건강의 유형별 연관성 평가: 네트워크 분석을 중심으로

Purpose This study aims to categorize the types of health, analyze the effects among health types based on network analysis find the most important type of health, and explain whether the results between health types vary depending on demographic characteristics. Design/methodology/approach This study investigated individual physical, clinical, mental, and social health(social capital and social support) levels through a survey of 100 people. Network analysis was applied to the survey data to confirm the degree centrality of nodes. Furthemore, we investigated the differences in core nodes according to gender and age groups. Findings According to the analysis result, social support was the most important health type in the entire group. Furthermore, the importance of health type was different depending on the characteristics of the groups. In the case of men, clinical health was the most important health type, and social support was analyzed to be the most important for women. In the case of young people, clinical health was the most important health type, and mental health was the most important health type in the middle-aged.

이동통신 네트워크 기술의 진화와 발전

본 논문에서는 이동통신기술의 세대간 특징을 간략히 정리함으로써 이동통신을 위한‘네트워크 모델’과‘프로토콜’의 발전사를 다룬다. 이를 위해 1970년대부터 시작된 이동통신 1세대부터 최근 한국에서 서비스되기 시작한 LTE-A에 이르기까지각 세대별 기술의 특징들을 살펴본다. 먼저 각 세대별 네트워크 구조의 핵심이 되는 GERAN, UTRAN, eUTRAN 및EPS/SAE에 대해 정리한다. 또한 IPv4, IPv6, MIPv6, PMIPv6 및 FHMIPv6와 같은 핵심 네트워크 프로토콜에 대한 정리를 바탕으로 Mobility Management 기술 발전에 대한 이해를 돕고자 한다. 마지막으로 최근 대두되고 있는 새로운 네트워크 기술인 SDN에 대해서 알아본다.

인터넷 상호접속제도 개선을 위한 대안 탐색 연구: 2016년 1월 개정안을 중심으로

This study explores reasonable alternatives to internet interconnection policy. Due to the development of information and communication technology, patterns of the Internet usage are changing rapidly, including increase of video streaming services. For this reason, there is a lively discussion of the Internet interconnection policy, which integrates various Internet service operators into one ecosystem. We conducted an Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) analysis with 16 experts in government/public, and academic sectors, and alternative selection criteria and their corresponding alternatives and detailed tasks were evaluated. According to the results, the most important alternative selection criteria was a "fair charge against foreign service operators", and the most desirable alternative was "partial revise". Moreover, the experts responded that "reassessment of the principle of the charge" is the most urgent task to improve the Internet interconnection policy. 과학기술정보통신부는 2016년 1월부터 전기통신설비의 상호접속 기준에 대한 고시개정을 통해 인터넷망의 상호접속료 정산방식을 기존의 용량 기준 정액제에서 사용 트래픽량 기준의 종량제로 변경하고 접속요금의 상한제를 도입하는 등의 새로운 방식을 도입해 운영해 오고 있다. 본 연구는 인터넷 상호접속 제도의 개선안에 대한 대안을 탐색한다. 이를 위해, 관련 신문 기사를 대상으로토픽모델링을 통해 주요 쟁점을 탐색하고 이에 대해 AHP 방법론을 적용, 인터넷 상호접속 제도 개선을 위해 고려되어야 할 기준에대한 상대적 중요도 및 대안의 우선순위를 도출하였다. 인터넷 상호접속제도와 관련된 핵심 전문가들은 가장 중요한 대안 선택 기준은 ‘해외 사업자에 대한 공정한 과금’으로, 가장 바람직한 대안은 ‘제도의 일부 개정’으로 평가하였다. 인터넷 상호접속제도 개선을위한 세부 과제로는 ‘접속료 산정원칙에 대한 재검토’가 가장 우선되어야 한다고 응답하였다.

코로나19 팬데믹 상황에서 살펴본 민간 주도 정보제공의 역할 분석

코로나19에 대한 전세계적 팬데믹이 진행되고 있는 상황에서 잘못된 정보가 대중에게 노출되었을 경우 발생할 수 있는 잠재적인 문제에 대한 우려와 함께 현재 주요 앱 마켓에서 민간 애플리케이션에 대한 차단 조치도 단행되고 있다. 그러나 감염병 상황에서 중앙집중식의 일방적인 정보 전달보다 대중이 스스로 정보를 공유하는 것이 효과적인 측면도 동시에 존재한다. 본 연구는 텍스트마이닝을 이용해 감염병 상황에서 민간 주도의 정보제공에 대한 이용자 반응을 분석한다. 이를 위해 정부와 민간이 현재 한국의 구글 플레이스토어에서 제공하고 있는 모든 코로나19 애플리케이션에 대한 이용자들의 반응에 대한 토픽 모델링과 감성분석을 실시한다. 분석 결과, 이용자들은 정보의 신뢰성, 위험회피, 실시간성, 유용성, 안정성 등 모든 차원에서 정부 대비 민간 애플리케이션에 대해 더 긍정적인 반응을 보이는 것으로 분석되었다. 분석 결과를 바탕으로 민간 애플리케이션에 대한 일방적인 차단이 아닌, 사후적인 모니터링 시스템을 도입하는 방안 등을 제안한다. With the global pandemic of COVID-19, it is pointed out that exposure to false information to the public could cause serious problems. However, in pandemic situations, there is also an positive effect for the public to share private-led information rather than centralized unilateral delivery of information. This study analyzes the role of private-led information provision in infectious disease situations. To this end, topic modeling and sentiment analysis is carried out on online reviews of all COVID-19-related applications in Google Playstore provided by the Korean government and the private. The results showed that the users evaluation of private apps, which were used from the early stage of COVID-19, was much higher than the apps provided by the government. In particular, users responded more positively to private apps than government apps in all aspects such as reliability of information, risk avoidance, timeliness, usefulness, and stability. Based on these results, a post-monitoring system is recommended rather than a pre-block of all private apps.

사업자의 네트워크 중심성이 이용자 만족도에 미치는 영향 연구: 지능정보서비스를 중심으로

지능정보서비스는 다양한 기술 및 생산 요소가 결합되어 제공되기 때문에 기업의 네트워크 내에서의 위치 및 역할이 해당 기업의 경쟁력으로 연결되기 쉽다. 본 연구는 지능정보서비스를 제공하는 사업자들의 협력 네트워크를 분석하여, 네트워크 내에서의 중심성이 그들이 제공하는 관련 제품의 이용자 만족도에 어떤 영향을 주는지를 분석한다. 이를 위해, 본 논문은 최근 2년(2017.11~2019.10)간의 뉴스 자료를 활용하여 지능정보 사업자 간 협력 네트워크와 사업자들의 네트워크 중심성을 분석한다. 또한, 지능정보서비스 사용자들이 작성한 총 41,135건의 리뷰에 대한 감성 분석을 통해 지능정보서비스 사업자들의 서비스에 대한 이용자 만족도를 도출한다. 다중선형회귀분석 결과, 기업의 네트워크 내 연결중심성은 해당 기업이 제공하는 서비스에 대한 사용자의 만족도에 유의한 수준의 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 이용자 리뷰 분석 결과, 이용자들은 국내 사업자 보다 해외 사업자들에 대한 평가가 좋았다. 본 연구는 지능정보산업의 경쟁 양상을 이해하고 비즈니스 전략을 도출하는데 함의를 제공한다.

중소기업 인력지원사업 매트릭스 분석과 정책적 시사점

Despite the high employment contribution rate, small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) are having difficulties due to the problems such as labor shortage, productivity gap, and high turnover rate. Moreover, SMEs are struggling with rapid change of job environment, demand for professional workers including R&D personnel, and cost reduction in human resource development. Accordingly, needs for a comprehensive analysis of human resource policies and a measure to improve efficiency are being raised. Thus, a matrix analysis was performed in this study by classifying support projects into support stage, support purpose, policy target, and professional personnel. In addition, to complement the methodology, a survey was conducted on current status, supply and demand plan of employees and policy demands. The result showed that some departments were mixed on the same classification of projects, and some classifications had no support projects despite the demand for policies according to the survey. Based on the results, policy implications are proposed. 우리나라 중소기업은 높은 고용기여율에도 불구하고 구인난과 생산성 격차, 높은 이직률 등으로 인해 어려움을 겪고 있다. 특히 급변하는 일자리 생태계에서 R&D 인력을 포함한 전문인력에 대한 수요, 인적자원개발 투자의 어려움 등으로 인해 많은 중소기업들이 어려움을 호소하고 있다. 따라서 현재 정부에서 각 부처별로 추진하고 있는 중소기업 인력지원사업에 대한 종합적인 분석과 효율성 제고 방안을 모색할 필요가 있다. 이러한 필요에 따라 본 연구에서는 인력지원사업을 지원단계⋅지원목적⋅정책대상⋅전문인력 대상사업으로 구분하여 매트릭스 분석을 수행하였다. 그리고 매트릭스 분석의 한계를 보완하기 위해서 정책대상인 중소기업을 대상으로 인력현황 및 인력수급 전망과 정책수요에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 매트릭스 분석결과 동일한 분류의 사업에 대해 담당부처가 혼재해 있는 경우가 존재하였으며, 설문조사 결과 정책수요는 있으나 해당 분류의 지원사업이 존재하지 않는 경우가 존재하였다. 매트릭스 분석과 설문조사 결과를 바탕으로 중소기업 전문인력 대상 고용보조금 지원사업의 통합 운영, 현장연계형 R&D인력양성사업의 통합 운영, 병역대체복무제도의 항구화, R&D인력의 근로환경 개선을 위한 신규 사업 도입 추진, 외국인 전문인력 도입 지원사업의 재도입, 중소기업 인식개선 사업 활성화 등의 중소기업 인력지원사업 개편방안을 정책적 시사점으로 제시하였다.
