        염분 농도와 온도차이가 콩 품종들의 발아에 미치는 영향

        In order to obtain fundamental information for developing new salinity tolerance soybean cultivars, the germination rate was evalulated with a total of 28 soybean varieties. The germination rate of soybean cultivars was decreased as the NaCl concentration was higher and that by temperature difference was the lowest at 35$^{\circ}C$. the germination rate of 1.2% NaCl treatment of seed shape and size was the highest at 15$^{\circ}C$ but was the lowest at 35$^{\circ}C$ in small seed groups. The germination rates of Gumjungkong, Alchankong, Gumgangkong, Hayumkong, Hwasungpukong, Janmikong cultivars were higher when treated with 1.2% NaCl at 35$^{\circ}C$, but those of Dawonkong, Hannamkong, Kwangankong, Daebaekkong, Danwonkong, Sukwyangputkong, Keunolkong, Bokwangkong, Jangyoupkong cultivars were lower. The germination rate of soybean cultivars was significantly decreased by higher temperature and NaCl concentration.

        차광재 종류가 묘삼의 광합성, 형태 및 생육에 미치는 영향

        This study was conducted to response the photosynthetic rate and anatomical characters in one year ginseng plant against the light transmission ratio (10%, 20% and 30% in natural light) under shading materials by polyethylene (PE) net. The chlorophyll content and the photosynthesis of ginseng according to the light transmissivity showed decreasing trend as the light transmission ratio increased. At the higher light transmission ratio condition, leaves showed the chlorosis due to the physiological disorder, stems formed hypodermis, and phloem development inside the vascular tissue shrunk remarkably. Also, roots showed the epidermis destruction and less cambium development at the higher light intensity. The root weight also decreased as the light transmission ratio increased.

        The Role of Endoscopy Ultrasonography in T Staging : Eealy Gastric Cancer and Esophageal Cancer

        While a number of diagnostic methods have been developed, endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) still takes the most important role in the preoperative evaluation of esophageal cancer. EUS can detect lesions of all esophageal cancer and can accurately perform T staging. In a recent meta-analysis of EUS in esophageal cancer, the sensitivity and specificity of EUS on esophageal cancer were 81.6% and 99.4% in T1, 81.4% and 96.3% in T2, 91.4% and 94.4% in T3, and 92.4% and 97.4% in T4, respectively. The use of EUS can reduce unnecessary surgeries and lead to apply proper treatments to patients. The advance of endoscopic submucosal dissection have necessitated the presurgical detection of early cancer lesions without lymph node metastasis. Understanding the practical meanings of images shown by EUS is important to decide patients for whom endoscopic treatments can be effective. In early gastric cancer, EUS can accurately predict mucosal and SM1 (invasion into the submucosal layer of less than 500 μm from muscularis mucosa) lesions, which are considered as good indications for endoscopic treatments.

        Investigation of harvest time of paddy rice for green whole rice grains considering transplanting time and nitrogen fertilization

        This study was conducted to investigate the growth characteristics and yield of whole green rice grains during the ripening period. These were investigated using Hopumbyeo and Unkwangbyeo at two transplanting times and with two kinds of nitrogen fertilization. The transplanting times were May 30 and June 20, respectively, using 30-day seedling culture and transplanting conducted with 3 - 4 plants per hill in planting space of 15 cm × 30 cm. During nitrogen fertilization, 9 kg and 18 kg was used, respectively. The harvest of the green whole rice grains was carried out on the 15th, 20th, 25th, 30th, and 40th day after the heading date. The clum length was greater with later planting and with application of more nitrogen. The rice yield was higher with nitrogen fertilization of 18 kg/10 a when transplanted on May 30 for Hupumbyeo, and for Unkwangbyeo, was higher at 9 kg/10 a nitrogen fertilization when transplanted on May 30. The protein content of Hopumbyeo was higher when the nitrogen fertilizer was 18 kg/10 a, and that of Unkwangbyeo was lower than that when transplanting on June 20. The greenness was not related to the nitrogen fertilization level when transplanted on May 20 but for later transplanting, the greenness was higher when the nitrogen application was increased, and the greenness was the greatest about 30 days after the heading date.

        Lymph Node Metastases in Esophageal Carcinoma: An Endoscopist’s View

        One of the most important prognostic factors in esophageal carcinoma is lymph node metastasis, and in particular, the number of affected lymph nodes, which influences long-term outcomes. The esophageal lymphatic system is connected longitudinally and transversally; thus, the pattern of lymph node metastases is very complex. Early esophageal cancer frequently exhibits skipped metastasis, and minimal surgery using sentinel node navigation cannot be performed. In Korea, most esophageal cancer cases are squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), although the incidence of adenocarcinoma has started to increase recently. Most previous reports have failed to differentiate between SCC and adenocarcinoma, despite the fact that the Union for International Cancer Control (7th edition) and American Joint Committee on Cancer staging systems both consider these separately because they differ in cause, biology, lymph node metastasis, and outcome. Endoscopic tumor resection is an effective and safe treatment for lesions with no associated lymph node metastasis. Esophageal mucosal cancer confined to the lamina propria is an absolute indication for endoscopic resection, and a lesion that has invaded the muscularis mucosae can be cured by local resection if invasion to the lymphatic system has not occurred.

      • 페이딩 채널환경에서 CDFDM 시스템에 대한 채널 추정과 결합된 심볼검출 방법

        본 논문에서는 페이딩 채널환경에서 COFDM 시스템에 대한 채널 추정과 결합된 심볼 검출 방법에 대해 제안하였다. 제안된 방법은 1) 심볼의 길이에 채널 부호화기의 코드워드 길이를 배합하는 기법과, 2) 세가지 채널 추정 기법과의 조합으로 나타내었다. 첫째 방법은 훈련 신호를 이용한 채널추정 기법과 제안한 심볼 검출 기법을 결합시킨 것이며, 둘째 방법은 첫째 방법에 결정지향 채널추정(Decision-Directed Channel Estimation) 기법을 결합시킨 방법이다. 마지막으로, 근접 부채널간의 AWGN(Additive White Gaussian Noise)의 영향을 줄이기 위해 디인터리브된 평균 채널추정(Averaged Channel Estimation) 기법을 둘째 방법에 결합시켰다. 제안한 3가지 방법들은 영 강압 등화(Zero Forcing Equalizing)방법과 비교하여 커다란 성능 개선 효과가 있음을 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통하여 검증하였다.

        재해복구사업비 지출에 따른 경제적 파급효과에 관한 연구

        In this study, by using the input-output model ,were analysed the following effect of disaster recovery working expense which are related to product, employment effect, import and added value. The 44 billion, the amount that has been executed for disaster recovery operations to the amount equal to 10.9% of 404.58 billion won of the annual budget of this region. Result of calculating the disaster area's impacts on regional economic as a basis , there is a production inductive effect 44.054 (total 53.439) billion won, spending of disaster recovery project cost , 23.605(total 28.647) billion revenue and 1.894 (total 2.295) billion won was induced the added value. It also has the effect of inducing the employment of 438 (total 516) people. Lastly, we examine the improvement and result in improved effect after the enforcement of disaster recovery business in the regional retardness which shows the improvement about 1.77 degree it is higher than comparison with benchmark area about 0.59 degree. As a result, disaster recovery business has had a positive impact on the improvement in regional retardness. 본 연구는 산업연관분석을 이용하여 재해복구사업비 지출에 따른 생산, 수입 및 부가가치, 고용효과를 분석하였다. 재해복구사업을 위해 집행된 금액은 440억은 해당지역 1년 예산인 4,045.8억원의 10.9%에 해당하는 금액이다. 재해복구사업비 지출은 근거로 재해지역 경제적 파급효과를 산출한 결과, 440.54(총 534.39)억원의 생산유발효과가 있었고, 18.94(총 22.95)억원의 수입 및 236.05(총 286.47)억원의 부가가치를 유발하였다. 또한 438(총 516)명의 고용을 유발하는 효과를 가져 왔다. 벤치마크를 설정하여 비교분석한 지역성장률을 살펴보면, 해당지역과 비교지역이 비슷한 변화폭을 보이고 있지만 건설업 사업체수와 건설업 종사자 수는 해당지역이 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 낙후도 개선효과를 살펴보면, 해당 지역 재해복구사업 시행 후 1.77정도 낙후도 개선효과를 가져왔고 이는 비교지역 0.59보다 높은 낙후도 개선효과를 보이고 있고, 해당지역이 속한 광역단체 평균인 0.79보다 향상된 것을 나타내고 있다. 이는 해당지역 낙후도 개선폭이 비교지역 낙후도 개선폭 보다 높고 지역낙후도 차이를 줄인 것으로 나타나 재해복구사업이 지역낙후도 개선에 긍정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 판단되어진다.
