        말레르브 시의 운율구조에 나타난 구성변환 ( metataxe )의 효과

        La versification est une convention extralinguistique impose´e sur la structure syntaxique du langage. Elle est une forme d`e´cart qui attire une attention au message lui-me^me, ce qui veut dire que celle-la` est une figure. Le principe de la versification malherbienne (1a concordance entre la structure du me`tre et celle de la syntaxe) permet de renforcer la fonction se´mantique du me`tre. Car le me`tre de´coupe (ou de´veloppe) syste´matiquement des unite´s se´mantique du ver. Cette action de la me´trique sur le de´coupage de la phrase produit encore des figures de me´tataxes, comme l`inversion et l`insertion. D`ou` se cre´ent des effets rhe´toriques qui seraient varie´s dans la structure me´trique. Ce qui nous inte´resse le plus dans ces effets, c`est l`aspect d`ope´ration des articulation me´triques-ce´sure ou coupes du vers-sur la structure se´mantique du vers. En effet, pour Malherbe, les re`gles obligatoires de la versification sont les secrets du pouvoir cre´ateur me^me.

        무균성 뇌수막염 후 실조성 편측부전마비를 동반한 홍소발작 1례

        저자들은 무균성 뇌수막염 후, 뇌 자기공명영상에서 우측 시상에 병변이 관찰되면서 임상적으로 특징적인 홍소발작과 실조성 편측부전마비를 동반한 5세 남자 환아에서 항경련제와 스테로이드 치료 후 증상이 호전된 례를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Gelastic seizure(ictal laughter) is quite rare and associated with variable etiologies. The relationship between infection and gelastic seizure is not clear. The seizure usually begins in infancy or childhood and may be accompanied with precocious puberty and cognitive decline. It is known to be poorly responded to medical or surgical treatments. A 5-year-old boy diagnosed and aseptic meningitis visited our hospital again twenty days later because of paroxysmal and frequent involuntary laughing regardless of emotional changes, left side dominant muscle weakness and ataxia with gait disturbance for 5 days. Initial brain magnetic resonance image(MRI) showed no abnormalities but follow-up MRI taken twenty days later showed high signal intensity on right thalamus. The interictal electroencephalogram(EEG) revealed multiple polyspikes over the frontal area. Other etiologies could not be documented. It was suspected that previous aseptic meningitis resulted in gelastic seizure with ataxic hemiparesis. After medical treatment, he acquired good outcomes with a seizure free state.

        말레르브에 있어서 작시법의 핵심

        Malherbe, `excellent arrangeur de syllabes` de son temps, a re´forme´ la versification du 16^e sie`cle et enseigne´ `comment e´crire´ au autheurs du l7^e sie`cle. Le principe de la versification franc¿aise est de superposer artificiellement la structure rythmique du `me`tre´ a` la structure syntaxique du `langage´. Mais il y a une contradiction entre la lbre marche de celle-ci et le retour mesure´ de celle-la. L`essentiel de la versification de Malherbe est dans la solution de ce proble`me. En interdisant l`enjambement, toute sa(Malherbe) technique recherche efficacement la concordance des deux structures, celle de la syntaxe et celle du me`tre. Pour pre´server cette concordance et/ou l`unite´ du segment me´trique, Malherbe developpe la dimension du groupe syntaxique qui a enjambe´ l`articulation me´trique (technique du de´veloppement comple´mentaire) ou transpose la position du groupe syntaxique (technique de la transposition), jusqu`a` ce que celui-ci concorde avec le groupe rythmique. En conclusion, l`essentiel de la versification de Malherbe (concordance de la structure syntaxique avec la structure me´trique) est aussi de renforcer la fonction se´mantique du me`tre. Cela revient a` dire, chez lui, les unite´s prosodiques (he´mistiches, vers, strophes) coi‥ncident avec les unite´s syntaxiques (syntagmes, propositions, phrases) par le principe d`e´quivalence. Toute explication se´mantique sur la structure me´trique commence par la compre´hension de cette e´quivalence.

        말레르브 시의 도입부와 종지부에 나타난 < 열기 > 와 < 닫기 > 의 수사학적 효과

        L`analyse de la rhe´torique dans le prologue et dans l`e´pilogue de la poe´sie de Malherbe nous fait voir comment <ouvrir> et <fermer> le discours poe´tique. Dans le prologue, l`effet d`e´largissement de la me´trique ouvre le discours comme le multiplicateur de la parole et du sens. Et quelques autres moyens rhe´toriques (annociation du the`me, apostrophe a` l`auditoire fictif ou re´el, etc) peuvent aussi ouvrir le discours. Dans l`e´pilogue, le syllogisme et l`enthyme`me ferme le discours en faisant la re´capitulation du the`me de la poe´sie. Et quelques autres moyens d`amplification rhe´torique (the`me de la victoire, e´loge hyperbolique du te´moins poe´tique, etc) peuvent aussi fermer le discours. Les effets rhe´toriques d`<ouverture> et de <fermeture> qui se trouvent dans le prologue et dans l`e´piloque font le commencement et la fin du poe`me ne´cessaires, non pas arbitraires.

        Turbiscan<sup>®</sup>을 이용한 Glyceryl Monooleate(GMO) 함유 W/O 유제의 안정성 평가

        The main object of this study was to prepare of w/o emulsion including glyceryl monooleate(GMO) and to evaluate its stability by using the recently developed $Turbiscan^{(R)}LAB$. GMO is the polar oily surfactant with the low HLB value, and it forms the gel phase of cubic structures after dissolves in aqueous media. Phosphate buffer solution (PBS) of pH 7.4 was prepared as the water phase and Marcol 52(mineral oil) was used as the oil phase in this study. GMO was used as the surfactant of W/O emulsion. W/O emulsion using GMO alone as a surfactant was very unstable. But the emulsion using both GMO and poloxamer 407 was more stable. The stability of W/O emulsions was evaluated after centrifuging the emulsions. But it was difficult with naked eye because an opaque and concentrated system like W/O emulsion was very turbid. So $Turbiscan^{(R)}LAB$ was used to detect the destabilization phenomena in non-diluted emulsion. As a result, the W/O emulsion using the proper amounts of GMO and poloxamer 407 was more stable among them using GMO of various amounts. But it seems that the other element for the stability of W/O emulsion including GMO was required. Furthermore, the $Turbiscan^{(R)}LAB$ was a very efficient analyzer for evaluating the physical stability of emulsion.

        갑상샘눈병증에서 안와감압술 전후 외안근 부피 변화의 영상분석: Nunery 분류법 제1형과 2형 비교

        Purpose: To evaluate the radiographic volume change in extraocular muscles (EOM) following orbital wall decompression for Nunery type 1 and type 2 thyroid-associated orbitopathy (TAO). Methods: Medical records of 31 orbits in 20 patients undergoing postoperative orbital CT after orbital decompression for TAO were retrospectively reviewed. The patients were divided according to Nunery classifications. A type 1 classification was assigned to patients who had no diplopia and essentially normal versions. A type 2 classification was assigned to patients with restrictive motility loss and diplopia within 20 degrees of the primary position. EOM volumes were determined by the summation of each EOM’s cross-sectional areas in the coronal plane of the CT scans and multiplying the sum by the slice thickness. Main outcome measure was a comparison of EOM volume changes between types 1 and 2 TAO and a relationship between EOM volume and change in proptosis. Results: In type 2 TAO, a significant increase in the volume of the medial rectus muscle, lateral rectus, and total EOM was detected postoperatively (p = 0.044, 0.022, 0.049), whereas no significant changes were found in the EOM’s volume changes in type 1 TAO. The reduction of proptosis after orbital decompression in type 1 TAO was significantly greater than in type 2 TAO (p = 0.025). A significant positive association was observed between the preoperative EOM volumes and the reduction of proptosis following orbital wall decompression (r = 0.505). Conclusions: The postoperative EOM volumes following orbital wall decompression was significantly increased in Nunery type 2 patients who had restrictive myopathy.

      • VLSI 구현을 위한 CAN 프로토콜 컨트롤러의 설계 및 검증

        본 논문에서는 VLSI구현을 위한 CAN 프로토콜 컨트롤러의 최적화된 구조를 제안하였으며, 제안된 구조를 이용하여 VLSI로 구현하였다. 또한 많은 시간이 소요되는 검증의 문제점을 보완하기 위하여 3단계 검증기법을 제안하였으며 이를 통하여 빠른 속도의 검증이 가능하게 되었다. 제안된 구조는 기존의 CAN 프로토콜 컨트롤러보다 적은 사이즈의 게이트 수를 갖고 있을 뿐만 아니라 호스트 프로세서와의 연결이 용이하게 구성되어 있기 때문에 비용 및 효율성에서 장점을 갖고 있고, 제안된 3단계 검증기법은 반복되는 검증의 수를 줄임으로써 최적화된 검증을 수행하도록 구성되어 있기 때문에 빠른 속도의 검증이 가능하다. 설계된 CAN 프로토콜 컨트롤러는 0.35마이크론 CMOS공정을 이용하여 제작되었다. This paper presents design methodology, encient verification and implementation of a CAN protocol controller. The design methodology uses a heuristic technique to make the design flexible and cost effective. Using the design methodology, we created architecture for a CAN controller which has flexible and low cost features. For faster time-to-market and reliable operation of the designed CAN protocol controller, we p개posed a three-step verification process which uses three different kinds of verification techniques. The goal of this three-step verification is to reduce the number of test sequences in order to rapidly implement the design without loss of reliability for faster time-to-market. The designed CAN protocol controller was fabricated using a 0.35 micrometer CMOS technology.

        剩餘數體系를 이용한 자승오차 패턴 클러스터링 프로세서의 실현

        패턴인식과 영상처리 응용에 이용되는 자승오차 패턴 클러스터링 알고리듬은 특징벡터 행렬의 연산에 상당한 처리시간은 요구한다. 그러므로 본 논문은 병렬처리와 파이프라인 특성을 갖는 잉여수체계를 이용한 고속의 자승오차 패턴 클러스터링 프로세서를 제안한다. 제안된 자승오차 패턴 클러스터링 프로세서는 영상분할 실험으로부터 의미있는 영역으로 나눌 수 있는 클러스터의 수에 대하여 만족할 만한 오차를 보이며 80287 수치 연산용 프로세서보다 약 200배 빠름을 보인다. 그 결과 대규모의 데이타를 실시간으로 처리하여야 하는 응용분야에 효과적으로 이용할 수 있음을 확인하였다. Squared-error Pattern Clustering algorithm used in unsupervised pattern recognition and image processing application demands substantial processing time for operation of feature vector matrix. So, this paper propose the fast squared-error Pattern Clustering Processor using the Residue Number System which have been the nature of parallel processing and pipeline. The proposed Squared-error Pattern Clustering Processor illustrate satisfiable error rate for Cluster number which can be divide meaningful region and about 200 times faster than 80287 coprocessor from experiments result of image segmentation. In this result, it is useful to real-time processing application for large data.
