Profile Index에 따른 Panelipse Ⅱ 방사선 상층의 변화

This research was made to investigate the change of the image layer and of the vertical and horizontal magnification on the Panelipse radiographic image by the control of profile index. Using the Panelipse, a series of 60 exposures were taken with the steel balls placed in the holes of the plastic model plate, and then evaluated by 4 observers. Two points were assigned for a reading of sharp, one for middling sharp, and zero for unsharp. Each ball image then could be given a total reader score of 0 to 8. The author analyzed the image layer as defined by a sharpness score of 6 or more. The results obtained were as follows: As the profile index was increased, the shape of the image layer was not changed, and the width of the image layer was increased, and the position of the layer shifted away from the rotation center. As the profile index was increased, the ranges of vertical and horizontal magnification was increased, especially the ranges of horizontal magnification was greater than that of vertical magnification. 저자는 Panelipse Ⅱ의 상층 및 상의 확대변화를 관찰하기 위하여 모형판에 금속구를 위치시켜 3가지 Profile Index에서 각기 20장씩 방사선사진을 촬영하여 관찰한 결과를 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있었다. Profile Index의 증가에 따른 Panelipse Ⅱ 방사선상의 상층에 있어 모양의 변화는 없었고, 폭은 더 넓어졌으며, 회전축중심에서 외측으로 상층은 이동하였다. 방사선상에서 수평 수직확대는 공히 Profile Index가 증가함에 따라 그 범위가 커졌으며 이는 수평확대에 있어 수직확대보다 현저하였다.

마우스 섬유아세포(3T3 fibroblast cells)에서 Insulin-like Growth Factor-I(IGF-I) 및 IGF Binding Protein-3 (IGFBP-3)이 세포증식에 미치는 영향

연구배경: 세포성장은 세포증식과 세포죽음의 균형에 의해 이루어 진다. 세포성장에 관여하는 여러 growth factor증 IGF-I은 IGF-IR와 결합하여 세포증식을 유발하는 mitogen으로 알려져 있다. 또한 IGF-I에 결합하는 IGFBPs중에 IGFBP-3는 혈액내에 가장 많은 carrier protein으로, IGF-I과 결합하여 IGF-I의 세포증식 효과를 증가 혹은 억제시킨다. 방 법: 3T3 fibroblast 세포를 이용하여 IGF-I과 IGF-IR transcripts를 northern blot으로 확인하고, IGF-I에 의한 mitogenic effect를 MTT assay 및 $^3H$-thymidine incorporation test로 관찰하고, IGF-I의 receptor인 IGF-IR의 활성화를 보기 위해 intracellular $\beta$-subunit의 tyrosine kinase domain의 phosphorylation을 western blot으로 관찰하였다. 또한 IGFBP-3가 3T3 세포에서 mitogenic effect에 미치는 영향을 보기 위해 anti-IGFBP-3와 ${\alpha}IR_3$을 단독 및 병용투여하여 관찰하였다. 결 과: 3T3 세포는 IGF-I와 IGF-IR의 mRNA expression을 보였으며, IGF-I을 투여시 IGF-IR의 intracelluar cytoplasmic protein인 $\beta$-subunit의 tyrosine kinase domain을 phosphorylation시켜 활성화시키며, 5%, 1% serum-containing media에서 세포증식을 보였으나, serum-free media에서는 세포증식을 보이지 않았다. 또한 anti-IGFBP-3 투여와 ${\alpha}IR_3$과 anti-IGFBP-3를 병용투여시는 세포종식이 각각 2배이상 증가하였으나, ${\alpha}IR_3$을 4시간 전처치후 ${\alpha}IR_3$과 anti-IGFBP-3를 병용투여시는 anti-IGFBP-3에 의한 세포종식이 보이지 않은 것으로 보아 IGF -I/IGFBP-3 결합에서 분리되는 free IGF-I어l 의해 세포증식이 유도된 것으로 생각된다. 결 론: IGF-I은 IGF-IR를 phosphorylation시켜 mitogenic effect를 보이며, IGFBP-3는 IGF-I의 mitogenic effect를 억제하는 것으로 생각된다. Background: Cell growth is a balance between cell proliferation and cell death. Insulin-like growth factor-I(IGF-I), which binds IGF-I receptor(IGF-IR), mediates cellular proliferation as a potent mitogen. IGF binding protein-3(IGFBP-3) as a circulating major IGFBP can inhibit or enhance the effects of IGF-I on cellular growth by binding IGFs. Methods: We investigated the expressions of mRNA of IGF-I and IGF-IR by northern blot and phosphorylation of IGF-IR with the treatment of IGF-I by western blot in 3T3 fibroblast cells. The cellular proliferations of 3T3 cells with the treatments of IGF-I were evaluated using $^3H$-thymidine incorporation and MTT assay. Also to observe the effect of IGFBP-3 on cellular proliferation, 3T3 cells were treated with anti-IGFBP-3 and ${\alpha}IR_3$(monoclonal antibody to IGF-IR) alone or in combination. Results: Our results demonstrated that 3T3 cells showed mRNA expressions of IGF-I and IGF-IR and the IGF-I increased phosphorylation of IGF-IR. The treatments of 3T3 cells with IGF-I increased cellular proliferation in 5 % and 1 % seruma-containing media, not in serum-free media. The addition of anti-IGFBP-3 to neutralize IGFBP-3 showed 2-fold increase of cellular proliferation, and also co-incubation of anti-IGFBP-3 and ${\alpha}IR_3$ together showed similar increase of cellular proliferation in 3T3 cells. Interestingly, when the cells were pretreated with ${\alpha}IR_3$ for 4 hr, prior to the simultaneous addition of ${\alpha}IR_3$ and anti-IGFBP-3, anti-IGFBP-3-mediated cellular proliferation was decreased to control level. All of these results suggest that free IGF-I released from IGF-I/IGFBP-3 complex would be involved in the cellular proliferation. Conclusion: IGF-I is a mitogen through the activation of IGF-IR in 3T3 cells, and IGFBP-3 could be a potent inhibitor for IGF-I action by binding IGF-I.

환자관점에 따른 대형병원의 응급의료서비스 개선연구

Purpose: This study intends to offer strategic implications that can be used in emergency medical service of large-size hospital through analysis of causal relationship among factors such as emergency medical service,patient value, patient satisfaction and reuse intention. Methods: Di fferential model was introduced to test causal relationship. Questionnai re was developed, and data was collected and analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling. Results: As a result of empirical analysis, we found that emergency medical service qualities of general hospital could be six components. Image of hospital, medical facilities, and attitude of medical staff are positively related to patient satisfaction and reuse intention. Conclusion: This study offers practical implications to relevant managers, at the same time it has limitations to be solved through additional study in future.

From this study, we intended to examined the causal relationship among psychological empowerment, customer orientation, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior in nurse organization of silver hospital. Practical implications according to result of this study are as follows. Firstly, empowerment by higher officer raised up job satisfaction, simultaneously and directly or indirectly had effects on customer orientation and organizational citizen behavior in silver hospital. Therefore, it is important that hospital manager should exert for nurse to have service attitude to voluntarily fulfil job including side work as well as job satisfaction by using of empowerment. Secondly, research result indicated that causal relationship of research model could be different according to organizational assistance recognition that nurse was feeling. Therefore, hospital and higher officer should heartily and materially assist them, and it is important for them to be known the assistance feeling from hospital and higher officer though divers communication channel. This research has some limitations such as regional rage, specific time point, and specific sample etc. to be studied in future.

외집단에서의 LMX와 임파워먼트가 조직효과성에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 조직 내에서 상대적으로 준거적 동류의식을 갖지 못하는 외집단의 LMX, 임파워먼트, 조직유효성을 노인요양병원에 적용한 초기연구로서 외집단 종사자의 LMX, 임파워먼트, 직무만족, 조직몰입의 인과관계를 고찰하였다. 이를 통하여 노인요양병원의 인사담당자에게 인적자원을 효과적 관리할 수 있는 시사점을 제공하여 보다 나은 서비스가 제공될 수 있도록 조직의 유효성을 확보하는데 있다. 본 논문의 연구결과를 통한 이론적 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, LMX의 질과 임파워먼트의 수준은 예외 없이 같이 움직이고 있음을 보여주고 있다. 둘째, 임파워먼트의 구성차원은 노인요양병원의 의미성, 권한능력, 유능함의 3개 차원으로 구성될 수 있음을 확인하였다. 셋째, 임파워먼트의 구성차원은 직간접적으로 직무만족과 직무몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있음을 보여주고 있으나, 다만 권한능력은 부(-)의 방향으로 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 이는 기존연구의 결과와 상반되는 결과로 외집단의 행동특성을 보여주고 있는 중요한 발견이며 외집단의 인적관리를 위한 중요 시사점을 보여준다. 본 연구는 지역적 한계를 가지며 직무별 인과관계의 차이점을 파악하지 못한 한계점을 갖는다. This study is designed to explore relationship among LMX, empowerment, organizational effectiveness of out-group employees working at geriatrics nursing hospital, and it has a signification as an initial study of relative fields. The main purpose of this study is to obtain an organizational effectiveness in order to offer better nursing service through reasonable human resource management. This study has some important implications and they are as follows. Firstly, LMX and empowerment has a positive relationship each other. Secondly, construct of empowerment can be composed of three factors such as meaning, impact, and competence. Thirdly, construct of empowerment have a significant influence on job satisfaction and job commitment, and unexpectedly, impact has a negative influence on them. This empirical fact differs from result of previous studies, and it is also one of the important finding of this study. This study has some limitation in relative to specific survey region and classification according to job diversity.

남북철도 연결에 대한 한국의 인식과 한계

이 연구는 “왜 남북철도가 연결되지 못하였는가”를 탈냉전기가 시작되는 김대중·노무현 정부 시기 동안 남북철도연결로 인한 경제적 기대와 군사적 우려와 관련한 한국의 인식을 중심으로 분석하고자 한다. 김대중·노무현 정부 시기에서 남북철도 연결에 대한 한국의 인식 연구는 탈냉전기 철도에 관한 인식 연구로 냉전기와 탈냉전기와 비교하여 철도 인식의 연결성과 단절성을 파악하고자 한다. 이를 통하여 미래 남북철도의 연결을 통한 한반도철도공동체 더 나아가 동북아철도공동체를 위한 단초를 규명하려는 연구의의를 가지고 있다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 하여 볼 때, 남북철도 연결시도의 실패에 대하여 남북철도의 연결에 대한 한국 인식의 한계가 일정 부분 작동하였다고 평가된다. 이를 토대로 남북철도 연결에 대한 인식의 한계를 규명하고 이에 대한 대안을 제시하였다. 첫째, 남북철도의 연결에 의한 군사적 우려에 대한 상이한 인식으로 인한 남남갈등을 해소하기 위해서는 대북정책의 투명성을 통하여 국민 공감대를 형성할 수 있는 소통의 제도적 장치가 필요하다. 둘째, 남북관계의 부침 속에서도 남북철도 연결사업의 지속성을 확보하기 위해서는 남북관계 개선의 제도적 장치가 필요하다. 셋째, 한반도 철도공동체를 넘어 동북아 철도공동체까지 확장시킬 수 있는 남북철도 연결사업의 국제화 작업이 필요하다. This study intends to analyze “why the inter-Korean railroads were not connected” by focusing on South Korea’s perceptions regarding economic expectations and military concerns from the connection of inter-Korean railroads during the Kim Dae-jung and Roh Moo-hyun governments, the beginning of the post-Cold War era. A study on the perception of railroads between North and South Korea during the Kim Dae-jung and Roh Moo-hyun administrations is a study on the perception of railroads in the post-Cold War era. Through this, it has the significance of research to identify the foundation for the future railroad community on the Korean Peninsula and the Northeast Asian railroad community through the connection of the future inter-Korean railroads. Based on the results of this study, it is evaluated that the limits of Korean perception about the connection of the North-South railways have worked to some extent regarding the failure of the attempt to connect the North-South railways. Based on this, the limitations of the perception of the North-South railway connection were identified and alternatives were suggested. First, in order to resolve inter-Korean conflicts caused by different perceptions of military concerns due to the connection of inter-Korean railroads, an institutional device for communication that can form a consensus through transparency in North Korea policy is needed. Second, in order to secure the continuity of the inter-Korean railway connection project despite the ups and downs of inter-Korean relations, an institutional mechanism for improving inter-Korean relations is needed. Third, it is necessary to internationalize the North-South railway connection project that can extend beyond the Korean Peninsula railway community to the Northeast Asian railway community.
