This study is focused on the practical possibility of 'Open Plan School' and investigated the study environment of 20 primary schools in Daegu. Korea. As investigated, there are the following problems. 1. Learning spaces are not enough even to the Facilities Law of schools. 2. Too many pupils and classes are accommodated in a school. 3. There are too many pupils in a classroom. 4. The special classrooms are not so much influenced for the study effects. 5. There are not enough learning spaces for the various study. 6. It is lacking in variety of study activities and study spaces. The result is that must be studied of continuous attention to reduce of pupils of one school and one classroom, and must be developed the learning spaces about study environment and activities.

The site planning of existing primary schools has problem that was divided only two areas, building and playground, and there is not attentive to give spaces of play and activity of children. To solve this problem, the playground must be planned to divide into three spaces separately - play space. athletics space and rest space. In addition, it must be considered not only same age and sex group of children but also the end time of lesson, and must be planned the spaces without unnecessary interference and disturbance.

The arrangements of Korean Buddhist temple has been based on the three Buddhist altar of the Buddhist creed, and the space area of the faith of mountain god belongs the area of the last altar. ① All the Buddhist temple arrangements has axes, the axes are connected to the first middle altar→the elevated altar→the second middle altar. ② All axes of the first middle altar→the elevated altar is formed in a straight line from south to north, then again the axes of the elevated altar?*the second middle altar are turned to the northeast or the northwest. But the axes are, of the most part, turned to the northeast. ③ Most entrance of temples start from the direction of the south and the space area of the mountain god is located in the most opposite side of the entrance. ④ Most space area of the mountain god is located in the opposite side of the axes, just the north-west
집토끼 동방결절의 활동전압에 미치는 Vanadate의 효과

In order to investigate the electrphysiological effect of vanadate, a potent inhibitor of Na^+-K^+ pump, on the cardiac muscle, the alteration of transmembrane potential as influenced by the drug was measured in rabbit SA rodes in vitro by means of KCI glass intracellular microelectrodes. The followings were results of findings: 1. The rate of spontaneous firing was decreased in the presence of vanadate and the maximum inhibition which was about 50% of contral level was obtained at drug concentrations of 10^-3 M or higher. 2. The maximum diastolic potential(M.D.P.) was depressed by vanadate in a dose-dependent manner and the maximum inhibitory effect was obtained at the drug concentration of 10^-3 M. However the peripheral pacemaker cells were more resistant to the drug effect than the central pacemaker cells at lower concentrations of the drug. 3. In both central and perepheral pacemaker cells, vanadate had no effect on the M.D.P. in concentrations up to 5×10^-4 M. However on at 5×10^-2 M, the drug depressed the M.D.P. in the peripheral cells. 4. Changes of the action potential induced by vanadate were qualitatively similar to those occuring when the calcium concentration of the bathing medium was raised to 4mM. These results may be interpreted as that vanadate increases the rate of Ca^++ influx info the cell in S-A nodes.

In this paper, the transmit antenna for the space feeder used for the phased array antennas is investigated. The multi-aperture horn antenna is proposed as the transmit antenna and the characteristics are verified with the Matlab coding, HFSS of Ansoft Corp., and MWS of CST Corp., The E-plane and H-plane beam patterns of the multi-aperture horn antenna are nearly symmetrical and the sidelobe level of the I-plane beam pattern is lower than that the of general pyramidal horn antenna. The fabricated multi-aperture horn antenna is measured using the near-field measurement system. The measured results show good agreement with the simulated ones.

The effects of Ca^++ ion on forceresting relation of contraction were studied in papillary muscles isolated from right ventricle of rabbits. Isometric tension was recorded with force transducer (F50, Norco) bathing in normal Tyrode, Ca^++ 8mM/L Tyrode solution at 35℃. Control stimulations were operated as one per second and varied from shorter than control to 120 sec. Within one second, the first contractile wave after resting period increased toward control value, since then slowly decayed in normal Tyrode solution. In the first wave after resting period of Ca^++ 8mM/L, contractility expressed as percent to control value within 1 second, which proportion was same as normal Tyrode. After 10 second of resting period, percent of the first wave to control value, signifilly increased in Ca^++ 8mM/L that of normal Tyrode. The second contractile wave in Ca^++ 8mM/L increase from 10 to 40 second of resting period exhibited by first wave rather than calcium concentration. The data suggests that contractility closely relate to bathing calcium concentration within 10 second and more than 10 second resting that is appear to magnify by calcium.

There are two kinds of space which one is the absolute space in deep infinite space and another is the architectural space what is composed of physical elements and pysiological and paycholoical elements of perception. Architectural space is divided into interior space that have a certain measure of closed space, interchangeable space that is interchanged with inside and outside mutually as Korean floor and pavilion and transposing space that is peculiar exterior space that is surrounded and colsed in buildings or fences as Korean housing court, plaza and inner courts of temples and palates. It is the purpose of this volume to avoid an explanation of vague system of organization in space by only interior and exterior of architectural space.

The Bidding Law of Korea has been a number of amendments since the enactment of it, 1962 but as the frequent of amendments, it is fact that there are many obstactes in the enforcement of Building Law. Coming the amendments of the Building Law should be performed within minimized range of the originality of designers, the technology of constructors, the morality of users and the creation of a new environments unless the unavoidable situation(the new technology of structures and arrangements), the change of particular terms and the speciality in case of the local autonomy.
