뉴스의 제공 형태 차이에 따른 호감도·이해도·신뢰도·만족도·지속사용 의도에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to examine users' attitude toward likability, understanding level, reliability, satisfaction, and continuous usage intention depending on a difference in a type between card news and straight news. A questionnaire survey was conducted targeting 232 people. As a result of the research, compared to the straight news, the card news was easy for a user to understand, was strong even in a desire to use continuously. Second, a factor of users' attitude toward news was having influence upon the mutually positive(+) direction. Likability, understanding level and reliability had an effect on satisfaction. The satisfaction had an impact again on continuous usage intention. The intensity of this impact was varied, respectively, in card news and straight news. The influential level upon satisfaction in card news was strong in order of likability, understanding level and reliability. The influence in the straight news was strong in order of reliability, likability and understanding level. The outcome of this study will become empirical data in proceeding with seeking a method available for strengthening the function of offering information in news through increasing delivery and impact in information with producing news chosen by consumers. 본 연구는 카드뉴스와 스트레이트 뉴스 형태 차이에 따른 호감도, 이해도, 신뢰도, 만족도 및 지속사용 의도에 대한 수용자의 태도를 알아보기 위해 232명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 카드 뉴스는 스트레이트 뉴스보다 이용자가 이해하기 쉽고, 지속적으로 사용하고자 하는 욕구도 강했다. 둘째, 뉴스에 대한 이용자들의 태도 요인은 서로 간에 정(+)의 방향으로 영향을 주고 있었는데 호감도, 이해도, 신뢰도는 만족도에 영향을 미치며, 만족도는 다시 지속사용 의도에 영향을 미쳤다. 이 영향의 강도는 카드 뉴스와 스트레이트 뉴스가 각각 달랐는데 카드 뉴스에서 만족도에 영향을 미치는 정도는 호감도, 이해도, 신뢰도 순으로 강했으며, 스트레이트 뉴스는 신뢰도, 호감도, 이해도 순으로 영향력이 강했다. 본 연구 결과는 수용자에게 선택받는 뉴스를 생산해 정보의 전달력과 파급력을 높여 뉴스의 정보 제공 기능을 강화할 수 있는 방법을 찾아가는데 실증적인 자료가 될 것이다.

약-약 상호작용 연구(IV) Warfarin의 혈장단백 결합에 대한 Niflumic Acid 및 Phenylbutazone의 영향 비교

To determine in vitro effects of phenylbutazone and niflumic acid on warfarin binding to rabbit serum protein, warfarin was added to the rabbit plasma, and the bound fraction was determined by warfarin-protein complex fluorescence. The bound fraction was decreased by phenylbtazone and niflumic acid. From this effect niflumic acid was found to have the more potent ability to displace warfarin from protein binding sites than phenylbutazone.

보육교사가 지각한 원장의 진성리더십, 직무만족, 조직몰입과 이직의도 간 구조적 관계

이 연구의 목적은 국내 보육서비스 질 관리 차원에서 논의되고 있는 보육교사 이직의도의 관련 변인을 탐색하고 해당 변인들 간 관계를 실증하는데 있다. 이론적 배경 검토를 통해 보육교사 이직의도와 관련 있을 것으로 고려되는 원장의 진성리더십, 보육교사의 직무만족, 조직몰입을 예측변인으로 설정하였으며, 변인 간 관계의 실증적 검증을 위해 설문조사를 수행하였다. 설문조사는 경기도 지역 소재 어린이집에 근무하는 보육교사를 대상으로 진행하였으며, 최종 272부의 설문응답 자료를 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보육기관 원장의 진성리더십은 소속 보육교사의 직무만족, 조직몰입과 정적 관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 진성리더십과 이직의도 사이의 조직몰입은 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 진성리더십은 보육교사의 직무만족, 조직몰입의 이중매개 경로를 통해 이직의도와 간접적 관계를 구성하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 기반으로 보육교사의 이직의도 관리를 위한 보육기관 원장의 리더십 개발 및 운영 방안과 보육교사의 조직몰입 제고 실천 전략을 제안하였다. 이 연구는 최근 다양한 조직맥락에서 논의되고 있는 진성리더십에 대하여 국내 보육기관 조직으로의 적용가능성을 확인하였다. 또한 보육의 질적 향상과 효과성 증진을 위해 교원교육 차원에서 고려할 수 있는 수행 방안을 제시함으로써 향후 보육조직 성과 제고와 발전을 위한 보육기관 조직 구성원의 교육적 논의를 제공하고자 하였다. Educational quality of child care teachers depends on how these teachers are satisfied with their work environment and especially on how their leaders influence them at work. However, there is growing concern that many numbers of child care teachers leave their jobs within a very short period of time which will affect not only for child care teachers themselves but also for child care service as a whole. In this vein, the purpose of this study was to examine the relationships of key variables related to the improvement of child care service including authentic leadership, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention. 272 teachers from child care centers located in Gyeonggi region were selected to participate for the survey. Following are the results of the study: Director`s authentic leadership had influence on child care teachers’ job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Also, organizational commitment and job satisfaction had mediating effect between authentic leadership and turnover intention. The result of the study implies that authentic leadership can be promising for retaining child care teachers accompanied by job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Recommendations were suggested to enhance educational quality of child care services and practices of child care teacher development.

As increasing integration of renewable energy in power systems, the some techniques in power system analysis would force a paradigm shift. Recently, hybrid time domain simulation techniques in order to assess the power electronic devices interconnected with power systems were one of the most important technology in power systems. This paper describes the methodology for implementing the assessment platform for hybrid simulation of power systems between PSS/E and PSCAD/EMTDC. First, the overall structure of hybrid simulation platform between transient stability program (PSS/E) and electromagnetic transient program (PSCAD/EMTDC) was designed based on Python platform. Then the equivalent algorithm between two programs was proposed based on thevenin-injection technique. Finally, the hybrid simulation platform was developed based on Python. To verify the performance of the developed platform, we performed a comprehensive test for test system with some scenarios. The results of these tests showed that the developed platform can accurately analyze and assess the complex power systems including renewable and FACTS
