라오스 재생가능에너지 지원활동 컬렉션의 의미와 가치 연구

최근 기록학계에는 특정 기록물군에 대한 분석을 통해 그 기록의 사회적, 역사적 의미를 도출하는 기록컬렉션 분석 연구가 드물게나마 진행되고있다. 이러한 흐름은 사회 속에서의 인간의 행위에 주목하고 그 행위로 인해 생겨난 기록물을 통해 다시 사회를 읽어내고자 하는 시도라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 인간과기억아카이브가 수집한 ‘라오스 재생가능에너지지원활동’ 컬렉션 분석을 통해 이 기록이 담고 있는 다양한 의미와 가치를도출하고 이 의미와 가치를 도출하기 위해 컬렉션을 어떻게 재구성했는지연구하고자 한다. ‘라오스 재생가능에너지 지원활동’ 기록은 해당 사업을주도적으로 수행한 기증자의 개인기록과 사업진행 과정과 결과 기록이다. 이를 통해 라오스에서 국제개발협력활동가로 활동하며 자신의 가치관을실현해나가는 개인의 삶을 확인할 수 있으며 기후변화대응 국제개발협력사업의 방향성과 원칙, 실제 수행의 결과로부터 국제개발협력사업 수행의시사점을 얻을 수 있었다. 또한 오랫동안 라오스에서 지내며 그곳의 사람들과 함께 지내온 기증자의 관찰기록을 통해 그동안 알지 못했던 라오스시골의 문화와 그들이 처한 환경에 대해 살펴볼 수 있었다. In recent years, there were some who have conducted research on deriving the social and historical meanings of records through the analysis of specific records collections. This trend is an attempt to pay attention to human actions in the society and to read the society again through the records created by such actions. In this study, I derive various meanings and values of these records through the analysis of the “Laos Renewable Energy Support Activities” collection. Moreover, I study how the collection was reconstructed by the Human and Memory Archives. The “Laos Renewable Energy Support Activities” is the personal record of the donor who led the project, and contains the process and results of the project. Through this collection, I was able to look at the life of the donor as a foreign aid activist in Laos and realized his values. Furthermore, through the business process record, I was able to discover the implications of climate change response overseas aid projects. In addition, I was able to look at the culture and environment of Laos through the eyes of the donor who has been residing there for a long time.

The Relationship between Perceived Dimensions of the Learning Organization and Workplace Learner Competencies of Employees in Large Corporations

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between perceived dimensions of the learning organization and workplace learner competencies of large corporate employees in Korea. The population of the study was comprised of 613 employees of 19 companies from a list of 1000th companies by the Korea chamber of commerce and industry, and the purposeful sampling technique was used for this study. Data was collected by mail and e-mail, 230 out of 613 questionnaires were used for the analysis (a valid return rate of 37.52%). The major findings of this study were as follows:First, the perceived levels of dimensions of the learning organization of employees in large corporations were found to be theoretically on the average. Particularly, the dimensions of people level, including continuous learning, dialogue and inquiry, team learning, and empowerment, were lower than the dimensions of structure level such as system connection, embedded systems, and providing leadership. Second, all variables of the dimensions of the learning organizations had significant relationships with the workplace learner competencies. Moreover, the workplace learner competencies were explained by empowerment and team learning in order. Third, all variables of dimensions of the learning organizations had significant relationships with the workplace learners' role competencies. According to the workplace learner competencies by roles, significant predictors were differentiated though. Based on the results of this study, some recommendations for future research were made as follows: First, further research is needed to develop the competency scales of workplace learners for measuring the objective level of competencies. Second, the construction of dimensions of the learning organization, and the relationship between the construction and the workplace learner competencies should be investigated.

녹색당 선거활동 기록의 의미 분석 연구

An election is a major event in a country that elects the people’s representatives. Currently, Korea’s electoral system has a structure that limits the exclusion of the minority’s opinion. Also, it has strengthened the monopoly of major political parties. Despite the harsh conditions, Green Party Korea has proposed an alternative to prevent even the minority from being excluded by practicing direct democracy and expanding proportional representation through the institutionalization of the democratic process within the party. Election campaigns should thus reflect this orientation of Green Party Korea. The local elections and the national elections reflect Korea’s political and social status and show the course over two minority parties beyond such limits. Moreover, they provide evidence of the activities of Green Party Korea. The paper analyzes how the election archives of the party hold the values of democracy, how minor parties jump to another because of the unfavorable election system, and how the archives of Green Party Korea reflect its values on the political history of Korea. 선거는 국민의 대표를 뽑는 국가의 중요한 이벤트이다. 현재 우리나라의 선거제도는 소수의 의견이 배제될 수밖에 없는 구조적인 한계를 가지고 있고 거대 정당의 독점을 공고화시키고 있다. 이러한 상황 속에서도 직접민주주의 실험, 비례대표의 확대 등 어떤 소수의 민의라 할지라도 현실정치로부터 배제되지 않도록 대안을 제시하고 당내 민주적인 제도화를 통해 실천해가고 있는 녹색당의 활동은 의미가 있으며 선거활동은 그러한 녹색당의 지향과 실천이 발현되는 과정이었다. 일상아카이브를 지향하는 인간과기억아카이브가 선거운동 초반부터 후보 및 선거활동가들과 함께 선거활동 아카이빙을 기획하고 선거 후 어떻게 기록을 분류하여 등록하였는지 살펴봄으로써 일상에서의 정치적인 활동과 지향이 선거라는 특별한 이벤트를 만나는 접점을 일상아카이브로 포착하는 과정을 설명하였다. 지방선거와 총선거 기록은 녹색당의 활동을 증명할 뿐만 아니라 한국 사회의 정치 상황과 선거제도의 한계를 드러내는 기록이면서 그 한계를 뛰어넘으려는 소수정당의 활동을 포착한 기록이다. 녹색당 선거기록이 어떻게 민주주의의 가치를 담고 있고 소수정당에 불리한 선거제도를 자신들만의 방식으로 돌파하는 과정을 보여주고 있는지 살펴봄으로써 녹색당 선거기록 컬렉션이 한국 정치사에 갖는 의미를 살펴보았다.

차세대 전자기록관리 프로세스 재설계 연구

The introduction of new technologies is a result of the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the change from management environment to cloud environment. Changes in the production and management environments are expected because of changes in the external environment. However, responding flexibly to changes is not enough. The problem of the records management process, system, and infrastructure is intertwined, and partial reorganization is difficult to cope with changes in the external environment. Therefore, we need to redesign the whole process and study the major issues to be considered so we could redesign the process and produce an improved next-generation electronic records management. 제 4차 산업혁명의 도래로 인한 신기술의 도입과 클라우드 업무환경으로의 변화 등의 기록관리 외부환경의 변화로 인해 기록의 생산 및 관리 환경의 변화가 예상되나 현재의 법제와 시스템 등이 이러한 외부 환경 변화에 유연하게 대응하기에는 부족한 상황이다. 기록관리 프로세스, 시스템, 인프라 영역의 제문제가 서로 얽혀있어 부분적인 개편으로는 외부환경 변화에 대응하기 어렵다. 이에 전면적인 재설계가 필요하며 이러한 전면적 개편을 ‘차세대 전자기록관리’로 명명하고 차세대 전자기록관리 체계 구축을 위해 전자기록관리 프로세스를 재설계할 때 고려해야 하는 주요한 이슈들과 개선방법에 대해 연구하였다.

차세대 전자기록관리 재설계 과제 연구

The purpose of this study is to identify the problems of electronic records management in the records management field and to develop a new electronic records management system that can cope with the rapidly changing records production and management environment, which is rapidly changing because of the introduction of new IT. It is time to design the next-generation records management system in all areas of process, system, and infrastructure to meet the new government record management innovation. In this point of view, the right value and direction of the next-generation records management system are determined, and the problems of the process, system, and infrastructure are identified and settled. 본 연구는 기록관리 현장의 전자기록관리영역의 문제를 확인하고 IT신 기술의 도입으로 인해 급변하고 있는 기록 생산 및 관리 환경의 변화에 조 응할 수 있는 새로운 전자기록관리체계의 설계를 위해 과제를 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 새로운 정부의 기록관리 혁신에 맞추어 프로세스, 시 스템, 인프라 모든 영역에서 이전과는 다른 차세 기록관리 개념 설계가 이루어져야 하는 시기이다. 이러한 관점에서 차세 기록관리의 가치와 지향이 어떠해야 하는지 방향성을 도출하고 이에 따라 프로세스, 시스템, 인프라 영역의 문제를 확인하고 과제화하였다.

기관 아카이브로의 기록관 기능 확대 방안 연구

지방분권의 흐름에 맞춰 새 시대의 기록관리를 위해 기록 분권을 통한 기록관리 현장에서부터의 내재적 발전을 준비해야 할 시점이다. 중앙집중화되고 있는 기록관리체제를 극복하기 위해서는 더 많은 아카이브가 설립되어 자율적이고 분권적인 기록관리를 실현해야 한다. 본격적인 전자기록관리 환경으로의 변화에 따라 물리적인 이관을 전제로 한 처리과-기록관-영구기록물관리기관의 3단계 체제는 이관비용 및 업무효율 측면에서 그 적절성과 효율성이 재검토되어야 한다. 이에 따라 기록관은 기관 단위의 연속체적 기록관리 수행과 자율적인 기록관리업무 수행을 위해 기관 아카이브로의 기능을 수행해야 한다. 본 연구는 기록관리의 분권화와 정보거버넌스 지향의 차원에서 기록관이 기관의 아카이브로써 기능을 확장하도록 하는 가능성과 시사점을 몇 가지 사례를 통해 살펴보았다. 또 이를 수행하기 위한 방법으로 기록관리기관 유형을 다각화하고 현용-준현용-비현용 기록관리를 통합적으로 수행하는 기록관의 기능이 어떻게 설계되어야 하는지 도출하였다. 각급 기관은 기관의 상황과 여건에 맞게 기록관을 설립하고 각 기록관 차원에서 정보거버넌스를 지향해야 하며 각급 기록관은 수평적인 네트워크를 구축하여 기록정보관리의 거버넌스를 수행하도록 해야 한다. It is time to prepare for the imminent development from the field of records management through decentralization to the records management of the new age in accordance with the flow of decentralization. To overcome a centralized record management system, more archives should be established to realize autonomous and decentralized records management. In accordance with the shift to a full-scale electronic record management environment, the appropriateness and effectiveness of the three-phase system of processing-archival-permanent record management based on physical transfer should be reviewed in terms of transfer cost and work efficiency. The archives should function as institutional archives to carry out the continuous volume record management and the autonomous record management at the institution level. This study examined the possibilities and implications of the archives to expand their functions as archives of institutions for the decentralization of record management and information governance orientation. In addition, the study diversified the types of records management institutions as a way to accomplish this and determined a way to design the functions of archives that integrate the current-end-end-end records management. At each level, institutions should set up archives based on their circumstances and aim at information governance at the level of each archive. Moreover, each archive level should establish a horizontal network to govern record information management.

노회찬 아카이브 기초 연구

고(故) 노회찬 의원은 한국 진보정치의 대표적인 정치인이다. 노동운동, 노동자 정치조직화 운동, 진보정당 건설 운동에 매진하였으며, 17, 19, 20대 국회의원으로 의정활동을 수행했다. 그가 남긴 기록은 노동자 정치세력화의 기록이고, 진보정당의 기록이며 고뇌하고 실천하는 정치인의 기록이다. 또 실향민의 아들로써, 유신시기 고민하는 학생운동가로, 그러면서도 첼로를 켰던 문화적 소양의 한 인간의 기록이기도 하다. 이 연구는 노회찬이 남긴 기록의 수집, 관리 현황과 기록을 둘러싼 맥락과 기록의 내용에 대한 기초적인 연구를 통해 노회찬 아카이브 구축의 과제를 생각해보는 연구이다. 아키비스트의 이러한 기초적인 연구는 아카이브를 구조화하고 이용자들에게 다양한 접근점을 제시함으로써 이후보다 다양한 콘텐츠 개발 및 연구에 이용될 수 있도록 함으로써 아카이브 운영의 선순환이 이루어지도록 하는 역할을 할 것이다. Rep. Roh Hoe-chan is a representative politician in Korean progressive politics. From the labor movement to the workers' political organization movement, they devoted themselves to the movement to build a progressive party. As a member of the 17th, 19th, and 20th National Assembly, he carried out legislative activities. The record he left is the record of the political power of workers, the record of the progressive party, and the record of a politician who suffers and practices. Also, as the son of a displaced person, as a student activist suffering from the restoration period, it is also a record of a human being of cultural literacy who played the cello. Archivist's basic research is expected to play a role in creating a virtuous cycle of archive management by structuring the archive and presenting various access points to various users, allowing more diverse research and use in the future.

Inhibitory Effects of CD99-derived Peptide CD99CRIII3 on the Extravasation of Monocytes and Inflammatory Reactions in Contact Dermatitis Mouse Model

접촉피부염은 피부가 이물질과 접촉함으로써 일어나는 염증반응으로 백혈구 혈관외유출이 매우 중요한 역할을 한다는 것은 잘 알려진 사실이다. 선행연구 결과 CD99가 β1 인테그린 의존적 메커니즘을 통하여 단핵구의 혈관외유출을 조절하며, 따라서 염증 질환에 대한 치료제 개발의 신규 표적 분자일 가능성이 제시되었다. 본 연구에서는 CD99 유래 펩타이드인 CD99CRIII3가 단핵구의 혈관외유출과 접촉피부염 생쥐 모델에서 염증 반응을 억제하는지를 조사하였다. 인간 단핵구 세포주인 U937를 CD99CRIII로 처리할 경우 농도의존적으로 β1 integrin의 활성도가 감소되었으며, 이 세포주의 사람제대정맥내피세포에의 부착과 혈관외유출도 억제되었다. 나아가 CD99CRIII3는 포르볼 미리스테이트 아세테이트 처리에 의해 유발된 생쥐 접촉피부염 모델에서 Evans Blue의 혈관투과와 귀조직 무게를 농도 의존적으로 억제하였다. 이러한 결과들은 CD99CRIII3가 단핵구의 혈관외유출과 접촉피부염 동물 모델에서 일어나는 염증반응을 억제함을 보여준다. 이와 같이, 본 연구는 CD99 유래 펩타이드가 피부 염증질환에 대한 치료제로 개발될 가능성이 있음을 제시한다. Leucocyte extravasation has been known to play an important role in inflammatory reactions including contact dermatitis. Previous studies suggested that CD99 regulates β1 integrin activity and may be a novel therapeutic target molecule for inflammatory diseases. In this study, the effects of CD99-derived peptide, CD99CRIII3, on inflammatory reactions in contact dermatitis mouse model were investigated. CD99CRIII3 decreased β1-integrin activity in human monocytic U937 cells. CD99CRIII3 inhibited the adhesion of U937 monocytes to human umbilical vein endothelial cells and their extravasation through human umbilical vein endothelial cells. CD99CRIII3 reduced inflammation in the phorbol myristate acetate-induced contact dermatitis mice in a dose-dependent manner. These results indicate that CD99CRIII3 suppresses the extravasation of monocytes and inflammatory reactions in the animal model of the contact dermatitis, suggesting that CD99CRIII3 could be a new drug candidate against inflammatory skin diseases.

이질바퀴 (Periplaneta americana L.)와 독일바퀴 (Blattella germanica L.)의 invertase에 대한 생화학적 연구

이질바퀴와 독일바퀴 invertase의 생화학적 특성을 조사하였다. 이질바퀴와 독일바퀴의 invertase는 각각 pH 5.0~5.2, 5.4에서 최대 활성을 보였으며, Km간은 1.43$\times$$10^{-2}$ M, 1.25$\times$$10^{-2}$ M이었다. 이질바퀴는 5$0^{\circ}C$에서 최대활성을 보이고 55$^{\circ}C$ 열처리에도 비교적 안정한 반면 독일바퀴는 35$^{\circ}C$에서 최대활성을, 5$0^{\circ}C$이상의 열처리에서 활성이 급격히 소실되었다. 이질바퀴는 $Na^{+}$, $Mn^{2+}$, $Ca^{2+}$, $K^{+}$, Fe$^{2+}$에 의해 활성이 촉진, Hg$^{2+}$에 의해 저해되었으며 독일바퀴는 Hg$^{2+}$와 Cu$^{2+}$에 의해 활성이 저해되었다. 이질바퀴에는 5개의 isozyme(Inv 1~5)이 존재하며 이 중 Inv 3는 유충기에만 나타났고, 독일바퀴에는 2개의 isozyme(inv 1, 2)이 존재하였으며, 정제된 Inv 1은 분자량이 74 Kd로 확인되었다. 한편 이질바퀴의 invertase는 독일바퀴의 invertase와 면역학적으로 서로 다른 것으로 나타났다. 이질바퀴의 invertase는 소화관, 혈림프, 지방체, 말피기써소관, 난소에도 분포함이 확인되었으며, 소화관에는 Inv 1, 2가, 지방체와 말피기씨소관에는 Inv 1, 혈림프에는 Inv 2가 각각 존재하였다. Invertases of Periplaneta americana L. and Blattella germanica L. were investigated for their physicochemical properties and isozyme localization. The optimal pH of invertase from P. americana was found to be around pH 5.0~5.2, Km value was 1.43$\times$10$^{-2}$ M, and optimal temperature was 5$0^{\circ}C$. The activities of invertase from p. ameticana were activated by Na$^{+}$, Mn$^{2+}$, $Ca^{2+}$, $K^{+}$, Fe$^{2+}$ but inhibited by Hg$^{2+}$. The optimal pH of invertase from B. germanica was found to be pH 5.4, Km value was 1.25$\times$10$^{-2}$ M, and optimal temperature was 35$^{\circ}C$. The activities were inhibited by Hg$^{2+}$ and Cu$^{2+}$. In heat stability of invertases, that of P. americana was more stable than that of B. germanica. There were five isozymes of invertase (Inv 1~5) in P. americana, and molecular weight of Inv 1 was 74 Kd. While in B. germanica, there were two isozymes (inv 1, 2) at all developmental stages. We observed that Inv 1, 2 were present in whole body and midgut, but only one isozyme, Inv 1 in fat body and malpighian tubule, and Inv 2 in haemolymph. Inv 1 and Inv 2 of P. americana appeared immunologically homozygous, but heterozygous with invertase from B. germanica.om B. germanica.
