Profile Index에 따른 Panelipse Ⅱ 방사선 상층의 변화

This research was made to investigate the change of the image layer and of the vertical and horizontal magnification on the Panelipse radiographic image by the control of profile index. Using the Panelipse, a series of 60 exposures were taken with the steel balls placed in the holes of the plastic model plate, and then evaluated by 4 observers. Two points were assigned for a reading of sharp, one for middling sharp, and zero for unsharp. Each ball image then could be given a total reader score of 0 to 8. The author analyzed the image layer as defined by a sharpness score of 6 or more. The results obtained were as follows: As the profile index was increased, the shape of the image layer was not changed, and the width of the image layer was increased, and the position of the layer shifted away from the rotation center. As the profile index was increased, the ranges of vertical and horizontal magnification was increased, especially the ranges of horizontal magnification was greater than that of vertical magnification. 저자는 Panelipse Ⅱ의 상층 및 상의 확대변화를 관찰하기 위하여 모형판에 금속구를 위치시켜 3가지 Profile Index에서 각기 20장씩 방사선사진을 촬영하여 관찰한 결과를 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있었다. Profile Index의 증가에 따른 Panelipse Ⅱ 방사선상의 상층에 있어 모양의 변화는 없었고, 폭은 더 넓어졌으며, 회전축중심에서 외측으로 상층은 이동하였다. 방사선상에서 수평 수직확대는 공히 Profile Index가 증가함에 따라 그 범위가 커졌으며 이는 수평확대에 있어 수직확대보다 현저하였다.

Background: Cell growth is a balance between cell proliferation and cell death. Insulin-like growth factor-I(IGF-I), which binds IGF-I receptor(IGF-IR), mediates cellular proliferation as a potent mitogen. IGF binding protein-3(IGFBP-3) as a circulating major IGFBP can inhibit or enhance the effects of IGF-I on cellular growth by binding IGFs. Methods: We investigated the expressions of mRNA of IGF-I and IGF-IR by northern blot and phosphorylation of IGF-IR with the treatment of IGF-I by western blot in 3T3 fibroblast cells. The cellular proliferations of 3T3 cells with the treatments of IGF-I were evaluated using $^3H$-thymidine incorporation and MTT assay. Also to observe the effect of IGFBP-3 on cellular proliferation, 3T3 cells were treated with anti-IGFBP-3 and ${\alpha}IR_3$(monoclonal antibody to IGF-IR) alone or in combination. Results: Our results demonstrated that 3T3 cells showed mRNA expressions of IGF-I and IGF-IR and the IGF-I increased phosphorylation of IGF-IR. The treatments of 3T3 cells with IGF-I increased cellular proliferation in 5 % and 1 % seruma-containing media, not in serum-free media. The addition of anti-IGFBP-3 to neutralize IGFBP-3 showed 2-fold increase of cellular proliferation, and also co-incubation of anti-IGFBP-3 and ${\alpha}IR_3$ together showed similar increase of cellular proliferation in 3T3 cells. Interestingly, when the cells were pretreated with ${\alpha}IR_3$ for 4 hr, prior to the simultaneous addition of ${\alpha}IR_3$ and anti-IGFBP-3, anti-IGFBP-3-mediated cellular proliferation was decreased to control level. All of these results suggest that free IGF-I released from IGF-I/IGFBP-3 complex would be involved in the cellular proliferation. Conclusion: IGF-I is a mitogen through the activation of IGF-IR in 3T3 cells, and IGFBP-3 could be a potent inhibitor for IGF-I action by binding IGF-I.

These days, getting a job is emerging as a hot social issue, and specialized sites offering job information are rapidly increasing. On the contrary of quantitative increase, Majority of job information sites have not characteristic service strategies for segmented customers. The purposes of this research are as follows. Firstly, we intended to explore characteristic website service qualities from empirical research and previous studies. Secondly, we intended to testify the causal relationships among website service quality, value, customer satisfaction and revisit intention between formal job group and part time job group. Lastly, on the basis of present result, we intended to offer useful operational implications and tips to company managers. From the result of research, three factors such as interaction, context, and information trust were turned out to be important items to raise performance. Also it shows that causal relationship influence between formal job group and part time job group is different. Therefore web service quality strategy between them should be separately practiced.

이 연구는 광복 70년과 분단 70년이 되었음에도 불구하고, 왜 남북한이 통일을 달성하지 못하고 있는가를 7·4 남북공동성명에서 제시된 통일원칙의 적합성과 가능성을 중심으로 분석하고 있다. 이와 관련하여 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하고 있다. 첫째, 7·4공동성명의 통일원칙인 자주, 평화, 민족적 대단결은 한민족공동체 역사의 특징인 자주성, 통합성과 일치되는 최대 범주의 이상으로서 통일원칙이다. 둘째, 7·4공동성명의 통일원칙인 자주, 평화, 민족적 대단결은 남북관계와 한반도 상황과 관련하여 실현 가능성이 제한되는 현실로서의 통일원칙이다. 셋쩨, 비정상적 북한체제 상황 속에서는 북한의 변화와 통일의지의 강화를 가져올 수 있는 우리 주도의 능동적인 통일원칙의 모색을 필요로 하고 있다. 대체적으로 한반도 통일에 대한 인식과 전략에 있어서 이상적으로 적합한가에 치중하고 현실적으로 가능한가에 소홀하고 있는 정향을 갖고 있다. 이러한 점에서 감안할 때 외세의존 배제, 무력사용 배제, 민족적 분열 배제를 최소 범주의 통일원칙을 대안적 통일원칙으로 설정하는 전략적 선택을 검토할 필요가 있다. This paper tried to analyze whether those unification principles that were declared in the 4th of July joint statement can bring unification and liberal democracy on the Korean peninsula. It has a academy curiosity that why we could not attain Korean unification, even though 70 years have passed since the Korean division. So it could find out some conclusions as follows. First, ‘Independence, Peace, Unity’, the unification principles in the 4th of July joint statement is the ideal unification principles which is consistent with main characters of the history in a Korean national community. Second, ‘Independence, Peace, Unity’, the unification principles in the 4th of July joint statement is not the realistic unification principles which can bring the unification on the Korean peninsula. Third, We need to search the more active unification principles which can bring changes of North Korea and increase the willingness for Korean Unification voluntarily. Lastly, this paper concluded that as a strategic choice, we have to find out alternative unification principles which can avoid the worst Korean unification.

In terms of company managment for market segmentation and creating new market opportunity, Blog service has much important meanings. This study was designed to investigate the casual relationship among service quality, service value, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty in the given blog service site Cyworld. Through the empirical results, specific factors of blog service quality were discovered to be amusement, interaction, customization, reliability and convenience. Also we confirmed that service value intervening between blog service quality and customer satisfaction plays an important role. This paper presents much implications both theoretical and practical side.

베트남 전쟁(1960~1975)은 남베트남과 북베트남의 통일 전쟁으로 미국과 한국을 비롯한 연합국과 중국과 소련 등 총 9개국이 참전한 전쟁이다. 베트남 전쟁에서 베트남은 많은 상처를 입었다. 오랜 전쟁으로 다수의 베트남 국민들이 희생되었고. 전쟁으로 인한 난민과 고아들, 비인도적인 전쟁범죄들, 라이따이한과 같은 혼혈 2세 문제, 그리고 아직까지도 고통 받는 고엽제 피해자 문제 등 베트남 전쟁은 아직까지도 전쟁의 상처로 남아있다. 그들의 이야기를 스토리텔링과 플롯의 공간 구성과 상징성을 통해서 베트남 전쟁 메모리얼 뮤지엄을 계획 구성하고, 그들의 감정을 공유하고 이해하는 기억의 공간을 계획하고자 한다. In the Vietnam War, Vietnam suffered a lot of injuries. Was a long war, sacrificed a large number of Vietnamese citizens, as refugees and orphans inhumane war crimes, Mixed II issues, such as lai đại hàn, and the issue of Agent Orange, which still even such wounds of war, the Vietnam War until now due to war Through the space configuration and symbolism of the plot and story-telling their stories configuration plan the Vietnam War Memorial Museum, and to plan the space of memories to share and understand their feelings.
