        작동 연료온도가 Bypass type 피에조 인젝터의 분사 특성에 미치는 영향

        Diesel vehicles suffer from poor starting and running problems at cold temperatures. Diesel vehicles have the characteristic that CO and PM are reduced or similarly discharged when going from low temperature to high temperature. In this study, a bypass type piezo injector for electronic control based common rail injection system was used. Numerical analysis using injector drive analysis model was performed to analyze injector drive and internal fuel flow characteristics according to fuel temperature change. The results show that the rate of density change due to the fuel temperature is proportional, and that the effect of the kinematic viscosity is relatively large between $-20^{\circ}C$ and $0^{\circ}C$. Comparing the results of temperature condition at $0^{\circ}C$ and $20^{\circ}C$, it is considered that the viscosity is more correlated with the needle displacement than the pressure chamber of the delivery chamber.

        랫트에서의 Gentamicin신장독성(腎臟毒性)에 관한 연구(硏究)

        Sprague-Dawley rats received subcutaneous injections of gentamicin sulfate, 50 and 100mg/kg for 3, 7 and 10 days. The hematological and blood chemical values were determined. Kidneys were examined histologically and ultrastructurally. The results obtained were summarized as follows; 1. The serum values of aspartate transaminase, blood urea nitrogen and creatinine in the rats administered gentamicin, 50 and 100mg/kg/day were significantly increased than those in the control. 2. The ratio of kidney weight to body weight was significantly increased in the rats injected gentamicin, 100mg/kg for 10 days than those in the control. 3. The brush borders of proximal convoluted tubules in the kindneys received gentamicin, 50 and 100mg/kg/day were decreased or absent in periodic acid-Schiff staining. 4. The necrosis of proximal convoluted tubules was shown in the rats given gentamicin, 50 and 100mg/kg for 7 and 10 days. 5. The regeneration of the proximal tubular epithelia was observed in the rats treated gentamicin, 100mg/kg for 10 days. 6. The number and size of lysosomes were increased in the proximal convoluted tubules of the rats injected gentamicin, 50mg/kg for 7 days, many of which contained myeloid bodies.

        Effects of Light, Temperature, and Water Depth on Growth of a Rare Aquatic Plant, Ranunculus kadzusensis

        Ranunculus kadzusensis is an endangered aquatic plant species that commonly reproduces in the rice paddies of Korea and Japan during winter and early spring. Here, we investigated the effects of main aquatic environmental factors—light, temperature, and water depth—on its growth,with the goal of seeking information that will contribute to its in situ conservation. As the amount of shading increased,biomass, maximum shoot length, number of branches,flowers, and fruits, main stem diameter, and maximum leaf length decreased. Although seed germination occurred under a 12-h photoperiod and at either 30/20°C (day/night) or 20/15°C, most plants died at the higher temperature. Survival was 0% for surface-grown plant sets when tested in a wintertime pond experiment. The rate of maximum shoot extension was greatest for plants grown at depths of 50 and 100 cm versus those at 20 cm. Thus, we demonstrated that R. kadzusensis is intolerant of high temperatures and shade,which may explain why its growth is limited to paddies with no shading and where temperatures are low early in the year,before rice cultivation begins.

        압축착화기관용 가변밸브 듀레이션(VVD)시스템의 제어전략에 따른 유동 및 연소성능 해석

        Recently, global warming and environmental pollution are becoming more important, and fuel economy is becoming important. Each automobile company is actively developing various new technologies to increase fuel efficiency. CVVD(Continuously Variable Valve Duration) system means a device that continuously changes the rotational speed of the camshaft to change the valve duration according to the state of the engine. In this paper, VVT(Variable Valve Timing) and CVVD were applied to a single-cylinder diesel engine, and the characteristics of intake and exhaust flow rate and in-cylinder pressure characteristics were analyzed by numerical analysis. In order to analyze the effect of CVVD on the actual engine operation, the study was performed by setting the valve control and injection pressure as variables in two sections of the engine operating region. As a result, In the case of applying CVVD, the positive overlap with the exhaust valve is maintained, thus it is possible to secure the flow smoothness of air and increase the volumetric efficiency by improving the flow rate. The section 2 condition showed the highest peak pressure, but the pressure rise rate was similar to that of the VVT 20 and CVCD 20 conditions up to 40 bar due to the occurrence of ignition delay.

        결과중심전환교육 최상의 실천사항에 대한 지적장애특수학교 교사의 인식수준

        본 연구는 결과중심전환교육에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 최상의 실천사항에 대한 지적장애특수학교 교사의 인식수준을 밝히고 결과중심전환교육 최상의 실천사항에 따른 실행과제를 구조화하여 제시하는데 연구의 주안점을 두고 있다. 이를 위하여 지적장애특수학교 교사 325명을 대상으로 전환교육 최상의 실천사항에 대한 중요도와 수행도 인식수준을 밝히기 위한 설문 조사를 실시하여 그 결과를 분석한 후 이를 토대로 전문가조사를 통해 결과중심전환교육을 위한 실행과제를 구조화하여 제시하고자 하였다. 최상의 실천사항은 결과중심전환교육을 성공으로 이끄는 매우 중요한 요인들로, 전환교육을 실행하는 현장에서 계속적으로 시도되고 발전해 나가야 할 부분이다. 본 연구에서 제시된 최상의 실천사항에 따른 실행과제가 앞으로 우리 교육현장에서 전환교육 실행의 기초자료로 유용하게 활용되어 전환교육이 한 단계 더 도약하는 계기가 되기를 기대한다. The present study purposed to survey teachers` perception of best practice in transition, and to suggest practice task for best practice in transition. For this purpose, we reviewed previous research on teachers` ability to perform best practice in transition based on theories related to transition education, and made a list of transition practice items and suggested task for best practice in transition. For this study, we surveyed 325 teachers at 91 special schools for intellectual disabilities children throughout the country concerning their perception of best practice in transition, and suggested practice task for best practice in transition through expert survey. Collected data were analyzed through basic statistics, t-test, F-test, Scheffe`s test, and content validity analysis. The conclusions of this study are as follows. First, the importance of best practice in transition was perceived high by the teachers at special school for intellectual disabilities children, but the performance of best practice in transition was perceived relatively low. Perception on importance was high for social and personal skills development and training, functional, life-skills curriculum, and community-based instruction, business and industry linkages with schools and perception on performance was high for social and personal skills development and training, functional, life-skills curriculum, and community-based instruction, career and vocational assessment and education. In addition, Perception on importance was very low for career and vocational assessment and education , and perception on performance was very low for competitive paid work experience. Second, the suggested practice task for best practice in transition were composed of 3 areas, 8 sub areas and 42 items (transition collaboration best practice - 11 items; transition education programming best practice - 21 items; and transition planning best practice - 10 items). These items are specific things to be practiced in transition in relation to collaboration, programming and planning. Practice task for best practice in transition suggested in this study are items for executing transition education in school. In addition, they can be utilized as materials for developing transition education and tools applicable in the field of school education. Furthermore, it is want to promote practice in transition and propose the direction of transition education in school.

        지적장애학생의 전환교육계획 수립을 위한 자기주장,자기결정 사정도구 구안

        이 연구는 지적장애학생의 전환교육계획 수립을 위한 자기주장·자기결정 사정도구를 개발하는데 주안점을 두었다. 첫째, 전환교육계획수립의 기초가 되는 전환사정 관련이론(전환사정영역과 방법, 전환사정전략·모델)를 탐색하고, 둘째, 지적장애학생의 전환사정에 주요영역인 자기주장·자기결정기술 조사지(학생, 부모, 교사용)를 구안·제시하였다. 이는 교육 현장에서 지적장애학생의 교육적 요구를 분석하여 개별화전환교육계획 작성의 기초자료로 매우 유용하게 활용할 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to develop assessment scales for evaluating self-advocacy and self-determination skills. In order to develop this assessment scale, reviews of professional literature and theories were implemented. First of all, the major areas of transition assessment, assessment strategy, and assessment model were investigated. In order to explore the major areas of transition assessment, the purpose, characteristics, and methods of transition assessment were investigated. Secindly, through the review of professional literature and prior studies relates to self-advocacy and self-determination, the relations between self-advocacy and self-determination and the assessment scale for evaluating self-determination were explored. In addition, the other countries, assessment scales that could be applied in Korean schools for evaluating self-advocacy and self-determination were translated and introduced.
