        셀프 프리스트레싱 스터럽으로 보강된 철근콘크리트 보의 전단거동 예측

        본 논문은 철계형상기억합금(Fe-SMA) stirrup으로 전단보강된 철근콘크리트 보의 전단거동을 예측하기 위한 해석적 연구이다. 전단거동 예측을 위해 변형률 적합조건 및 하중 평형조건을 만족하는 휨해석이 수행되었으며, 이후 수정압축장이론(MCFT)에 기반한 전단해석이 수행되었다. 부재의 처짐을 계산하기 위해 휨 및 전단에 의해 발생된 처짐이 모두 고려되었다. 제안된 해석모델의 검증은 Ji et al.(2022)의 실험결과를 비교하여 수행되었다. 비교결과 제안된 해석모델과 실험결과의 극한하중, 극한하중 시 처짐의 오차는 평균 4.77%, 6.62%로 Fe-SMA Stirrup으로 전단보강된 철근콘크리트 보의 전단 거동을 비교적 정확하게 예측하는 것으로 나타났다. An analytical study is conducted to predict the shear behavior of reinforced concrete beams strengthened with Fe-based shape memory alloy (Fe-SMA) stirrup. To predict the shear behavior, flexural analysis that satisfies the strain distribution condition and force equilibrium condition was performed, followed by shear analysis based on the modified compression field theory. To calculate the deflection of the member, both the flexural and shear deflection were considered. The proposed analysis model was verified by comparing the experimental results of Ji et al. (2022). As a result of the comparison, the errors of deflection under ultimate load and ultimate load of the proposed analytical model and experimental results were on average 4.77% and 6.62%, respectively, indicating that the shear behavior of reinforced concrete beams strengthened with Fe-SMA stirrup was predicted relatively accurately.

        해사노동기준의 국제적 통일화

          Nowadays, an internationalization of the labour market is a phenomenon occurring in the field of practically all industry according to an appearance of the multinational company, a international shift of labor, etc.. Expecially, it is more frequently occurring in the field of maritime industry that has a characteristic of internationalization. Whereas also the failure of any nation to adopt humane conditions of labour is an obstacle in the way of other nations which desire to improve the conditions in their own countries. Therefore, it is very importance to achieve the international unification of maritime labour standard.<BR>  “Maritime Labour Convention, 2006” is adopted as a single, coherent instrument by the ILC in its Ninety-fourth Session on 23 February 2006 with a view to rejuvenating and strengthening the standard-setting system.

        국제노동기구가 2006년 2월23일 채택한 2006년 해사노동협약은 제4편 규정 제4.5조에 선원에게 적용되는 사회보장에 관한 내용을 포함하고 있다. 우리나라가 이 협약을 비준하기 위하여서는 국내 관련법령이 협약상 선원 사회보장 요건을 충족할 수 있는지를 검토하고, 불충한 부분에 대하여는 이를 정비할 필요하다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 선원의 사회보장에 관한 협약의 요건과 국내법의 차이를 밝히고, 이 과정에서 도출된 문제점에 관하여 그 해결 방안을 제시하고자 한다. The International Labour Organization adopted the Maritime labour Convention 2006 on 23 February 2006. This convention contains the regulation about social security for seafarers in the Tittle 4. For the purpose of ratifying this Convention in our country, it is necessary to examine the domestic law and regulation concerned whether it fulfills or not the required conditions of the Convention, Therefore, this paper aims to find the difference between the domestic law and the convention, also suggest the way to solve the problems.

        한국인의 기능성 위장관장애의 진단에 있어서 로마기준2의 유용성

        Background/Aims: The aim of this study was to determine whether symptoms of patients with functional gastrointestinal disorders (FGIDs) can be classified according to the Rome II criteria. Methods: Consecutive patients newly visiting Yongdong Severance Hosipital for evaluation of their gastrointestinal symptoms were recruited. Factor analysis was used to identify symptom clusters of the patients with FGIDs. Results: Among 274 patients, 207 patients (75.5%) had FGIDs. Thirty-nine of the 207 patients (18.8%) without organic diseases did not fulfill symptom duration defined by Rome II criteria, and other 168 patients (81.2%) satisfied the Rome II criteria. Factor analysis of symptoms of 168 patients indicated the symptoms of FGIDs such as globus, functional heartburn, dysmotility-like dyspepsia, irritable bowel syndrome, functional constipation, functional diarrhea, functional abdominal pain, functional fecal incontinence, and levator ani syndrome. Functional dysphagia and aerophagia could be regarded as one factor and functional vomiting and acid reflux could be merged as another factor. The proportions of patients suffering from functional esophageal, gastroduodenal, abdominal pain, bowel and anorectal disorders were 18.5%, 41.7%, 2.4%, 60.7% and 3.0%, respectively. Forty-one patients (24.4%) suffered from more than two symptoms of FGIDs, which belonged to the different anatomic region. Conclusions: The Rome II criteria could be applied to Korean patients with FGIDs. (Korean J Gastroenterol 2003;41:183-189)

        선박 유압 조타장치 부하의 추정

        For testing a newly designed ship"s steering gear, a steering gear test bench with a steering gear to be tested and a load generation part should be prepared. The load given to the steering gear has to be pertinent to the load generated in a targeted ship. In this study, the authors suggest a process of estimating the load given to steering gears in ships. At first, a test for measuring the load in the steering gear of a real ship was conducted. Then, a process was developed to compute rudder driving torque and force by using basic equations including some empirical equations on ship"s steering. The test results and the computation results on the load in the steering gear were compared, As a result, the process suggested in this study for estimating load in ship"s steering gears was verified.

        국제노동기구(ILO)는 해상근로자의 근로조건 향상과 양호한 근로환경의 보장 및 근로인격의 향상을 위하여 꾸준한 노력을 기울려 왔으며 1996년까지 채택된 39개의 해사협약과 29개의 권고 채택하였다. 기존 해사협약은 새로운 해상 근로 환경의 변화에 따른 요구를 충족하지 못하며, 중복되는 것이 많고, 복잡한 개정구조로 인한 최신화의 어려움 등, 여러 문제점이 있다는 것이 제기 되어 왔다. 이에 ILO는 2001년부터 해사 노동기준의 기존 내용을 최신화하고, 통합하는 작업을 시작하여 2006년 2월 23일 2006년 해사노동협약(Maritime Labour Convention 2006)을 채택하였다. 따라서 여기에서는 기존 해사협약에서는 볼 수 없었던 새로운 사항에 관한 특징을 중심으로 그 의의에 관하여 살펴보고, 향후 해운산업에서의 해사노동 문제에 미치는 영향에 관하여 논하고자 한다. ILO has contributed for seafarers promote conditions of employment and decent work through maritime labour standards. Between 1920 and 1996, a total of 39 Conventions and 29 Recommendations concerning seafarers have been adopted, which demonstrates the import part of ILO activities devoted to seafarers' questions. But many instruments were outdated, deficient and not reflective of modern practice, many contained technical detail which discouraged ratification the Governing Body of ILO, at its 262nd Session(March-April 1995), decided to set up a Working Party regarding the revision of maritime labour standards. This Working Party initiated its examination of maritime instruments to 273rd Session(November 1998) of the Governing Body. The review made by the Working Party has concluded that existing maritime Conventions were considered either up to date or were identified for promotion, most of which were approved by the Governing Body. Therefore, ILO started to create a single, coherent instrument embodying as far as possible all up-to-date standards of existing maritime labour convention. The Maritime Labour convention 2006 has been adopted February 2006. This paper aims to analyze the significance of this convention and the influence regarding to maritime labour affairs in the field of shipping industry.

      • 압축성유체의 유량계측장치 설계 및 제작

        In this study, compressible fluid flow measurement apparatus was designed and built. It uses an isothermal chamber that can approximate isothermal condition. Hence, this apparatus can be measure to sonic conductance and critical pressure ratio of pneumatic components and require less time and energy than conventional flow meter. The effectiveness of the designed apparatus is proved by experimental result.
