차세대 이동 수단의 방법으로 도심항공 모빌리티(UAM)에 관한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 도심항공 모빌리티에 사용할 비행체인 eVTOL(Electric Vertcial Take-Off and Landing)은 추진방식에 따라 복합형, 틸트 로터형, 틸트 날개형, 틸트 덕티드 팬형, 멀티콥터형으로 분류된다. 본 연구에서는 새로운 틸트 로터형의 차세대 eVTOL을 기존의 설계 요구 조건에 맞게 개념설계를 수행하였다. 공력해석 프로그램인 Open VSP와 XFLR5를 사용하여 공력해석을 진행하였다. 각 임무 구간별 소요되는 동력을 계산하였고, 그에 맞는 배터리와 모터를 선정하였으며, 구성품별 중량을 추정하여 최대이륙중량을 예측하였다.

VR 영상의 몰입도가 웰니스 엔터테인먼트 콘텐츠에 미치는 영향

Virtual Reality (VR), which is attracting attention as a next-generation growth engine for realistic media. Complex societies, emotional problems, and aging are rapidly progressing. Accordingly, convergence with the Willis industry is being attempted. However, development of virtual reality image contents is insufficient compared to device development. Also lack of wellness content is also a problem. Therefore, this study will theoretically examine characteristics of wellness entertainment industry and characteristics of virtual reality image contents. Verification of the utility that occurs as virtual reality images are merged into wellness entertainment. As a result, we found that the augmented reality image has a positive effect on the improvement of emotional wellness and the improvement of content satisfaction. This study suggests possibility of convergence of virtual reality video and wellness entertainment service which has not enough contents in Korea compared to high marketability yet, and it is meaningful to search for a new direction for development of wellness entertainment content based on virtual reality image in the future. 실감미디어 분야의 차세대 성장 동력으로 주목받고 있는 가상현실(Virtual Reality, VR)은 게임이나 엔터테인먼트 산업을 중심으로 그 활용범위가 확대되고 있다. 특히 복잡해지는 사회에 따른 정서적·고령화 문제가 급속히 진행되며 윌니스 산업과의 융합이 시도되고 있으나 디바이스의 발전에 비해 가상현실 영상 콘텐츠의 개발에 대한 연구는 미흡하다. 또한 육체적, 정신적 건강관리인 웰니스 분야의 콘텐츠 부족 또한 문제가 되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 웰니스 엔터테인먼트 산업의 특성과 가상현실 영상 콘텐츠의 특성을 이론적으로 고찰하고 가상현실 영상이 웰니스 엔터테인먼트에 융합됨에 따라 발생하는 효용의 검증을 위해 각 요인을 도출, 실험 및 설문을 진행하였다. 그 결과 사용자로 하여금 정서적 웰니스에 바탕을 둔 스트레스 해소와 웰니스 엔터테인먼트 콘텐츠에 대한 만족도 향상 이끌어낼 수 있음을 실증적이고 정량적으로 검증하여 요인 사이의 긍정적 영향이 있음을 도출하였다. 본 연구는 가상현실 영상과 아직은 높은 시장성에 비해 국내에서 콘텐츠가 미비한 웰니스 엔터테인먼트 서비스의 융합 가능성을 제시하고 향후 가상현실 영상 기반의 웰니스 엔터테인먼트 콘텐츠 개발에 대한 새로운 방향을 모색하는데 의의가 있다.

Cephalexin Prodrug 연구(I) - Cephalexin Phthalidyl Ester의 Prodrug으로서의 유용성

In order to increase the gastro-intestinal absorption of cephalexin, a new cephalexin phthalidyl ester was synthetized. Comparative studies of cephalexin phthalidyl ester in the gastro-intestinal absorption were conducted after oral administration in rabbits. The amounts of cephalexin in plasma were determined by a fluorometric method. Cephalexin phthalexin phthalidyl ester could not be identified in plasma, but only cephalexin was found by TLC method. In comparison with cephalexin, cephalexin phthalidyl ester produced much higher plasma levels of cephalexin than did cephalexin itself after its oral administration in rabbits.

Aspirin과 Prednisolone 병용투여시의 항염증 및 해열작용에 관한 연구

Aspirin and prednisolone have been used alone or in combination in the treatment of rheumatic diseases. We have investigated the significance of the difference of the anti-inflammatory and antipyretic activities between single and concurrent administration of aspirin and prednisolone in rats by using carrageenan as a phlogistic agent and brewer's yeast as a fever inducing agent. When prednisolone (9mg/kg) and aspirin (24mg/kg) were administered orally alone or in combination, both of the concurrent and single adminstration inhibited highly significantly the swelling of rat paw and the concurrent adminstraiton of aspirin and prednisolone showed the significantly higher inhibitory effects than aspirin single adminstration did, whereas there were not any significant differences between the prednisolone single adminstration and combined adminstration. The combined drug of aspirin and prednisolone marketed in Korea contains 148mg of aspirin and 1.15mg of prednisolone in a tablet. Therefore, we examined the anti-inflammatory and antipyretic activities of aspirin (150mg/kg), prednisolone (1mg/kg) and their combination. In anti-inflammatory effects, both of the concurrent and single administration inhibited higly significantly the swelling of rat paw, and the concurrent adminstration exhibited the significantly higher inhibitory effects than aspirin or prednisolon alone did. In antipyretic effects both of the concurrent and the single adminstration reduced significantly the brewer's yeast-induced fever. The effect of concurrent administration was greater than that of prednisolone single adminstration, whereas the effect of aspirin single adminstration was similar to that of combination. The results suggest that the anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effects are intensified by the concurrent adminstration of aspirin and prednisolone, but the antipyretic effects of enough doses of aspirin (150mg/kg) is comparable to that of the combination preparation.

국내 청년층 근로자의 고용의 질 결정요인과포용적 성과 검증 연구

The purpose of this study is to examine determinant and outcome factors of the labor quality, followed by identifying latent profile of youth. First, in relation to the quality of labor of the currently employed youth, a three-step latent profile analysis was performed focusing on indicators by professional development, working environment, and economic areas. As a result, a total of three profile types were derived: ‘dissatisfied’, ‘normal’, and ‘satisfied’. Next, as a result of analysis of the determinants of labor quality, psychological variables such as workers' locus of control, trust, and justice perception along with demographic variables such as gender and age were derived from individual factors. In the case of structural factors, the current employment status and company size were found to be significant. Finally, the outcome factors according to the type of labor quality of the youth were analyzed. As a result, it was found that the higher the labor quality of the domestic youth, the higher the optimism, satisfaction, and happiness about their economic situation and family life. Also, there was a significant difference in the level of social network. Through this, it can be confirmed that improving the quality of labor of young people is not only an increase in individual participation in economic activities, but it is also an important prerequisite for social integration by forming a positive psychology for all areas of life and further promoting social participation. 본 연구는 국내 청년층 노동시장 이행 추적 조사 자료를 활용하여 청년층의 고용의 질 유형을 도출한 후 고용의 질 결정요인과 성과요인을 검증하였다. 먼저 현재 고용상태에 있는 국내 청년층의 고용 특성과 관련하여 전문성 개발, 근로환경, 경제적 영역별 고용의 질 지표를 중심으로 3단계 잠재프로파일 분석을 수행하였다. 그 결과 ‘불만족형’, ‘보통형’, ‘만족형’과 같이 총 세 가지 프로파일 유형이 도출되었다. 다음으로 청년층의 고용의 질 결정요인 분석 결과, 개인적 요인에서는 성별, 연령과 같은 인구변인과 함께 근로자의 통제소재, 신뢰, 공정성 인식과 같은 심리 변인이 도출되었다. 구조적 요인의 경우 현재 고용상태와 기업규모가 유의한 변인으로 밝혀졌다. 마지막으로 국내 청년층 고용의 질 유형에 따른 결과 요인을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 국내 청년층의 고용의 질 수준이 높을수록 자신의 경제적 상황과 가정생활에 대한 낙관성, 만족감, 행복감이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 사회참여 수준도 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이를 통하여 청년층의 고용의 질 개선은 단순히 청년 개인의 경제적 활동 참여 증진에 그치는 것이 아니라 삶의 전반 영역에 대한 긍정적 심리를 형성하고 더 나아가 사회적 참여를 촉진함으로써 궁극적으로 사회 통합의 중요한 선결 요건임을 확인할 수 있었다.
