보육교사의 교직 전문성에 대한 인식과 요구도 분석

The purpose of this study is to Analysis of child care Teachers’ Perceptions of Professionalism and Required level. For this purpose, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 349 in - service child care teachers in private and home nurseries in Gyonggi-do and t-test and one-way ANOVA were used. The results of the study are as follows first, Teachers 'perceptions of teachers' professionalism were not different between private nursery schools and home nurseries. 40th child care Teachers showed higher recognition of professional knowledge and technology needs than 20th child care Teacher. And the level of professional ethics recognition was also Third, teachers with higher career and age groups are more actively involved in the child care process, Not only actively participate in childcare activities and management but also have a high perception of professional knowledge and skills and socioeconomic status. Fourth, there was no significant difference in the perception of professionalism of childcare teachers according to educational background, major and first entry route. Fifth, the childcare teachers working at home daycare centers had higher demands for occupational expertise than the private day care center childcare teachers. Sixth, there was no difference in the level of teacher's demand for teachers' professionalism according to age, career, and initial entry route. And childcare teachers who graduated from four - year regular college were actively performing childcare activities compared to teachers who graduated from college. Childcare teachers who majored in social welfare were required to consider their academic background and major compared to teachers who majored in child care. The quality of Childcare teachers is important through the results, and suggests that it is necessary to consider specialization, education, career, and work organization in order to enhance professionalism. 본 연구는 보육교사들의 교직 전문성 향상을 위한 방안의 하나로, 보육교사들의 전문성 인식과 요구수준을 확인하였다. 이를 위해 경기도 내 민간·가정어린이집에 근무하고 있는 현직 보육교사 349명을 대상으로 2018년 7월 1부터 9월 30일까지 설문조사를 실시하였고, t –검정과 일원변량분석(One-Way-ANOVA)을 활용하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 교사의 전문성에 대한 보육교사의 인식 정도에서 민간어린이집과 가정어린이집에 근무하는 보육교사의 전문성 인식에는 차이가 없었다. 둘째, 40대의 보육교사들은 20대 보육교사에 비해 전문적 지식과 기술요구에 대해 높은 인식을 보였고, 직업윤리에 대한 인식 수준 역시 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 경력이나 연령대가 높은 교사들이 보육과정에 보다 적극적으로 참여하고, 보육활동이나 운영에 능동적으로 참여할 뿐 아니라 전문적 지식과 기술요구 및 사회경제적 지위에 대한 인식 역시 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 보육교사의 학력, 전공 및 최초 진입경로에 따른 보육교사의 전문성 인식은 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 다섯째, 가정어린이집에 근무하는 보육교사가 민간어린이집 보육교사 보다 직업 전문성의 요구 수준이 더 높게 나타났다. 여섯째, 교사의 전문성에 대한 보육교사의 요구 수준에 있어서 연령, 경력, 최초 진입경로에 따른 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 그리고 4년제 정규대학을 졸업한 보육교사는 전문대학 졸업 이하의 교사에 비해 보육활동을 적극적으로 수행하고 있었고, 사회복지를 전공한 보육교사는 아동보육을 전공한 교사에 비해 자신들의 학력이나 전공 등이 감안되어야 함을 적극 요구하고 있었다. 나타난 결과들을 통해 보육교사의 질은 중요하며, 전문성 신장을 위해서는 전공, 학력, 경력 및 근무기관에 따른 고려가 필요하다는 시사점을 제시하였다.

한국에서 매년 발생하는 급성 출혈성 질환(신증후출혈열, scrub typhus 및 leptospirosis)의 보균동물에 관한 혈청역학적 조사

The field mice and the house rats were captured in the different parts of Korea from 1986 to 1987 and antibodies in sera from the rodents against Hantaan virus-etiologic agent of Hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome, L. interogans-etiologic agent of leptospirosis and R.tsutsugamushi-etiologic agent of scrub typhus were investigated. The infection rates of each species of rodent were obtained and it was demonstrated that these rodents are the natural reservoir animal of those etiologic agents of hemorrhagic diseases in Korea. 1. Infection rate of Hantaan virus in Apodemus agrarius captured in Yoncheongun, Pocheongun and Pajugun of Kyunggido was 31 among 230 (14%), of L. interogans was 21 among 230 (9%) and that of R. tsutsugamushi was 133 among 196 (60 %). In these areas, mixed infection of Hantaan virus, L. interogans and R. tsutsugamushi in Apodemus agrarius was demonstrated therefore, the striped field mouse was confirmed as an important natural reservoir host of these agents. 2. Hantaan virus infection of Cl. rufocanus captured in Yoncheongun was not demonstrated but the infection rates of L. interogans and R. tsutsugamushi were high. 3. Shrews captured in Pajugun and Pocheongun in Kyunggido were not infected with Hantaan virus, L. interogans and R. tsutsugamushi. 4. 157 house rats captured in Pocheongun and 7 harbor cities were investigated and the following results were obtained. The infection rate of Seoul virus was 30%, that of .L. interogans was 21 % and that of R. tsutsugmushi was 5%. In house rats, the mixed infection with Seoul virus and rickettsia, leptospira were demonstrated but rhe mixed infection with Seoul virus and leptospira was not observed. 5. Monthly infection rates of Apookmus agrarius living in Pocheongun Wonnammyon, Kyunggido with Hantaan virus, R. tsutsugamushi and L. interogans were investigated. The infection rate of R. tsutsugamushi in May was peak (90%) and the infected Apodemus agrarius were identified in all year around. The infection rate of L. interogans in September was peak and the rate in winter were below 5%. The infection rates of Hantaan virus were from 10% to 20% in every month of the year. The above results revealed for the first time that the Apodemus agrarius and house rats living in Korea plays an important role in transmission of the hemorrhagic diseases as reservoir animal of Hantaan virus, Seoul virus, R. tsutsugarnushi and L. interogans.

유아생태예술교육을 위한 협력적 실행연구

This study applied early childhood ecological art education to the field and explored the process of cyclical change through reflective practice. The participants consisted of 23 5-year-old children, 1 researcher, and 3 teachers. The research period was from January 2017 to October 2019. The data collected during the implementation research process were analyzed, including the data of the participant observation records, class video transcription, the journals of researcher and teacher, and the teacher’s interview data. In the implementation research process, reflection was continuously made to shift the educational perspective from teacher to child in terms of child's concentration on play and media, teacher's initiative in planning-oriented activities, and the dynamics of activities according to indoor and natural space. In the cyclical process of planning–execution-reflection- alternative composition, the final main elements of the implementation process of early childhood ecological art education were revealed as ecological experience and play immersion, integration between media use and art areas, process-centered activity, the value of cooperative learning, and spacial diversity. Through this collaborative action research, it was possible to understand the essential meaning of early childhood ecological art education and derive practical knowledge about it. 본 연구는 연구자와 교사가 유아생태예술교육을 현장에 적용하여 반성적 실천을 통한 순환적 변화과정을 탐색 하였다. 연구 참여자는 만 5세 유아 23명과 연구자 1명, 교사 3명이다. 연구기간은 2017년 1월부터 2019년 10월까지이며, 실행연구과정에서 수집된 참여관찰 기록 및 수업 동영상 전사 자료와 연구자와 교사의 저널 , 교사면담 자료 등을 분석하였다. 실행연구 과정 안에서 유아들의 놀이와 매체에 대한 집중력, 교사의 계획 중심의 활동 주도성의 문제점, 실내와 자연공간에 따른 활동의 역동성 차원에서 교육적 관점을 교사에서 유아에게로 전환하는 반성적 성찰이 지속적으로 이루어졌다. 3차에 걸친 계획-실행-반성적 성찰-대안 구성의 순환적 과정 속에서 최종적으로 드러난 유아생태예술교육 실행과정의 주요요소는 생태학적경험과 놀이 몰입, 매체 활용과 예술영역 간의 통합, 과정 중심의 활동, 협력 학습의 가치, 공간의 중요성으로 도출되었다. 연구자와 교사가 함께하는 협력적 실행연구를 통해 유아생태예술교육의 본질적 의미를 이해하고 이에 대한 실천적 지식을 도출할 수 있었다.

도시철도차량 화재감지기 형식승인용 개선품 개발

현재 도시철도 차량에 설치된 화재감지기는 소방방재청이 정하는 형식승인 및 검정기술기준을 통과하지 않은 제품이 설치되어 운행되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존 화재감지장치 문제점 등을 보완하여 형식승인 시험항목 기준을 통고한 제품을 개발하였다. 향후 형식승인을 득한 화재감지기를 우선 적용하여 시민들의 안전과 생명을 보호하는데 노력하고자 한다. Fire detectors currently used in metropolitan railway vehicles are not qualified under the test requirement and the type of approval set by the National Emergency Management Agency. In this paper, therefore, we developed a new fire detector that meets the type of approval by improving major flaws in existing detectors. We also plan to apply the qualified fire detectors preferentially to protect the safety of citizens more efficiently.

요구사항 추출 및 분석을 이용한 사상~하단선 차량 기본설계 연구

도시철도 건설을 위해 차량의 기본설계 단계에서 시스템 공학적으로 차량에 대한 기본적인 요구사항을 추출하고 분석하여 열차 소요량과 소비/회생 전력량을 산출하여 실시설계에 반영 될 수 있도록 하고, 차량의 요구사양을 명세화 하여 발주업무가 원활하게 이루어 질 수 있도록 하여 프로젝트의 위험요소(Risk)를 제거 하고 시스템 및 차량이 제공해야할 서비스에 대한 시스템 참여자들의 이해도를 높이는 과정은 프로젝트 성공의 기초가 된다.

반려견 매개 집단상담프로그램이 아동의 정서조절에 미치는 효과

본 연구는 반려견 매개 집단상담프로그램이 아동의 정서조절행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 알아보았다. 이를 위해 만2세부터 6세까지의 아동 762명을 대상으로 2017년 8월 1일부터 2018. 7월 27까지 매 기관마다 격주로 1회기씩 모두 12회기를 진 행하였다. 대응표본 t-검정 분석결과, 실험집단의 사전·사후검사 비교에서 아동의 정서조절의 수준이 향상되었고, 특히 4개의 하위요인 중 자기조절, 타인인식 및 타인조절영역에서 유의한 결과로 나타났다. 즉 반려견 매개 집단상담프로그램에 참여한 아동들이 매개견과 활동 하면서 자기조절을 긍정적으로 표현하였으며, 이는 매개견에게 시도해 본 타인에 대한 감정표현 연습 결과임을 알 수 있는 결과이다. 이 결과는 실험집단과 비교집단의 사후비교 결과에서도 실험집단의 경우 반려견 매개 집단상담프로그램에 참여한 아동들의 정서조절 수준이 상대적으로 향상되었음을 확인하였다. 본 연구가 가지는 의의는 반려견 매개 집단상담프로그램이 아동의 정서조절 향상에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다는데 있다. 그리고 이러한 의의에도 불구하고 본 연 구에서 나타난 한계점과 그에 따른 제언을 하였다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Companion-Dog-Mediated Group counseling program on the children s emotional regulation behavior. For this purpose 762 children were analyzed. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that the evel of emotional regulation of the children was improved in the comparison of the pre and post test of the experimental group. This is because the children participating in the group-mediated consultation program are positively expressing self-regulation through mediation activities. As a result of practice of mediated-dog in emotional expression, it was found that the level of other person s control also improved. This result was also the same in the post-test results of the experimental group and the comparative group. As a result, it was found that the influence of the companion-dog-mediated group counseling program on the improvement of children s emotional control was significant. Finally, we discussed the implications and limitations of this study as well as the need for continuous follow-up research.

잇꽃(홍화) 내병 다수성 신품종 '진선(眞善)'

「진선」은 경기도농업기술원에서 1993년에서 전국에서 수집한 잇꽃 재래종 36계통에 대하여 1995~1998년까지 특성 검정한 결과 조숙 내병 다수성으로 유망한 계통을 순계 분리하여 육성한 품종으로 탄저병에 강하고 수량성이 높은 우량품종으로 주요특성을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 개화기는 6월 22일이었으며 주당성숙화두수는 청수홍화 13.9개에 비하여 0.8개 많고 등숙율은 청수홍화 78%에 비하여 2% 높았다. 2. 조단백질 함량은 청수홍화 13.8%에 비하여 2.3%, 주요지방산비율은 리놀 레산이 청수홍화 78.3%에 비하여 1.7% 많고 올레산이 청수홍화 11.7%에 비하여 3.4% 적었다. 3. 탄저병 발병주율은 청수홍화 22.3%에 비하여 3.7%로 낮았으며 10a당 종 실 수량은 237.7kg으로 청수홍화 214.9kg에 비하여 11% 증수하였다. 'Jinsun', a new variety of safflower(Carthamus tinctoris L.), was developed by Kyonggi-do Agricultural Research and Extension Services in 2000. It was bred with pure line selection from Namwon local variety population. Jinsun is relatively resistant to Gleosporium carthami and has more flower head and higher ripened grain ratio. Its flowering date was June 22 in Hwaseong, Gyeonggido and contains more protein and linoleic acid relatively in grain compared with Cheongsu, check variety. Grain yield of Jinsun was 11% higher than Cheongsu.
