A 3 axis vision system has been developed for unmanned vehicle systems. The vision consists of a wireless camera, 3 BLDC motors and drivers, AHRS sensor, Bluetooth communication module, vibration isolation rubber mounts, DSP controller including stabilization algorithm, a monitoring system and a joystick. In this paper, an algorithm for vision image stabilization and object tracking has been developed. In order to verify the algorithm, virtual 3 axis vision system has been created using ADAMS multibody dynamics code and Matlab program. Object tracking simulation has been carried out with roll, pitch and yaw vehicle motion. Simulation results provide that the developed algorithm is able to produce object tracking and at the same time stabilized images.
