해외유통업자 활용역량이 금전적, 전략적 성과 모두에 정의 영향을 미쳤다. 해외마케팅 역 량은 수출성과에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않았으며 해외유통업자 활용역량을 통해 이들 성 과에 간접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 전략적성과는 금전적성과에 정의 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구는 소비재수출 중소기업을 중심으로 정부해외마케팅지원 프로그램이 이들 기업의 수출성과에 영향을 미치는 다양한 경로의 인과관계를 밝혔다는데 그 의의가 있다. Purpose : This study examined the influences of consumer-goods SMEs’ investment in international marketing and utilization of government international marketing assistance programs on their international marketing capability, leveraging foreign distributors’ marketing capability, and financial and strategic export performances. Research design, data, methodology : Cases for consumer-goods SMEs were drawn from the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s data on exporting SMEs. A questionnaire was either faxed or emailed to the managers in charge of overseas marketing and 251 cases were finally included in the study. Results : The results of Path Analysis indicated that consumer-goods SMEs’ utilization of government international marketing assistance programs increased their international marketing capability, level of leveraging foreign distributor marketing capability, strategic performance. Leveraging foreign distributor marketing capability is an immediate determinant of financial and strategic performances and their own international marketing capability affects these performances indirectly via leveraging foreign distributor marketing capability. Strategic performance positively influenced financial performance. Conclusions : This study contributes to SMEs’ internationalization literature by 1) focusing on consumer-goods SMEs, which have been overlooked in the research of SME internationalization and 2) revealing the dynamic mechanisms of government international marketing assistance programs in enhancing export performances.

외상이 경추 후종인대 골화증 환자의 수술결과에 미치는 영향

Objectives : Most cases of cervical ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament(OPLL) present with myelopathy or myeloradiculopathy, which sometimes is further complicated by minor trauma to the spinal cord. The main purpose of surgery in these patients is the alleviation symptoms but also as protection against further deterioration. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of trauma on the surgical outcome in patients with cervical OPLL. Methods : Over the past 13 years, we have operated on 123 patients with myelopathy associated with cevical OPLL. Among these, thirty patients had cervical cord injury associated with major or minor trauma and their clinical and radiographic data were reviewed retrosepctively. Results : As to cause of trauma, seventeen were related with traffic accident and 13 were related with minor slipping injury. The pre- and post-operative motor power were significantly weaker in the patients with trauma, but the degree of motor improvement was significantly higher(trauma group : $0.90{\pm}1.49$, non-trauma group : $0.41{\pm}0.80$). Conclusion : These results indicate that even indirect minor trauma to the cervical spine can cause irreversible changes to the spinal cord if this is associated with underlying cervical stenosis with OPLL. Although less favorable results may be anticipated in patients with trauma, operative decompression could improve motor power and protect further deterioration.

Primary melanotic schwannoma in spinal cord is a very uncommon disorder, eight cases of melanotic schwannoma in spinal cord have been found in the literature. We present a case report of a patient with an intradural, extramadullary melanotic schwannoma in cervical spine and the literature on melanotic schwannoma is reviewed. The proposed theories on the origin of these tumors and treatment are discussed.

후측방으로 탈출된 경추 디스크의 후방 미세간공천개절제술의 치료결과

Objective : To evaluate the effectiveness of posterior microforaminotomy in treatment of posterolateral cervical disc herniation, the authors retrospectively analyzed the result of posterior microforaminotomy in our institute. Patients and Methods : Ten patients with radiculopathy due to posterolateral cervical disc herniation have been treated with posterior microforaminotomy from August 1996 to July 2000. We analyzed clinical results in all patients who were followed up for an average of 10 months. Results : The mean age was 47.2 years and all patients were treated with posterior microforaminotomy as primary treatment. one patient was received anterior cervical interbody fusion with iliac bone 12 years before. Clinical improvement in the last follow-up were seen in all patients and there were no complications. Conclusion : Microcervical foraminotomy is considered useful operative method for posterolateral soft disc herniation. We conclude that the posterior microforaminotomy for radiculopathy due to soft posterolateral cervical disc herniation seems to be safe and effective in selective patients.
