Object : These studies are designed to make a survey of the effectiveness of the non surgical oriental medicine treatment with Chuna on spinal stenosis of lumbar spine. Methods : The clinical study was done on 118 cases of patients with spinal stenosis of lumbar spine diagnosed by M.R.I, symptoms and physical test who was in the admission in Ja-Seng Oriental Medcine Hospital from October 2006 to October 2008. after treatment we checked VNRS score to estimate the efficacy of treatment. Results : 1. As a Objectivity treatment record, they test excellent 17%, good 69%, fair 8%, poor 6%. 2. The mean NRS score decreased about 3.26 after the treatment. Conclusions : Non surgical oriental medicine treatment with Chuna has on useful effect on spinal stenosis of lumbar spine.

「아테네의 타이먼」( Timon of Athens ):여성 혐오의 관점에서 본 타이먼의 몰락

This paper aims at exploring Timon’s fall from the perspective of psychoanalysis. Based on the structure of K ahn’s core fantasy, this paper analyzes the maternal bounty fantasies Timon holds in the first half of acts and the fantasies from maternal betrayal he sustains in the second half after Timon is deprived of his wealth by Fortune, finding gold in the wilderness. The maternal bounty fantasies Timon has are self-renewing and self-congratulating, and even he poses himself as an infinite nurturance, imaging his body as infinite wealth provider, but Timon’s curses after wealth deprivation include considering the female as the source of corruption, identifying gold with the bewhoring of women, misogyny and misanthropy. Through Timon’s fantasies expressed in the play, readers or viewers come to understand that he fails to achieve his male identity as well as the reason the play’s structure has two disjunct halves.

Spatiotemporal data are records of the spatial changes of moving objects over time. Most data in corporate databases have a spatiotemporal nature, but they are typically treated as merely descriptive semantic data without considering their potential visual (or cartographic) representation. Businesses such as geographical CRM, location-based services, and technologies like GPS and RFID depend on the storage and analysis of spatiotemporal data. Effectively handling the data analysis process may be accomplished through spatiotemporal data warehouse and spatial OLAP. This paper proposes a multidimensional model for spatiotemporal data analysis, and cartographically represents the results of the analysis.

동작침법(M.S.T.)을 시행한 요추간판탈출증환자의 보행곤란 환자 치험 3례 보고

Objectives : the purpose of this study is to report the improvement of HIVD patients with gait difficulty, who treated by M.S.T(Motion Style Treatment) Methods : the clinical study was done on 3 cases of patients with disc extrusion, whose walking ability was not improved after the admission in Ja-Seng Oriental Medicine Hospital for a week. we checked the walking time and NRS score after the treatment of M.S.T(Motion Style Treatment) each day. Results : the walking time increased after the treatment of M.S.T(Motion Style Treatment). Whereas NRS score decreased after the treatment of M.S.T(Motion Style Treatment). after 2-3 weeks of treatment, 3 cases of patients could walk more than 20 minutes.

췌장담도 질환에서 내시경적 고주파 소작술의 최신 지견

진단 및 치료의 발전에도 불구하고 췌장담도 악성 종양은 여전히 증가하고 있다. 수술적 절제는 유일한 완치를 기대할 수 있는 치료법이지만 대부분의 환자들은 초진단 시 국소 진행 또는 전이성 종양으로 확인되기 때문에 수술이 불가능한 경우가 많다. ERCP 또는 EUS 유도하 RFA와 광역학치료 등은 직접적으로 암 조직을 소작할 수 있는 국소 치료법으로 예후가 불량한 췌장담도암 환자에서 효과적인 치료법으로 기대를 모으고 있다. 아직 충분한 연구가 진행되지는 못하였지만 ERCP 유도하 ID-RFA는 악성 담도 협착에서 안정성과 유용성이 확인되었고, 추가적인 연구를 통해 장기 효과에 대한 검증이 진행되고 있다. Despite rapid changes in diagnosis and treatments, pancreatobiliary malignancy has increased in recent years and still has a poor prognosis. Although mainstay of treatment depends on the type of malignancy and the stage, only surgery can be expected to cure, but difficult to apply in all patients. Because most of them are diagnosed at locally advanced or metastatic at presentation, local treatment such radiofrequency ablation (RFA) and photodynamic therapy is emerged as promising therapeutic modality which can directly ablate the malignant tissues in addition to systemic anti-cancer treatment. To date, some studies could support beneficial effects of them, however it has not been confirmed whether RFA is related to favorable treatment outcomes in patient with pancreatobiliary malignancies. Therefore, this review focuses on clinical application and appropriate use of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography guided intraductal RFA along with their benefits and complications.

The purpose of this article is to investigate the maternal fantasies and the construction of Hal's subjectivity in Henry Ⅳ, Parts 1 & 2 in light of Freudian psychoanalytic feminism, the cultural discourses and material practices. In respect to the psychoanalysis, the patriarchal male subjects in Shakespearean dramas constitute their subjectivities in relation to a fantasized pre-oedipal maternal. The pre-oedipal is an unconscious psycho-sexual structure, in which the attachment to and fantasies about the mother are predominant. Especially the maternal matrix is an object of fears of engulfment and suffocation to infants psychologically and culturally. So the maternal on the pre-oedipal stage is considered to be an object to be feared to infants. However the patriarchal males must constitute their subjectivities through the shift from the pre-oedipal to the oedipal. According to the psychoanalytic concept of the pre-oedipal, and Bakhtin's paradigm of the "grotesque" on female reproductive body that was operative throughout early modem culture, I want to situate Falstaff as the pre-oedipal maternal character oppressed and rejected in the process of the construction of Hal' subjectivity. Prince Hal's subjectivity is constituted in his relation to Falstaff, whose somatic iconography metonymically positions him as fantasized pre-oedipal maternal, against whom Hal must differentiate. Falstaff regarded as a "grotesque" maternal body which must be repudiated is displaced by Katharine, while she is considered as the closed "classical" body. Because Falstaff represents to Hal a projected fantasy of the pre-oedipal maternal, whose rejection is the basis upon which Hal's patriarchal subjectivity is predicated. In the process of the oedipal rejection of the maternal and the identification with the paternal, Hal finally rejects Falstaff. In a word, Falstaff is constructed in order to be repudiated or subjugated as the basis upon which Prince Hal assumes the patriarchal control as King Henry Ⅴ. In conclusion, the Shakespearean history deals with the maternal fantasies and the construction of the male subjectivity in his own ways. All this results from the male subject' anxious unconscious upon which the construction of the male subject depends. This psychoanalytic interpretation of Shakespeare can be a significant way of finding a delicate aspect that the author is very skillful with the profound themes of the unconscious and the cultural influence upon the human beings.

악성 담관 협착에서 내시경적 담관내 고주파 소작술의 최신 지견

Malignant biliary strictures are caused by pancreatobiliary cancer and other metastatic malignancies. Most of them are unresectable at diagnosis with a dismal prognosis. Various new ablation methods have been introduced. Of them, ERCP-guided intraductal radiofrequency ablation (ID-RFA) appears to be the most promising minimally invasive endoscopic treatment by delivering a high-frequency alternating current to the target tissue, leading to coagulative necrosis. Thus far, many studies have provided evidence that ERCP-guided ID-RFA is a safe, feasible, and effective treatment modality for stent patency and overall survival. Compared to other ablation treatments, ERCP-guided ID-RFA has several advantages, including ease of delivery, controlled application of thermal energy, low cost, and fewer systemic side effects with an acceptable safety profile. Therefore, ERCP-guided ID-RFA can be considered an adjunctive treatment for the palliation of unresectable malignant biliary strictures. On the other hand, the decision of local ablation treatment should be individualized by multidisciplinary team support due to the lack of comparative studies. This paper aims to investigate Liverpudlian Lear represented in <My Kingdom>, a screen adaptation of King Lear. Don Boyd, the director, represents the capitalist economic phenomenon in Liverpool, as well as the various conflicts of Liverpudlian Lear(Sandeman) and his family in the film. After his wife’s death by a drug-addicted boy, Sandeman(crime boss) and his daughters such as Kath(brothel madame), Tracy(football club owner), and Jo(ex-drug addict), come into conflicts. This paper emphasizes reviews of viewers on digital platforms along with the analysis of family’s conflicts and Liverpool’s negative economy history. That is because reviews of viewers on digital platforms enrich the archive of Shakespearean adaptations and play essential roles in sharing the collective cultural memory. Above all, prostitution and drugs in Liverpool are related to Sandeman’s family and act as a significant signifier in family disintegration. Ironically, all chaos, such as mugging and drug dealing in Liverpool, comes back to Sandeman himself. It’s also tragic that the impotence of local authorities in the global economy has only resulted in the’ show business, sport or crime’ of Liverpool. In sum, it is evident that the collapse of Sandeman’s family reflects all victims within global capitalism. In evaluating the screen adaptation of King Lear, it is significant that his work of reproducing Shakespeare’s meticulous and sharp exploration of social phenomena by director Boyd in the 21st century contributes to expanding the scope of Shakespeare’s adaptation topic research. In addition, owing to online re-mediations, such as video-streaming sites, reviews, or YouTube on digital platforms, Shakespeare’s work can be appropriated and reinterpreted timely.
