간호대학생들의 성지식 및 피임태도와 성인지 감수성과의 관련성에 대한 연구

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the sexual knowledge and contraceptive attitude and gender sensitivity of the nursing students. The data were collected from 169 nursing students from November 2019 to December 2019 at U city and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression. As a result of this study, the contraceptive attitude of nursing students showed a positive relationship with gender sensitivity(r=0.357, p<0.001), and it was the factor that affected gender sensitivity(β=0.356, p<0.001). Therefore, it is necessary to make and apply the programs to enhance the gender sensitivity for the nursing students, and the college and the government supports are required to increase the contraceptive attitude. 본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생들의 성지식, 피임태도와 성인지 감수성과의 관련성을을 알아보고자 시행되었다. 자료수집 기간은 2019년 11월부터 12월까지이며, U시의 간호대학생 169명을 대상으로 하여 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였고, 자료의 분석은 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's 상관관계 분석, 다중회귀 분석을 이용하였다. 연구결과 성인지 감수성은 간호대학생들의 피임태도(r=0.357, p<0.001)에 유의한 상관이 있고, 피임태도가 성인지 감수성에 영향을 미치는 것(β=0.356, p<0.001)을 확인하였다. 그러므로 간호대학생의 성인지 감수성을 높이기 위해 피임태도의 정도를 높이는 프로그램의 개발과 적용이 필요하다.

개화기 초등수학교육 재음미

이 논문에서는 1876년에서 1910년에 이르는 개화기에 국가적 차원에서 일어난 초등수학교육의 변화를 정리하였다. 이를 위해 개화기를 갑오개혁이전, 갑오개혁, 통감부시기로 구분하고 각 시기별로 초등수학교육의 주요 변화를 살펴보았다. 갑오개혁이전시기부터 산술교육의 필요성이 인식되었으며, 갑오개혁시기에 산술교육은 본격적으로 국가교육과정이 되었다. 특히 갑오개혁시기에는 국한문혼용의 초등수학교과서가 발간되었다. 일제의 간섭이 본격화된 통감부 시기에는 '간이'와 '이용'의 교육정책에 따라 산술교육도 축소 또는 약화되었다. 이 시기에 발간된 초등교원용 산술서는 특기할 만하다. This paper summarized the changes in elementary school mathematics education that took place at the national level during the Enlightenment Elementary Mathematics Education period from 1876 to 1910. For this purpose, we divided the enlightenment period into three periods and examined major changes related to elementary school mathematics education at each period. The necessity of arithmetic education began to be recognized before the reform of the Taoist reform, and arithmetic education became a national curriculum in the beginning of the Taoist reform period. Particularly, during the reforming period of the Gap, the elementary mathematics textbooks of mixed Korean and Chinese were published. In the period when the intervention of the Japanese imperialism began, the arithmetic education has been reduced or weakened in accordance with the education policy of 'simple' and 'use'. It is also remarkable that an arithmetic book for elementary teachers was published at this time.

Neospora caninum 간접형광항체진단법 개발 및 국내 가축에서의 항체가 조사

The present study was undertaken to develop the kit for indirect immunofluorescence antibody test(IFAT) and to investigate the prevalence of N caninum in cattle and dogs in Korea. The neo-antigen kit of IFAT developed in our laboratory was proved diagnostic efficacy by compared with the kit of veterinary medical research and development(VMRD). A survey of N caninum infections among cow and dogs in elevn areas of southern part of country was performed using a IFAT. The infection rate of 190 nationwide cattle was 8.4%(16/190) but was 75%(45/60) at P area in Chunnam province where the cattle showed the abortion repeatedly. Any of the dogs was not N caninum -positive in the Kangwon and Kyonggi areas.

Cytopathologic findings of two cases of adenoid cystic carcinoma of the trachea are reported. The carcinomas grew as an intratracheal mass. By bronchial washing, brushing and/or post-bronchoscopic sputum cytology, large cohesive sheets, lobulated clusters, or three dimensional ball-like structures were obtained. They had numerous cyst-like spaces containing characteristic globular basophilic material. The tumor cells were uniform and had a small amount of cytoplasm. Nuclei were small and hyperchromatic, Nucleoli were occasionally observed. The cytological diagnosis was confirmed by bronchoscopic biopsies. Since the cytomorphology of adenoid cystic carcinoma is characteristic, review of these cytologic features will enhance the diagnostic accuracy in exfoliative cytology of the respiratory tract.

국제개발협력 참여자의 사회참여가 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 - NGO에 대한 인식의 조절효과를 중심으로 -

본 연구는 국제개발협력에 있어서 현지 주민들의 참여와 NGO 역할의 중요성이 강조되는 상황에서 국제개발협력 참여자들의 사회참여 수준이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향과 NGO에 대한 인식의 조절효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 국제개발협력 사업에 참여하고 있는 네팔과 동티모르의 현지 참여자 191명을 대상으로 조사된 설문자료를 기반으로 조절회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 현지 참여자들의 사회참여와 삶의 질은 보통보다 높은 수준을 보이는 것으로 나타났고, NGO에 대한 인식 또한 높은 수준을 보이고 있었다. 현지 참여자들의 사회참여는 삶의 질에 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 사회참여와 삶의 질의 관계에서 NGO에 대한 인식은 조절효과를 갖는 것으로 분석되었다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 지속가능발전을 위한 국제개발협력에 있어서 현지 주민들의 사회참여의 중요성과 NGO에 대한 긍정적인 인식을 증진하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of social participation on the quality of life and the moderating effect of perceptions of NGOs in a situation where the importance of participation of local residents and the role of NGOs in international development cooperation is emphasized. For this purpose, a moderated regression analysis was conducted based on the survey data of 191 local participants in Nepal and East Timor participating in international development cooperation projects. As a result of the analysis, the social participation of local participants was found to have an effect on the quality of life, and the perception of NGOs in the relationship between social participation and quality of life was analyzed to have a moderating effect. Based on the research results, the importance of local residents' social participation in international development cooperation for sustainable development and a plan to promote positive perceptions of NGOs were suggested.

지역사회 재가노인의 낮은 건강정보이해능력으로 인한 낭패경험

본 연구의 목적은 지역사회 재가노인의 낮은 건강정보이해능력으로 인해 노인들이 느끼는 낭패의 경험을 깊이 이해하고자 수행되었다. 자료의 수집기간은 2022년 5월부터 6월까지 진행되었고, 10명의 지역사회 재가노인을 눈덩이 방법을 통해 표집 하였고, 현상학적 방법 중의 하나인 Colaizzi의 방법을 통해 자료를 분석하였다. 분석결과 108개의 의미 있는 개념이 도출되었고, 5개의 주제모음과 12개의 주제가 확인되었다. 5개의 주제모음은 ‘그들만의 리그’, ‘나는 설명을 들어도 이해를 못하는 폐물’, ‘쭈그러드는 비참한 나’, ‘몸도 마음도 헌 것’, ‘내 몸은 내가 결정하고 싶음’으로 구성되었다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 지역사회 재가노인들의 보다 적절하고 편안한 의료기관서비스 이용을 위한 교육방법과 방안을 모색하고, 노인교육에 대한 통찰을 제공함으로써 향후 노인의 건강정보이해능력의 정도를 고려한 상담 및 교육을 개발하고 적용할 것을 제언한다. This study was conducted for the in-depth understanding of the disappointing experiences of community home elderly caused by low health literacy. The data was collected from May to June 2022, and 10 elders were sampled using the snowball method. Colaizzis method, one of the phenomenological methods, was applied for the analysis. The results of the analysis derived 88 meaningful statements comprising 5 theme clusters and 12 themes. The five themes identified were A League of Their Own, Waste that cant understand even after explanations, Wretched and miserable me, Old thing, both body and mind, and Want to decide by myself. This study revealed the need to find educational methods for the elderly for more appropriate and comfortable use of medical institution services at home and in the local community. In addition, it is suggested to develop and apply counseling and education suitable for the elderlys ability to understand health literacy in the future by providing insights on education for the elderly.

데커의 팸플릿에 재현된 ‘카멜레온 같은’ 역병

This paper explores Thomas Dekker’s plague pamphlets, especially The Wonderful Year as compared to other contemporary plague discourses. Unlike writers of religious or medical treatises on the plague, who invariably interpret the disease as God’s scourge for human transgressions, Dekker represents it as inscrutable, as being “Chameleon-like,” in that it is outrageously random in the selection of its victims, and its affliction is unfathomable for the living within the “charnel-house” that the city was converted to. His reportage-style depiction of the utter terror of the plague leads him to conclude that dogmatic sermons and preposterous health advice are not efficacious in the relief of the agony from the devastating epidemic. Dekker, instead, offers narratives of dreadful experiences rendered delectable as an agent of consolation for the survivors. He suggests that the memory rehearsal of the past plague outbreaks helps people cope with its trauma by making them culturally accommodated to the disease. Through the sundry tales at the end of The Wonderful Year, Dekker demonstrates that mirth and laughter from the stories can be “wholesome against the plague” as he has proclaimed in the dedication.

과학 실험 수업에 관한 한 초등학교 교사의 실천적 지식의 "구조"분석

The purpose of this qualitative case study was to investigate the ``structure`` of an elementary school teacher`s practical knowledge concerning science experiment lessons. A female elementary teacher in the early career years participated in the study, and video recordings of her science experiment lessons as well as audio-taped interviews with her were analyzed by means of Elbaz`s framework. The teacher expressed six images of science experiment lessons: ``Science is difficult``, ``Experiments are dangerous``, ``Experiments are accurate``, ``A science experiment takes a long time``, ``Science experiments are interesting``, and ``Children are little scientists.`` These images were supported by several principles and rules, most of which were clearly described. Among the images, principles, and rules, there were complex relationships with some working in synergy and some conflicting. In case of the image ``Children are little scientists``, its subordinate principles and rules were not fully realized in the classroom. Implications for science teaching reform and science education research were discussed.

헤어상품군의 소셜커머스 구매전 기대심리가 중요도, 재이용의사, 구전행동에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 소셜커머스 헤어미용상품에 대한 고객의 기대심리와 중요도, 만족도, 재이용의사, 구전행동에 관한 관계를 분석하여 소셜커머스 헤어미용상품 발전방안의 제안목적을 가지며 이를 통해 미용산업 성장의 기초자료로서의 의의를 갖고 조사, 연구하였다. 연구의 분석은 통계처리 SPSS v. 21.0을 사용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석 및 Cronbach’s α계수를 산출, 기술통계분석, 상관관계분석, 단순회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구의 주요결과는 첫째, 소셜커머스 상품구매 전 기대감, 독립변수별 실용적 기대감(β=.238, p<.01), 신뢰적 기대감(β=.167, p<.05)이 높아지면 소셜커머스 상품구매 시 중요도도 높아지며, 소셜커머스 상품구매 전 H2 기대감(β=.627, p<.001), H3 기대감(β=.540, p<.001), H4 기대감(β=.500, p<.001)이 각각 높아지면 소셜커머스 상품구매 시 만족도와 재이용의사, 구전행동도 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 소셜커머스 상품구매 시 중요도(β=.237, p<.01), (β=.281, p<.001)는 재이용의사와 구전행동에 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타났다. 셋째, 소셜커머스 헤어미용상품 구매 시 만족도(β=.836, p<.001), (β=.744, p<.001)는 소셜커머스 헤어미용상품 재이용의사와 구전행동에 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 연구의 결과를 종합하면 소셜커머스 상품구매 전 기대감이 높아지면 소셜커머스 상품구매 시 중요도와 만족도, 소셜커머스의 헤어미용상품에 대한 재이용의사와 구전행동도 높고, 소셜커머스 상품구매 시 중요도와 만족도가 높을수록 소셜커머스 헤어미용상품 재이용의사, 구전행동 또한 높다. 이러한 결과는 소셜커머스 헤어미용상품에 대한 신뢰와 상품구매를 통한 성과를 고객들이 최종적으로 얻은 경우에 만족도가 증가함을 의미하며 실용적 기대감, 경제적 성과가 높을수록 만족도 등의 기대감이 증가하는 것으로 사료된다. 소셜커머스 헤어미용상품의 지속적인 수요와 수익성 향상을 위해서는 고객기대에 부합하는 가격적 메리트를 적용한 양질의 헤어미용상품 및 헤어미용서비스를 제공할 수 있는 노력과 신뢰를 지속할 수 있는 방안이 제공된다면, 미용산업시장의 성장을 위한 중요한 계기가 될 수 있을 것이다. 다만, 향후연구에서는 조사대상자의 범위를 확대한 다양한 표본을 구성, 조사하고, 소셜커머스를 이용한 헤어 미용상품의 다양성과 헤어미용서비스의 개선방안에 대한 폭 넓은 방법의 연구가 필요하겠다. This study attempted to analyze the relationship between customers’ expectations of hairdressing products on social commerce and importance/satisfaction/reuse intention/word-of-mouth dissemination and to propose a development plan for such products via electronic commerce. The results are meaningful as basic data for the growth of the beauty industry. In terms of analysis, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, estimation of Cronbach’s alpha coefficient, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and simple regression analysis were conducted using SPSS v. 21.0. The study found the following: First, as expectation prior to product purchase regarding social commerce, practical expectations by independent variable (β=.238, p<.01) and reliable expectations (β=.167, p<.05) increased, importance at product purchase on electronic commerce improved as well. When expectations (H2) prior to product purchase on social commerce (β=.627, p<.001), H3 expectations (β=.540, p<.001) and H4 expectations (β=.500, p<.001) increased, satisfaction, reuse intention and word-of-mouth dissemination at product purchase on social commerce increased respectively. Second, importance at product purchase on social commerce (β=.237, p<.01; β=.281, p<.001) revealed statistical significance in reuse intention and word-of-mouth dissemination. Third, satisfaction at hairdressing product purchase on social commerce (β=.836, p<.001), (β=.744, p<.001) showed statistical significance in intention to reuse hairdressing products and word-of-mouth dissemination. In sum, if expectations prior to product purchase on social commerce increases, importance and satisfaction at product purchase and reuse intention and word-of-mouth dissemination hairdressing products via the electronic commerce are high. Furthermore, as importance and satisfaction at product purchase on social commerce increase, reuse intention and word-of-mouth dissemination for hairdressing products on the electronic commerce are high as well. These results represent an increase in satisfaction when customers earned performances via trust in hairdressing products and product purchase. It appears that as practical expectations and economic achievements increase, expectations such as satisfaction improve. To improve the continuous demand and profitability of hairdressing products on social commerce, a plan that maintains effort and trust and that can provide high-quality, price-competitive hairdressing products and services that meet customer expectations can be provided. This could be a turning point for the growth of the beauty market. However, there should be further studies on the construction and investigation of more samples through a broader scope of subjects, an increase in the diversity of hairdressing products via social commerce, and an improvement of hairdressing services.

무절제한 욕망과 감염에 취약한 몸: 질병 담론을 통해 살펴본 『착오 희극』

The Comedy of Errors has been regarded as inherently disjunctive with its disparate sources, Pauline and Plautine, and its generic mixture of romance and farce. This paper examines how the play appropriates the contemporary disease discourses to represent the domestic and global trade in nascent capitalist England. The diverse approaches to diseases in the early modern period, including conventional humoralism and newly introduced contagion theory, provided a useful frame of reference to formulate characters’ diverse confusion. The Comedy of Errors stresses that “some love that drew him oft from home” can be gluttonous and syphilitic because it exposes the bodies both to the interior disorder from excessive appetite and the contagion as exterior invasion, making them chaotic and strumpeted. Employing amphibolous puns, pointing to the corporeal and the commercial at the same time, The Comedy of Errors articulated the mystery of trade in advance of the vocabulary’s development.
