        만성 전립선염 환자에 대한 임상적 고찰

        Objectives : In order to study the effect of oriental medical therapy on chronic prostatitis patient, the change of WBC counts on expressed prostatic secretion(EPS) was investigated. Methods : Chronic prostatitis patient who had been diagnosed by EPS test was re-tested as same way after improvement of symptom And then we investigated the change of WBC counts on EPS according to therapeutic period, age, usual habit, herb medicine and symptom of each patient, and his and his sexual partner's past history of STD or UTI. Results : According to the change of WBC counts on EPS, improvement rate was 83.3%, cure rate was 46.7%. The youth who didn't have the usual habit of enduring ejaculation during sexual intercourse, enduring urination and sitting long time a day was improved well. Conclusions : According to the above results, it is suggested that oriental medical therapy is effective to the change of WBC counts on EPS.

      • 慢性前立腺炎患者 40例에 對한 臨床的 考察

        A clinical study was done 40 patients of chronic prostatitis who was treated in Dept. of Internal Medicine, Oriental Medicine Hospital, Taejon University, from 1 Mar. 1999 to 31 Oct. 1999. The results were as follows. 1. In distribution of age, 30's and 40's were 57.5% the most, 20's and 60's were 35.0%, 50's was 7.5%. 2. In distribution of past history, the urethritis(45.0%) was the most. 3. In distribution of ocupation, a white-collar worker was 35.0%, a business man was 22.5%, a public servant was 12.5%, etc. 4. Sitting the mean time of day were distributed 5-7 hours, above 7 hours, 3-5 hours, under 3 hours, etc. 5. The resting interval of a long distance drive were distributed 2 hours(35.0%), 3 hours(32.5%), etc. 6. The habit of enduring ejaculation during sexual intercourse was showed 45.0%. 7. The habit: of enduring urination was showed 20.0%. 8. Influency of mental stress was showed 90.0%. 9. Ten cases(25.0%) were showed riding horse or riding bicycle. 10. Four cases(10.0%) were showed wearing tight trousers. 11. The habit of put a wallet his hip pocket was showed 57.5%. 12. The most common symptom was distributed the others symp- tom(66.8%) and the voiding symptorn(63.3%) more than pain-neuro- logical symptom(37.5%) and symptom related with sexual function (26.6%). 13. In distribution of palpation, lower abdominal pain, lumbar pain, perineal or parascrotal pain were mostly showed right side. Moreover diagnosis of pulsation was weakly showed chi pulse of right. 14. Duration of disease were distributed above I year(82.5%), under 1 year(17.5%). Degree of prostatitis was severe showed adove 1 year. 15. The distribution of WBC count of the prostatic secretion, com- paring with before therapy and after therapy, were showed from 5 cases to 0 case in very many/HPF, from 23 cases to 13 cases in many/HPF, from 12 cases to 13 cases in 10∼30/HPF, from 0 case to 13 cases in under 10/HPF. 16. Therapeutic improvement of symptom were distributed pain- neurological symptom(94.8%), the others symptom(90.8%), the void- ing symptom(89.6%) and symptom related with sexual function (67.5%). 17. Differentiation of symptoms and signs were distributed dificiency of spleen-lung vital energy, wetness-heat of lower warmer, dificiency of spleen-kidney yang, dificiency of kidney yin, wetness-phlegm, dificiency of vital energy and blood. The prescriptions were Bojungikgitang(44.6%), Yukmijihwangtang(20.7%), Palmijihwangtang(12.0%), etc.

      • 융폐의 治法 治方 및 外治法에 對한 文獻的 考察

        In the literatual study on the treatment, prescription and external treatment of the Dysuria, the following results were obtained. 1. The method of treating upper warmer put first treating heart and lung, the others were clearing away lung-heat and lowering the adverse rising energy, contraindicated relaxing the bowels and promoting diuresis, etc. The method of treating midddle warmer put first treating spleen and stomach, the others were invigorating the spleen and eliminating wetness-evil, etc. The method of treating lower warmer put first treating liver and kidney, the others were warming kidney and circulating vital energy, warning yang and expelling cold, etc. 2. The prescriptions classfied that accumulating heat of bladder was Paljeongsan (八正散), Tonggwangumaektang(通關瞿麥湯), lung-heat was Cheongpyeeum (淸肺飮), the stagnation of phlegm was Yijintang(二陳湯), the stagnation of blood was Dogijeiotang(導氣除燥湯), deficiency of yang was Geumgwedanggwihwan(金??當歸丸), Palmihwan(八味丸), deficiency of vital energy was Bojungikgitang(補中益氣湯), deficiency of blood was Samultang (四物湯), deficiency of yin was Yukmijiihwanghwan(六味地黃丸). 3. The method of sticking package is herb-medicine on a lower abdomerL the scrotum, the nasal, etc. The most using herb-medicine is Talc(滑石), Salt (鹽), Cepajasmin(梔子), Welsh-onion stalk(蕙白), Musk(麝香), etc. 4. The method of streaming and lotion is fumigating and washing on patient's lower abdomen, scrotum, etc, by means of boiling that Chinese-honeylocust (臺角刺), Seed of cowherb(王不留行), etc. 5. The hot application method is that excretion urine heating patient's lower abdoben by means of booting that Salt(鹽), Welsh-onion stalk(慈白), etc. 6. The induce vomiting artificially method is excrete urine that increasing pressure of abdomen muscle by means of vomiting that Samultang(四物湯), Gunggwitang(芎歸湯), etc. 7. The moxibustion method is most use of salt-partition moxibustion.

        비탈면의 높이가 쏘일네일 위상최적화에 미치는 영향

        In this paper, we introduced phase optimization techniques in the Soil-Nail design to optimize the reinforcement required for each grade level. The optimal design results at the maximum slope height were further amplified to allow for phase optimization of the horizontal spacing of the Nail in accordance with the change in the height of the slope. The limit equilibrium analysis was performed by step-by-step sloping height, and the safety factor exceeded when the horizontal spacing of four days was fixed. The process of optimization was effectively carried out by densifying the required reinforcement depending on the slope elevation. Also limited to reflect the axial force of the nail into the reinforcement details.Using the method, the members' strength was reflected. When phase optimization technique is applied for each slope height by calculating the stiffening precision, it is judged that it will be more economical to optimize horizontal intervals by effectively reducing the repeated reinterpretation process that satisfies the reference safety ratio for each slope height. 본 논문에서는 쏘일네일 설계에 위상최적화 기법을 도입하여 비탈면 높이별로 필요로 하는 보강력을 최적화하였다. 최대 비탈면 높이에서의 최적설계 결과를 보강형상밀도화하여 비탈면의 높이 변화에 따라 적용 시 쏘일네일의 수평간격의 위상최적화가 가능하였다. 단계별로 비탈면 높이를 달리하여 한계평형해석을 수행하고 쏘일네일의 수평간격이 고정값일 때 초과되는 안전율을 확인하였다. 비탈면 높이에 따른 필요 보강력을 밀도화 함으로써 최적화의 과정을 효율적으로 수행할 수 있었다. 또한 쏘일네일의 축력을 보강형상밀도에 반영하기 위하여 유한요소법을 이용하여 부재력을 반영하였다. 보강형상밀도를 산정하여 비탈면 높이별로 위상최적기법을 적용 시 비탈면 높이마다 기준안전율을 만족하는 반복적인 재해석과정을 효과적으로 감소시킬 수 있어 수평간격을 위상 최적화하는 방법이 경제적인 설계에 활용도가 높을 것으로 판단된다.

        목면화가 Monosodium Urate로 유발된 백서의 통풍에 미치는 영향

        Objective: The aim was to identify the inhibitory effects of Flos Bombacis Malabarici(FBM) on Monosodium Urate (MSU)-induced gout in rats. Materials and Methods: After pretreatment of FBM I (50mg/kg), FBM II (125mg/kg) for seven days followed by injection of MSU solution, the various indicators related to gout were measured, such as hematological and serum levels and including joint inflammation. Also, it was investigated whether FBM directly inhibits the activity of xanthine oxidase in vitro. Results: As a result of this study, FBM didn't show the cytotoxicity in Jurkat cells, but it showed significant inhibition of activity of xanthine oxidase in vitro. FBM slightly inhibited joint inflammation induced by MSU though not with statistical significance. FBM partially decreased MSU-induced AST, ALT, BUN, creatinine, WBC, ESR elevation and significantly decreased MSU-induced uric acid in serum. Conclusion: These results suggest that FBM has therapeutic effects that are applicable to prevention and treatment of gout. and should be further investigated.

        보강 형상밀도를 이용한 네일 배치의 위상최적화 연구

        국내 비탈면 설계 기준은 국토교통부가 제정한 건설공사 비탈면 설계기준을 따르고 있다. 사면안정성 확보 대책으로서의 네일 설계의 경우가 있다. 네일 배치는 지반의 전체적인 안정성을 확보하도록 동일한 간격으로 배치하거나 또는 파괴토체의 활동 양상에 따라 배치를 달리할 수 있다. 대책 공법의 최적 설계는 치수와 형상의 최적화를 통해 사면의 안정성을 확보함으로써 결정된다. 그러나 사면 중 높이가 낮은 곳에 일률적인 네일 배치 시 기준 안전율을 초과하여 경제적인 설계를 저해하는 경우가 있다. 네일의 보강은 전체 사면에 걸쳐 배치하는 것이 바람직하다. 네일의 수평 간격이 비탈면 높이에 따라 위상 최적화 된 경우, 기준 안전율을 만족시키면서 보강재의 양을 최소화 할 수 있었다. 비탈면의 높이가 낮아지는 구간에서는 활동 하중이 감소하므로 보강 후의 안전율이 과도하게 증가 할 수 있다. 따라서 보강 형상 밀도를 이용한 경제적인 최적 설계 방법으로 위상 최적화 기법을 제안하였다. 또한 비탈면 높이별로 수평 간격을 최적 설계할 수 있는 관계식을 정립하였다. Korea follows the slope design criteria during construction. It was enacted by the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs. There are cases where the Soil-nail is designed as a measure to secure slope stability. The arrangement of the soil-nail may be arranged at equal intervals or may be arranged differently depending on the soil failure model. The optimum design of the countermeasure method is determined by securing stability of the slope through optimization of dimensions and shape. However, when uniform nails are placed at low elevations in slopes, the standard safety factor is exceeded, which may hinder economic design. It is preferable to arrange the reinforcement of the nails over the entire slope. When the horizontal spacing of the nails was topology optimized according to the slope height, it was possible to minimize the amount of reinforcement while satisfying the standard safety factor. Since the active load is reduced in the section where the slope height is lowered, the safety factor after reinforcement may be excessively increased. Therefore, the phase optimization method is proposed as an economical optimal design method using the reinforcing shape density. In addition, a relational expression was designed to optimize the horizontal spacing by slope height.
