Percutaneous dilatational tracheostomy (PDT) has become an increasingly popular method of establishing an airway for patients in need of chronic ventilator assistance. We report a rare case of a 42-year-old female who developed extensive subcutaneous emphysema, bilateral pneumothoraces, pneumomediastinum, and pneumoperitoneum after percutaneous dilatational tracheostomy. The patient suffered from amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, and underwent PDT after a period of mechanical ventilation. During PDT, tracheostomy tube was inserted into the paratracheal space. Follow-up chest radiography and computed tomography of chest and abdomen revealed extensive subcutaneous emphysema, bilateral pneumothoraces, pneumomediastinum, and pneumoperitoneum. The patient was treated successfully with insertion of the thoracostomy tube and conservative care.

항공전문인력 양성을 위한 교육 시스템 개선에 관한 연구

Recently due to shortage of pilots from aviation developed countries such as America, Japan and etc, not even regional airlines but also major airlines are facing difficulties of pilot shortage. Through statistic data, ICAO and Boeing Company are predicting that roughly 8 thousands of new pilots will be short per year. Therefore, to solve this pilot shortage, countries are searching solutions like reducing air route, and extending regular retirement. This study analyzes domestic pilot supply market and compares systems of pilot training between the domestic system and the system of America and Japan. From the comparison, the study has deducted improvements for the role of domestic certification system, ATO(Approval of Training Organizations) operation, and related organizations including the government.

국내 헬리콥터 시뮬레이터 현황 및 필요성 검토

A flight simulator is an instrument which lets pilots attain proficiency of handling various emergency situations, and the sense of flying. In this thesis, current status of domestic simulators will be stated, and after showing the problems with the present management of these simulators, comparisons of how and what kind of facilities they are managed around the globe will be made. After comparing and analyzing the difference in the way the simulators are ran, measures of improvement in domestically appropriate simulators and increase of operating facilities will be drawn.

저고도 운용 항공기를 위한 기상정보의 필요성에 관한 연구

According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport press release ('18.12.21.) The amendment of the Aviation Business Act will reduce the capital requirements for aviation leisure operators and make it easier to enter aviation leisure businesses by improving regulations on small air transportation business. In addition, as the scale of the UAV(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) sector is expected to increase globally, the dramatic increase in low altitude operating aircraft, including this, must be taken into account. The low altitude aircraft category is divided into small airplanes, helicopters, light aircrafts and ultra-light aircrafts, and instructors include school instructor pilots and student pilots, military and national helicopter pilots, and aviation leisure operators. In case of low altitude aircraft, there are cases of canceling operations due to low visibility and low clouds, and aircraft accidents due to excessive operation and sudden weather phenomenon. Therefore, in order to prevent low-altitude aircraft accidents, a safe flight plan based on weather conditions and weather forecasts and more accurate and local weather forecasts and weather forecast data are needed to prepare for the rapidly changing weather conditions.

학교에서의 미술교과는 다른 과목에 비해 논리적이고 체계적이지 못한 교과로 인식 되어 왔으며,학교 교육과정에서 상대적으로 덜 중요하게 다루어져 왔다. 특히 상급학교의 입시교육에 치중하는 중등 교육에서의 미술교과 수업은 작품 활동에 필요한 일부의 기능이나 단편적인 이론 지식을 습득하는 것으로 간주되어 지적인 사고(思考) 및 판단 활동과는 무관한 교과로 인식되는 왜 곡 현상이 발생하게 되었다. 미술교육의 의미가 기능이나 지식 습득과정으로 축소되었을 때 발생하는 가장 큰 문제는 미술의 본질적 가치인 심미성과 총체성 이 상실될 위험에 처하게 된다는 것 이다. 이에 본 연구는 학습자의 사고 및 판단 활동을 강조하는 철학놀이를 미술활동과 결합하여 미술교육의 질적 효과를 극대화하고자 하였다. 철학놀이는 교사와 학생, 학생과 학생이 공동체를 형성하고 탐구활동을 통해 자신들이 직면한 철학적 문제를 함께해 결하고자 시도하는 것 이다. 개인의 감상과 의견을 설계하는 탐구과정에 작품 창작 및 감상동의 미술활동이 결합된다면, 창의적 상상력과 미술 기법 그리고 지적 탐구 능력 및 미술적 표현력 등이 종합적으로 발달될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 이러한 문제의식 하에 본 연구는 미술활동을 통한 철학놀이가 어린이 들에게 총체적인 심미 체험을 부여하며, 지적 사고 능력은 물론 정서적 사유를 함께 발달시킬 수 있는 방법임을 밝히기 위해 2장에서 듀이의 미학(美學)과 이를 바탕으로 한 립맨의 철학적 탐구공동체 개념을 설명하여 철학 놀이의 이론적 의미를 제시하였고, 3장에서는 탐구공동체에 미술 구상 활동을 접목한 수업의 실천 사례를 제시하여 칠학놀이의 실제적 효과를 설명하였다. Art education in school has been regarded as a non-directive and illogical subject compared to other subjects. and art classes which have been treated as relatively inferior in school curriculum have been reduced as a subject of education. to a part of its function or theoretical knowledge rather than being treated as a natural and practical experience of learning. In addition. through distorted perceptions. art as a subject began to be recognized as separated from intelligent thinking and judging. With art education being limited as the process of educating its function and knowledge. an important aspect. which is its essential value. aesthetics and wholeness. has been lost. Therefore this study aimed to maximize the qualitative effect of art education combining art activity and philosophy-play. The primary characteristics of philosophy-play is that children who become curious about a topic involved with philosophy resolve the question through joint-study with teachers and peers. At this time. if art activity such as creating artworks and appreciation of art is joined with the study of building up personal feeling and opinions. creative imagination. artistic techniques and intellectual study process can be pieced together and that will lead to an educational aesthetic experience. To determine that philosophy-play with art activity offers the wholeness of aesthetic experience to children and IS a way to develop intellectual thinking skills and emotional reasons at the same time. In chapter two. we measured Dewey's aesthetics and the concept of Lipman's philosophical study-community based on Dewey's aesthetics. and suggested theoretical meaning of philosophy-play. and in chapter three. we propose the actual study of classes combining art-designing activity with the study-community and investigated to reveal its practical effects.

Despite the fact that Baedari village is the very Historio-Cultural Preservation Areas exhibiting the modernization of Incheon, the area has been divided into two and remained as a no man’s land with trace of discontinued development by thoughtless urban plan. Having the unexpected void a new strategic turning point by which a mediate platform is to be made for creating a new relationship with neighboring context, the study purpose to generate a new cultural community that succeeds the continuity of daily life by patching the void with the potential of residential and cultural urban fabric.

Non-Profiling Singular Spectrum Analysis 전처리 기법

Side Channel Analysis is powerful attack to recover the secret key by using an extra source of information such as timing, power consumption and electromagnetic leakage. Pre-processing scheme is used to retrieve the secret key in the restricted traces in order to improve the attack performance. One of the pre-processing schemes is Singular Spectrum Analysis, which makes the original traces can be split into main signal traces and noise signal traces. In order to diminish cost of SSA, the adversary should choose the criteria to split actual power consumption into two groups according to degree of noise. In previous paper, the criteria is selected as Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) which is one of profiling schemes. In this paper, in order to use SSA practically, we propose that Normalized Inter-Class Variance (NICV) which is adopted as the criteria is non-profiling scheme doesn"t need to secret key. More precisely, we can distinguish the main signal with the scale of NICV. We demonstrate that our proposal attack method yields significantly similar results with another method using SNR through actual experiments on MSP430 microcontroller unit.

개인 신화 내러티브 탐구를 통한 목회신학적 고찰

The purpose of this study is to expand pastoral counseling practice based on Wimberly"s theory. In analytical psychology, individuation process, which includes discovering one’s shadow, anima, animus is a part of myth. Individuation process is a way, and this way is a myth. Wimberly, with a background in analytical psychology, argued that discovering the Self in myth influences one’s purpose in life. Wimberly’s concept of myth corresponds to pastoral counseling process, as they both agree that renewing life’s value parallels renewing life’s stories. One of the important issues in pastoral counseling today is one"s story of finding life’s meaning and discovering one’s identity in the midst of uncertainties. This study examines process of rewriting myth for Spiritual Renewal and story plot focusing on various relationship around the researcher’s life. Narrative inquiry is used for deeper understanding of one’s life experience. One’s story derived from a major theme, "father." A concept of ‘father’ was distorted, and this distortion influenced perception of ‘God.’ When distorted image of God is fixated, it hinders forming intimate relationship with God. When personal myth was re-written, it helped to form new concept of ‘father’ and to renew one’s relationship with God. According to this study, one can apply Wimberly‘s rewriting of myth to personal story, and it can help one renew life’s purpose and relationships. In this study, narrative inquiry is used for deeper examination of one’s psychology. Wimberly‘s rewriting myth can be helpful for many who have difficulty finding meaning and purpose in life.
